It will take a minimum of time to prepare this dish, in general, while the side dish is being prepared, we will prepare a delicious breast. Step 1.

Peel the onion and wash thoroughly. Grind finely with a knife.

Cut the chicken fillet into neat small slices. We used chicken thigh for the sauce. Therefore, to begin with, we will clean it from the skin and bones, and then chop it into small slices. But in principle, you can use just chicken breast fillets.

Step 3

Pour oil into a frying pan, add onion, fry until golden brown.

Step 4

Then add chicken. Close the lid and simmer for another two or three minutes.

Step 5

Dilute flour in 200 grams of water. Mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain.

1. Cut the breast fillet in a way convenient for you. It does not matter, stripes or cubes, the main thing is not to large. Add salt, pepper and leave for ten minutes to brew.

2. Fry the mushrooms in a pan, when all the liquid released from the mushrooms evaporates, add sour cream and continue to simmer for 3 minutes.

3. In a separate deep frying pan, fry the chicken until almost cooked. Then pour in the previously prepared sauce and simmer for 7 minutes, tightly closing the lid.

4. Coarsely grate the cheese and add to the chicken, continue cooking until the cheese is completely melted.

Put the chopped chicken into the prepared garlic oil and fry over the highest heat until it acquires a lighter color. The chicken doesn't have to be fully cooked, it just needs to "grab" on top. So that the chicken does not let the juice in the pan and start to stew, it is better to divide it into portions and fry in several passes.

Transfer the fried chicken to a plate and cover with a lid to keep it warm. Set the chicken aside while you prepare the sauce.

Pour milk or cream into the pan in which the chicken was fried. I often cook with milk, so that the sauce is lighter. Immediately add the Italian herb mixture, salt and pepper. I had a couple of teaspoons of truffle paste left, I also put them in the sauce. If you don't have an Italian herb mix, you can simply add dried basil and oregano.

Bring the mixture to a boil and add the grated Parmesan. I usually buy already grated cheese to save time. It remains to wait until the cheese is melted and the sauce is ready. Yes, yes, it's that simple!

Put the fried chicken in the sauce, mix and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes. Don't overcook the chicken breast in the pan, as it can become tough.

    • ¼ tsp. l. Sahara;
    • 1 table. l. vegetable oil.

    We turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes, and heat the oil in it. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop and fry in oil.

    Meanwhile, rinse the meat, cut into small pieces. Spread to the onion-garlic mixture, leave to fry until the end of the timer, stirring occasionally.

    After the signal, salt and pepper, pour sour cream, add sugar and flour, stir. We turn on the program "Extinguishing", "Simmering" or "Baking", time 30 minutes.

    Sour cream and cheese option

    • chicken fillet - 500 gr;
    • sour cream - 150 gr;
    • onion - 1 medium head;

    Greens, if desired, can be added to sour cream sauce or used fresh to decorate the dish.

    • chicken fillet - 650 gr;
    • garlic - 4-5 cloves;
    • sour cream - 200 gr;

    • salt pepper.

    Fry the flour over low heat in a dry frying pan until a little golden. So that the flour does not burn, it must be constantly stirred. Then pour into a bowl, put sour cream to it, add pepper and mix.

    Rinse the fillet, dry it with napkins / paper towels, cut into a small cube and fry in hot oil for 20 minutes - first under the lid, remove the lid 5-7 minutes before the end of the time.

    Peel the garlic and press it into the sour cream sauce. Pour the sauce over the meat, mix and continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will become thick.

    Cooking a dish in pots

    Chicken fillet in sour cream sauce in the oven can be cooked in the form of a full-fledged dish with a side dish of potatoes:

    • 400 gr chicken fillet;
    • 6-8 medium potatoes;
    • large carrots;
    • large onion;
    • 250 gr sour cream;
    • dried dill / parsley;
    • salt;
    • 150 gr hard cheese.

    We clean the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them in pots. We also clean carrots and onions. Three carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Mix and spread the second layer on the potatoes.

    Put the chicken on top, cut into cubes.

    Mix sour cream with dried herbs and salt, pour evenly into pots. They should not be filled to the top - there should be free space of 2 cm.

    We put the pots on the grate in the oven, heat up to 180-190 degrees. Bake the dish for 40 minutes.

    Three cheese on a coarse grater. After 40 minutes, sprinkle the dish with cheese and send it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

    The recipe is as follows:

    • chicken fillet - 1 kg;
    • soy sauce - 1 cup;
    • sour cream - 5 table. l.;
    • vegetable oil - 2 table. l.;
    • water - ½ stack;
    • onion - 1 head;
    • dried herbs - 1 tsp. l.

    Washed chicken fillet cut into cubes, put in a bowl and pour sauce, marinate. Withstand 20-30 minutes.

    In the meantime, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings and fry in oil. Mix sour cream with herbs and dilute with water.

    We combine the meat with onions, soy sauce does not need to be drained. Put everything in a saucepan and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Next, pour sour cream sauce, cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring. Serve with pasta or potato garnish.
