How to cook stuffed pasta

We make minced meat from meat. You can take it ready chopped meat.

Peel and wash onions, garlic and carrots.

Finely chop the parsley.

In a bowl, mix minced meat, 2/3 grated cheese, browned vegetables, parsley. Add salt and ground black pepper, seasoning Italian herbs. Salt (given the saltiness of the cheese).

Add half a glass to the mince cold water from the tap, mix well. We start the tubes with prepared minced meat. Sometimes, before stuffing the pasta tubes with minced meat, they are boiled. But I find it easier and faster to stuff dry cannelloni. Gently push the filling with the index finger first on one side, and when the tube is half full, start on the other side.

2. Peel and finely chop the onion.

3. When the pan heats up, we begin to sauté the onion.

4. Add minced meat to the onion (it must be pre-thawed). Fry it a little, add salt, spices and cook until half cooked.

5. Wash and cut tomatoes. You can add any other vegetables that you have in the fridge.

6. Add tomatoes to the minced meat in a pan. We also put a spoonful of tomato paste there, mix everything.

7. Remove the pan with minced meat from the stove and let our stuffing cool down a bit.

8. While the minced meat is cooling, grate the cheese. And we make a sauce from tomato paste: in a glass, stir a spoonful of tomato paste with water, here you can also add a little salt and spices.

9. We stuff our pasta with stuffing and put them in a mold. Sprinkle cheese on top, on top of which we stack the rest of the pasta. Sprinkle with cheese again.


10. Pour everything with tomato paste with water, put in a preheated oven and cook at 180 ° for 20-30 minutes (depending on how your oven cooks).

1. In fact, this dish is prepared with two sauces - bolognese and bechamel. The first is used for the filling, and the second is used to get a golden crust during the baking of pasta tubes.

First, prepare the cannelloni filler. Peel the onion and chop finely.

2. Fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
