Banana puree with hazelnuts and honey

Although banana palms do not grow in our area, you can treat yourself to a delicious banana dessert at any time of the year. Today we will offer you a basic banana puree recipe. Taking it as a basis, you can cook a lot of delicious banana variations in a hurry with a variety of additions to your taste and color.

We will need:

  • 4 ripe large bananas
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • 1 st. a spoonful of fresh lemon juice
  • candied fruits for decoration

Cooking method:

  1. Fry the hazelnuts, cool and grind in a food processor or in a regular mortar, but not too finely. We should get not sand, but tangible pieces.
  2. Two bananas are peeled, cut into large pieces and sent to a blender. Add 1 tbsp to bananas. a spoonful of fresh lemon juice and honey. We turn all this beauty into puree.
  3. The remaining couple of bananas are cut into thin circles and lightly fried on both sides. Before frying the banana mugs on the second side, generously pour them with the remaining honey.

We will need:

  • 5 medium bananas
  • 50 grams of butter
  • a couple tablespoons of soft brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • juice and zest of one orange
  • 1 st. a spoonful of rum
  • 1/4 teaspoon spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Cooking method:

  1. Peeled bananas cut in half lengthwise. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sugar, nutmeg and spices. Stirring constantly, cook for literally one minute until the sugar is completely dissolved. As soon as the sugar dissolves, we send bananas to the pan, laying them cut down. Cook bananas for a couple of minutes until slightly soft and immediately transfer to a plate.
  2. In another pan, we send the juice and orange zest. Cook for a couple of minutes until syrupy. Add a tablespoon of rum.

  1. Split hazelnuts in half. Lightly grease a mold or tray for solidification with butter.
  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add condensed milk, add powdered sugar with vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly and thoroughly wipe the walls from sugar.
  3. We send the saucepan to a low fire. Stirring continuously, bring to a boil. If you suddenly notice that sugar burns on the walls of the saucepan, remove it with a wet cloth. We will need:

  • 1 sachet of jelly for 200 ml of liquid
  • 200 ml sour cream (from 10% to 20% fat)

  • 100 ml hot boiled water

Cooking method:

  1. We dilute a bag of jelly hot boiled water. Water should be taken half as much as indicated on the package! Thoroughly stir the contents of the sachet until the grains are completely dissolved. Cool down the mixture.
