Evgenia Linovich and Alexander Kuznetsov. Evgenia Linovich separated from her husband. Are you a strict dad or vice versa, you allow everything

I want my children to be interested in life, so that they have many good memories! To do this, I try to instill in them as much as possible diverse interests- this is history, and theater, and dancing, football and even fishing. Here's our entertainment on vacation! Just wallowing in the sun is not our option. ⠀ I also want to instill reading in them. But for now I'm trying, because YouTube is winning me 😂 ⠀ What do you and your children do on vacation? How are you having fun? Books or Internet? 📸 @mareta_photography

Who remembers their high school graduation? I remember how I didn’t like the trouser suit that my mother ordered for me in the workshop of some theater.😢 Like mine curly hair didn’t want to straighten up on styling. 🦁 And how heavy and prickly the bouquet with roses was. 💐 When I came up with a collection of prom dresses for @saks_almaty , I dreamed that girls would feel like princesses who have no boundaries and obstacles and the whole world is at their feet! @masterpeace.masterpeace dresses are waiting for you at @saks_almaty @esentai.mall

Dear friends! On May 22 and 23 I will be in Almaty with a special project for @saks_almaty! Especially for graduates, I came up with a delicate collection of flying dresses in caramel colors. ⠀ But it often happens that younger sisters are offended. Why are such elegant dresses sewn for the elders, but not for the little ones? We have resolved this issue as well. The collection contains images for graduates elementary school and even kindergarten. ⠀ And for cool family looks, I created the "Mom and Daughter" collection. So that you have the coolest, juiciest and bright photos from the beach. ⠀ Who is here from Kazakhstan? Put ❤️

Rest can be different - active, cognitive, "tanning". I love everything! I like to lie on the beach with a book, and go on excursions to unfamiliar places. ⠀ For example, this weekend we were in St. Petersburg. I really wanted to get on an unusual excursion. But I came across the fact that the search for a lecturer and a guide is a huge deal. Everything depends on it: both the perception of the place and the knowledge of its history. We were very lucky, Lev Lurie, a well-known historian and lecturer, was with us. The pleasure of this excursion can be equated to a good trip to the theater. ⠀ With Peter, it’s still somehow clear. What about other cities? How to look for a guide in an unfamiliar city? Do you know how to choose?

20.05.2019 14:18:25

I love to read. Today I want to recommend you books that I read on vacation. ⠀ ◾"Undone". Translated into Russian as "She is driven to despair." It is very easy to read both in English and in Russian. A book about how life ordinary person easy to turn into hell. And most importantly, how to get out of this situation on your own. The novel clearly shows that we choose both hell and heaven on earth for ourselves. ⠀ ◾ “Judas”. Amos Oz. This is one of the most unusual books which I have read. Modern novel about love, loneliness. And also that betrayal may just be a different point of view. Do not immediately hang rating labels. ⠀ ◾ “July”. The book of a brilliant lecturer in literature Dmitry Bykov. It is about how people lived and what people felt before the start of the Great Patriotic War. About literature, love and life of that time. On May 9, by the way, it was especially reverent to read it. ⠀ Share your favorite books. Which one did you read last?

This is my grandfather Roma before the war. He went through the whole war, suffered a concussion and returned home to raise me. I grew up self-confident, because every day I heard words of support and admiration from the main man at that time. ⠀ He loved Victory Day🌺! He put on all his orders, met with friends, mourned the missing brother Fima. But most importantly - thanked life for the world! ⠀ For me, this day since childhood is a celebration of the triumph of life over death, good over evil, light over dark 🙌! Let's laugh through tears and remember our Winners❤

Most often, people are afraid to start something if they did not have experience of their own business 😉! I always think that it is better to do and regret than not to do and reproach yourself for the rest of your life about it. ⠀ The most important thing is to find consultants for all the issues that bother you. Through overcoming difficulties and consulting with thinking, experienced people, it’s really possible to make the business work as much as possible 🙏 ⠀ Start with difficulties. They will always be, but if they are put off until the last moment, it is better not to start. ⠀ What do you think? What is the beginning of any business, any business? 📸 @mareta_photography

05.05.2019 02:57:18

How often do I find myself asking myself: is it worth creating a clothing brand when so much is being produced in the world? ⠀ I, like other thinking people, are definitely concerned about the issue of overproduction. But on the other hand, I know how important it is for women to express themselves through the image 🧡 ⠀ 🙌 I know how important it is to feel that in these trousers the legs seem longer and the butt is more toned. 🙌 How important is the complimentary neckline. How your favorite color lifts your mood. 🙌 How the energy level rises during the day when you touch the texture of the fabric that is pleasant to your hand. 🙌 How great it is to look at the print again and again, finding new nuances there that I didn’t notice right away 🙌 How you admire hand embroidery, realizing that such beauty can only be done with love ⠀ All these are author's prints, unusual fabrics, the work of needlewomen, love for your own business and constant control of the cut (so that everything is slim and emphasizes the dignity) - I'm trying to invest in the brand🧡 I also want to note that brands that work on pre-order, such as

Linovich Evgenia is engaged in the creation of clothes, accessories and jewelry. The source of inspiration is often a mix of cultural traditions and contemporary values. The brand's collections can be found on the pages of publications: Vogue Japan, Vogue.com, Harper's Bazaar US, Buro 24/7, Allure Russia, Style.com Arabia. Super models Constance Jablonsky and Marina Linchuk demonstrated products from MASTERPEACE. Among the partners of the brand you can find companies: La Rinascente, DNA, Matches Fashion, StyleBop and Net-A-Porter, Aizel.

In this article we will tell you a biography, share links to social networks (instagram, facebook, vk). We have prepared a list of contacts and brand stores masterpeace. News, lookbooks, shows, discounts, sales and upcoming events you can see in the section:

Russian designer Linovich Evgenia | Linovich Evgeniya (Masterpeace)

On September 1, 1978, the future designer Evgenia Linovich was born in Moscow. The girl was born in the family of the publisher Semyon Matveyevich Linovich.

Before seriously engaging in design activities and linking her life with the fashion industry, Evgenia received an education. At first, the girl was trained international law at MGIMO. This was followed by studies at the faculty of "world information" with a specialization in "public relations". The next 5 years, Evgenia gave management activities, then entered the MBA courses at MGIMO (specialization in HR).

Having received a sufficient amount of knowledge and skills in the field of PR, Evgenia decided to create a network of SPA salons. In parallel, she was engaged in consulting in the field of SPA and hotel business. In addition, Linovich was engaged in the creation of books and albums that were popular at competitions and exhibitions.

2010-2011 became the time of cooperation with the museum Modern Art and the Design Association. It was then that under the leadership of Evgenia Linovich, the sensational project “PRO-fisheries” was created.

In 2011, the designer launched her own line jewelry and accessories. This was followed by the creation of the MASTERPEACE brand and cooperation with the most authoritative and oldest domestic enterprises. Yevgenia's sister Irina acted as a business partner.

In 2014, Evgenia turned her gaze towards cinema. She tried herself as a producer of the film "Sex, coffee, cigarettes" and played one of the roles.

Little is known about Linovich's personal life. Evgenia was married to businessman Andrei Kuzmin. The designer has three children: Boris, Agata and Alina.

It is a pleasure to talk with the owner of Masterpeace, the founder of SPA Palestra and just a very creative person: after all, not every fashion expert can afford to talk sincerely and objectively about secular society, designers and it-girls.

Zhenya, you creative person and you always have a lot of ideas in your head. What inspires you now?

It may sound trite, but now I am inspired by classical Russian literature outside of the school curriculum. I am reading Tolstoy's novel Resurrection. I want to say that over the past two years, nothing “turns me on”, inspires and delights me, fills me with energy like reading well-known works. I downloaded 4,200 books to my “home library” on my phone and re-read some passages several times, and always get goosebumps. I sincerely don’t understand how you can intentionally deprive yourself of such pleasure, “dessert”, as Russian classics?

Tell me, please, what pleases you most in the process of reading? Imagery of language? How are phrases constructed?

Yes. This can again be compared with gastronomy. When tasting the seven-step dinners of Michelin-starred chefs, your goal is not to eat, but to enjoy. Here I am reading for the same purpose. Such mastery of the native language - you know all the words, they are commonly used - is like a virtuoso performance by a juggler in a circus, throwing objects and turning the action into a beautiful number. Such a gourmand!

How did the Russian classics affect your design projects?

The autumn-winter collection - "War and Peace" - has already been created, although its appearance is justified not by reading literature, but by the fact that my son has grown up. I took him to St. Petersburg, to those museums that would be of interest to boys: the Naval Museum, the Artillery Museum ... Actually, it was the museum space and exhibits that fascinated me with their details, which ultimately prompted me to make a collection inspired by the military uniform. This topic subsequently received a logical name. There is no need to even explain what the collection is about and what its idea is. Fashion, in principle, is a superficial thing, there is no depth in it, everything is momentary, but history knows the names of the greatest, whose creations still excite the imagination. I in no way claim to be Yves Saint Laurent. There is whole line examples when the collection of one or another master contains common sense, which is read in every button and every line. Even after a good 50 years in the “Russian” collection of Yves Saint Laurent, you can find new semantic details, you finally get what the designer wanted to say with this seam, color, etc. It’s no coincidence. Such creative activity example for me. For each collection, I try to come up with a theme, study it, “live through”. And after that, slowly start sketching and moodboarding. Often what was imagined at the beginning of the work, and the results at the end are almost diametrically opposed things. But it's all on the same semantic line.

Do your products always reflect the work with meaning and deep study of the field where they were born, their roots?

Wherever I work - in all areas of activity, be it SPA Palestra, Masterpeace, work in the Association of Folk Crafts - my work has a social connotation. I think the best thing in this life is to strive to benefit society. I would like to create collections and at the same time give jobs - such a fashion compromise. Yes, I work in a field that is of interest to 1% of our population. But in all this "decoration" there is deep meaning: to support folk crafts at a new stage in their development. No matter how beautifully you paint wooden spoons, they are still not utilitarian: no one plays with them and does not eat with them, because there is Ikea. For example, this headband was made by craftsmen who were engaged in weaving baskets and amulets in the form of straw geese. Now almost no one picks mushrooms, they don’t carry anything in baskets. And the “capacity is idle” and the hands are not involved. For example, if it were not for our headbands, then no one would have known how aesthetic and fashionable the craft of straw weaving can be in the 21st century.

Where are the hats? They are back at the peak of popularity.

Hope I can make you happy soon. We are planning a joint project with a domestic brand that we are trying to reincarnate and modernize. For the next summer, we have already prepared caps and visors with rich decor.

In our villages, it happens that grandparents cannot pass on their skills to anyone: children and grandchildren living in the city do not need this. How to deal with it?

Yes, this is a problem. Now the very expression "folk art crafts" is devoid of relevance. Most often, those who were given needlework skills by the same grandmothers go to study as a graphic designer - in this moment it is more promising. We involve whole families in the profession, mainly from the regions. Taking advantage of the situation and knowing that the audience of the magazine is OK! is extensive, I appeal to everyone who knows how to do something with their hands: do not be shy and write to us. We are open and always glad to accept talented craftsmen as our employees. Even if your profession is a kindergarten teacher, but you spend your leisure time with a hoop, embroidering, for example, with a cross, I will be glad to offer you workplace. Sometimes people come to us who have two higher education, but they found themselves in needlework.

I visited monasteries in the north of the country - on Valaam, in Karelia, on Solovki - and found out that once, in the 18th century, Italian lace-makers were “settled” there in order to learn from their experience. The technique, of course, has acquired Russian specifics, but, most importantly, it has been preserved. We plan to establish cooperation with them.

You have three adorable children. Tell me, why are there still no children's clothes of your authorship?

Especially for Stella Aminova, the owner of the Five Kids boutique and mother of six children, we made accessory sets for mother and daughter. I don't want to design clothes. I have a clear conviction that things for babies should cost half a penny per kilogram: they get dirty easily, and children grow out of them quickly. In general, an unjustified overpayment for the premium brand. Although my children have Monnalisa and Dolce & Gabbana outfits, they are all gifts from relatives. It is generally strange to pamper a boy with clothes. Although my son Borya likes to change clothes several times a day, like his grandfather. Daughter Alina wears everything that is mine and buys clothes for the younger ones, Borya and Agatha. This is an educational moment. I allocate funds and delegate these powers to her. Maybe she still has five hundred rubles for pocket expenses, but she takes such an assignment responsibly. And she is happy, and I have no worries.

How do you think Russian fashion is developing? Is becoming a designer easier now than, say, ten years ago?

Ten years ago, we had only Alyona Akhmadullina, Denis Simachev and masters in the person of Valentin Yudashkin and Slava Zaitsev. Russian designers were treated with slight distrust and even suspicion. Vika Gazinskaya, who is very successful as a designer - her clothes are sold all over the world - said five years ago that there would never be a fashion industry in our country. The guys from Opening Ceremony who are in different time cooperated with Kenzo and others, they call Russia the new Antwerp. Look "from behind the hillock", as they say. If you are active and talented, then feel free to send your lookbook to the editors of Buro 24/7 - I'm sure they will certainly notice you and offer something. I myself am always happy to help: for example, go out in an outfit by an unknown designer, post a photo on Instagram and tell your friends. There are competitions and support programs for young designers, and it’s much easier with fabrics now. I believe that it is easier for children from the regions to set up production than for Muscovites, because there are completely different tariffs and rates for tailoring. Prices in Moscow for elementary services: hemming trousers, sewing on a button, are indecently high, higher than in Paris and Milan.

Which of the designers modern Russia can you highlight?

Gazinskaya is my favorite! To my great joy, she released a more democratic line with &Other Stories, where things cost from $50. Honestly, I just bought everything and closed the issue with a casual wardrobe for the summer. I respect the work of Sasha Arutyunov, the Ruban sisters, Natasha Alaverdyan, who does not like being called a Russian designer. Andrey Artemov (The Walk of Shame) has proven himself very well in Europe and America. This is our unspoken top 5. The name of Natalia Kolykhalova is quite new, my discovery. She has already studied at Central Saint Martins College and worked in the leading fashion houses from the Alexander McQueen series. Only a year since she returned to Russia, and has already begun work on her own brand. We have talented stylists - Alexander Rogov, Natasha Goldenberg. I will single out Trends Brands. I love concepts and I think that a store that sells only shirts has more of a future than just another boutique with a standard set of wardrobe items. Natasha Valevskaya, who has been in the fashion industry for a very long time, performed with couture dresses in stones - to this day her work is fresh: she keeps up with the times, responds to consumer requests - her latest collection confirms this. Here is an example of a non-one-day brand. A La Russe Anastasia Romantsova is probably the most popular domestic luxury brand. It is understandable to the public. You come to a party with the governor of the N-th region and you see nothing on the girls, except for the outfits of this brand. Anastasia Romantsova is known and loved by everyone who at least occasionally reads Russian gloss. She is an example of good manners. The only pity is that the "DNA" of the brand was lost in the Resort 2015 collection. Great story with a print in the form soap bubbles, but there is no link to its values and accepted style. It is no coincidence that marketers prescribe the "base" of the brand in European brands, and the designer has no right to ignore their settings. And since we have no marketing in fashion, many brands are slowly fading away. It's a pity for Simachev - there was only a bar left.

Zhenya, you are always at the forefront of secular society. Are you really interested in this?

Yes, guilty! Attending social events is justified primarily by the fact that I am a terrible rag-picker - the outfits need to be “walked somewhere. My job is to dress up. ( Smiling.) Until that moment, I just considered myself a sick person, but now it seems like it should be. Second: the lack of time for calls, lunches, correspondence with those people with whom I communicate at work at these receptions. And thirdly, I experience the joy of meeting friends. Not so long ago I was at the opening of the veranda at the Bagel. Who was not there: the cream of society and the arbiters of destinies: both the government and the banking sector. Came for five minutes, and could not come off for two hours. Cocktails and receptions seem to be empty, but due to the fact that the event industry has grown up, parties with the presentation of spirits are already held accompanied by a symphony orchestra. So every tenth event is a highly cultural event.

The status of it-girl a priori includes the presence of taste and style in its concept. But it often happens that these it-girls are dressed by someone else. Is this title well deserved?

The world practice is that they are dressed. It's like science. First, a stylist helps you, you understand the rules of the game. If you are an it-girl of an international level, then you should inspire - a whole team works with you for this result. Ugly in relation to your fans, when you looked great, many looked up to you, and then suddenly everything came to naught. Reasoning from the series “I’m already an it-girl, why should I spend money and time on stylists?” not acceptable. And I have girlfriends with whom I consult about style. The same Oksana On, who regularly receives pictures on WhatsApp, and will always give good advice. I am a stylist. For example, we do not shy away from the fact that someone goes to the salon for a haircut and make-up, and a stylist is the same profession as others. It’s good if you know how to do make-up yourself, but an important exit and the selection of an outfit corresponding to the rank of the event requires a look from the outside. If a person has no opportunities, but you really want to be an it-girl, then you need to choose five it-girls and take a little bit from each style. And you will not be another Natasha Goldenberg or Mira Duma. This is also the way. Great writers and artists created their first opuses in imitation.

Businessman Andrei Kuzmin, husband of Masterpeace brand designer Evgenia Linovich, is well versed not only in new technologies, but also in raising children. About what his ideal day off looks like, about his family and a little about work, Andrey told "Daughters and Mothers" as part of the joint project "Fathers and Sons" with Vertu.

It is quite difficult to find information about you on the Internet. Are you reluctant to share the details of your personal life?

Rather yes than no. I try to be less visible on the Internet, I'm calmer when information gets there in a small amount. In this regard, Zhenya fully compensates for my seclusion, and I am proud that she has such an active social life.

Daughter Agatha - Your first child? How did you feel when you took her in your arms for the first time?

Yes, the first one. When I first took her in my arms, I was even scared. She was so small, only five minutes old, I was afraid of hurting her. During childbirth, I was always close to my wife, but I missed the moment. Related to this funny story, which could only happen to Zhenya: she made a very specific decision that she would give birth on that date, waited for day X and we went to the hospital, where she told the doctor: “I came to give birth!” True, there was a failure during the collection process, and we forgot to take absolutely everything Required documents including passport. While I was rushing between the house, the office and the maternity hospital, the bell rang and I heard: “Your daughter was born, come watch!”

And now it's not scary to be alone with her? Can you perform simple actions - put on a pot, collect for a walk, feed with soup?

Agata is already two and a half years old and I am absolutely comfortable with her. After some time, all men, probably, come to the realization that a child is not such a fragile creature, you can play with him quite actively, which Agatha and I do with pleasure. Walking and eating is easy for me, other activities can be difficult, but fortunately we have a nanny. With Zhenya and my work schedule, this is a real necessity.

Are you a strict dad or vice versa, do you allow everything?

I would like to believe that I am a very strict dad, but to be honest, it seems to me that this is not so.

You know, in my opinion, all dads would like to believe that they are very strict, but in fact they are kind and spoil their children.

Yes, that's right. It’s hard for me to fight with myself and, although Agatha sometimes requires rigor, so far I just can’t bring her up. I justify myself by the fact that among the Japanese children under five years old are generally gods who can do anything. Here I have Agatha now in about the same status. We like to spend time together, recently we went on rides, but I'm sure, as soon as the weather allows, my daughter will take me to the zoo. She just loves animals!

What kind of relationship did you have with Alina and Borya, Evgenia's children from a previous relationship? How did you manage to find an approach to them?

We have developed great relationship. Alina is a completely independent unit, it seems to me that she is much more developed than ordinary children at the age of 13 and is very similar to her mother. We communicate with her as friends, we like the same music, tattoos.

Does Alina already have tattoos?

No, I have a tattoo. Alina really wants to, but we agreed that we would discuss this issue after reaching the age of majority. I wouldn't want her to make a decision now that she'll regret later. The tattoo must be conscious.

And how did your relationship with Borya develop?

Borya is a wonderful baby, very sweet and friendly. We met when he was four years old and immediately found mutual language. We are comfortable with each other, I support him in various boyish hobbies, and we have a great time.

What style of communication with children have you chosen?

It's not that I chose any style, it came out on its own. I didn’t put much effort, although, at first, of course, I was scared and, to be honest, I was quite nervous when meeting with the children, but they adapted to my presence so quickly that we quickly became good together.

Business dads usually spend a lot of time at work and have very little rest. What does your ideal day off look like?

Almost all of our weekends are close to ideal. On Friday evening or, sometimes, at night, Zhenya and I leave the countryside, where by this time the children are already there, and I, if possible, try to spend the whole weekend there without returning to Moscow.

If you spend time with the whole family, where do you go?

I don't usually participate in decision making. (laughs). When there are more than two children in a family, they are completely self-sufficient in terms of choosing leisure activities and use us, parents, simply as escorts. They like to go to the cinema, to cafes, but we just follow them.

Everyone knows what your spouse does, but tell us a little about your work?

For almost 10 years I have been busy with a project called Knightsbridge - this is an elite residential complex. We are a development company, we create real estate objects.

How has technology affected the development of the industry you are in?

The development of computer technology is always in sight, we change phones and tablets once a year and look forward to updates. Of course, we change the apartment less often, but construction technologies also do not stand still. If you look at our first house, which was built in 1993, and the one that we handed over to the state commission just the other day, these are two completely different projects, both visually and technologically, and in general, in their essence.

If we are talking about the daily use of gadgets at work - can you imagine yourself without a smartphone in your hands?

I can, but I will feel uncomfortable. Just imagine, in order to read a new letter, I have to return to the office every time!

And how do you feel about the fact that the younger generation practically “lives” in gadgets? Does your family have any rules that deal with this problem?

All our children are limited in the use of various kinds of devices, but, nevertheless, they all own them, including Agatha. It even scares me a little that at two and a half years old she is able to launch a cartoon for herself. Yes, this tablet is even larger in size than it!

Does Agatha have her own tablet?

Yes, at first I gave her my old one, but on the previous birthday, my grandmother gave Agatha her own. Our grandmother is also advanced (laughs).

Who is the most advanced user of new technologies in the whole family?

Of course, I want to say that it's me, but I think Alina is already stepping on my heels. She has much more time and opportunity to read and see what's new than I do.

Our generation, like everyone else, probably thought that it would always be young, but the world does not stand still and everything changes with cosmic speed. Has the time already come when children show how some application works or teach how to use a new device, which you yourself, in general, hear for the first time?

I have not yet encountered such a situation, but I am sure that the moment is close. I'm quite integrated into the field of new technologies, so it's hard to surprise me with something, but so far ...

What applications do you most often use for work and personal purposes?

Apart from mail client I practically don't use anything. I don't sit in social networks, although at one time I used Instagram quite actively, but at some point I realized that this application is a time devourer, which I constantly lack for something. In addition, I'm not a visual person, I'm bored just looking at the pictures, I also want to read some important and interesting information under them.

Does a smartphone, in your opinion, at least partially reflect the tastes and views of its owner today?

Rather, not the smartphone itself, but the applications that are installed on it. If you look, for example, at Zhenya's phone, you can find a thousand of the most incredible programs there, which she herself does not know how to use, but everything is very concise with me, I have long formed a certain set of software that I use in my phone.

What associations does it evoke in you? new design Vertu Aster ?

I liked the design, especially the carbon black version. He made a good impression on me.

If you were to build your own smartphone, what would it look like? Would you focus on appearance or functionality?

I would definitely consider the security of the device from external influences. It is important to me that my phone works like new, even if I drop it in the snow, take a dip in the ocean, or roast it in the sun. Another important point- battery. In pursuit of lightness and thinness of the device, many sacrifice battery capacity, but I am ready for the phone to be a little thicker, a little heavier, but work stably in active mode without recharging for at least a day.

“This is my fourth pregnancy and, frankly, I can’t force myself to weigh myself regularly. I set myself the task of gaining no more than 10 kg. For the first pregnancy, I added only 6 kg, for the second - 15 kg, for the third - 10 kg, and now I am gaining 1 kg per month, that is, plus 6 kg to my usual weight.

“To keep myself in good shape, I continue to play sports. For several years now I have been training under the supervision of Kristina Boldyreva from the Palestra Sport fitness center. Especially for me, she developed a set of exercises - a cross between functional training and crossfit. But due to toxicosis, I interrupted classes and plan to return to them immediately after giving birth. So far, four times a week for 40 minutes I walk on the treadmill at an intense pace with dumbbells in my hands. On weekends I go out of town and walk in the woods. I try to walk 3-5 km (no less!). On the New Year I hope to go to the mountains and walk a lot with sticks. I have always enjoyed Nordic walking training.”

“I also come to the SPA Palestra salon several times a week for a body massage with Oleg Vdovin or for body-oriented therapy with Natalia Gaevskaya. In addition, I do LPG massage and wraps for pregnant women - this helps to disperse the lymph and avoid swelling. In general, these procedures keep the skin in good shape, and the body in shape. By the way, I do not ignore the bath. I think this is a proven way to relax for expectant mothers. Now steam rooms are considered harmful for pregnant women, but 100 years ago such a question did not even arise, and everything was fine. I am of the same opinion."

“In order not to once again provoke the appearance of all the same edema, I don’t wear high heels much, however, as before pregnancy.”

“I also do the author's facial and body massage using the unique technique of Leonid Elkin - once a week. He is a doctor by profession, so I don't have to worry about him doing something that would hurt me or the baby. Thanks to Leonid, neither the body nor the face lose their correct, clear outlines.

“At home, I use Anne Semonin Nourishing and Toning Body Butter and Henry Chenot Massage Emulsion. I apply them with massage movements on the whole body after a shower so that the products are better absorbed. With them, I am not afraid of stretch marks or dryness.

“I don’t follow any special diet, I just try not to eat a lot of sweets, although this doesn’t always work out. But she completely refused flour. Sometimes I make myself fasting days and I sit on a tum (oatmeal jelly without starch). Like many girls, I have an appetite in the evenings. But I try to distract myself somehow interesting movie or going to the theatre. Or I just meet with friends, talking with whom I completely forget about the desire to eat.
