Council for International Relations. "Council on Foreign Relations" as a secret society. Sources of influence. Interests

During World War I, President Woodrow Wilson appoints cutting-edge journalist Walter Lippmann to the post of Deputy Secretary of Defense. He is tasked with setting up a secret group of 125 of the university's best professors, called the "Investigation", to study the possibilities of spreading liberalism around the world under the guise of World War I. Lippman works closely with Special Advisor to the President, Colonel Edward Mandell House. They prepare a final report called The Aims of War and the Conditions of Peace. It will serve as a base for famous fourteen points Wilson.

This move is often defined as idealistic (doing good to Mankind without it knowing) as opposed to realism (protecting one's own own interests without regard for the main principles). Essentially, Wilson is doing both: he intends to expand democracy, but reserves the right to conquer Mexico or annex Haiti. Today, neoconservatives are calling for that tradition to be followed: they want to democratize the Middle East while simultaneously bombing Afghanistan and Iraq.

At the end of the First World War, Wilson traveled to Europe to personally participate in the peace conference at Versailles. He is accompanied by five personal assistants, among whom is Colonel House, who takes with him 23 members of the Investigation team. The American delegation imposes its working methodology on partners: they forbid discussing peace agreements until the countries determine what this world will be like. She also shares her plans to create a world open to commerce without customs restrictions and regulations. In fact, these plans reflect what will later be called globalization. She also advocates the creation of the League of Nations, the purpose of which would be to prevent wars. This project was largely corrected by the Europeans, and ultimately rejected by the US Congress, which thereby voiced its disapproval of Wilson.

The British and American delegations decide to create an Academy outside the Peace Conference, which would unite both states. Its purpose would be to continue the activities of the Inquiry, which would contribute to the development of a joint long-term concept in the field of foreign policy. Ultimately, this Anglo-American Institute of Foreign Affairs split into two independent departments, one based in London and the other in New York.

Meanwhile, Secretary of State Elihu Root, who orchestrated the invasions of Cuba, Honduras and Dominican Republic and, despite this, having received the Nobel Peace Prize, for his part, organized the Council on Foreign Relations (Council on Foreign Relations - CFR). The organization did not work properly, despite the fact that it consisted of about a hundred people. The Inquiry decided to team up with the CFR to create the US side of the mechanism. Meanwhile, the British set up their Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA) at Chatham House.

The rules for the functioning of the CFR and Chatham House are the same as in all research institutions: participants are encouraged to work on assigned goals outside the organization and under assumed names. In addition, at that time, only men who were citizens of the United States and Great Britain could work at CFR and Chatman House. But the character of the two organizations developed differently in imperial-minded Britain and in the isolationist United States. These differences show up in the titles of the magazines they produce: foreign affairs belonged to CFR, and International affairs- RIA. During the period leading up to World War II, the CFR staff in New York increased from 300 to 663. There were representatives of all political trends, of course, with the exception of the isolationists. CFR is generously funded by private donors, especially the Carnegie Endowment, and not by the federal government, of which he is a consultant. CFR branches are opening in 8 more major American cities.

By the end of the 30s. The council disagrees on what position to take on Japanese militarism and German fascism. To this end, CFR Director Hamilton F. Armstrong and Secretary Allen W. Dulles publish a short but resounding article. Can we remain neutral?. Since the invasion of Poland in 1939, that is, two years before the White House decided to enter the war, the CFR began to study the goals of the war. Expert work will continue until the end of hostilities. Hundreds of scientists compiling a compendium for the State Department War and Peace Studies, consisting of 682 reports. Research is funded by the Rockefeller Foundation: these payments reach the amount of 350 thousand dollars. The compilation will serve as the basis for the convening of the Dumbarton Oaks and San Francisco Conferences (creation of the UN).

At the end of hostilities, Alain Dulles, who had served in the OSS during the war, is named president of the CFR. The first initiative of the Council is to use the results of the war to please the Truman administration. This time the cup of patience overflows. Prominent historians protest against monopolization historical research a private interest club controlled by the federal government. The CFR is, in fact, the only institution with access to government records and the ability to write official history without fear of retraction.

The number of CFR employees continues to grow and quickly reaches the number of thousands of people. In order to include representatives from all parts of society, the leaders of the CFR decide to include in it the less well-off people: the union leaders of the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Unions ("AFL / CIO"). In fact, the article was written by Ambassador George F. Kennan upon his return from Moscow. He believes that communism pursues expansionist goals in its policies, and assures that it will soon pose an even greater threat than III Reich. A kind of paranoia is taking over the Soviet, many of whose staff misinterpret the article as an announcement of an imminent military attack by the Soviet Union. Be that as it may, Harry S. Truman entrusts Kennan with the development National Security Act, which establishes the system of secret services of the state (combined arms headquarters operating on a permanent basis in peacetime, the CIA and the Council national security). Naturally, people from the CFR come to the top positions of these secret services, in particular, Dean Acheson (Dean Acheson), Charles Bohlen (Charles Bohlen), Averell Harriman (Averell Harriman), Robert Lovett (Robert Lovett) and John McCloy . As a result, these institutions use the CFR to prevent the return of isolationism and to mobilize the elite of society in support of the Marshall Plan.

Meanwhile, the changes initiated by the Truman administration, when Kennan was replaced by his deputy Paul Nitze, and as the Cold War shifted from a mere containment policies to indirect confrontation, are a reaction to the first test by the Soviet Union atomic bomb. These changes are carried out without the participation of the CFR. In the 50s. The Council is working on a nuclear doctrine. For these purposes, in 1954 and 1955, working groups were created. The meetings of these groups are led by a young professor close to the military-industrial complex, Henry A. Kissinger. After China tested the atomic bomb in 1964, the CFR began advocating for maintaining a policy of openness with that country. Richard Nixon endorses this concept and reports it in the magazine foreign affairs. Subsequently, it will be implemented by the Secretary of State of his administration, Kissinger.

It was at this time that the Ford Foundation also became a sponsor of the CFR, which hired brilliant university professors: Zbigniew Brzezinski and Stanley Hoffman. As in the case of World War II, at the end of the Vietnam War, the CFR writes its "official" history, which was signed by 22 very influential persons. As in 1945, the American elite decides for itself which crimes must be recognized and justified, and which must be hidden and forgotten. Nixon is fired, and everyone else pretends to have learned from the past in order to be able to turn the page and once again declare their intentions to follow goodwill. David Rockefeller of Chase Manhattan Bank (later to become JP Morgan Chase) becomes president of CFR in 1970. He timidly opens access to the Council to women and recruits young cadres. He also creates an executive director post that trusts Carter's former Secretary of State, Cyrus R. Vance, and an International Advisory Board with France represented by Michel Rocard and Canada by Brian Muroney.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the CFR defines the country's new political line by publishing in foreign relations Samuel Huntington's article "The Clash of Civilizations" "La Guerre des civilizations; War of Civilizations, Thierry Meyssan, Voltaire, June 4, 2004.]].

Séance de travail au Council on Foreign Relations.

The current president of the Council on Foreign Relations is former diplomatic adviser to President Bush, Art. Richard N. Haass, who under Bush Jr. became Colin L. Powell's deputy. He is considered one of the mentors of Condoleezza Rice. CFR Chairman is Peter G. Peterson, a banker close to the Bush family. The annual funding of the Council, provided by more than 200 multinational companies, results in more than $7 million. It consists of 4,200 employees and 50 researchers. Magazine foreign affairs sold worldwide and has a circulation of 125,000 copies. For the past 60 years, the CFR has been developing long-term strategies for the State Department, establishing consensus within the American elite (with the exception of representatives of the isolationist concept) outside of any democratic control. Depending on the specific interests of its members, the Council determined the goals of all conflicts in which the United States entered. In this system, war does not fit into the formula " continuation of policy by other means» Clausewitz, but is a way of promoting the free market. In parallel, the Rand Corporation, as an adviser to the Department of Defense, is defining war strategies. The CFR has also drawn up an agreed national history that propagates the myth of the selflessness of interventionism and rejects the suffering that the United States has brought to the rest of the world. Finally, the CFR is spreading the American political model by recruiting the leaders of other states into its ranks.

Publication by an unknown author "Occult Technology of Power"(1974) is an inspired account of how the Illuminati bankers seized power and ruled the world. This publication confirms many of my wildest assumptions, including the nature of the Council on Foreign Relations. (More on it below).

That's what made me think that this document was indeed a crash course for a successor to the Illuminati.

Only after reading to the end did I discover these reservations: “Any resemblance of these characters to persons living or dead is purely coincidental. Any similarity between their methodology and the existing methodology of the ruling elite is purely coincidental.”

It is clear that this creative work astute observer, based on years of research. My main comment concerns the author's suggestion that there is more competition between the banking dynasties, "my colleagues abroad", than I think there is. Otherwise, this document is a found treasure trove of understanding the essence of how the Illuminati actually operate. SMO is an example.

COUNCIL FOR INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Illuminati bankers use thousands of seemingly innocuous associations to destroy and control society. This way of recruiting collaborators subtly signals to opportunists which strategies are blessed with the power of money.

In "Occult Technology" it says that "the hierarchy of prestigious associations is crowned by one prestigious society - the Council on Foreign Affairs ... The Council is at the heart of what is called the "powers that be", and we are at the heart of the Council."

Since founding this organization in 1949, the founders declare that it is "a private, non-profit organization dedicated to informing citizens on matters of national and international importance."

Since we very rarely hear about it, I think everything that is said there applies doubly to the Council on Foreign Relations. Here are its highlights:

Image caption.(U.S. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner)

1. This organization is a "front for a secret society". This means that the rank and file members are not told about the true goals of the organization, that is, the veiled world of the tyranny of bankers dedicated to Satanism. (If their aims were moral, they would not need to cheat.)

“All other agents are delusional about most of our goals and motives. Their knowledge is limited to the details necessary to fulfill their role."

The advice is “invaluable for disseminating our policy decisions to our environment without revealing our motives and strategies. In many cases, a policy can be successfully sold to our environment and thus passed on to many simply over the air, along with the appropriate clarifications, in a single impressive session of the Council.”

2. “Membership is no longer a reward for success, however, it is a necessary condition for great success. Without membership in the Council, only the most prominent can achieve national prominence. Through membership, outright mediocrities with "correct" views achieve fame.

"In fact, the mediocrity is far more capable of spreading explanations for our policies and is unlikely to be able to discover and counter our ulterior motives."

“The power-hungry mediocrity is unlikely to be too harsh in judging his benefactors or scrutinizing the nature of the power structure that led him (and he fears it) to undeserved success. The vanity of even idealistic, ardent humanists prevents such a course.

Image caption.(Chairman of the board of directors and chief executive of commercial bank Goldman Sachs Lloyd Blankfein)

"AT at present the Council is a gigantic employment agency of supporters, ready to mechanically repeat our public line from senior positions in government, foundations, radio-television, industries, banks and publishing houses.

“While the members of the Council are called upon to take a stand and answer the diversionary questions we have put together to amuse and weaken the populace, there is something to behold when, cornered, they show complete solidarity in upholding our power structure!”

“And I think most see themselves as righteous defenders of the public good, dismissing the rumors that are being circulated about our power structure as ‘crazed paranoids.

Image caption.(Henrik Herzberg, political columnist for The New Yorker)

3. “Classic secret societies with a complex structure no longer play a major role in the financing of capitalist power structures. Most of the degenerate secret societies have become membership, which is used by the middle class as an excuse to run away from wife and children once a month for a man's company.

“But secret societies were the main weapon of our bourgeois ancestors in the fight against the old feudal order of kings and princes. In times of old style authoritarian despotism, secret society was the only place where a free-thinking person could express himself."

"Through threats, oaths of allegiance, patronage, deceit and rewards, we bind such malcontents into a fierce force for our [Satanic] revolution."

“Many degrees, occult fetishism and ambiguous philanthropy hide the real aims of our secret societies from the bulk of the members. The Masonic lodges "lit up" in the European revolutions played a decisive role in our final victory over the old order.

WHITE HOUSE COUNCIL OF FOREIGN RELATIONS MEETING

Currently* fourteen out of seventeen politicians are members of the Council on Foreign Relations (webpage: cfr.org). The other two, Rumsfeld (now a member of the Trilateral Commission) and Laird, are former CFR members. The only one of the seventeen who does not belong to this organization is George Walker Bush himself. But he is a member of Yale University's oldest secret society of students, the Skull and Bones.

* Approx. — During the reign of George W. Bush.

From left to right: former minister Defense Secretary Harold Brown, former Secretary of State James Baker, former Secretary of State Colin Powell, former Secretary of Defense James Schlesinger, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Vice President Dick Cheney, President George Walker Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, former Secretary of State George Schultz, former Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird , former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, former Secretary of State Alexander Haig, former Secretary of Defense Frank Carlucci, former Secretary of Defense William Perry and former Secretary of Defense William Cohen.

A 1936 Council of Foreign Relations handbook gives the following details regarding the founding of the organization:

During the Paris Peace Conference on May 30, 1919, several senior members of the delegation met at the Majestic Hotel to discuss the creation of an international group that would advise the respective governments on international affairs. The US was represented by General Tasker H. Bleese (Chief of Staff of the US Army), Colonel Edward M. House, Whitney, H. Shepherdson, Dr. James T. Shotwell, and Professor Archibald Coolidge. Britain was unofficially represented by Lord Robert Cecil, Lionel Curtis, Lord Eustis Percy and Harold Temperley. The participants of the meeting called the organization the Institute of International Relations. However, at a meeting held on June 5, 1919, the founders decided that it was best to create separate organizations that would cooperate with each other. As a result, they founded the New York-based Council on Foreign Relations and its sister organization, the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London, also known as the Chatham House Study Group, to provide advice to the British government. An auxiliary organization, the Institute of Pacific Relations, was created to deal exclusively with the Far East region. Organizations such as the Institute for Foreign Policy (Institut für Auswartige Politik) and the Center for Foreign Policy Studies (Santre d'Étude de Politik Etranger) were also founded in Hamburg and Paris, respectively...

Baron Edmond de Rothschild of France presided over the Paris Conference and each of the founders of the Royal Institute received his endorsement. The same thing happened with regard to the Council of Foreign Relations, which was unofficially established on July 29, 1921.

Funding for the creation of the CMO came from J.P. Morgan, Bernard Baruch, Otto Kahn, Jacob Schiff, Paul Warburg, John D. Rockefeller, and others. This is the same group that took part in the creation of the Federal Reserve.

The original board of directors included Isaiah Bowman, Archibald Coolidge, John W. Daves, Norman X. Davies, Stephen Duggan, Otto Kahn, William Shepherd, Whitney Shepardson and Paul Warburg.

The directors of the Council of Foreign Relations since 1921 have been such prominent personalities as Walter Lippmann (1932-1937), Alley Stevenson (1958-1962), Saire Vance (1968-1976, 1981-1987), Zbigniew Brzezinski (1972-1977), Robert O. Andersen (1974-1980), Paul Volcker (1975-1979), Theodore M. Hesburgh (1926-1985), Lane Kirkland (1976-1986), George X. W. Bush (1977-1979), Henry Kissinger ( 1977-1981), David Rockefeller (1949-1985), George Schultz (1980-1988), Alan Greenspan (1982-1988), Brent Scowcroft (1983-1989), Jane J. Kirkpatrick (1985-) and Richard B. Sheni (1987-1989) .

by the most influential person in the CFR for the past two decades has been David Rockefeller, grandson of John D. Rockefeller. As director of the CMO for thirty-six years, David was also chairman of the board of directors from 1970 to 1985 and remains honorary chairman of the organization. In the same period of time, he served as chairman of the Chase Manhattan Bank.

There is nothing to fear that the Rockefellers will eventually lose control of the CFR. The next generation of its members is preparing to continue the tradition. David Jr., John D. IV and Rodman S. Rockefeller are currently members of the Council on Foreign Relations.

As noted earlier, the Rees Committee determined that the CFR was funded by the Rockefeller and Carneg foundations. The commission also examined the Institute of Pacific Relations as a subsidiary of the CFR and stated that the CFR "persistently promotes the globalist concept."

More recently, between 1987 and 1990, CFR has received significant contributions and special gifts from leading organizations and individuals such as Chemical Bank, City Bank (City Corporation), Morgan Guarantee Trust, John D. and Katherine T. MacArthur, ARCO, Readers Digest, British Petroleum American Corporation, Mercedes Benz" in North America, Seagram & Sons, Newsweek, The Washington Post Company, The Rockefeller Brothers Foundation, The Rockefeller Family and Associates, The Rockefeller Foundation, and David Rockefeller.

During the same time, CMO received significant amounts from other large corporations and foundations. Some of them are: American Express Philanthropic Program, Asia Foundation, Association of Television and Radio News Analysts, Carnegie Corporation of New York, General Motors Corporation, Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, General Electric Foundation , Hulet, Andrew W. Melan and Xerox .

The Board currently has 2,670 members, of which 952 are based in New York, 339 in Boston, and 730 in Washington, D.C.. The list of its members, as we shall see, is similar to an extract from the American Who's Who directory and includes most of the highest-ranking persons in the national government, business, education, army, information media, banking, etc. The CFR, in addition to its headquarters in New York, has 38 affiliated organizations, known as the Committees on Foreign Relations, which are located in many major cities U.S.A .

Rear Admiral Chester Ward, who was a member of the CFR for sixteen years, warned the American people:

"The most powerful cabal among these elite groups has one common goal- deprive the United States of sovereignty and national independence. Another cabal made up of international members of the CFR... includes international Wall Street banks and their key agents. They need, first of all, an international banking monopoly, with the help of which world government can be achieved.

Dan Smoot, formerly of the FBI Headquarters in Washington and one of the early investigators of the CFR, defines the purpose of the organization as follows: “The ultimate goal of the Council of Foreign official parts". All this, of course, will be done in the name of democracy.

Congressman John R. Rarick, who is extremely concerned about the growing influence of the CFR and has gone to great lengths to expose the organization, warns:

“The Council on Foreign Relations, dedicated to achieving one world government and funded by some of the largest tax-exempt funds, wields power and influence over our society in the areas of finance, business, labor, military, education, and media. This should be known to every American who is interested in us having good management and a quality system of private enterprise, is concerned with the preservation and protection of the US Constitution.

However, the national "mechanism for exercising the right to know" - the mass media - and usually very aggressive in informing our people, remains apparently silent when anyone gets to the CFR, its members and their activities. I noticed that even students and people who graduated from universities know very little about the Council on Foreign Relations.

CFR is the "ruling circles". He not only has influence and power in decision-making at the highest levels of government, not only exerts pressure from above, but also finances and uses individuals and certain groups in order to exercise pressure from below and justify top-level decisions to transform the United States from an independent constitutional republic to a subordinate member of a single world dictatorial regime.

All the doubts I had about the true purpose of the CFR disappeared after I learned about the statements of members of the CFR in support of world government, which have been made for many years. For example, on February 17, 1950, CFR member James Warburg, testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Commission, declared: "We will have a one world government, whether you like it or not - by force or voluntarily."

The second case is described in the April 1974 issue of the CMO magazine Foreign Effects (p. 558). Richard Gardner stated that the New World Order “should be created from the bottom up rather than from the top down. It will all look like a "raging and roaring mess" ... however, by corroding national sovereignty piece by piece in this way, we will achieve much more than with the help of an old-fashioned frontal attack.

And in the seventh issue of the Study, a special issue of the CFR published on November 25, 1959, the Council declared that its purpose was to support the "creation of a New International Order" that could be the answer to the world's aspirations for peace and social and economic change. World order ... including countries that call themselves socialist (communist) ".

The WMO has been informally using the term New World Order (or New International Order) ever since its inception to refer to the coming one world governance. However, since the autumn of 1990, members of the CFR began to use this name openly for the first time in order to prepare society for the coming changes. They hope that if Americans hear this phrase often enough even before the creation of world governance, then it is likely that they will not resist the idea of a new order and will not feel threatened by it when its time comes.

It must be explained that the expression "New World Order" has been used by enlightened Freemasonry since the days of Weishaupt to refer to the coming world community, in which, after its construction, the Antichrist will rule. One of the secret symbols of enlightened Freemasonry reflecting this message was placed on the back of our one dollar bill during the reign of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Roosevelt himself was a 33rd (highest) degree Freemason and an important member of the Council of Foreign Relations.) This Masonic symbol consists of a pyramid with the all-seeing eye of Osiris and Baal above it. Under the pyramid in Latin is written "Novus Ordo Seclorum" - " New order centuries" (or the New World Order).

On the image:

One American dollar (reverse side, enlarged).

This symbol was created by Masonic circles and in 1782 became the official image on the great state seal of the United States. While the seal itself was no mystery, the symbol remained largely unknown to the American people for over 150 years, until it was placed on the one dollar bill printed by the Federal Reserve.

At the time the printing project was being developed, the organization plan for the New World Order was in its infancy and had not yet been completed. This symbolizes the last stone of the pyramid, separated from its rest. However, when the one world order is built and the one world government is in place, then the last stone will join with the rest of the pyramid, thus heralding the completion of the task. The hierarchy of Freemasonry and occult societies, which resembles a pyramidal structure with many levels, will be completed when the Antichrist takes a dominant place at the top of the pyramid. As a result of my research, I have found that CFR and the Illuminati have much more in common than simply using the same terminology.

One reason for our ignorance of the Council of Foreign Relations is its rules requiring (like the Illuminati bylaws) that important meetings of its members be kept secret. Article II of the organization's charter reads:

“A prerequisite for membership in the CMO is compliance with the rules and regulations imposed from time to time by the Board of Directors regarding the conduct of CMO meetings and statements made at them. Subject to Article 1, any public disclosure or other act contrary to these rules may, at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, be considered grounds for the expulsion or suspension of the membership of a member.

And the 1990 CFR report (p. 182) states that “it would be against” the organizational rule on non-disclosure of speeches, which each participant in the meeting must obey:

“(a) not publish the speaker's report in any form in a newspaper; (b) not to repeat the report on television, radio, in the public address or in the classroom; or (c) not go beyond the limited circulation by distributing any report in a private company or government agency newsletter... A meeting participant may not knowingly transmit the contents of the reports to a newspaper reporter or other person who can be expected to publish in the media . The essence of the rule is quite simple: a participant in Council meetings must not make statements in such places and under such circumstances where there is a real risk that it will be immediately widely distributed or published.

That's freedom of speech for you! If the purpose of the CFR is not to sway American politics towards the idea of a world government, then why does its operation require such secrecy?

In the course of its mission to bring the American people into the New World Order, the CFR employs a strategy similar to Adam Weishaupt's - to surround members of the Council with high-ranking individuals, especially key officials who serve as advisers in the executive branch of the American government until such time as the CFR is in complete control of them. This method is also applied in the fields of education, media, military and banking with the aim of making the members of the CFR leaders in each of these areas.

It's very simple: the goal of the CFR is to influence all areas of public life in such a way that one day Americans wake up in the morning and see that the One World Order system is being implemented in full swing, whether they want it or not. The CFR hopes to lead Americans to a point where entering the system of world government will seem to them as natural and American as baseball and apple pie. Perhaps this all sounds absurd, but... only until humanity realizes how far the plans of the CMO have already gone.

Using Illuminist tactics and with the support of major globalist funds, the CFR has been able to move ahead with its plans quickly and relatively easily. In the 20-30s of the XX century, the organization managed to gain influence in the Democratic Party, and in the 40s to gain a foothold in the Republican Party. Thanks to the support of Franklin Roosevelt at the start of World War II, the CFR gained control of the State Department and, consequently, of American foreign policy. Rene Warmser of the Rees Committee explains how this happened:

"When the Second World War, the organization actually turned into an agent of the government. The Rockefeller Foundation began funding some of the research, known as the Institute for War and Peace Research, mostly conducted by members of the Council. The State Department at one time took up these studies itself, but retained the main staff provided to it by the Council of Foreign Relations.

1 916

One organization controls almost everything you see, hear and read in the media.

It's no secret that over the past 4 decades, the media have been merged into dozens of competing companies run by only six organizations.

The hundreds of channels, websites, news outlets, newspapers and magazines that make up ninety percent of all media are controlled by very few people, giving Americans the illusion of choice.

While six companies controlling everything the Western world consumes regarding media may sound like an ominous arrangement, the Swiss Center for Propaganda Research (SPR) has just released information that is even worse.

The research team was able to link all of these media companies to one organization, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

For those who may not be aware, the CFR is a major member of the major think tanks in Washington DC, facilitating the never-ending information war.

As former Army Major Todd Pierce recounts, this group acts as "primary provocateurs" using "psychological expressiveness" to create a false narrative of danger from some foreign entity in order to create paranoia among the US population that the country is under imminent threat. attack or capture.

Senior CFR member and outspoken neocon Robert Kagan has even publicly stated that the US should create a world empire.

The information released by the CFR and its cohorts is picked up by their secondary communicators as well as the well-known media outlets.

When you look at the chart from the SPR, the reach of this single organization is so vast that it's no secret how these elite psychopaths are driving Americans into perpetual war at the expense of their mothers, fathers, sons and daughters.

The best journalists and executives of all major media companies are integrated into the CFR. As the chart below shows, the CFR has even more control in the mainstream media than even the nefarious Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission.

As noted by SPR, a former managing editor and ombudsman Washington Post Richard Harwood has written about the Council on Foreign Relations, acknowledging that its members are most likely in line with what might be called the "ruling regime of the United States".

Harwood continued:

“The membership of these journalists on the board, whatever they may think of themselves, is a recognition of their active and important role in public affairs and their ascension to the American ruling class. They don't just analyze and interpret foreign policy for the United States; they help make it happen."

This group of inexplicable, unelected, professional propagandists in America don't just analyze US government policy, they actively promote and promote it.

Although only five percent of CFR members work in the media, as SPR indicates that this is all they need to carry out the will of other members of the organization, which includes:

several U.S. presidents and vice presidents of both sides;

almost all ministers of foreign affairs, defense and finance;

most of the chiefs of staff and commanders of the armed forces of the United States and NATO;

almost all national security advisers, CIA directors, UN ambassadors, Fed chairmen, World Bank presidents, and directors of the National Economic Council;

some of the most influential members of Congress (especially foreign and security politicians);

numerous media managers and top journalists, as well as some of the most famous actors;

numerous eminent scholars, especially in key areas of economics, international relations, political and historical sciences, and journalism;

numerous leaders think tanks, universities, NGOs and Wall Street;

and key members of the 9/11 Commission and the Warren Commission (JFK)

To highlight just how much control CFR has over the media, we only need to look at how they operate - in the public domain and receive little to no media coverage, in essence they remain in the shadows.

Former CFR Chairman, High Commissioner for Germany, co-founder of the Atlantic Council, President of the World Bank, and adviser to a total of nine US Presidents, John J. McCloy has publicly boasted that it is the CFR that chooses US politicians.

“Whenever we need a person [in Washington], we just go through the list of Council members and call New York [CFR headquarters],” McCloy said.

Prior to Trump's election, the last four presidents were CFR directors, George W. Bush, who was replaced by CFR member Bill Clinton, who was replaced by CFR family member George W. Bush, who was then replaced by CFR graduate candidate Barack Obama, who filled his cabinet with members of this elite groups.

While Donald Trump has never been a public member of the CFR, that hasn't stopped him from flooding White House dozens of CFR members.

Here are just a few of the CFR members appointed by Trump:

Elaine Chao, United States Secretary of Transportation (separate CFR member)

Jamie Dimon, Member of the Strategic and Policy Forum (CFR Member)

Jim Donovan Deputy Secretary of the Treasury (CFR member)

Larry Fink, Member of the Strategic and Policy Forum (CFR Member)

Neil M. Gorsuch, Judge Supreme Court(individual CFR member)

Vice Admiral Robert S. Harvard, National Security Advisor (rejected appointment) (corporate member of CFR)

Even though Trump was not a member of the CFR, his cabinet is made up almost entirely of its members. As this information shows, democracy is an illusion.

It also explains why independent and distinct information that challenges this world view is instantly subjected to a massive and sophisticated attack.

The beginning of the 21st century was marked by an unprecedented concentration of power in the hands of the world elite, often called the secret world government. However, in reality, the structure of world government is very complex. According to John Coleman, author of The Committee of 300, the secret world government has organs through which this or that action is carried out. One of the most important divisions of world government is “ Council on Foreign Relations“The members of this organization themselves say the following about themselves: “A non-partisan organization whose members do not receive any profit and whose entire activity is not aimed at improving the understanding of US foreign policy and international position cases through the exchange of opinions. However, the functions of the "Council" are much larger: to promote the creation of a world governed by a single government - a single world community. The composition of the Council on Foreign Relations is not secret, but what its members do is a deep secret. The Council publishes a list of its members, but each of them, joining the organization, takes an oath to keep the activities of the organization secret.

The Council was a continuation of the meetings that were held during and immediately after the First World War. These meetings were initiated by President Woodrow Wilson's adviser, Colonel Edward Mandel House. The topic of these meetings was post-war world- what he will become. At the next meeting, the famous "Fourteen Points" of Wilson appeared, in which he advocated a free and open international trade. After the end of the First World War, Wilson, House, the bankers Bernard Baruch and Paul Wober, and other influential people attended a peace conference in Paris. It was there, at the Majestic Hotel in Paris, on May 30, 1919, that the first interethnic organization, the Institute of Foreign Affairs, was established. This was the first concrete step towards the creation of a one world government. The created organization was divided into two branches: the first, called the Royal Institute of Foreign Affairs, located in London, and the second, the Council on Foreign Relations - in New York.

The first president of the Council on Foreign Relations was John W. Davis, who was a lawyer for J.P. Morgan. The charter of the organization states that a person who questions the goals of the Council on Foreign Relations must be immediately expelled from the organization. From the end of World War II to the present day, its headquarters has been in New York's Harold Pratt House, which was transferred to CMO by the Rockefeller family-owned Standard Oil company. David Rockefeller himself joined the "Council" before the outbreak of World War II, and in 1950 was elected its vice president.

Join this organization, consisting of the "northeastern ruling elite", is by invitation only. According to the original charter, the Council on Foreign Relations was supposed to have no more than 1,600 members, but today this figure has been doubled. Beginning in the 1970s, the Council ceased to be an exclusively white male organization, allowing a small number of women and African Americans to join. It included several US Secretaries of State, including Elihu Root, John Foster Dulles, and Christian Herter. In addition, one of its members was the famous Alain Dulles (who formulated the doctrine of the destruction Soviet Union and Russia "from the inside"), brother of John Foster, who later became director of the CIA and worked on the Warren Commission investigating the assassination of John F. Kennedy ...

The Council on Foreign Relations has such influence that it can directly dictate the direction of US foreign policy. In addition, his tasks also include the management of "democratic processes" within the country. One member of the Council, Admiral Chester Ward, noted: “The Council on Foreign Relations, of course, does not write political platforms for both parties and does not choose which of their members will run for president. It does not control the defense and foreign policy of the United States, but its members, as individual citizens, coordinate their actions with those of other members of the Council.

Managed crises

It is difficult to name a single US political decision in the field of foreign relations, adopted since the time of Wilson, which would be contrary to the Council on Foreign Relations. Almost all military conflicts or civil unrest in various countries that occurred during this period were initiated to one degree or another by this group. They call this "managed crises", hinting at the manual management of these "crises". According to a number of authors who criticize the activities of this organization, its former chairman David Rockefeller contributed to the creation of a new organization similar to the Council. It was called the "Trilateral Commission" and became one of the most influential structures in the secret world government.

There is every reason to believe that the United Nations was created precisely by the Council on Foreign Relations. Writer Ralph Epperson noted that the first US delegation to the UN meeting, held in San Francisco, included forty-eight members of the “Council”. Among the people who were members of the "Council" was also Alan Greenspan, who has been chairman of the Federal Reserve since the Ronald Reagan administration.

Unlike past centuries, modern wars are controlled more by bankers and businessmen than by generals and armies. An example is the infamous US-Vietnamese War. CFR members first showed interest in Vietnam in 1951 (ten years before the intervention of the US government and the entry of American troops into Vietnam). In the same year, a special group was set up under the Council on Foreign Relations to study the situation in this region. This group came to the conclusion that the region should be under US-British control. Three years later, one of the founders of the "Council", John Foster Dulles, convened a conference in Manil, which created the Southeast Asia Treaty Organization (SEATO). SEATO included Britain and the United States. France and Philippines. To protect interests in Indo-China, a pact was concluded, which became the reason for the long and bloody wars that France, and then the United States, waged in this region. Interestingly, in 1969, Richard Nixon appointed Henry Kissinger, who was also a member of both the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations, as his national security adviser.

According to the writer J. Edward Griffin, even the Cold War was the result of the activities of secret societies, in particular - and the "Council". Griffin notes: "Communist Russia was financed and completely controlled by the inner circles of contemporary American secret societies." To understand the depth of the influence of this organization on the world community, it is also necessary to say that journalists Robert McNeil, Jim Lehrer and Dan Rather were among the members of the Council on Foreign Relations. All three were near Dealey Plaza during the daring assassination of President Kennedy on November 22, 1963.

Thus, even a cursory review of the activities of the Council on Foreign Relations shows that this structure initiates the emergence of manageable crises in different parts of the world. The wars and various conflicts arising from this are of a protracted nature, which weakens all the conflicting parties to the maximum, while the secret World Government receives enormous profits, ultimately concentrating power in its hands more and more.
