Okay, I switched to practice, where for 2 days my mentor and I called clients, finished learning the material, etc. The mentor said that I knew the theory perfectly, and my customer focus was generally at the highest level, and it was easy for me to pass the exam. You will automatically violate the rule stipulated in the signed contract.

Only now it’s impossible to look at it, but there are a lot of tricks there. Signed, but it turns out you don’t know what. Then it works, but in the end it is not clear what everything will result in and you have no rights!

Went 2 weeks a week. (True, the second time I had to go through my own fault, I confess).

The second time I tried very hard, I wrote a test for 31 out of 35. After the test, there was a second practical part, on which I was ridiculously and vilely filled up (and not only me). In addition, in my group there was even a person who had previously worked in this very position (!!!) and apparently he was also filled up, so he was trained with me 2 times.

Another passed for the third time. Having talked enough with people from my group, the screening does not seem objective to me. Either this is random, or some personal likes / dislikes.

Passing training for 2 times, I had the opportunity to observe how the trainer repeats scripted phrases and pazitiff little jokes from the previous training word for word. Including lies about the lack of competition in the group.

I just don’t understand one thing - why invite people to interviews with the clause “POSSIBLE WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE” while at a group interview you are immediately dismissed for, let’s say, you have been solving a mathematical problem for a long time ... It’s not clear for what reasons you are refused, explain no one will. The interview lasts 2 and a half hours, it is built completely stupid and not thought out. There is a big impression that people are invited just "For show". Turnover. In such conditions, as offered in the office, it is simply impossible to really assess the possibilities of a candidate!!! Stupidly they take those who already have some experience in telephone sales. I was not allowed to study, apparently I couldn’t calculate the percentages correctly in the problem, well .. they would have taught me how to count them later ... Moreover, I wanted to get a job in the department of initial applications. There, in general, everything is simple and elementary, stupid can handle it !!! In short, my opinion is all a SCAM!

At the beginning, they make out as in Tinkoff Bank, in my case, the operator for the collection of overdue debts. The salary for 2 weeks + 2 weeks of study is 3000 rubles, this is laughter. Plus constant fines for tapped calls. In short, after the transfer from adaptation to the working group, it was not the bank employees who began to write letters to me, but the employees of the collection agency in which I was registered.

I personally encountered the bank, I was also glad to have the opportunity to work in such a promising area, but after a month of probation and passing all the exams, and there were quite a few of them. Not a joyful prospect awaited me, I will not describe all the moments that did not suit me, I worked there for exactly half a year, I left of my own free will, I do not regret it.

Excellent working conditions. The kitchen is large with refrigerators, microwaves, free coffee, tea, milk), a chic lounge where you can either sleep on the sofa, or play ping pong, or table football. The biggest disadvantage for me was the work itself, everything is very monotonous. You had to call the client right after you hung up and campaign him until he foamed at the mouth (for insufficient campaigning, you could get a bad mark in the wiretap and therefore your bonus could fall from this). I felt like I was degrading. For a year and a half of work, I became very aggressive and irritable. And one fine day, I finally decided to go on a long journey.
