12 years ago, she gave birth to a daughter, Leni, from her boyfriend, Italian millionaire Flavio Briatore. At the time of the baby's birth, the couple had already broken up, and Klum met with the singer Seal, who later took care of the girl.

In a recent interview, Flavio admitted that he does not miss his daughter at all, whom he "never saw". Leni raised Seal until he and Heidi announced their separation in 2012.
