The concept of development of additional education for children. Approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 2014 No. 1726-r.

Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of August 29, 2013 No. 1008 “On Approval of the Procedure for Organization and Implementation of Educational Activities under Additional General Education Programs”.

“Exemplary requirements for the content and design of educational programs for additional education of children (letter of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2006 N 06-1844).

Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated July 4, 2014 No. 41 "On approval of SanPiN 2.4.4.3172-14" Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the device, content and organization of the working hours of educational institutions of additional education for children ".

Novelty and originality programs in that it takes into account the specifics of additional education and covers much more people who want to go in for this sport, making feasible demands in the learning process. It provides an opportunity to take up handball from scratch for those children who have not yet begun to pass the handball section at school, as well as attention to the issue of educating a healthy lifestyle, a comprehensive approach to raising a harmonious person.

Handball is a team game in which each player coordinates his actions with the actions of his partners. Various functions of the players oblige them to constantly interact with each other to achieve a common goal. This feature is of great importance for the development of friendship and camaraderie, the habit of subordinating one's actions to the interests of the collective.

The desire to surpass the opponent in the speed of action, ingenuity, accuracy of throws, clarity of passes and other actions aimed at achieving victory, teaches those involved to mobilize their capabilities, act with maximum effort, and overcome difficulties that arise in the course of wrestling.

Handball classes contribute to the development and improvement of the basic physical qualities of those involved, the formation of various motor skills, and health promotion.

The game environment in handball is changing rapidly. Each attack creates new game situations. These conditions teach players to constantly monitor the process of the game, instantly assess the situation, act proactively, resourcefully and quickly in any game situation. The variability of the conditions for the implementation of game actions also requires the manifestation of high independence.

The competitive nature of the game, the independence of tactical individual and group actions, the continuous change in the situation, success or failure cause the players to manifest a variety of feelings and experiences. High emotional upsurge maintains constant activity and interest in the game.

These peculiarities Handball games create favorable conditions for educating children in the ability to manage emotions, control their actions, in case of success, not to weaken the struggle, and in case of failure, not to lose heart.

Forming the behavioral attitudes of the trainees on the basis of the above, handball, as a sports game, with its technical and methodological means, effectively allows you to enrich the inner world of the child, expand his awareness in the field of healing and development of the body.

Theoretical training of young handball players should also include questions of basic knowledge, such as:

the hygiene of those involved, their clothes,

    injury prevention,

    rules of the game,

information about the history of the development of handball,

information about modern advanced handball players, teams.

Theoretical information should be communicated to students during practical classes in different parts of the lesson, in pauses between exercises, in between games.

Relevance programs for modern children leading a sedentary lifestyle, involving them in various sections, in an aggressive information environment, forms a positive psychology of communication and collective interaction, classes in a circle, sections help to increase self-esteem, exercising in an informal setting, unlike a school where strict requirements for discipline, the child is more liberated, which reveals his hidden possibilities for the formation of logical thinking.

Pedagogical expediency allows to solve the problem of employment of children's free time, the formation of physical qualities, the awakening of children's interest in new activities in the field of physical culture and sports.

In the conditions of a modern general education school, students develop hypodynamia due to large academic loads and volumes of homework. To partly solve the problem, the program of additional education "Handball", aimed at meeting the needs for movement, improvement and maintaining the functionality of the body, is called upon.

When teaching, the main methods of organizing and implementing educational and cognitive work are used, such as verbal, visual, practical, inductive and problem-search methods. The choice of methods (methods) of teaching depends on the psychophysiological, age characteristics of children, topics and forms of classes. At the same time, in the learning process, all methods are implemented in the closest relationship.

The methodology of conducting classes involves the constant creation of situations of success, joy from overcoming difficulties in mastering the material being studied.

From the first lessons, students learn about safety, fire safety, the proper organization of their own work, the rational use of working time, the competent use of sports equipment and sports equipment.

The program is based on certain pedagogical principles:

the principle of subjectivity of the cognizing consciousness. The teacher and the student are defined as active subjects of education.

complementarity principle. The teacher's monologue gives way to semantic dialogue, interaction, partnership, orientation towards the real freedom of the developing personality.

the principle of openness of educational and educational information. The world of knowledge "opens up" to the student due to the work of his consciousness, as the main personal value. The teacher does not "present" knowledge in a form ready for understanding, but gives them the context of discovery.

principle of respect for the personality of the child in combination with reasonable demands on him, suggests that exactingness is a kind of measure of respect for the personality of the child. Reasonable exactingness is always expedient if dictated by the needs of the educational process and the tasks of personality development.

the principle of consciousness and activity of students involves the creation
conditions for an active and conscious attitude of students to learning,
conditions for students to realize the correctness and practical value of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities.

the principle of a differentiated and individual approach to learning implies the need to take into account the individual capabilities and age-related psychophysiological characteristics of each student when choosing the pace, methods and way of teaching.

the principle of continuity, consistency and systematic It consists in such an organization of the educational process, in which each lesson is a logical continuation of previous work, allows you to consolidate and develop what has been achieved, to raise the student to a higher level of development.

the principle of accessibility and passivity is to apply the basic rule of didactics "from the simple to the complex, from the known to the unknown".

The Handball Federation of Russia has developed an educational and methodological complex for educational organizations of the Russian Federation. In particular, a physical culture work program based on handball and an additional professional advanced training program for general education institutions. The educational and methodological complex was not only considered, but also approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

Work to include handball in schools began in April 2015. Then the Russian Handball Federation developed a project called "Massive Children's Handball of Russia", which was supported by the interdepartmental commission of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Sports of Russia. In particular, within its framework, together with the Russian Olympic Committee, 50 school handball clubs were created in 20 regions of the country, and all educational institutions are equipped with handball equipment - balls, equipment and inventory. Also, the Russian Handball Federation has developed an educational and methodological complex - a work program in physical culture based on handball for schools and an additional professional advanced training program for the course "Organization of physical education classes in general educational organizations based on handball".

A year later, on April 26, 2016, the expert council of the Ministry of Education positively assessed the program and sent it to the Russian Academy of Education for further examination. At the end of January 2017, it was approved, and the other day posted on the official website of the Russian Academy of Education, in the federal register of exemplary basic general education programs.

Thus, the educational and methodological complex developed by the Russian Handball Federation has not only been approved, it can be said that the physical education program based on handball will begin to be implemented in schools in practice.

For us, this is a significant progress in solving the task of spreading handball to schools, which was set by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Handball Federation Dmitry Olegovich Rogozin, - said Igor Stepanov, a member of the executive committee of the FGR. - In the near future, a letter of recommendation will be sent to the Ministry of Education and Science to provide information support on the approval of the handball-based physical training program for educational organizations. As for its implementation, we understand that the program is advisory in nature, a lot will depend on the regional handball federations, there are now 46 of them, which should take an active position so that handball becomes the basis of school physical education lessons on an equal basis, for example, with athletics.

It should be noted that the program developed by the Handball Federation of Russia is intended not only for secondary schools. Active work is underway to spread handball in the Suvorov and cadet institutions of the Ministry of Defense. So, already 22 Suvorov and cadet schools received from the FGR a double set of handball equipment - uniforms, balls and equipment. And in the fall, St. Petersburg will host the first national championship among Suvorov and cadet schools. It is also important that handball was. This is the most massive competition for schoolchildren on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the inclusion of handball will undoubtedly contribute to the promotion and popularization of the handball.
