  10. Soft tofu - 200 grams.

  13. Sweetener.

The oven must be preheated to 180 degrees Celsius before baking the dessert.

Goji berry baking recipe is one of the simplest. It takes 30 minutes to prepare it.

As components are used:

  1. Bran - 250 grams.
  2. Baking powder.
  3. Cinnamon.

  7. Fat-free - 240 grams.

All components of the dough are mixed and infused for five minutes.

The ingredients for making a fruit jelly biscuit are the following ingredients:

  • dietary fruit jelly - one package;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • almond essence;
  • baking powder - one tsp;
  • fat-free yogurt 4 tbsp. l.;
  • spice mix (may not be used);
  • liquid sweetener;
  • oat bran -2 tbsp. l.

Diet is dissolved in a small amount of boiling water and half of the yogurt is added to it. Everything is mixed until completely dissolved.

Oat bran is mixed with 100 ml of water and heated in the microwave for 2 minutes, then mixed well and cooled.

Egg yolks are mixed with sweetener, essence and the remaining yogurt, the mixture is added to the bran. At the last stage, baking powder is added to the dough.

Proteins are whipped until a dense mass is obtained and carefully added to the dough.

Baking the finished mixture is carried out in a silicone mold. Baking time, depending on the type of oven, takes from 35 to 40 minutes.

The finished cake, if desired, is sprinkled with spices and cooled. A mixture of jelly and yogurt is laid out on top of the cake.

For final solidification, the dessert is placed in the refrigerator.

So my next “Dream” came true - to get a delicious, delicate biscuit, with a good texture, without bran and with the very minimum of additional products. You can eat half at once, if, of course, you master it :).

4 medium eggs, if the eggs are large - 3 pcs.,

6 art. l. skimmed milk powder,

20 g corn starch,

1 tsp baking powder,

sweetener - the equivalent of 10-12 tsp. Sahara,

2 pinches of salt.

You can add different flavors (I like lemon and vanilla the most) or cocoa if you like chocolate pastries.

Set the oven to heat up to 160 C

Mix milk powder, cornstarch and baking powder with a whisk from a mixer in a small bowl.

In a separate large container, beat the eggs with dry sahzam and two pinches of salt with a mixer at high speed until a strong, dense foam.

Switch the mixer to the minimum speed and add the dry mixture in medium portions (perfectionists - through a sieve).

At this stage, a sugar substitute is added, if liquid.

Beat thoroughly until smooth, shiny mass. The dough will be quite thick.

If you have a metal form (preferably with detachable sides), it is very advisable to line the bottom with parchment paper and carefully grease the sides with vegetable oil.

If silicone, it is enough to lubricate only the bottom.

Pour the dough into a mold (I have 25 cm in diameter), put in a hot oven and bake until a beautiful dark golden color for 35-40 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 30 minutes!

Let the biscuit stand in the form for 5-10 minutes, then remove and place on the wire rack.

Cut the completely cooled biscuit into 2 parts. If you do not have a long knife or a special fishing line for cutting biscuits, you can divide it into 4 sectors and cut it separately.

I like to do this in order to use different creams - you get 4 different cakes, two of which you can eat in one day. The most magnificent biscuit is obtained when baking in a slow cooker (I baked for 30 minutes, but it could have been more for a more beautiful crust). I also put a circle of parchment at the bottom of the pan and greased the sides.

This is it in the context, and the 3rd cake - the top one - I have already eaten :).

Creams can be anything. You can add cocoa to the cream or pour over the biscuit with chocolate icing.

You can make custard.

The quickest and tastiest version of the cream for me is Greek vanilla yogurt with a few tablespoons of cottage cheese for thickness and lemon zest (cream can be much more than in the photo).

Lush biscuit in a slow cooker according to Dukan.

Huge, lush, tall ... The height of the biscuit is equal to the height of the double boiler grate - 6.5 cm. The diameter is equal to the diameter of the multicooker saucepan - 22 cm.

The eggs are medium. The weight of one egg in the shell is 59-60 g.

At the bottom of the multicooker is a silicone mat. Line the walls with silicone tape too. It is not necessary to lubricate with vegetable oil.

My multicooker has a honeycomb ceramic pot. I completely spoiled it with sticky Dyukanov’s dough for half a year of dieting ... “Godznasho” stuffed into the cells and was not washed out by anything, and, as a result of my cleanings, the bottom and walls of the saucepan were covered with some kind of white coating. There was no point in buying a new saucepan, because. it will very quickly become the same, and I did not come across silicone molds that would suit me to enter the saucepan. And I bought a cheap silicone mold of the right diameter, cut off all the excess, and as a result I got a round silicone mat and tape for the side walls. The problem was solved.

Now, about the biscuit. There are many Dukan biscuit recipes, but in order to fit them to your tastes and preferences, I had to turn on my head;)

I don’t like the taste of software, I try to use gluten in extreme cases, such as dumplings, I replace part of the QC with inulin (it has better BJU, and daily norms decrease).

According to the norms, a biscuit should be for a maximum of two days - I don’t like “piecewise” restrictions))))

But I love chocolate and nuts :)

As a result, the Biscuit turned out for bran and DOPs - for one day, for seeds - for two days, if you change the ingredients, count the norms and DOPs.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. l. OO (grind into flour)

1 st. l. +1 tsp flax seed + 0.5 tsp sesame + 0.5 tsp maca (grind everything into flour)

2 tbsp. l. COM

5 st. l. whey protein

2 tbsp. l. DOP free cocoa

1 st. l. QC

1 st. l. inulin (if not, then another 1 tbsp. KK or pudding from Dr. Oetker)

10 gr. baking powder (sachet from Dr. Oetker)

Sweetener 3 tsp sucralose, equivalent to 30 tsp. sugar (but I have a sweet tooth, put it to your liking)

A pinch of salt

180 gr (whole jar) soft curd "Prostokvashino" 0%

80 ml liquid milk 0.5%

* Whey protein can be replaced with soy isolate or casein protein, but whey is better.

If you want to bake a white biscuit, then replace 2 tbsp. cocoa protein, and take white flax seed.

Cooking:

Grind oat bran, flax, sesame and poppy seeds in a coffee grinder and sift. Shake out the small pieces of bran remaining in the sieve into the sifted flour. Sift all other dry ingredients (SOM, protein, CC, inulin, cocoa) into a common bowl, mix. Add baking powder, mix.


Beat the yolks with salt until bright and the consistency of a thick cream. Add soft curd. Whisk. Add milk, beat.


Gradually pour the dry mixture into the yolk-milk mixture, gently mixing each time.


Beat the whites to peaks, add the sweetener powder, beat everything together.


Introduce the proteins into the total mass with gentle folding movements from the bottom up, not in a circle!


Proteins must not be allowed to fall. The dough is very fluffy. Pour the dough into the prepared multicooker.


Baking 70 min. After squeaking, quickly open the lid and wipe the inside of the lid with a dry linen towel to remove condensation. Close the lid and let the biscuit stand for another half hour in the switched off multicooker.

Take out with the help of the steamer grate. Cut a warm (not hot!) biscuit with a thread into 3-4 cakes.


Let the cakes cool completely. Lubricate with your favorite cream.

I made this cream.

Chocolate cream with gelatin.

Soak 10 g of gelatin in 100 ml of milk.

Mix 400-450 gr of soft cottage cheese with sugar to taste, add 6 tbsp. SOM and 2 tbsp. cocoa.

Next, dissolve the gelatin by heating the milk with the previously soaked gelatin, but not bringing it to a boil. Stir all the time until the grains disappear. Pour into the cream and leave to harden a little in the refrigerator. After it hardens to the desired consistency, it is necessary to beat the cream with a mixer for about two minutes.
