Under no circumstances will DHL undertake the shipment of certain shipments. This list includes the following types of parcels:

Small packages and parcels that are forwarded in the appropriate way before being exported to Germany also have a 12-digit number.

• Rx123456789DE - small packages weighing up to 2 kg;
• Cx123456789DE - parcels weighing from 2 to 20 kg;
• Ex123456789DE - parcels weighing over 20 kg (up to 31.5).
