What does Aksenov's wife do. Sergei Aksenov: a criminal biography with a "silver" medal. Son in law apartments

From an early age, he showed the makings of a leader. At school, Sergei was active first on the pioneer, and then on the Komsomol line, was the captain of the school football team, which played at the championship of the city of Balti, studied for almost one five. He graduated from school with a silver medal and, having received a brilliant Komsomol reference, went to the Crimea, to Simferopol, to enter the local military-political school.

Aksenov chose this school, firstly, because he always wanted to work with people, and the position of an army political worker completely allowed this. Secondly, the Simferopol School trained political officers for the construction troops, and Aksenov's father was a civil engineer. He also studied there very well, he was in good standing with the teachers. It looked like he had a brilliant career ahead of him. However, fate decreed otherwise.

After the collapse of the USSR, the Simferopol Higher Military-Political Construction School (which overnight became just a construction school) ended up on the territory of Ukraine. The new recruitment to it was discontinued, but it was announced that all cadets would be released as officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Since Sergei Valeryevich Aksenov did not intend to serve in the Ukrainian army, immediately after graduation he filed a report on his transfer to the reserve. But it was necessary to feed the family (Aksenov managed to get married by that time), so he went into business.

Sergei Valerievich Aksenov

Sergei Valeryevich Aksenov started as an ordinary insurance agent, then became deputy director of the Ellada cooperative, which was engaged in mediation in the furniture trade. The time was dashing, so Aksenov had to work closely with representatives of criminal structures. Subsequently, the Security Service of Ukraine released information that Sergei Valeryevich Aksenov was one of the leaders. This group "protected" several Simferopol stores and catering establishments. Allegedly at this time, Sergei Valerievich Aksenov was known in criminal circles under the nickname "Goblin".

Salem organized crime group members

It is difficult to judge what is true and what is fiction in the security materials. Therefore, we will proceed only from indisputable facts. For example, in 1996, Sergei Valeryevich was taken to the Simferopol Semeshko hospital with gunshot wounds, which he received during the shelling of his car on the Simferopol-Moscow highway. Well, in 1997, Sergei Valeryevich Aksenov began to appear everywhere exclusively accompanied by security. This happened immediately after the murder of his business partner Samkhan Agaev, who was the owner of the Simferopol restaurant "Lancon", and also "supervised" a number of currency exchange offices in Simferopol.

Again, according to the SBU, these points after the death of Agayev were taken over by Sergey Valeryevich. In turn, in 2001, an explosive device was found on the roof of Aksenov's house. He also visited a defendant in a criminal case, which, however, was subsequently closed.

Sergei Valerievich Aksenov and friends

But Sergei Valeryevich Aksenov maintained contacts not only with criminals. He had strong connections in the law enforcement agencies of the Crimea, which he later came in handy. Thanks to them, he allegedly managed to "solve the issue" of closing the criminal case against his friend Sergei Borodkin. In addition, he actively helped the police in solving crimes committed by members of the organized crime group "Salem" and "".

Sergey Valeryevich also had good relations with the prosecutor of Simferopol, Rodion Ratiya. As a member of the Union of Entrepreneurs of Crimea, Sergey V. Aksenov established contacts with Valery Gorbatov, who at that time was the head of the regional branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Thanks to Gorbatov, Sergey Valerievich was allowed to privatize a number of properties on the peninsula, such as the Simferopol furniture factory and the Yalta cold storage plant. When, in 2001, Gorbatov headed the Crimean Council of Ministers, Aksyonov began to gradually reach a new level.

In 2004, Sergey Valeryevich Aksenov started acquiring large industrial facilities in Simferopol. In particular, he bought out Simferopol Glass Container Plant OJSC. Aksyonov invested significant financial resources in the reconstruction of the plant, thanks to which the production was reorganized, modern equipment was purchased and installed for the production of glass and casting of vodka and wine bottles. The brother of Valery Mironovich Gorbatov, Leonid, became the director of the plant. With the help of the brothers, Sergei Valeryevich managed to avoid the problems associated with inspections of the enterprise by the regulatory authorities.

Sergei Valeryevich Aksenov also collaborated with businessman Igor Stepnov, who, in turn, was a special confidant of Valery Gorbatov. Together they participated in an investment project for the construction of a market in the area of Geroev Stalingrada Street in Simferopol. True, Stepnov was soon taken into custody on charges of preparing for the contract killing of Aksenov and his friend Borodkin. Evil tongues talked about the fact that Stepnov was tritely “set up”, but, again, it was hard to say how everything really was. The fact remains that Aksenov and Borodkin completed the project without Stepnov.

Businessman Sergey Valerievich Aksenov

By 2008, Sergei Valerievich Aksenov was already a very respected businessman, not only at the Simferopol, but also at the Crimean level. He was the owner of several companies involved in the sale and rental of his own and state real estate, the issuance of tourist visas abroad, the sale of food and household chemicals, and industrial group goods. He also owned the Alcatraz bar.

Sergei Valerievich Aksenov

Sergey Valerievich Aksenov built himself a house with a swimming pool in a prestigious area of Simferopol, together with his wife he regularly vacationed in fashionable foreign resorts. It seemed that life was good. At thirty-six, he had what most people are never able to acquire in a lifetime. But still, Sergei Valerievich was too ambitious to be content with the life of a successful, but still ordinary businessman. He wanted more, and this more he could get only in politics.

Politician Sergei Valerievich Aksenov

In 2008, Aksyonov joined the Russian Community of Crimea public organization. Then he becomes a member of the board of another public organization - "Civil Assets of Crimea". Since that time, he has been in conflict with the leadership of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, primarily with the chairman of the Supreme Council of Crimea, Anatoly Gritsenko. The “Civil Assets of Crimea” controlled by Aksyonov regularly held mass protests against the Crimean authorities. However, he did not allow himself any separatist slogans yet.

Gradually Sergei Valerievich Aksenov became famous in the Crimea. His activities were covered almost daily on the New Region-Crimea website. But none of the local political forces wanted to cooperate with his movement. Everyone was absorbed in the presidential election campaign that had begun, so no one cared about Aksyonov.

At the end of 2009, Gritsenko, speaker of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, came into conflict with the Russian bloc of Sergei Tsekov. Sergey Valeryevich took advantage of this confrontation and entered into negotiations on a possible merger between the "Civil Activist of Crimea" and the Russian Block. At a meeting of the Coordinating Council of Russian and Pro-Russian Organizations "For Russian Unity in Crimea!", held on November 25, 2009, Aksenov and Tsekov were elected co-chairs of the Coordinating Council. The creation of a single powerful national Russian movement in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol was announced as the strategic goal of this coalition.

It should be noted that the election of Aksyonov as co-chairman of the Coordinating Council was difficult, since many opposed his candidacy. The outcome of the vote was decided by financial resources, which Sergey Valeryevich Aksenov was ready to make available to the coalition. Both co-chairs distributed their duties as follows: Tsekov became responsible for ideological work, and Aksenov was instructed to lead the socio-economic direction.

Sergey Valeryevich also retained his influence on the "Civil Assets of Crimea", which had a serious combat core and became the main force participating in various actions, including unauthorized ones. Aksyonov managed to win over the local Cossacks, however, at the cost of provoking a split in their ranks.

In 2009, Sergei Valerievich Aksenov also became the leader of the All-Crimean socio-political movement "Russian Unity" (in 2010 it received the status of a party) and the first deputy chairman of the "Russian Community of Crimea". In 2010, he was elected on the list of "Russian Unity" to the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. There he was chairman of the subcommittee on tax policy of the standing committee on budgetary, economic and investment policy. Despite the fact that in Kyiv he was considered one of the promising politicians of the "new generation", he was not paid much attention to.

Russia Sergei Valerievich Aksenov

Aksyonov's finest hour came on February 27, 2014, when the building of the Supreme Council of Crimea was seized by a detachment of unknown armed men in camouflage uniforms. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, guarding the building, were expelled from there, and the Russian flag was raised over the building. The invaders let in a group of deputies who voted for the appointment of Sergei Valeryevich Aksyonov as prime minister of the new government.

On the same day, a decision was made to hold a referendum on the status of Crimea. It is interesting that Aksyonov's candidacy was agreed by telephone between the speaker of the Supreme Council Vladimir Konstantinov and Viktor Yanukovych, whom the Crimean parliamentarians considered the legitimate head of Ukraine. In the days that followed, Aksyonov and Konstantinov became the locomotives of the annexation of Crimea to Russia.

Sergey Valeryevich Aksenov in a short time turned from a businessman of a regional scale and a deputy of the autonomy far from the largest party into a real leader of the republic. His merits in the return of Crimea to Russia are indisputable. It is still difficult to say how he will manifest himself in the future, the heaviest burden of managing the economy of the peninsula in the transition period falls on his shoulders, but it seems that now we can say with confidence that Aksenov has become a real politician.

A bastard in the service of Putin: a memorandum against an active member of the organized crime group "Greeks" and the organized crime group "Salem" Sergey Valeryevich Aksenov, a career Soviet political worker by education, probably an agent of the special services of the Russian Federation.

The main source of family income is the funds received by spouses from private entrepreneurial activities. Aksenov S.V. actively engaged in commercial activities, is a co-owner of the Alcatraz bar.

Together with his wife, they have several private companies involved in the sale and rental of their own and state real estate, the issuance of tourist visas abroad, the sale of food products, household chemicals, and industrial group goods. Periodically, the spouses go on vacation abroad.

S. Aksenov began his illegal activities in the organized criminal group "Greeks", where he was at first a simple militant, then, after the defeat of the "Greeks" - in the PF "Salem", covered himself with entrepreneurship - he was the general director of several companies, shops, restaurants and bars, the work of which he oversaw as the leader of the organized crime group. Roughly since 1997, he has been working at the expense of one of the leaders of the Salem organized crime group, Sergei Kryukov. In criminal circles, S. Aksenov has nicknames "Aksen", "Goblin".

S. Aksenov was a member of the Union of Entrepreneurs of Crimea, headed by S. Voronkov, maintained friendly relations with V. Shevyov, the “godfather” of the Salem organized crime group.

January 1996 On the Simferopol-Moscow highway, the Greeks fired on a car with members of the Salem organized crime group, in the front seat of which was S. Aksenov. On the same day he was taken to the hospital. Semashko with gunshot wounds.

April 5, 1997 1999, in the course of a "showdown" near the Palace of Culture, Aksenov's close friend and business partner Samkhan Mazahir Ogly Agayev, born in 1961 (criminal authority, nickname "Sani"), was killed. After that, Aksenov S.V. became the head of all outlets previously owned by Agaev, one of which was the Lancon restaurant, located in Simferopol on the street. Gorky, and also took over control of persons engaged in currency exchange at the Central Bank of Russia. For a certain period of time, the Aksenov spouses, after the death of Agaev, were constantly accompanied by guards.

Earlier, in May 1996, the wife of "Sani" - Agaeva Elena Nikolaevna, organized an underground workshop for sewing wedding dresses, suits, tents and other products. The shop was located on the street. School on the territory of a garment factory. After the death of the Sanya, claims of a property nature began to be expressed against Agaeva by Sergey Valerievich Aksenov. She was given to understand that the aforementioned store "Merlin", which was located in the courtyard of the cinema. Shevchenko, and other objects belonging to Sanya, obshchakovsky.

In February 1998 a deal was recorded for Aksenov to purchase pistols from a Crimean Tatar living in Simferopol on the street. Builders, 9.

In June 1998 Aksyonov, through his connections in the police (Aleksey Deminov), resolved issues regarding his companion S. Borodkin. According to Borodkin, the decision to dismiss the criminal case against him cost $12,000.

April 21, 1999 In 2008, information was received that one of the main channels of financial support for the Salem organized crime group operates through commercial structures operating from Dnepropetrovsk companies, in particular, through the Rainford company. Its representative in the Crimea for the wholesale trade in products is the Partner company. At the same time, in order to counteract the work of law enforcement agencies, the emphasis is on "cooperation" with the prosecutor's office. According to one of the leaders of the organized crime group, for these purposes, the personal friendship of the member of the organized crime group Aksenov and the prosecutor of the city of Ratia is used.

April 6, 2000 2009, information was received that Aksenov in his work relies on the authority and connections of the former chairman of the State Property Fund of Crimea, Valery Mironovich Gorbatov. They privatized the Simferopol furniture factory, the Yalta cold storage plant, a grocery store in Alushta on the street. Snezhkova, 26, and other objects. Together with Aksyonov, Stepnov Igor, who was previously part of the Litvin PG, is the owner of a currency exchange office in the Tkani store on Kirov Ave.

On December 29, 2001, an explosive device was found on the roof of Aksenov's house in Simferopol. Aksyonov stated that this device was planted on him, because. he refuses to follow Voronkov's instructions. So, Voronkov demanded that Borodkin and Aksenov give the disco "Guys" and "Eva" to one of Voronkov's close connections, to which they refused.

Early 2002 Aksyonov and Borodkin actively engaged in the nomination of their candidates for deputies at all levels. They have established especially close ties with the Chairman of the Government of Crimea and the leader of the Labor Ukraine party's KRO, V. Gorbatov.

January 23, 2002 At the same time, information was received that S. Aksenov was directly related to a group engaged in theft and sale of stolen cars for spare parts. This group was organized by a former traffic police officer Vilisov Igor Valeryevich, who at that time worked in the environmental police.

The group included former members of the Salem organized crime group. One of them is Alexander Viktorovich Volovik, born on March 20, 1970, who has connections in the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Crimea. The car repair shop for the conversion and dismantling of stolen vehicles was located in the area of the Simferopol glass container plant, and the bodywork for the conversion of license plates and units was located in a car repair shop located in the village of Gvardeiskoye.

December 27, 2002 In 1998, information was received that Aksenov and his connection I. Stepnov were actively looking for an opportunity to find out why they wanted to take their cell phones 526801 and 526802 for listening.

They were informed about this initiative by a trusted person from the DCC mobile communication company immediately upon receipt of a request from the UBOP. Aksenov and Stepnov connect these events with the arrest of Oleg Gennadyevich Shabelnik, born in 1966, residing at the address: Simferopol, st. Energetikov, 6/12, apt. 4 and accused of committing murder Baboshina AND.The. November 26, 2002. Shabelnik borrowed money from Aksenov and Stepnov and did not pay it back.

He is characterized by them extremely negatively, he is considered a dishonest businessman. In their opinion, Shabelnik told the police something about their criminal activities, so no help will be provided to him.

Since the beginning of 2004 Aksenov engaged in the active acquisition of large industrial facilities in Simferopol. One of such objects is OJSC Simferopol Glass Container Plant (OKPO 00293350, legal address: Simferopol, Industrialnaya st., 41). Aksenov invested large financial resources in the reconstruction of the plant, almost completely reorganized production, purchased and installed new modern equipment for the manufacture of glass and bottle molding.

The production of the plant was reoriented to the production of vodka and wine bottles, which are sold to the wine industry, including those outside the Crimea, while the high quality of products is noted. It should be noted that this enterprise has been in the sphere of influence of the Salem organized crime group for a long time.

One of the first to control it was the former foreman of the organized criminal group Andrei Pavlovich Zabolotny, who was killed in 1996, who was listed as an engineer at the plant. OJSC "Simferopol Glass Container Plant" is a joint "project" of Aksenov and Gorbatov Valery Mironovich, whose brother - Gorbatov Leonid Mironovich - was the director of this enterprise. With the help of Gorbatov V.M. Aksenov manages to avoid the problems associated with inspections by the tax inspectorate and other control bodies. Until February 21, 2006, S. Aksenov was a member of the OJSC Supervisory Board.

November 2006 2009, information was received that members of the Salem organized crime group Borodkin and Aksenov were “cooperating” with an ATC officer from the group of General Paskal (a special group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for solving crimes of past years) Alexei Demin and financing work related to solving the crimes of the Salem organized crime group and the organized criminal group “ Shoes. The source linked the fact of cooperation of the named representatives of the organized crime group with the presence of compromising materials on them in Deminov.

It became known that Borodkin and Aksyonov cooperated with an entrepreneur who is part of the business structure of Valery Gorbatov, Stepnov (nickname “Stepa” is a former SBU employee), and Dyominov previously maintained a trusting relationship with employees of the Crimean SBU, including Stepnov.

The result of a trusting relationship was the investment by Borodkin and Aksenov of Stepnov's business project (construction of a market in the area of Geroev Stalingrad Street). After receiving money from members of the organized criminal group, information appeared that Stepnov ordered the murder of Borodkin and Aksenov to an SBU officer. This custom-made event was stopped by an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexei Deminov. Stepnov was taken into custody, and Deminov "befriended" Brodkin and Aksenov.

A. Deminov, at the request of Aksenov and Borodkin, “leaked” information “about the attempt on the life of Nenaltovskaya by Karasev”, and the press reported that Nenaltovskaya was attacked by people of “Karas” (“Ukrainian Truth”, article by Sonya Koshkina).

The source also said that through the mediation of A. Deminov, Aksyonov and Borodkin transferred 60 thousand US dollars to the Crimean prosecutor's office so that the case of Tikhonchuk's murder would no longer be raised. Aksyonov and Borodkin received the money from Gorbatov, because Gorbatov was an interested person. It is known that the perpetrator of the murder of Tikhonchuk, Gonadze, suddenly died in a cell in a pre-trial detention center, and the driver Stas, the second participant in the attempt on Tikhonchuk (Aksenov's connection), was sentenced to 9 years.

Since 2008 S. Aksenov is a member of the public organization "Russian Community of Crimea", a member of the public organization "Civil Activist of Crimea", since 2009 - a member of the board of the public organization "Civil Activist of Crimea".

Since that time, he was in a state of constant conflict with the leadership of the Crimean autonomy and the city of Simferopol, namely, with the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anatoly Gritsenko, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Alexander Melnik and Igor Lukashev, the mayor of Simferopol Gennady Babenko. Under the control of S. Aksyonov, the "Civil Assets of Crimea" regularly held mass protests against the above-mentioned persons.

S. Aksenov tried to position himself as a businessman, in every possible way refused ties with Voronkov (according to him, they remain neutral), however, according to available information, the SAC was their joint project, the main goal of which was to restore economic balance and return economic assets to Voronkov. This was partly confirmed by the increased interest of S. Aksenov in the financial component of the group I. Lukashov-A. Melnik-A. Gritsenko.

From a certain period, at the expense of Lev Mirimsky, the pseudo-public activities of Sergei Aksyonov were covered almost daily on the New Region-Crimea website. During the period of preparation for the election campaign for the presidential elections in Ukraine, Serhiy Aksyonov and one of the leaders of the SAC Serhiy Veselovsky (formerly a member of the team of Lev Mirimsky, headed the youth wing of the Soyuz party) visited all parties and public organizations of Crimea, offering their services. However, none of the party leaders began to openly cooperate with Aksenov.

In 2009 was an assistant to the deputy of the Simferopol City Council from the "Russian Block", the ex-secretary of the City Council Blinov Vladimir Germanovich, born on 01.04.1957.

Sergei Aksyonov took advantage of the conflict between the group of speaker Anatoly Gritsenko and part of the Party of Regions and the Russian Bloc, which was part of the For Yanukovych! (Sergey Tsekov). After private negotiations, it was decided to unite the forces of the Civil Activists of Crimea and the Russian Block in the fight against A. Gritsenko.

25.11.2009 2009, a meeting of the Coordinating Council of Russian and Pro-Russian Organizations “For Russian Unity in Crimea!” was held. Sergei Aksenov was present at the meeting, he and Sergei Tsekov were elected co-chairs of the Coordinating Council.

The stated goal of this coalition is to create a single powerful national Russian movement in the ARC and Sevastopol. The tactical task is to form a pre-election bloc of Crimean patriotic forces to protect the constitutional rights of Crimeans and Sevastopol residents in local authorities at all levels.

According to a source at the headquarters of the Russian bloc, the election of Sergei Aksenov as co-chairman (in fact, the second head of the Coordinating Council) was difficult, many of those present at the meeting were against his candidacy. In addition to Aksenov, who was not previously a member of the Russian movement, Rodivilov, Slyusarenko, Los, Grzhibovskaya were nominated for the post of co-chairman, and all of them have extensive experience working in pro-Russian organizations and government bodies.

However, the funds offered as a "dowry" for Aksyonov, as well as the combat-ready, ready-to-work organization Civil Active of Crimea, became decisive factors for his election.

The distribution of responsibilities between the two co-chairs is also of interest: Sergei Tsekov will be responsible for ideological work, Sergei Aksenov is instructed to manage the socio-economic direction of the CC, i.e. Aksyonov and his Civil Activists of Crimea will organize (and finance) actions, rallies, tent camps, issue and distribute printed materials, and fight against officials from the ranks of the Party of Regions.

One of the most proven allies of the pro-Russian organization of the Crimea are the Cossack formations. For this reason, the Association of Cossacks of the ARC (Ataman Sergey Yurchenko) entered the Coordinating Council.

29.11.2009 2009, a meeting of the Council of Atamans of Crimea was held in Simferopol. The co-chairman of the Coordinating Council "For Russian Unity in Crimea!", member of the board of the "Civil Activist of Crimea" Sergei Aksenov took part in the meeting. Aksyonov spoke on behalf of the Coordinating Council and called on other Cossack formations to join this association. He promised that "Crimean patriotic forces will in every possible way contribute to the revival of the institution of the Cossacks on the peninsula as a powerful factor in the revival of spirituality and canonical Orthodoxy."

In addition, criticism was voiced at the meeting of the Council against the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Ataman of the Crimean Cossack Union Vladimir Cherkashin, who supported A. Gritsenko's group. This testified to the fact that there is also no unity among the Cossack organizations of the Crimea, they are disunited and situationally adjoin a stronger, more influential partner.

Since 2009- leader of the All-Crimean socio-political movement "Russian Unity".

From 12.12.2009- First Deputy of the "Russian Community of Crimea". “We believe that we work well, complement each other, work effectively. Today there is a need for closer cooperation. Together we created the all-Crimean socio-political movement "Russian Unity". And the election of Sergei Aksenov to a leadership position in the "Community" can also be regarded as an influx of fresh forces of a young age. Let me remind you that in the authorities of Crimea, the youngest deputies are from the Russian Community,” said S. Tsekov, leader of the ROK.

Late 2009-early 2010 years, the conflict in the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, created with the direct participation of S. Aksenov, had a detrimental effect on the Cossack movements in the region: after the collapse of the coalition “Bloc “For Yanukovych” and the exit from it of the Russian bloc headed by Sergei Tsekov (after the conflict with A. Gritsenko) part of the Cossack organizations also joined the Russian movements of Tsekov-Aksenov. The Council of Atamans of Crimea, the Simferopol Cossack District went into opposition to Cherkashin and the organization he leads, because. Cherkashin supported Gritsenko during the conflict.

01/09/2010 Once upon a time, the Cossacks of the Simferopol District expressed their distrust of the Supreme Ataman of the Crimean Cossack Union Vladimir Cherkashin, calling his order to remove Victor Mikshin from the posts of Ataman and the first comrade of the Supreme Ataman of the Simferopol Cossack District Viktor Mikshin (for supporting the organization of S. Tsekov "Russian Unity") as unfounded and political. The meeting of representatives of the Simferopol Cossack district was held in the premises of the Russian Cultural Center provided by S. Tsekov.

The Cossacks stated that they did not intend to continue to obey the illegal orders of the Supreme Ataman of the KKS, and accused him of inaction. It was also announced that the Simferopol District could withdraw from the Crimean Cossack Union and the prospect of support by the Council of Atamans of Crimea for the newly created organization "Russian Unity" (S. Tsekov, S. Aksenov).

14.02.2010 2010, a Cossack circle was held, the participants of which discussed the main events for the spring of 2010. Among the guests of the meeting was the co-chairman of the "Russian Unity" Sergei Aksenov. He confirmed that his organization is committed to close cooperation with the Cossacks of Crimea in protecting the interests of the Orthodox Russian population of the peninsula.

In addition, he proposed to convene a unifying forum of the Cossacks of Crimea by the end of February in order to work out a program for the development of the autonomy's Cossacks, and promised the assistance of Russian Unity in organizing this event.

11.09.2010 Sergey Aksyonov announced that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the renaming of the Avangard party into the Russian Unity party. Thus, the All-Crimean movement "Russian Unity" acquired an all-Ukrainian party status.

Since November 2010- Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of the VI convocation, elected in a multi-member constituency from the Crimean Republican Organization of the Political Party "Russian Unity". Member of the Standing Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on budgetary, economic and investment policy (chairman of the subcommittee on tax policy).

09.12.2010 of the year deputy | intercessor | Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine D. Vydrin said that, in his opinion | in his opinion |, it is Aksyonov who is a politician from | with | "a new generation of businessmen, which is torn and enters into power." “Let's hope that these people will come out and claim all-Ukrainian fame,” he said. This statement shows that Aksenov's candidacy was considered by the pro-government structures as promising in the future change of leadership of the Russian | Russian | movement in Ukraine.

Aksenov Sergei Valerievich began his political career as a simple deputy. Thanks to perseverance and activity, he was appointed head of the Crimea after the return of the peninsula to Russia. Awarded with the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.

Sergei Aksenov: biography of the head of the Crimea

Sergei Aksenov was born in (now - the Republic of Moldova), in the small town of Balti, on 11/26/1972. There is very little information about the parents - Valeria Nikolaevich (born in 1949) and Nina Semenovna (born in 1949). It is known that they were citizens of Ukraine. Sergei's father was the chairman of the Russian Community party. He worked as the general director of Panel Systems LLC in Simferopol.

Sergei Aksenov began to show the makings of a leader at school. At first he actively participated in pioneering activities. Then in the Komsomol. At school he was chosen as the captain of the football team. Played well. Studied Sergei almost "excellent". If circumstances had turned out differently, perhaps he would have been able to make a good football career.

Where did Sergei Aksenov study

Aksenov Sergei Valerievich studied at the local school number 6. In 1989 he graduated from it with a silver medal. From the Komsomol he was given an excellent characteristic. After receiving the certificate, Sergei immediately left for Simferopol. There he entered to study at the military polytechnic university for the specialty "military builder". After graduating, he successfully defended his diploma.

But Aksenov did not stop there and entered the university of management and economics. There Sergey received a bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Economics, then a master's degree in finance and credit. Aksenov University graduated with honors.

Aksenov's activities before his political career

After graduating from SVVPSU, Sergey Aksenov began doing business in the production and sale of food and canned food. Held the position of Deputy Director:

  • 1993-1998 - cooperative "Ellada";
  • 1998-2001 - LLC "Asterix";
  • 2001-2014 - Escada LLC.

Being one of the leaders in several cooperatives and firms, Sergey Aksenov has been engaged in this activity for many years. His biography during this time was not supplemented with anything remarkable.

The beginning of Aksenov's political activity

Sergei Aksenov took up politics in 2008. He began with active political and social activities in the Crimea. He joined the "Russian Community" of the peninsula and a year later was already a member of the Coordinating Council "For Russian Unity". After he entered the board of "Civil asset".

Successes in the political field

Thanks to his active work, Sergey Aksenov became the leader of the Crimean movement "Russian Unity" in 2010. He had to contend with many political opponents. Aksenov and the movement he led were accused of raider seizures of real estate.

Only Sergey's opponents could not do anything, since there was no evidence of criminal activity. Despite the allegations, in 2010 he became a member of the Supreme Council of the Crimean Peninsula of the sixth convocation. Sergei Aksyonov also won recognition from fellow politicians thanks to his views, in which the priorities are:

  • self-sufficient economy of the Russian Federation;
  • support for Russian manufacturers;
  • differentiated tax systems, their abolition for poor citizens of the peninsula.

Since February 27 last year, Sergey Aksyonov has been the head of the Crimean Council of Ministers. This position remains with him to this day.

Aksenov Sergey: Crimea. Biography of a Russian politician

In 2014, during the coup d'état in Ukraine, the Russian flag appeared on the building of the Supreme Council of Crimea. An extraordinary meeting was convened, at which Aksyonov was appointed Prime Minister of Crimea, which at that time was still part of Ukraine, by a majority of votes.

Turchynov considered the decision of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan illegal, and a criminal case was initiated against Aksenov. Sergei was accused of forcibly seizing the building of the government of the peninsula. But Aksenov, too, was not inactive. Immediately after his appointment at the Council as prime minister, he subjugated all the Crimean law enforcement agencies and turned to Putin for help, asking for support for the Crimeans.

Sergei Valeryevich had to go through a lot before the referendum (he was one of its organizers), in which the population of the peninsula almost unanimously voted for secession from Ukraine and joining the Russian Federation. After the annexation of the peninsula to the Russian Federation, Sergey Aksenov, along with some other politicians, ended up on the “black lists” of the West. Personal sanctions have been put forward against his person. Yes, and it is highly undesirable for him to leave Europe.

Sergey Aksyonov becomes head of Crimea

Despite the protests of Ukraine and the West, on March 18, 2014, Crimea became part of the Russian Federation. The agreement was signed by Prime Minister of the peninsula Sergei Aksenov, chairmen of the coordinating council Konstantinov and Chaly, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On April 9 last year, Sergei Aksenov became a member of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation. On the 14th of the same month, he was appointed interim head of the peninsula. In September 2014, the State Council of Crimea thoroughly considered Aksenov's candidacy. And since October 9, 2014, the official head of the Crimea is Sergey Aksenov. He was elected to office unanimously. The post of prime minister remained with him concurrently.

As for ordinary Crimeans, they approve of his activities in his post. Aksenov is respected by the inhabitants of the peninsula, and many consider him a savior. Indeed, thanks to his initiative, they live under a peaceful sky and do not hear the artillery cannonade. Punishers do not break into the houses of Crimeans, and their children do not have to take up arms and defend their land. People can speak their native language fluently, attend Russian-language schools and feel completely safe.

Undoubtedly, Aksyonov will go down in history, and descendants will remember his name. Because the important steps he took deserve to be talked about and remembered.

Personal life of Sergei Aksenov

Sergei Aksenov does not like to flaunt his personal life. In the early 90s, he met Elena Dobrynya. She graduated from the Crimean Agricultural Academy, Faculty of Economics. After she married Sergei Aksenov.

Elena is an economist by profession, and she and her husband were engaged in entrepreneurial activities together. In their family "piggy bank" there are several real estate agencies, several travel agencies and companies selling household chemicals, manufactured goods and products.

In 1994, a daughter was born in the Aksenov family, who was named Christina. Three years later, Oleg was born - the son and heir of Sergei. Now his children are studying in prestigious universities.

Sergey's income for the first year as the head of the Crimea reaches a little more than 1,500,000 rubles. The declaration states that there is no real estate in the property. And Aksyonov rents land, a summer house and an apartment.

His wife Elena earned about 3 million rubles last year. She is the owner of seven non-residential premises and three apartments with an area of almost 200 m². Plus, Elena is the owner of several land plots. Their total area is 1568 m². Also in the possession of the wife of Sergei Aksenov is a cottage with an area of 577 m² and a BMW750 car.

From the moment they met, Elena has supported her husband in everything. And at a time when Sergei was a simple businessman, and in his political career. In their free time, the Aksenov family prefers to travel.

How can I contact Sergey Aksenov?

If the inhabitants of the peninsula have questions or suggestions, then the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, will definitely answer them. The hotline was created specifically for communication. Calls are free. The hotline is open weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm. All appeals and proposals are considered without fail. You can get through by phone: 0-800-505-525, +79780000511 and +79780000510. You can also contact the head of the Crimea through Facebook.

Post-holiday Simferopol was literally dumbfounded by unknown by whom and from where the information about the income of the family of the head of Crimea was thrown out. The speaker of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan "rose" just as abruptly. It is clear that such information is not simply made public.

The public is trying to guess - what other gift of fate should the first persons of the republic expect in the near future?

So, suddenly the income figures of Sergei Aksenov for 2016 became known. His declaration is published on the government portal. In general, nothing unusual, the annual income of 2.6 million rubles. According to the document, Aksyonov owns a residential building with an area of 577.5 sq. m, as well as a land plot of 607 sq. m. Normal for a bureaucratic VIP. Moreover, his deputy, a native of Novy Urengoy, Boris Zimin, declared income in 2016 in the amount of 14 million rubles. The former head of CJSC Northgas owns two wonderful apartments and two Lexus, 40 land plots with a total area of 15 hectares and shares of another 81 land plots. Zimin took a post in the Crimean Council of Ministers just three months ago, instead of Oleg Kazurin, who was arrested for a bribe, curator of housing and communal services and the fuel and energy complex.

Much more interesting is something else. It turned out that last year the head of the Crimea earned 13 times less than his wife. If you like, you can read the opposite - his wife "mastered" 13 times more than her high-ranking spouse. Well, of course, he himself is "in no way involved" in the record. It's just nice to have a life partner with such incredible business talents.

More specifically, last year Elena Aksyonova's income amounted to more than 32.8 million rubles. She owns three apartments, six serious non-residential premises. The "second half" of Sergei Valeryevich uses two large plots of land, a mansion and, of course, drives a premium BMW. For comparison, in 2015, entrepreneur Elena Aleksandrovna Aksenova earned a ridiculous 3.4 million for a circle. That is, over the past year, her income has increased tenfold!

No less interesting is the suddenly pop-up declaration of income of the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Konstantinov. Let us quote an unnamed and, nevertheless, quite official source. It almost sounds like a sentence: “In 2016, his income grew nine times and exceeded the annual salary of the President of Russia by the same amount.”

Evil social activists pour their portion of hot fat down the collar of the Crimean officials. Here, for example, is one of the recent posts by the Feodosia blogger Alexander Talipov. He addresses the “chief Crimean Tatar” of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the ex-deputy prime minister of the republic, now a member of the Russian parliament, Ruslan Balbek:

- Ruslan Ismailovich, can you tell me how your sister Elvina Ismailovna Yakubova won the competition for the right to manage the property of the Massandra boarding house? Previously, Elvina, as far as I know, worked in Solnechnaya Tavrika, just the director of the said boarding house. She resigned, after which, by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12.07.16, the boarding house was transferred from the State Unitary Enterprise "Solnechnaya Tavrika" to the State Autonomous Institution "Administrative Directorate of Crimean Property". A competition was immediately announced for the right to manage the property of the boarding house, LLC "Kryminvest" becomes the only participant and winner. This company was registered on 07/11/2016 - the day before the said decision and 10 days before the start of applications! The director is Balbek's sister, the only founder is her husband. Successful family business? Can you remind me who at that moment was the Deputy Prime Minister and supervised the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism? You, Ruslan Ismailovich! By the way, at the time of the competition, one of the buildings was rented by an enterprise with a valid contract - and they have rented it for more than 11 years! - so this enterprise completely restored and repaired the building at its own expense, purchased equipment and property, and now the Balbekov company has come to the ready and is driving everyone out into the street! Crimean business!

Oleg Roldugin

In 2016, Elena Aksenova, the wife of the Crimean prime minister, earned almost 33 million rubles according to the official declaration alone.

This is 12 times more than her husband. But Sergei Aksenov himself, even if we leave aside his friends, except for his wife, still has a father, daughter, beloved mother-in-law, after all. Who also earn something. What is it based on?

"Cocktail" with "Rose"

On the night of September 12, 6-year-old Reyana woke up because a Molotov cocktail flew through the window of her nursery. First, the mosquito net caught fire, then the curtains ... If the girl had not awakened the adults, everyone who was in the house could have been burned alive.

“Hooliganism,” the investigation decided, and, in fact, no investigation was carried out.

And for me it’s “attempted murder,” Reyana’s grandfather, Crimean Tatar activist Vasvi Abduraimov, who is considered pro-Russian in the opposition Majlis, is sure. - But as a month and a half ago we had the only contact with the investigator, so that was all.

- At least he had versions, who is the criminal?

No. I have versions. Customers must be sought through a construction company surrounded by one of the most influential people in Crimea.

Recently, Abduraimov's party "Milli Firka" has been defending the Crimean Tatars, whose houses they want to demolish in order to build a residential area "Crimean Rose" on a hundred hectares. The official developer is the Monolit group of companies, but at public hearings, as their participants say, a similar name of another company, Monolit-Plus, headed by the first lady of the Crimea, Elena Aksenova, sounded. Formally, these structures are not connected, but the Interlocutor nevertheless found something in common.

Money from the bottom of the ocean

- I remember how on February 14, on the eve of the "Crimean spring", I met Sergei Aksenov with his guys at the headquarters of their organization "Russian Unity" in the back room of the "Ocean" shopping center. It's on Kirov Avenue, the main street of Simferopol with the most expensive prices, and they also have "Salem" times(see) there were a number of real estate objects, - recalls Vladimir Garnachuk from the Clean Coast. Crimea movement. - True, Ocean itself had already been arrested by bailiffs by that time and was preparing to be sold for debts.

The referendum on independence canceled Aksyonov's debts. After March 14, not only strength, but also money turned out to be in his “Unity”.

"Russian Unity", which headed the local "anti-Maidan", still lives in the "Ocean", but now it has other founders. Elena Aksenova was accompanied there by her partner in the Monolit-Plus company, Svetlana Babiy, who became an adviser to the head of the Crimea, and Pavel Kolodeev, who was given the go-ahead by officials to create the huge Tavrida wholesale and retail complex. The lion's share of goods imported to the peninsula promises to flow there.

Aksenova also owns 39% of the authorized capital of the Hals company, which owns Ocean, which is more than 6 thousand square meters. m of real estate in the most prestigious place in Simferopol. Eldorado, Comfy, the Limpopo children's hypermarket are located there ... They all pay rent, but from year to year Hals shows a modest profit. And correspondingly modest taxes.

At the same time, the first lady of the Crimea has other companies that earn money by renting out their own space. Among them, for example, "Stealth-South". He, like Hals, is owned by a woman on a par with Sergei Borodkin, a member of the local parliament, who has been associated with Aksenov since the dashing Salem 90s. True, Aksenov's "Malva Kom" is now registered with the same group of companies "Monolit", one of the largest developers in the Crimea. However, "Monolith-Plus" remained with the former owner, and it was he who was announced at public hearings as the builder of the "monolithic" "Crimean Rose" - with funding of more than 30 billion rubles.

Sand worth its weight in gold

Recently, dead crabs and fish have been nailed to the shore of the village of Chernomorets near Evpatoria. Now under threat are the inhabitants of the neighboring village of Mirny, whose houses have already begun to sag due to the extraction of sea sand from the bottom of Lake Donuzlav.

The new part of the village was especially affected, - said the ex-director of the local housing office, Oleg Kolesnik. - Houses have already sunk half a meter.

Fearing destruction and casualties, the participants in the public hearings that took place the other day in Mirny chanted “Prohibition!” in unison, but in response they heard assurances that everything was just fine. Who's great? In the Crimean register of licenses for the use of subsoil, the first lines are occupied by companies associated with the family of Sergei Aksenov, namely his father.

Now Valery Aksenov is a well-known Crimean public figure. But until the summer of 2014, he headed a number of companies related to quarrying, among other things. One of these firms - "Simstroytrans" - just decided to get to the bottom of Donuzlav. Yachtstroyservis also trades here, through Natalya Melnichenko, also related to Aksenov Sr. The state Yevpatoriya trade port also works on the lake, but two years ago it turned out that it sells raw materials three times lower than the market price of the Comfort-Crimea company, led by the same Melnichenko. And she's already jacking up the price.

With this approach to business and government, even ordinary sea sand easily becomes “golden”. It is no wonder that with the growth of Sergey Aksenov's career, Crimean quarries also began to be intensively developed.

According to the Crimean ritual

But the most unexpected way of earning money for the official's relatives is still connected with Aksenov's mother-in-law, a member of the Civic Chamber of Crimea. Two years ago, businesswoman Lyudmila Dobrynya founded the Specialized City Funeral Service (SGRS) in Simferopol.

True, last year the woman formally withdrew from the founders of the funeral agency, but the service is still headed by Leyla Gemedzhi, director of another Dobrynya company, Escada. The contact phone number of the two companies, indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, is also common. And also Leyla Gemedzhi is the founder of a non-profit organization for the provision of services in the field of permits. That is, she is a person who is close to power from all sides.

But there are also overlaps. In December 2015, the SGRS took part in the state tender for the "provision of services for the transportation of corpses in the city of Simferopol" and lost. Aksyonov's mother-in-law's corpse trucks volunteered to transport 720 bodies, but they were unexpectedly bypassed by the local IP Vladimir Lukyanov, who asked for an amount almost ten times less for his services.

Naturally, not even a month had passed since the results of the scandalous tender were cancelled. And "IP Vladimir Lukyanov" now does not exist at all anymore. As stated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, "in connection with death."

Daughter is also under "Sail"

Even the politician's daughter raised her "Sail" recently. In 2015, her aunt Evgenia Dobrynya transferred the company Parus, which also owns real estate on Kirov Avenue in Simferopol, to her twenty-year-old niece Kristina (in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities she is mentioned under the name Manusova). Before Kristina, the company was managed by Pavel Kolodeev from the Tavrida trading hub, and the company’s email address coincides with the contact of Kyivinvestprom, deputy Sergei Borodkin. Now in the room that the girl rents out, there is a home restaurant "Porter House".

[Lenta.Ru, 03/07/2017, "And do not lead them into temptation": However, if there are not enough experienced specialists in the authorities of the republic, then there are enough relatives of the head of Crimea and people close to them. In the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the committee on property and land relations is headed by Yevgenia Dobrynya, Sergei Aksenov's sister-in-law, and his father Valery Aksenov, deputy chairman of the committee for construction and housing and communal services. The deputies of the State Council were also business partners of the Aksenov family Sergey Borodkin (in LLC Hals and Stealth-South, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities) and Nikolai Vysotsky (according to his biography, he was deputy director of Hals LLC, in Ukraine it was controlled by Lyudmila Dobrynya, mother-in-law Sergei Aksenov). By the way, in 2014, the mother-in-law became a member of the Public Chamber of Crimea, and the father-in-law Alexander Dobrynya became the deputy director of the state institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Expert and Technical Center".
Svetlana Babiy, an adviser to the head of the Crimea, is the business partner of the Aksenovs (in the Monolit-Plus firm). Andrey Dedyukhin (as the media on the peninsula has repeatedly written, he is Aksenov’s brother-in-law, the common-law husband of Yevgenia Dobrynya) works as the head of the fisheries department in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and before that he headed the republican State Fisheries Committee. During the Ukrainian period, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Natalia Fedchun was the deputy director of LLC "Malva Kom" of Aksenov's mother-in-law and her companion Svetlana Babiy.
The former first deputy chairman of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected to the State Duma, was the deputy director of Monolit-Plus LLC, the wife of Sergey Aksenov and Svetlana Babiy. The Chairman of the Competition Policy Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Artem Zilbervarg, and his deputy, Yaroslav Slivka, owned Kyiv Investment and Industrial Company Kyivinvestprom LLC in Ukraine, now the owner of the company is the already mentioned deputy Borodkin (according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities). At the head of the administration of Yalta is Aksenov's longtime acquaintance Andrey Rostenko. - Inset K.ru]

["Krym.Realii", 03/22/2017, "Family and business of the Crimean authorities: nepotism of Aksenov and Konstantinov": The head of the Crimean branch of the Communists of Russia party, Leonid Grach, in turn, calls Aksenov's current team a "common fund". Crimean social activists also speak about the prosperity in the ranks of the Crimean authorities of “nepotism and matchmaking”. [...]
After the annexation, many former party associates of Aksyonov from Russian Unity also found jobs in Crimea. Among them is Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Polonsky, whose wife is now a deputy and is implementing a large-scale business project under the auspices of the Council of Ministers. Former party lawyer Alexander Spiridonov now heads the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of Crimea.
Former associates of the "Russeders" Larisa Georgiadi, Vladimir Bobkov and Sergei Shuvainikov became deputies of the Crimean parliament. Andrei Kozenko, who occupied the chair of the vice-speaker of the Crimean parliament, is now a deputy of the State Duma of Russia.
And even the press secretary of the party, Yekaterina Polonchuk, after the annexation of Crimea, went on promotion and now heads the information department and the press service of Aksyonov. - Inset K.ru]

Dossier
On December 22, 2009, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Crimea Mikhail Bakharev stated that in the 1990s Sergei Aksyonov was a member of the local organized crime group Salem and was involved in raider seizures on the peninsula. Aksenov wrote a statement of claim against Bakharev, but the Court of Appeal of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea did not recognize the claims.
