New Year's Eve interview with Olya Polyakova. "Bad music or good? It's all a matter of taste!"

Each new song of the star becomes a hit and goes to the people. And at her concerts, Olya charges everyone with positive and gives good mood. She recently "spanked" an all-Ukrainian tour, gave out another musical masterpiece and cooked a new kind of cheese! What she told TV Guide with pleasure.

Olya, congratulations on the success of the clip "Oh my God, how it hurts!". Over a million views in a couple of weeks, and that's just on YouTube! Feeling like a superstar?

- For a long time! But in fact, star status is given to an artist by money, not by views. (Laughs.) And when our performers begin to receive worthy fees, earn millions of dollars, then it will be possible to feel like stars. In the meantime, popularity and recognition are not monetized properly. Of course, we make money, and everything is fine with us, but the scale is not the same. I believe that artists should earn excellent money, fly their own planes, ride their own yachts. (Laughs.)

The clip was directed by Alan Badoev, with whom you worked for the first time. Disagreement on film set did not occur?

We not only easily found mutual language, but they immediately came up with a video - during the first meeting! We didn't have any creative pains. Badoev and I already somehow tried to make a video, but the idea didn’t come up. Then it came, but I didn't really like it... And now I have a clear image, and I set my tasks very specifically and immediately. Perhaps that is why everything was thought up very quickly and, as they say, “went!”. As a result, the screenwriter only added a little humor to our initial version, and we shot the video very quickly. We managed in a day, although many locations were involved. Our work from the very beginning turned out to be energetically correctly charged.

In addition, Alan Badoev has an incredible team, everyone copes with their task by 100%. And it was the first time in my life when I didn't think about anything. Usually I don’t sleep at night before filming a video - I think of something, I buy something, so my manager Artemy runs around all in soap! (Smiling.) He collects props everywhere, pulls something to the site ... But this time everything was ready for us. So working is a pleasure!

CULTURAL HOSTEL

- In this video - the same hostel in which you spent your student years?

It wasn't a hostel at all. Honor and glory to our directors who, with the help of props, made a hostel out of the House of Culture! It looked so natural, although in fact everything was built from materials found almost in a landfill. (Laughs.)

As a student, did you, like your heroine in the video, climb into the room through the window? What do you remember from those times?

I have never lived in a hostel. Since she studied at a music school in her hometown, she lived at home. But I spent a lot of time with the girls from the course, who were found in the hostel. There was an instrument in every room, everyone played well and sang beautifully. We laid out compositions for as many voices as there were us, and yelled songs - arranged impromptu concerts. Before that, of course, the windows were opened, and passers-by listened to us enchanted, except that they didn’t throw a trifle. (Smiling.) So, the hostel is dear to me, I'm there for four academic years spent, however, visiting. And the girls there always had something to eat! We came to classes by 8 in the morning, and at 12 we went not to the canteen, but to eat our girls! They must have been awful about it, but they didn't tell us anything. They behaved very generously.

Are you still friends with any of those girls?

On Facebook - with everyone! I can’t say that we are friends with families or go to visit each other. But only because I don't have time at all. If I have a free minute, I dedicate it to my family. Now I have a lot of filming and concerts, and it takes a lot of time.

- Who created a kokoshnik of feathers for you? Whose feathers are in it?

- This beautiful headdress - author's work of stylists Alena Gadzhilova and Galina Vengelovskaya. It is made from pheasant feathers.

SCARLET FLOWER FOR DEER

How did your daughters and spouse react to new clip? Praised, criticized?

- In my family, it is not customary to criticize what my mother creates. Everything she does - by default it is considered brilliant and beyond doubt. Otherwise, mom will bad mood, and then expect trouble, you can even stay hungry! (Laughs.)

- Do you plan to continue cooperation with Alan Badoev? Are you already working on something new?

- Of course, we immediately came up with the next video - "Scarlet Flower", it will also be directed by Alan. It will be a clip with a fabulous plot. Me in recent times more and more amazing Disney fairy tales, I even want to play an anti-hero. There are many children among my audience and I think it will be interesting for them to see the evil and kind sorceress in one person.

During your performances, there are a lot of bright decorations on the stage: a mirrored royal, a crystal horse ... Have you ever thought about opening a museum of unique props?

- I have a huge hangar in my dacha, adapted for storing various equipment. We have a motorcycle, and a jet ski, and snowmobiles ... Now all this is sold out, because there is no time to ride it. So that's where all the props from filming and concerts are stored. There was also a huge pink toilet from the clip "90-60-90", but it was of such dimensions that there was little room for anything besides it, and the workers begged me to remove it. In the end, I agreed - I allowed to cut it and throw it away. But how I regretted it when I was preparing my solo album! I'd love to get out there again! After this incident, I decided not to throw anything away! It's better to keep everything in the hangar - any props will come in handy, it's always nice to have them. In addition, I am a fisted woman with respect to new expenses. But the museum, if anyone is interested, you can open it. But for this you need to trample show business for another 10 years, and then we'll see.

- By the way, how many kokoshniks are there in your collection?

As for kokoshniks and any other headdresses, then, as with men, after the 20th you stop counting. (Laughs.)

RABBITS AND SEVEN KIDS

- How are your goats, ducks, horses and other living creatures? Any new inhabitants on the farm appeared?

- Live very fat! All of them are good. This year, seven more kids were born. So there is a lot of milk, a lot of ducks and chickens, and soon there will be rabbits too!

It's school holidays now. His daughters Masha and Alice in summer camps do not send? Have you already planned your vacation?

- Masha is already resting in a country camp where there is a stable. She is engaged in horseback riding, learning show jumping. And it's too early for the youngest to go to the camps. I don’t plan my vacation yet, because until mid-September I have all the weekends scheduled. I can leave for a maximum of three days, and then on weekdays. But I'm tired and I don't want to go somewhere yet. So I will rest in the country and at concerts.

- Do you play games with your children?

We must, of course. But while they are playing on their iPhones and iPads, they cannot be torn off their gadgets and taken for a walk! Therefore, I give them phones already on the street, so that they can at least breathe fresh air. Today, the dependence of children on gadgets is a problem for many parents. The younger generation are like drug addicts! And it is difficult to offer an alternative, because badminton or rubber bands are already boring for them. In reality, it is difficult to find another game with the same speed of action and versatility.

-Does their grandmother, your mother, often come to visit you? Likes to put things in order?

Of course! She also builds my husband. Unfortunately, dad passed away three years ago, and at some point she decided that my Vadik was her husband too. (Laughs.)

-Does Vadim respect his mother-in-law or is it like in jokes?

Rather the second, but he loves her. He jokes, of course, sometimes, but we all laugh at each other. We have a funny family. The humor that I give out on stage is born in my home, in the kitchen, during verbal ping-pong with relatives - my mother and husband are very witty. And then I often read my jokes on Facebook or Instagram as thoughts converted into aphorisms and anecdotes. Then I understand that they have already gone to the people and they are not connected with me.

SIX-STAR PARADISE

-From our last interview Exactly one year has passed with you. What changes have occurred in your life during this period?

If only I could remember everything... so much has happened in that time! We traveled all over Ukraine with two large-scale tours: “Spanking Flip Flops” and “Better, Best and Best”, within the framework of which we visited about 40 cities, and even visited some of them twice. More than 150 thousand people saw my show! My first solo performance took place in Kyiv. We presented an enchanting show directed by Oleg Zhezhel from Kazaky bands. What was not there! I even hovered over the stage at a height of four meters without insurance, because they simply did not have time to fix it on me! At the same time, we presented a life-size crystal horse, and I walked my best kokoshniks. Then we spanked the audience to the fullest and not only in Kyiv, because our show was broadcast by an international channel, and the audience of the concert were residents of Europe, Canada and the USA. Then, of course, there was the second season of the League of Laughter festival, where I was invited by Studio Kvartal-95 as a star coach of the project participants ...

- What was surprising during your all-Ukrainian tour? What did the audience give?

- Presented toys, including handmade ones. For example, flowers from beads, a bunch of other crafts! In one city, they gave huge wings that you can wear. I even plan to use them in my show. And how many kokoshniks and other headdresses are made! From feathers, flowers ...

- Shooting clips, touring, participating in various projects is definitely exhausting. How do you deal with fatigue?

The bath helps a lot. I'm leaving for my country, where I have a real six-star paradise! I take a steam bath in my bath, ride a horse, merge with nature - and rest.

Olya Polyakova is making great strides in cheese making.

I have already moved to a new level - I don’t just cook cheeses, now I have them all with mold: orange, white, blue ... There are soft and hard ones - whatever you want, a whole laboratory! I even made real parmesan. One cheese lay for more than a year and a half and it turned out to be a wonderful parmesan, - says the singer. - By the way, I have already ruined two refrigerators, because a special temperature is needed to make cheeses. So I break refrigerators, but not myself, of course, - I call the masters. (Smiling.) There are two, we will break the third!

Singer Olya Polyakova celebrates her wedding anniversary today. The whole family unexpectedly came to congratulate her on this important day, and even her businessman husband, whom she almost never shows.

The photo shows that Polyakova's neck is held by a tight bandage - the other day the singer had a problem, she had a pinched nerve and had to urgently see a doctor. Health problems did not stop the restless blonde, she continued her previously planned concerts.

She met her husband, a businessman named Vadim Polyakova, during his birthday - the young singer was invited to perform in front of the birthday man and his guests. A charming blonde in a pink dress conquered the businessman, as he himself later admitted - it was almost "love at first sight."

Olya Polyakova's husband turned out to be a completely non-public person, moreover, he was not interested in photo shoots, interviews and other attributes. For the first time, Olya Polyakova persuaded Vadim to meet with journalists and take pictures for a glossy publication only last year. The November issue of Viva magazine came out with a photo of Olya Polyakova's entire family on the cover and a large interview inside.

When we just got married, we couldn't get away from each other, we followed each other on the heels. That is literally! I went to the bathroom - Vadik followed me: he sat on a stool, and we chatted. Vadik went to the balcony to smoke - I followed him. It was some kind of obsession. My mother was even angry: “What are you, like fools, following each other, already separated at last! Vadik, let me talk to my daughter,” Olga Polyakova said in an interview.

The eldest daughter Masha, who was born in 2005, became the first child for Olga and her husband, despite the fact that he older than the singer and he already had quite a long relationship with women before, there were no children before Masha. Masha, who is already 11 years old, growing up, becomes just a copy of her star mother.

In 2011, the family replenished again - Olga Polyakova gave birth to a second child, sister Mashenka, who was named Alice.

Singer Gentlemen prefer blondes. And who do blondes prefer?
Definitely true gentlemen. Because there is nothing more attractive than a gallant, caring, generous and, of course, rich man! (Laughs.)

Hair color, state of mind, mindset, lifestyle... what does it mean to be a blonde?
This is a diagnosis of a harmless disease. Well, how can you be especially worried if you have caries, alopecia (ed. - hair loss) or acne? Well, yes, the disease, but many live and do not even think of being treated! (Laughs.)

As is known, best friends girls are diamonds. Who would you like to make friends with a blonde in diamonds?
A blonde in diamonds, in principle, does not need anyone. After all, as it is sung in the song of Konstantin Meladze: "... nowhere, no one, nothing, no way ...". But seriously, this was a serious answer! (Laughs.)

Who comes up with jokes about blondes?
Well, naturally, blondes, in between writing dissertations, having children and building a successful career.

According to the legends, the goddess of love Aphrodite, who emerged from the foam, became the first owner of golden hair. What is a blonde in love capable of?
A blonde in love is capable of the same as any woman in love. She is ready to devote and sacrifice herself completely to a man and family, while not forgetting to do her own thing.

What a woman wants, God wants. What does the blonde want?
She wants to eat deliciously, sleep softly, dress smartly, communicate with smart and pleasant people, have a friend, lover, husband and ally all rolled into one, and she wants her loved ones to be healthy and happy. But I said this about myself, and what other blondes want will remain on their conscience! (Laughs.)

A mink - in the closet, a jaguar - in the garage, a tiger - in bed, and a donkey who will pay for it all - these are the four indispensable pets of the blonde Hilton. What "animals" do you like?
I would cross off the donkey from the list, changing it to a beautiful, brave and wild lion, to whom I have been married for 8 years.

The blonde's desk book?
How to subdue people, distribute business cards and conquer the world. This is exactly what I am writing now! (Laughs.)

"Happy birthday, Mr. President" - this musical improvisation by Monroe has long become a legend. And who and how would you like to congratulate you?
Let's put the question differently: who would I like to hear on my birthday? Perhaps I wouldn’t refuse if they sang “Happy Days” by Wladimir Klitschko to me, Jason Statham and 35-year-old Bruce Willis. (Laughs.)

What or who is on the blonde blacklist?
People without a sense of humor. The absence of this is an incurable disease, like a disability. After all, humor is the only thing that destroys pathos.

An indispensable thing in the wardrobe of a blonde in May?
The presence of a thin waist and long slender legs. I'll even tell you where to buy them. I buy mine at the Dynamo stadium, where I run 20 laps a day.

Three main commandments of a real blonde?
Shine always, shine everywhere, shine and no nails! Here is my slogan and the sun. (Laughs.)

What gift would you like to receive for the occasion? international day blondes?
If they suddenly gave me the People's Artist of the World, I would not refuse. It is a pity that there is no such title.

All Ukrainian banknotes depict men, except for one. Who is this blonde?
It is unfair that the blonde is depicted on two hundred. Any woman, regardless of whether she is blonde or brunette, is worthy of a million dollar bill. Z

As a child, I was almost completely left to myself, especially since my mother often left with my father on business trips abroad: my dad was a diplomat. I grew up with my grandmother, in a village near Vinnitsa. I first came to her at the age of three months, when my mother had a session at the medical institute. Grandmother was then forty-three years old. In fact, I became her third child after my mother and my mother's brother - the third and most beloved: she spoiled me, tried to give everything that she did not give to her children. My grandmother and I had a special bond.

From the age of three, I hung out all day on the street in the company of boys - for some reason, all the neighbors had sons. We drove through the fields, climbed into other people's gardens for cherries, stole corn and peas. I was not afraid of anything and wanted to be the ringleader everywhere. No wonder she even got a concussion once.

Parents sent me parcels from abroad: clothes, pencil cases, plasticine ... Do you remember what plasticine was during the Soviet Union? That was real fifty shades of grey! And the foreign one was sold in packs, like from under sweets - pink, bright yellow, white ... Mom even signed the contents: “Do not eat! Plasticine!". I also had red lurex tights, so thanks to my parents, I was the best dressed in the class. Which, however, did not make me popular among the boys. I developed late - I was thin as a stick, the boys did not stare at me, and I was not interested either: at the age of thirteen, my girlfriend and I were still playing with dolls, walking with toy strollers through the streets. I'll tell you more: up to twenty-five, it seemed to me that everyone around was adults, and I was small.

While you lived in Vinnitsa with your grandmother, your parents traveled a lot as part of their service. You must have missed them terribly?

Of course I missed you. And proud of them. I grew up in the family of a doctor and a diplomat.

My paternal grandfather was a well-known neurosurgeon, a military doctor, he studied on the same course with Senkevich at the St. Petersburg Military Medical Academy. Grandmother is an obstetrician-gynecologist. Mom worked all her life as a pediatrician in the second children's clinical hospital. And sometimes she went on business trips with her father.

Dad, as I said, was a diplomat, worked for thirty-seven years in Spanish-speaking countries. He was a close friend of Fidel Castro, as well as King Juan Carlos I of Spain. The pope spoke sixteen Spanish dialects. At thirty-three, he became the youngest Soviet consul in Cuba.

father was complete opposite mothers: restrained, conflict-free, it was impossible to quarrel with him! My youngest daughter, Alice, is similar to him in this respect. Unfortunately, dad died a few years ago after a serious illness and Alice was not lucky to talk to her grandfather. But Masha adored him. With her grandfather she had great relationship He knew how to deal with her. At one time, dad did not have the opportunity to see how I grow up, and all his unspent fatherly love went to Masha. They were a very cool couple.

As a child, the arrival of my parents was a gift and the best reward for me. I hardly saw my dad: he tried to provide for his family and give us all the best. But my mother did not always accompany him on trips and came to me quite often. On such days I ran home from school to see her as soon as possible. She was so beautiful! When she came to school for me, with makeup, in cool foreign clothes, everyone ran to look at her. That was great.

- On New Year's Eve at the concert "On Inter - the Main Tree of the Country", what song will you present to your fans?

- The good old song "Sharik". New Year's Eve is so magical and wonderful, and of course it's a family holiday. So why not perform this particular family song on it? I always sing it at big solo concerts. This song is about mother and new life: “Hello, you are my ray of light. I give you land for this, an unearthly ball. I am close to this topic. I myself am a mother of two children, so this song could not be born in my repertoire. And she is. Yes, and such Olya Polyakova also happens.

- Is there any family history connected with the song "Sharik"? Why is she so dear to you?

This song is already 13 years old. And she's related to both of my daughters. Wrote for me the song "Ball" famous composer and singer Lyubasha. She wrote this song when I was pregnant with my first daughter Masha. Then, in 2004, I sang it, shot a video clip, and it safely remained lying on the table. And only six years later, when I was already pregnant with Alice, I re-shot a video for this song. And the public finally saw it!

- AT New Year's concert you performed with your youngest daughter. Has Alice ever performed with you before or is it her debut?

- Shooting the video clip "Sharik" is her first experience of performing with me. It was just that she was still in my stomach (laughs).

- The daughter was very worried, because she was barely 6 years old?

Alice did not have time to get excited. I made the decision that she would perform the day before the concert. I saw at the rehearsal how many little ones beautiful girls will be with me on stage and thought, what kind of mother am I if I can’t push my own child into show business (laughs).

— Are you satisfied with the result?

- Very satisfied. True, for Alice everything was a wonder. But she liked it!

— Have you ever performed on the stage of the National Opera of Ukraine before?

- This is the first time! Before that, I had never been on the stage of our opera house. Of course, I would like to sing my imperishable "Slaps" on it in an operatic arrangement, in which there is a 3.5 octave range. When I sang yesterday, the guys from the orchestra looked at me in such surprise - how can such interesting sounds come out of this mouth (sings in an operatic voice). Yes they can! But not everyone is ready to hear it.

- In what image will you appear in the New Year's concert?

- This is the costume of Elsa - the main character of the famous Disney animated film Frozen ("Cold heart"). It seems to me that this image is very close to me. Yes, and not only to me. Girls love these cartoons very much. And wonderful children performed with me on stage. Especially for the performance, we made beautiful hairstyles, put crowns on our heads. Girls should be like princesses - it suits us all very well. You can be a real princess at least once a year on New Year's Eve. Because "a horse in a skirt" we, women, and so we jump all year.

New Year's Eve is magical. Do you yourself believe in miracles?

- Necessarily. I always make wishes on New Year's Eve. Everything that happens in my life is an absolute miracle. Everything that I dreamed about, I have come true.

Does your youngest daughter Alice believe in Santa Claus? Did you write him a letter this year with your wishes?

- Doesn't really believe. She tells my husband and me that Santa Claus is an uncle with a sticky beard. Our Santa Claus is dad. He is responsible for the gifts and this responsible and expensive mission lies on him. And all letters with wishes are sent straight to him. I remember when my eldest daughter was three years old, our dad dressed up as Santa Claus and brought her a real live pony as a gift. The joy of the child knew no bounds! This little horse is still alive and well. Alice is riding on it now. But we must quickly make her a brother or sister. Alice will grow up soon, but a pony cannot stand for a long time without a rider (laughs).

How do you plan to celebrate New Year?

- On New Year's Eve I will perform in Kyiv - this is our New Year's tradition, so that later I would have something to go to relax in warmer climes. This time we are planning to go to the Maldives with my family for a whole month. True, if the debit and credit converge (laughs).

What song do you associate with the outgoing year?

- I had two super hits - "Number One" and "Former". In December, "Number One" was recognized as the best according to "Russian Radio Ukraine" at the third annual M1 Music Awards 2017. I have been going to this result for fifteen years.

— What was especially memorable in 2017?

- I had the biggest tour in the history of Ukraine - 68 cities. No one has yet surpassed! Yes, I think this is impossible, because we drove there, “they don’t take the phone, don’t take the car, take one evil.” But that is why we went there and showed our wonderful cheerful program.

What's the most incredible rumor you've heard about yourself in the past year?

- While everything is very sweet - she has been living with her husband for a long time, the children are growing up ... As the heroine of the film said, “ Love affair at work": "I have such an impeccable reputation that it is high time I was compromised." So we will work on it (laughs).
