How to do:

Freeze the fillet a little. Cut into layers 7-8 mm thick and lightly beat off with a kitchen hammer. Then chop into small cubes.

We will cook this dish with bread. However, if desired, it can be replaced with grated zucchini.

These soft and juicy cutlets are made from the following products:

  • Chicken mince - 500 g
  • Onions - 2 pieces of medium size
  • Carrot - 1 root vegetable
  • Garlic - a couple of cloves
  • Milk or water - 120 ml
  • Bread crumb - 90 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Meat broth - about a liter
  • Ground black pepper - a little
  • Salt - a little
  • For breadcrumbs

The dish is prepared like this:

1. We clean the carrots and onions from the skin. After the root crop on a coarse grater, three. We cut one onion either into cubes or into thin half rings.

2. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread onion and carrots on it in an even layer. Our cutlets will be stewed on this vegetable layer. We put all this in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for about 10 minutes.

3. Bread, peeled garlic with the remaining onion are sent to the bowl of a food processor. Pour these ingredients with milk and puree.

8. Return the baking sheet to the oven for another 35-40 minutes.

  • Potato - 1 large tuber
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper - for taste
  • Salt - a little
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Cooking technology:

1. We heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion cut into thin half-rings on it until golden brown.

2. Chop the mushrooms into small cubes. We send them to the pan to the ruddy, onion half rings. Fry, stirring, over medium heat until the juice secreted by the mushrooms has evaporated. Salt the filling, pepper, then mix everything thoroughly. Let the filling cool down.

3. Salt minced meat and season with hot pepper. Then we knead it.

4. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Add this shavings to the cooled mushrooms. Gently mix the ingredients of the filling.

5. Rub the peeled raw potatoes on a coarse grater.

6. With hands moistened in cool water, make a cake from minced meat. In the center of this pancake, lay out the cheese and mushroom filling and close it up. Dip each such cutlet in flour, egg and potato mass.
