Baking using fermented milk products considered more crumbly and useful. Such simple cottage cheese cookies are often prepared for children who do not like this product.

Components:

  • Flour - 350 g;
  • Homemade cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • Margarine - 250 g;
  • Homemade sour cream - 200 ml;
  • Sugar - 50 g;
  • Almonds - 50 g.

Pour the crushed flour into a deep glass container, then cut a fairly soft margarine with a knife. We chop the base with a knife.

We pass the cottage cheese through an electric meat grinder or a sieve. Add to the flour mass along with sour cream. Add sugar and mix well with your hands. Place in a disposable bag and refrigerate for half an hour.
