  • Go to " Settings» and open « Recovery and reset without forgetting to back up.
  • Select item " Reset».
  • "Tap" on the field " Reset phone settings».
  • In conclusion, we press " Erase everything».

This procedure will delete all data on the internal storage of the device, leaving the information on the memory card intact.
