Hello to all art lovers paper weapon! Today we want to offer you to glue the legendary pistol Colt 1911 paper. We warn you right away that the assembly of the pistol model is complicated and it may take you several days to glue it together.

The Colt 1911 is a world-famous 45 caliber pistol manufactured by gunslinger John Browning in 1911. Due to its good rate of fire and accuracy, this pistol was in service with the US military for 74 years. You can read a more detailed history of this pistol on the pages of the Free Encyclopedia - Wikipedia.

We glue the gun out of paper

In order to make a Colt 1911 out of paper, you will need the following:

  1. Print on a thin cardboard scheme for scanning the details of a paper model of a pistol.
  2. Cut out all the details with sharp scissors.
  3. Glue all the details together.

As you can see, everything is simple!

  • Photo paper can be used for printing. It is dense and the gun from it will turn out not so fragile than from ordinary thin paper. Alternatively, you can stick the cut out parts on cardboard. Just keep in mind that when smeared with glue, thin paper wrinkles and the appearance becomes useless.
  • You can also use Whatman sheets for printing. You can also transfer the diagram of the cut-out part of the pistol onto a sheet of drawing paper several times, and then cut them out and glue them together.
  • For cutting, use sharp scissors or a clerical knife, or even better a scalpel.

Be sure to use old magazines when using the knife so as not to spoil the surface of the table.

  • To make the various curves of the parts neat and even, use a ruler and a non-writing ballpoint pen. Draw along the detail scheme under the ruler with a pen, and then bend.
  • To glue the parts, use a fresh glue stick or the usual types of liquid paper adhesives (silicate and PVA). Use a brush to apply liquid adhesive to the surface to be glued. This will make the paper pistol model more accurate and beautiful.

Paper weapons are an interesting toy not only for boys. Parents with children can make such weapons together.

Crafts develop imagination and motor skills. There are several types of paper weapons that you can easily make at home.

Firearms

At home, you can make several types of firearms. These include pistols and shotguns.

For starters, it's worth trying to make the simplest paper gun, the creation of which does not require any other materials than paper.

This creation technique is called origami - an ancient art that does not use foreign materials. Everything is done by hand out of paper.

Take a square piece of paper and fold it in half. Tear the sheet evenly along the dividing line. You should get de identical stripes.

Fold one of them in half lengthwise twice. Bend the resulting part of the gun in half and set aside for now.

Take the other half of the sheet. Bend its edge evenly, measuring about a fifth. Fold the workpiece in half lengthwise so that the edges match exactly.

And just like the first blank, bend in half. Turn one side out at a 90 degree angle. We also bend the second, only in the opposite direction. Expand the workpiece.

It remains only to connect the parts of the gun. Insert the ends of one workpiece into the resulting "loops" of the second part. After you thread both parts, tighten the barrel and handle.

The second version of the pistol is more complicated.

To create it you will need:

  • Square piece of paper;
  • Glue;
  • Pencil;
  • Scissors.

First, fold a piece of paper in half. Do this carefully and evenly so that the fold line is exactly in the center.

It is on it cut the sheet. Fold the first half of the sheet in half lengthwise. You should have a clear line with which you will work further.

Unfold the sheet and begin to wrap each edge towards the fold line. Unfold and fold the sheet vertically. And repeat the manipulation, bending the edges to the middle. Next, fold each edge up to the first fold line.

Now you just need to roll the part along the intended stripes. Bend both edges from their sides to the second line.

Now let's get to the second part. Take a piece of paper, fold it in half and cut it. One resulting strip is folded across and cut again.

This little strip folds in exactly the same way as the part before. From this blank you will get a trigger by gluing two symmetrical halves.

Next, wind the remaining sheet to the first blank. Glue the edges to the part, otherwise the sheet will unwind. Insert the barrel into the edge. To make it sit tight, fold the free edge of the sheet, after gluing the part that will be in contact with the muzzle.

Lastly, glue the trigger and all the edges of the handle.

The gun is made in much the same way as the first type of pistol. That is, without the use of foreign materials, only from paper. To create it, you will need two rectangular sheets of different lengths.

Each roll along the length several times to make tubes. Smooth them with your hand, thus crushing them.

Bend the longest workpiece inward so that a protruding corner remains. Bend a small part at an angle of about 110-130 degrees.

Pass the ends of the long piece through the loop of the smaller piece and pull them up. Not too hard to break.

Axe

Despite the apparent complexity, making an ax out of paper is not difficult. All you need is a piece of paper and glue.

First, make a square out of a rectangle. Do not rush to throw out the rest, you will still need it.

Expand the sheet. You already have one diagonal strip, make the second in the same way.

Open opposite edges and fold the piece in half.

The shaft is made from the leftover piece of paper. Fold it in half lengthwise. Unfolding, tuck the edges to the formed line. Bend the top corner inward a couple of centimeters. To prevent the part from falling apart, glue it from the inside.

Grease the pocket at the top with glue too. Insert the shaft there and press until the material is held together. It remains only to decorate the toy.

katana

The katana is a traditional Japanese weapon used primarily by samurai.

It is not difficult to create it.

For this you will need:

  • Two sheets of white paper;
  • colored sheet;
  • Scotch;
  • Stationery knife.

Fold the white sheet in half to form a clearly defined fold line. Tuck one fold to this line, and continue to fold the sheet, forming the blades of the future craft. To prevent the blade from falling apart, fasten it with tape.

Create a slightly rounded blade with scissors or a utility knife.

Roll the second sheet into a tube. This is done diagonally. To prevent the part from falling apart, fasten it with tape.

From the colored sheet we will make the last detail. On a quarter of the sheet, measure a length equal to the width of the blade and start folding the paper along it. Tape it around the edge. The next quarter of the sheet is folded in half, and then again, only the other side. Secure the item with tape.

After measuring the width of the blade, draw a diamond. It is cut with a clerical knife so as not to wrinkle the part.

Start assembling. A tube is inserted into the blade, which was previously inserted into the handle. Put on the limiter, fixing the craft.

Nunchaku

A traditional Chinese weapon that requires many years of training to wield.

It has a long history and is very popular with boys.

To make a nunchaku you will need:

  • 8 sheets of paper;
  • 20-25 centimeters of cord;
  • Glue gun.

First, roll up six paper tubes. To make the nunchucks even and long, this is done diagonally, tucking the protruding ends.

Three tubes are connected to each other with a glue gun, and then paper is wrapped around. The part is fixed with the same glue. One part is ready. Do the same with the rest of the paper.

Lubricate both ends of the cord or rope with hot glue and insert between the tubes, in the center. Wait until the material "grabs".

Such a toy is too light, and must have at least some weight to look like a real weapon. To make the craft heavier and denser, gradually fill the tubes on both sides with hot glue and let them dry.

The popularity of origami does not want to deny at all. Almost anyone can learn how to make paper crafts. And, probably, there is no such person who has not folded a paper boat or airplane at least once. All these simple models can be attributed to the first steps in mastering the art of origami.

Those who are fond of such things, most likely, have repeatedly asked themselves the question: "How to make weapons and more complex fakes out of paper?" After all, such a souvenir can be made right in front of a child, and then together they can do the most interesting transformation of a completely flat sheet of paper into three-dimensional forms.

The simplest pistol

It is believed that various fakes, or rather their manufacture, are great for spending time with children. The child will develop motor skills and imagination. It also promotes mindfulness and perseverance.

For a boy, it is quite possible to perform a simple origami for the first time. Paper weapons, such as a pistol, are made from two parts.

To do this, you need to bend a rectangular sheet in half. Its right and left sides fold inwards. The procedure for bending the sides is repeated two more times. Then the same actions are performed with a square-shaped sheet.

After that, the handle of the weapon is made from the first element. The form is folded in half, unfolded and divided into three parts. The right part bends down 90°, the same happens with the left element. The components of the parts are put together and the result is a handle.

The trunk itself is a former square sheet of paper. It connects to the handle, and the origami "Weapon" made of paper is ready.

Sophisticated paper gun that can shoot

Origami "Pistol" is a great entertainment and at the same time relaxation. The lesson itself is available to everyone, anywhere and super economical. They can occupy themselves or a child, for example, in line with a doctor.

To do this, you need paper and nail scissors. As for the paper itself, it is better to use cardboard. It is more durable and will not deform so quickly. But, in principle, any paper is suitable for origami.

And yet how to make a weapon out of paper? This problem can be solved by reading the step-by-step instructions.

The process of making origami "Weapon"

First, an A4 sheet is folded along the length several times. This is the trunk of the future product. Then the pistol grip is made in the same way. It should be a little wider.

Both parts are smoothed out, and the smaller element is superimposed on the larger one. The bottom blank is divided in half visually. Alternately, the right and left sides are bent towards the center of the product. After that, the part is folded to the center again.

A small hole is made with scissors at the base of the parts. The new paper sheet turns to itself with the short side and folds to its middle. The resulting detail is the trigger. The part of the sheet that is not involved is cut off. The element itself is folded in half and pushed into the clearance, which is made at the handle.

The halves of a thin blank are threaded into the pockets that have formed at the wide part. The edges are bent with care so that the corners are even. If necessary, the excess is cut off at the trigger.

Then another sheet of paper is taken. Its width is the width of the handle. The last edge of the paper weapon model is folded inwards. It can be glued with tape to get a more even and beautiful pistol grip.

Finally, the last sheet is taken, and the same actions are performed with it as with the trigger. The first edge of the manufactured part is folded to the left so that the corner remains outside. This corner is cut off. The blank is threaded into the back of the muzzle - and the gun is ready.

In order for the weapon to be fired, an elastic band for money is put on the muzzle and paper bullets are made.

Real ninja weapons

The art of origami makes it possible to make not only flowers, boats and airplanes out of paper. From it you can make various types of weapons, such as the "ninja star".

Shuriken is a type of throwing weapon. Used by legendary ninjas. By the way, they were quite seriously carried away by mysticism and therefore applied various mysterious signs and hieroglyphs to their weapons. All this helped them in battles. Ancient hieroglyphs can also be depicted on this paper weapon. Then certainly the child will not remain indifferent.

Scheme and assembly process

For work, only one sheet is needed to make a weapon out of paper. Its scheme is needed for a better and more understandable assembly.

The paper is folded in half. Along the line where it is folded, it is cut into two strips. Each piece is bent along. Then, following the origami scheme, corners are made for the elements.

The result is two mirror components. The left one flips over to the other side and overlaps the right one. Then the triangular shapes of the lower part are slipped under the central edges of the upper elements.

The figure is flipped. The same actions are performed with the remaining seven corners. After these steps, the question of how to make weapons out of paper can be considered closed. After all, shuriken is also a tool with a very interesting and long history.

Samurai knife

In addition to weapons for shooting, you can make a samurai knife. Kunai is an instrument originally from Japan. In its shape, it is somewhat similar to a fish. Quite widely used in the economy. But if the need arose, it was used as a formidable throwing weapon.

The creation of this craft comes from ordinary paper, and if everything is done carefully and accurately, then the question of how to make weapons from paper will definitely not arise.

The process of creating an original knife

First, two elements are folded out of paper. Excess ends can be removed with scissors. Stationery allows you to make a cut more accurately for a product such as a weapon made of paper. The diagram will help not to get confused during the assembly process.

A square sheet is folded diagonally. The resulting triangle folds in half. The figure unfolds to its original position. After that, each of the corners is wrapped so that the edge can coincide with the fold line at the center.

The part is folded in half along the central fold strip. The ends of the paper are tucked into the pocket on one side of the folded item. This is the edge of a knife.

After the part is completed, the handle is made. To do this, fold a sheet of paper diagonally, then make a flattened tube out of it. Then it connects to the "blade" itself. The corners fold towards the center and are secured with tape for a stronger connection.

At the end, the final touch is made: a round ring on the knife handle. It is attached and the origami toy can be used.

Children can also be involved in the work, so that later, if they want to make such a product, they do not have a question about how to make weapons out of paper. And if desired, the child can always do crafts on their own or with friends.

Origami as a small accomplishment in art

Each, even the simplest model, is a small achievement in mastering the art of paper origami. Schemes (weapons, for example) are used for more visual implementation of various models.

To engage in this type of creativity, it is not at all necessary to spend large sums of money, because only paper is enough. At the very beginning, this may seem something unrealistic and very difficult. But in fact, the lesson is very exciting, and if you use certain patterns and rules, origami will turn, perhaps, into a favorite hobby for the whole family.

Sometimes each of us wants to return to childhood and remember our favorite toys. So almost any man will be interested in succumbing to childhood memories and making a paper gun for his son or grandson.

Which method is to be preferred? Origami comes to the rescue - the ancient Japanese art of folding paper figures, to which you can involve all family members.

It has been proven that joint origami classes with children can bring a lot of positive emotions and new experiences for all participants in this creative process.

Scheme of the simplest origami paper gun

The easiest way to fold a gun looks like this:

What will be required?

You will need two rectangular sheets of paper and a little patience.

Step-by-step instruction

  1. We fold both sheets into two strips like an accordion, only wrapping the paper in one direction (without turning the workpiece over). In this case, it is desirable that one strip turn out to be slightly narrower in width than the other (as in the summary diagram above).

  1. We fold each resulting paper strip in half.

  1. We make an impromptu loop from a wider blank, which we put on a narrower strip, as shown in the master pistol manufacturing diagram (steps 3 and 4).

The toy gun is ready!

Optionally, you can make and glue a sight to it by taking a small strip of paper and folding it as shown in the picture:

How to make another version of this gun out of paper (which also knows how to shoot!) You will learn by watching the following video:

Easy shooting pistol

Another simple paper gun that shoots bullets can be done using the following instructions:

What will be required?

For work you will need:

  • paper,
  • pencil and black pen
  • scissors,
  • gum for money.

Manufacturing scheme

We perform the following steps step by step:

  1. We draw the contours of the future weapon on paper. To do this, you need to bend an A4 sheet of format in half and draw the contours of a gun on one part of the sheet (steps a-b in the main diagram).

  1. Carefully cut out the gun along the contour and lay out the sheet: a mirror image of the gun is obtained.

  1. Now you need to draw the missing part on it with a black pen so that the layout looks like a real gun.
  2. We make a bend for bullets. The upper part of the gun barrel is easily pressed inward (step c) to make a small groove where homemade bullets can be inserted.

  1. We adapt the rubber band for shooting. At the beginning of the trunk, we make a small incision (step d) and put an elastic band into it. We pull and fix it on the opposite part of the barrel so that when released, it can capture the bullet.
  2. We make a bullet. We crush a ball from paper (you can have several at once) and insert it into the groove made.

Job done, gun ready!

A master class on making another variety of a simple paper gun, this time a mini-format, which is also very, very easy to repeat, can be found in the following video clip:

Volumetric model of a paper gun

Consider another realistic version of a 3D paper gun. Its manufacture is somewhat more complicated than the previous ones and takes a little more time. However, we assure you, the result is worth it!

materials

We will need:

  • sheets of A4 paper,
  • scissors,
  • tape or glue.

Scheme of work

  1. Pistol frame.

Take a sheet of A4 paper and fold it in half several times. It turned out a narrow strip that needs to be fastened with adhesive tape so that it retains its appearance and does not unwind.

One edge of the strip must be bent to the middle, the second also. Both resulting edges should be the same height. The result was a kind of groove with even, identical edges - the frame of the future pistol.

  1. Lever.

We repeat the same steps again, only fold the sheet in half lengthwise and make a tube of paper, 4 cm in diameter. We fasten the paper handle with tape, make an oblique cut.

We connect the frame of the gun to the handle and fix it with glue or tape.

  1. Small parts.

To the back of the handle with the frame, you need to carefully attach a paper strip, the same width as the frame. One side of the strip is fixed with adhesive tape to the handle, the other to the frame.

This strip smoothly connected two parts into one. Now, in order for the paper gun to look like a real weapon, you need to cut out a piece of paper and glue this area, as shown in the figure.

We make a safety bracket from a strip of paper, fix one end of it with tape under the bottom of the frame, and the other on the front of the handle.

  1. Pistol barrel.

We tightly twist the paper into a tube, 1 cm in diameter and a length equal to the length of the frame. Then we cut a rectangle in this tube - a hole for cartridges (focusing on the figure below).

We cut out a rectangular piece of paper and attach it to the barrel - it will close the hole on the receiver cover.

We carefully fix the barrel on the frame with adhesive tape, leaving a small space between them so that the receiver mount can move freely.

  1. Gate.

We fold the A4 sheet of paper five times, seal the edges with adhesive tape and make a kind of roof of the frame itself, corresponding in size to the length of the trunk.

We place a paper shutter over the barrel and move it back, mark with a pencil the place where the hole is near the barrel, and do the same in the shutter. This hole will serve to eject bullets.

To keep the bolt near the barrel, you need to attach a strip of thin paper from the bottom of the front edge of the bolt. Then we put the shutter on the barrel, move it back so that it merges tightly with the frame, and under it we fix a strip of paper, approximately 3 cm from the rear edge.

These strips of paper will securely hold the shutter. The gun is loaded at the moment the shutter is pulled back and forth.

  1. Paper magazine for a pistol.

We turn a piece of paper into a tube, make a rectangle out of it, approximately the diameter of the handle, so that it passes there and does not fall out.

The weapon is ready for toy combat!

You will learn how to make another interesting sample of a shooting pistol at home by watching the following video clip:

To make a gun with only paper and stationery at hand, no special skills are required. All you need is a desire and some free time!
