Beef or veal - 450 grams, potatoes - 450 grams, carrots - 1 pc, large onion - 1 pc, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, enough water to cover all the ingredients in the pan, soy sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons, sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons, sake - 2 tbsp. spoons, green pea- 95 grams, white rice for garnish.

How to cook

We wrap the meat in a small piece of cling film so that it compresses it strongly. Put the wrapped meat in the freezer for two hours.

We take the meat out of the freezer and cut into thin slices 1/2 cm thick. Set aside.
