1. General safety requirements

1.1. The requirements of this instruction are designed to ensure the safety of the educational process in the computer science classroom and are mandatory for the teacher. Failure to comply with this instruction is considered as a violation of labor discipline.

1.2. This instruction must be at the workplace of the teacher.

1.3. To work on a personal computer (hereinafter referred to as PC), the teacher allows students who have undergone a medical examination and do not have contraindications for health reasons.

1.4. The informatics room should be equipped with a first aid kit with a set of necessary medicines and dressings for first aid in case of injuries or if students feel unwell.

1.5. The informatics cabinet must be equipped with two carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. The teacher must know where the primary fire extinguishing equipment is located and be able to use them.

1.6. Faulty equipment and accessories should be stored in a separate room.

1.7. All operating equipment must be grounded.

1.8. Repair of equipment must be carried out in the absence of students.

1.9. It is forbidden to use the computer science classroom for classes in other subjects.

2. Safety requirements before starting classes

The teacher must:

2.1. Thoroughly ventilate the computer science room.

2.2. Make sure that there is no damaged furniture (chairs) in the office, protective monitor screens are available.

2.3. Prepare computers and necessary peripheral devices for operation, check their serviceability, wipe monitor screens with a napkin.

2.4. Turn on the monitors, check the stability and clarity of their images, and if necessary, make adjustments.

2.5. Check the appearance of students.

2.6. If this is the first lesson for newly enrolled students in the computer science classroom, conduct an initial briefing on labor protection for students when working with a computer in the computer science classroom. Repeated briefings should be carried out at the first lesson after the winter and summer holidays with all students. Conduct briefings according to the Instructions (Appendix No. 3 to this Regulation) with registration in the class journal.

3. Safety requirements during classes

The teacher must:

3.1. Only one student is allowed to study at one PC.

3.2. Ensure that students:

They did not clutter up the top panels of the equipment with folders and abstracts;

Do not cover the ventilation holes of the PC with objects and paper;

Do not scatter paper, notes and other items that are not related to classes on the table and keyboard;

Do not touch the monitor screen with your hands and do not remove the protective filter (screen);

Do not touch the back of the monitor, especially when the power is on;

They did not move the computer on the surface of the table, and also did not transfer its individual elements;

Do not allow moisture on the surface of the monitor, keyboard and other PC devices.

3.3 Control that:

When the monitor was in operation, the distance from the students' eyes to the screen remained 0.6 - 0.7 m, the level of the eyes should fall on the center of the screen or 2/3 of its height;

The notebook for notes was located on a well-lit table surface at a distance of 55 - 65 cm from the eyes;

The image on the monitor screens was stable, clear and extremely clear, there were no flickering symbols and backgrounds, there were no glare and reflections of lamps, windows and surrounding objects on the screens.

3.4. Make sure that the duration of work with a PC does not exceed for students in grades 5 - 15 minutes, for students in grades 6 - 7 - 20 minutes, for students in grades 8 - 9 - 25 minutes, for students in grades 10 - 11 - with two lessons in a row on the first of them - 30 minutes, on the second - 20 minutes. (after which it is necessary to take a break of at least 10 minutes to perform special exercises that relieve visual fatigue).

3.5. Do not leave the office and do not leave students unattended with the equipment turned on.

4. Safety requirements at the end of classes

The teacher must:

4.1.Check that students:

Removed discs from the drive;

Turned off the computer, printers and other technical means, following a certain sequence;

Tidy up the workplace.

4.2. Thoroughly ventilate the office and carry out wet cleaning.

5. Safety requirements in an emergency

The teacher must:

5.1. In the event of a malfunction in the operation of the PC, immediately disconnect them from the power supply.

5.2. If one of the students feels unwell or is injured, give him first aid, send him to the medical center of the school or immediately call a doctor.

5.3. In the event of a fire, immediately report a fire by mobile phone number 112, evacuate students, close windows and doors, turn off the power supply and, if possible, start extinguishing the fire.

Option 1

  1. Close your eyes, strongly straining the eye muscles, at the expense of 1-4, then open your eyes, relaxing the muscles of the eyes, look into the distance at the expense of 1-6.
  2. Look at the bridge of your nose and hold your eyes on the count of 1-4. You can't make your eyes tired. Then open your eyes, look into the distance at the expense of 1-6.
  3. Without turning your head, look to the right and fix your eyes on the count 1-4, then look into the distance directly on the count 1-6. Exercises are carried out in a similar way, but with fixation of the gaze to the left, up, down. Look quickly diagonally: right-up-left-down, then straight ahead at the expense of 1-6; then: left-up-right-down and look into the distance at the expense of 1-6.

  1. Close your eyes, without straining the eye muscles, at the expense of 1-4, open your eyes wide and look into the distance at the expense of 1-6.
  2. Look at the tip of the nose for a count of 1-4, and then look into the distance for a count of 1-6.
  3. Without turning your head (head straight), make slowly circular movements with your eyes up-right-down-left and in the opposite direction: up-left-down-right. Then look into the distance at the expense of 1-6.
  4. With a motionless head, move the gaze with fixing it at the expense of 1-4 up; at the expense of 1-6 - straight; then similarly down-straight-right-straight-left-straight. Make movements diagonally in one direction and in the other with the translation of the eyes directly to the account 1-6.

  1. Blink, without straining the eye muscles, at the expense of 10-15.

  3. At an average pace, do 3-4 circular movements to the right side, the same amount to the left, and, relaxing the eye muscles, look into the distance at the expense of 1-6 times.

To ensure safety in the computer class of the school and create the most comfortable conditions for the educational process, one should rely on the basic sanitary and hygienic requirements for the computer science room established by Rospotrebnadzor. The admission of students to work with the equipment is carried out after they have read the instructions and the set of rules for the operation of the computer class. It would seem, why such difficulties? In fact, the use of desktop computers cannot be called absolutely harmless and incapable of causing physical damage.

The requirements for the computer science classroom are established by two blocks of SanPiN - these are provisions 2.2.2.542-96, which regulate the rules for installing video display terminals and personal electronic computers, and norms 2.4.2.1178-02 on hygiene requirements for the learning process in secondary schools.

Location within the school premises, area

The Cabinet of Informatics established rules for the placement of computer classes in educational institutions. In accordance with them, an information technology office is not allowed to be equipped in the basement or basement. The recommended window orientation is north or northeast.

According to the main office of informatics, it should have such an area that each workplace has at least 6 square meters. m. Moreover, this calculation is valid only for small computer classes. If only 2-3 computers are placed in the room, this does not mean that 12-18 sq. m for the office will be enough. Small schools have different calculation formulas. So, one student has at least 2.5 square meters. m. Thus, if the average number of students in classes is 10 people, the area of ​​​​the computer science cabinet for sanitary and hygienic requirements should be at least 25 square meters. m.

Finishing of computer classes

The floor covering in the room where classes are held at computers must be hard and stable. Plank or parquet flooring, linoleum or other material with antistatic properties may be used. The classroom should be cleaned daily.

The requirements for the walls of the computer science cabinet are similar: they must have a smooth and waterproof matte surface. Moreover, the reflection from the walls must also correspond to certain coefficients: for the ceiling - 0.7-0.8, for walls - 0.5-0.6, for the floor - no more than 0.5. The color of the coating should be light. In the process of construction and repair work, only certified finishing materials that do not emit unpleasant odors and are not toxic should be used.

Lighting and indoor climate

If someone argues that no special rules and regulations have been established regarding the arrangement of computer classes, indicate the requirements for the premises of the informatics office, regulated by SanPiN. There must be sources of natural and artificial lighting in the classroom. Moreover, the level of illumination reaching the surface of the desktop is normally 300-500 lux. In the process of designing an electrical lighting system in a room, it is necessary to include in the circuit the possibility of separately switching on lighting lines.

It is necessary to arrange equipment in a computer class in such a way as to prevent direct sunlight, as well as excessive contrast and reflection of light rays on monitor screens. For this purpose, window openings are closed with adjustable curtain devices. It is allowed to install blinds or plain curtains made of light dense fabric.

Before putting the office into operation, it is necessary to make sure that the air conditioning and ventilation systems are functioning. In accordance with the requirements of SanPiN, the informatics classroom must be aired after each academic hour or immediately before training sessions in order to provide those present with a better air composition. In the warm season, classes with open windows and transoms are allowed.

According to the requirements for the computer science cabinet, the level of air humidity is no less important. If the air in the computer room is dry, it is necessary to install humidifiers, which are regularly refilled with distilled or boiled drinking water. In the absence of the possibility of installing humidifiers, the use of open containers with water is allowed. The optimal level of humidity in the classroom is 55-62% at a temperature not exceeding +21 °С, but not less than +19 °С.

If you are asked: "Indicate some requirements for the premises of the computer science office," do not forget to pay attention to such a nuance as the noise level. It should not exceed 50 decibels at workplaces, so it is undesirable to locate a computer class in an adjacent room with a gym, music room, workshops, assembly hall and other rooms in which the noise and vibration level exceeds the normalized values. If it is not possible to place an information technology class elsewhere, the administration should take care of reducing the noise level in the office by using soundproofing finishing materials.

The entire computer class must be equipped with protective grounding, which is connected directly to the workplace of each student and teacher (technician, laboratory assistant). The insulation resistance index of conductive elements is normally at least 0.5 ohms, and for grounding devices - no more than 4 ohms.

The supply of electricity to the computer science office according to the requirements is carried out through panels with distribution substations. The transformer is connected to the electrical input through a device with a protective shutdown function.

On each outlet, you must make a mark on the magnitude of the voltage. This marking is mandatory. Current-carrying elements of electrical appliances are subject to careful insulation. The degree of compliance of fire safety with the requirements for the equipment of the computer science cabinet is determined by the person responsible for the economic unit of the educational institution by means of an audit. It may be a director or other appointed person whose duties include the annual organization of measurements of the resistance of grounding devices, monitoring the health of electrical equipment and appliances. Based on the results of the audit, an act is drawn up reflecting all the shortcomings.

There must be a fire extinguisher in the computer room. It is allowed to equip a computer class with powder or carbon dioxide extinguishing equipment.

How to properly arrange furniture and appliances

According to the requirements of SanPiN, the computer science room at the school should be equipped only with such personal computers that have permitting sanitary and epidemiological conclusions. Moreover, this requirement applies not only to newly acquired equipment, but also to those that have long been put into operation.

When arranging working student places, the priority is to ensure electrical safety and protection from electromagnetic radiation. In addition, the teacher must have free access to any of the students' seats during the lesson. It is customary to equip computer classes with single tables designed to work with personal computers. In the sanitary requirements for the computer science cabinet, the emphasis is on maintaining the distance between workplaces. Thus, video monitors opposite each other can be placed at a distance of at least two meters, while it is allowed to leave at least 1.2 m between the side surfaces of the monitors.

When landing at the workplace, the teacher must ensure that the screen is at the required distance from the eyes of the students. 50-70 cm is considered optimal.

The number of jobs for students can be 9, 12, 15, depending on the class size. In addition to seating at computers, the classroom should be equipped with double desks, based on the number of students. Desks are placed in the center of the office in one or two rows. Their purpose is to conduct theoretical classes, individual, group work, for which there is no need to use computer equipment.

If the school has only one computer science room, in which students of the lower grades, middle and senior grades are engaged, the most difficult thing is to decide on the selection of furniture suitable for all students. As a rule, a way out can be found by equipping workplaces with footrests. You can make sure that the student's furniture set matches the height of the child by the position of the body: the legs, forearms and back should be supported, and the gaze should fall on the center of the screen or slightly higher.

How should the classes be

The duration of work on computer equipment is a particularly important hygienic requirement. In the computer science classroom, a training session can last as long as regular lessons (no more than 45 minutes), but the period of direct stay in front of the monitor screen is:

  • no more than 10 minutes - for first graders;
  • no more than 15 minutes - for elementary school students (up to the fifth grade);
  • 20 minutes - for students of the sixth and seventh grades;
  • 25 minutes - for students of the eighth and ninth grades;
  • 30 minutes - for the rest.

In order for children to have the opportunity to relieve static stress accumulated during a lesson in computer science, it is recommended to do a warm-up. A kind of physical pause includes exercises to prevent congestion in the lower body, lower back, neck, shoulder girdle and arms.

It is also important to prevent visual fatigue of students after working on personal computers. For this purpose, it is recommended to carry out exercises for the eyes in a standing or sitting position. With children of elementary grades, the warm-up is carried out in a playful way.

Security requirements in the computer science classroom

In order to safely operate the computer science classroom, students are subject to certain requirements. Entrance to the informatics office should be prohibited:

  • in outerwear, a headdress, with large bags and food;
  • in dirty shoes, without shoe covers or removable shoes;
  • with the included mobile phone, personal laptop.

In addition, during classes in a computer class, you can not make noise, talk on extraneous topics and distract other students. In no case should you jump and run, moving around the classroom is possible only with the permission of the teacher.

Getting to work, the student is obliged to inspect his workplace and computer. In the presence of visible damage or breakdowns, it cannot be used, which should be immediately reported to the teacher. You can only work on the computer that was originally provided for the duration of the lesson. You cannot turn computers on and off without a teacher.

The requirements for the computer science classroom at school include a set of rules for working with a computer that prohibit:

  • when the device is connected to the network, connect wires and connect additional devices;
  • use an electronic computer if there are no body elements on it;
  • touch the monitor screen, connectors, connecting cables and conductive parts of devices with your fingers;
  • while working with a computer, touch batteries, pipes;
  • try to fix the problem on the keyboard yourself;
  • hit the keys or push them with the help of any object;
  • arbitrarily move any of the elements of the system to another place;
  • work at a computer desk with wet hands, in wet clothes;
  • conduct classes in low light;
  • look at the monitor screen for longer than the set time (depending on age).

Organization of the teacher's workplace

Answering the question: “Specify some requirements for the premises of the computer science classroom,” you should also talk about additional equipment in the classroom. The front wall of the information technology room is equipped with special blackboards on which you can write with a felt-tip pen. A screen, a cabinet for storing teaching aids and electronic media are installed next to the board, and drawers for tables are placed under it. Holders for hanging tables are fixed on the upper edge. When entering the classroom, students must leave their bags and briefcases on the wall shelves (in cabinets). Built-in equipment is allowed.

The working area of ​​the teacher is located on an elevated podium. In addition to a table equipped with computer equipment, two cabinets with a printer and a graphic projector are placed nearby. In the sanitary and hygienic requirements for the premises of the computer science classroom, you can even find the recommended dimensions of the teacher's table - it must be at least 130 cm long and at least 70 cm wide.

Equipment and fixtures

Depending on the average number of students in the classes, the number of student personal computers is determined. One workplace, that is, one set of equipment (system unit, monitor, keyboard and computer mouse), can only be occupied by one person. At the same time, classes in the computer science classroom are held taking into account the division of the class into two groups. Also, the complex for the teacher is necessarily included in the information technology room. In addition to standard equipment, its place is equipped with peripheral devices.

Each computer science room should have an overhead projector or a slide projector (now multimedia projectors perform its functions), a video recorder, a television screen with a diagonal of at least 61 cm. A television set for demonstration purposes is installed at a level of 1.5 m. It is fixed using a bracket on the left side from the blackboard. The graphic projector is placed next to the teacher's table on a pedestal. During the demonstration of a filmstrip and individual fragments of transparencies in the computer science room, the main requirements are to maintain the correct distance to the screen, the recommended width of which should be within 1.2-1.4 m: from the first desks to the surface with the projected image there should be at least 2 .7 m, and from the last tables - no more than 8.6 m.

The optimal viewing area for TV shows and videos is the same distance - 2.7 m from the first student tables.

Equipment and related documentation

The composition of the equipment used in the computer class is determined by the requirements for the premises of the computer science room. Some of them establish a strict list of computer technology items, basic and applied software in information technology classrooms in the classrooms of educational institutions of the general education system. First of all, the computer science room is equipped with:

  • software tools of basic and specialized type for educational use at the course "Fundamentals of Informatics and Computer Engineering";
  • methodological recommendations for the implementation of individual tasks on a computer in the process of learning, independent work and ongoing training exercises to consolidate skills;
  • sets of reference, methodical and scientific literature;
  • holders for demonstration tables and stands on which students' works are exhibited;
  • a first aid kit with an appropriate set of medicines;
  • fire extinguishing equipment (two fire extinguishers).

As for the documentation, the teacher is responsible for its maintenance. Mandatory are:

  • magazines for conducting safety briefings with students;
  • logs of operation of sets of electronic computers at all workplaces;
  • computer breakdown and repair log;
  • an inventory book for accounting for all the equipment available in the office with an annual plan for the additional equipment of the information technology office, which is approved by the principal of the school.

In addition, in the informatics classroom, a file cabinet is mandatory, in which the storage locations of educational equipment are marked.

Rules for placing equipment in a computer lab

Teaching aids and numerous equipment must be placed and stored in sectional cabinets equipped with adjustable shelves. If there is a laboratory room, they are installed there. All demo kits intended for DIY use should be stored elsewhere.

Information carriers (disks, floppy disks, hard disks) with software must be stored in special closed boxes protected from light and dust. Moreover, all disks and other storage media are divided into classes and educational groups by affixing inscriptions.

Taking into account the dimensions, the tables are placed for storage in boxes under the blackboard or in special compartments for sections of the program and classes. Their use is necessary in terms of visibility and more effective assimilation of theoretical knowledge. Storage of audiovisual aids is carried out on the shelves of sectional cabinets, filmstrips and films of transparencies should be in labeled boxes with delimiting cells.

Any reference and educational literature that may be required in the process of presenting new material should be stored on the shelves of the cabinet. In accordance with the requirements for the design of the interior of a computer class, the manuals used to study individual topics or sections of the course are exhibited on the wall, which is located opposite the wall with the blackboard. It is allowed to install removable stands to place books and illustrative materials.

Boards with tables, reference diagrams and other aids are hung on the wall located on the side opposite the windows, which are used when introducing students to safety regulations, the structure of computer systems, the functions of peripheral equipment, etc. The table "Rules for the student at the computer" should be present on the same wall as the stands. In the design of billboards and stands, the use of various types of font is allowed: printed and handwritten, Arabic and Gothic. Headings and subheadings are done in the same style.

2.10.1. Sanitary and hygienic requirements

2.10.1.1. The premises of the IWT cabinet must have natural and artificial lighting in accordance with SanPiN 2.2.2.542-96.

2.10.1.2. The main stream of natural light should be on the left. The orientation of window openings should be north or northeast. It is not allowed to direct the main luminous flux of natural light behind and in front of the PC operating. With double-sided lighting at a depth of more than 6 m in the cabinet, a right-sided lighting device is required, the height of which must be at least 2.2 m from the floor.

2.10.1.3. In the lighting installations of the IWT cabinet, a general lighting system should be used, made by ceiling or pendant fluorescent lamps, evenly spaced along the ceiling in rows in the form of solid lines on both sides of the desktop with a PC or VDT. Lamps, as well as window light apertures, should not be reflected on the screens of a PC or VDT.

2.10.1.4. The illumination of the surface of student tables under artificial lighting should be in the range of 300-500 lux. Luminaires must have light-scattering fittings.

2.10.1.6. For classrooms with PCs and VDTs, lamps of the LP036 series with high-frequency ballasts (VChPRA) should be used. It is possible to allow the use of luminaires without VChPRA in the "oblique light" modification.

2.10.1.7. In rooms with a PC, due to air pollution by anthropogenic organic substances and carbon dioxide, it is recommended to have supply and exhaust ventilation that provides optimal temperature and humidity conditions for all climatic zones.

2.10.1.8. In the absence of supply and exhaust ventilation, air conditioning can be arranged using household air conditioners.

Calculation of air conditioners should be carried out by a ventilation engineer depending on their performance, the amount of excess heat from cars, people, solar radiation and artificial lighting sources.

2.10.1.9. The IWT office should be equipped with a washbasin with hot and cold water supply.

2.10.1.10. The power supply of the cabinet must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 28139-89 and PUE.

2.10.1.11. The supply of electrical voltage to the tables of students and teachers must be stationary and hidden.

2.10.1.12. The location of the electrical panel and the Residual Current Device should give the teacher the ability to instantly turn off the power supply system. Recommended placement is to the left or right of the chalkboard.

2.10.1.13. To ensure fire safety, the office of the MBT must be equipped with 2 carbon dioxide fire extinguishers (type OU-2).

2.10.1.14. For painting walls and panels, light colors of paints should be used (p = 0.5-0.6). The composition of the paints must exclude the occurrence of lime dust.

2.10.1.15. The surfaces of the enclosing structures of the cabinet, blackboard, desktops should be matte.

2.10.1.16. The surface of the floor must be smooth, without potholes, non-slip, easy to clean and wet cleaning, and have antistatic properties.

2.10.1.17. The content of harmful chemicals in indoor air using video display terminals (VDTs) and personal electronic computers (PCs) should not exceed the average daily concentrations for atmospheric air.

2.10.1.18. For interior decoration of the interior of premises with PCs and VDTs, it is not allowed to use synthetic materials that emit harmful chemicals and compounds into the air. These include chipboard, laminated paper plastic, washable wallpaper, rolled synthetic coatings, etc.

2.10.1.19. The noise level at the workplace in all classrooms with VDT and PC should not exceed 50 dBA. (Sanitary norms for permissible noise in the premises of residential and public buildings and on the territory of residential development N 3077-84, clause 7.2).

2.10.2. Requirements for the premises of the ICT office

2.10.2.1. The office of informatics and computer technology (MWT) is organized as an educational unit of a secondary general education and vocational school, a training and production plant, equipped with a set of educational computer equipment (KUVT), teaching and visual aids, educational equipment, furniture, office equipment and devices for conducting theoretical and practical, classroom, extra-curricular activities in the course "Fundamentals of Informatics and Computer Engineering" (OIVT), both basic and specialized. In addition, KIVT can be used in teaching various subjects, labor training.

2.10.2.2. The area of ​​the premises of the IWT office is determined in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory document "Educational and material base of an educational institution of general secondary education" part I. "Norms and requirements for educational buildings and school plots", as well as SanPiN 2.2.2.542-96.

2.10.2.3. Placement of KIVT in all educational institutions in the basement and basement is not allowed.

2.10.2.4. The minimum area per one PC must be at least 6 sq.m., and the volume - at least 24.0 cubic meters. with a height of at least 4 m. With a lower height of the training room, it is recommended to increase the area by one workplace.

2.10. 2. 5. At the office of IWT, a laboratory area of ​​at least 18 sq.m. should be organized. The laboratory room should have two exits: to the training room and to the landing or to recreation.

2.10.2.6. The area of ​​​​the office should allow you to arrange furniture in it in compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.

2.10.2.7. The front wall of the KIVT is equipped with a blackboard for felt-tip pens, a screen, a cabinet for storing visual aids and information media.

2.10.2.8. At the entrance to the IWT office, built-in or wall-mounted cabinets (shelves) for briefcases should be provided.

2.10.2.9. To the left of the blackboard, in the teacher's working area, an electrical switchboard with a control panel for power supply to the workplaces of the teacher and students should be fixed on the wall.

2.10.2.10. Drawers for tables are installed under the board or separately under the stands. Holders (or a bar with holders) are attached to the upper edge of the board for hanging tables.

2.10.2.11. On the wall opposite the windows, exposition boards with permanent and temporary information are placed.

2.10.2.12. Along the back wall, it is possible to install a sectional cabinet for storing educational equipment and information media, depending on the area of ​​​​the office.

2.10.2.13. The upper part of the back wall of the classroom should be designed to display the manuals necessary for studying individual topics of the program.

2.10.3. Requirements for a set of furniture in the classroom

2.10.3.1. The office and the laboratory room must be equipped with a certain set of specialized furniture that meets the requirements of GOST 22046-89, which has a certificate of conformity with technical documentation and a hygiene certificate.

The office should have furniture for:

2.10.2.7. The front wall of the KIVT is equipped with a blackboard for felt-tip pens, a screen, a cabinet for storing visual aids and information media.

2.10.2.8. At the entrance to the IWT office, built-in or wall-mounted cabinets (shelves) for briefcases should be provided.

2.10.2.9. To the left of the blackboard, in the teacher's working area, an electrical distribution board with a control panel for power supply to the workplaces of the teacher and students should be fixed on the wall.

2.10.2.10. Drawers for tables are installed under the board or separately under the stands. Holders (or a bar with holders) are attached to the upper edge of the board for hanging tables.

2.10.2.11. On the wall opposite the windows, exposition boards with permanent and temporary information are placed.

2.10.2.12. Along the back wall, it is possible to install a sectional cabinet for storing educational equipment and information carriers, depending on the area of ​​​​the office.

2.10.2.13. The upper part of the back wall of the classroom should be designed to display the manuals necessary for studying individual topics of the program.

2.10.3. Requirements for a set of furniture in the classroom

2.10.3.1. The office and the laboratory room must be equipped with a certain set of specialized furniture that meets the requirements of GOST 22046-89, which has a certificate of conformity with technical documentation and a hygiene certificate.

The office should have furniture for:

Organization of the teacher's workplace;

Organization of workplaces for students;

For rational placement and storage of teaching aids;

To organize the use of equipment.

2.10.3.2. The laboratory room should have the following furniture: radio editing table, office desk; shelving for storage of tools and a safe.

2.10.3.3. Furniture for organizing a teacher's workplace should include a table with a place for equipment (graphic projector) and a computer, a cabinet for a printer, a chair, and a blackboard.

2.10.3.4. Furniture for the organization of students' workplaces includes single student desks for a computer (GOST 11015-93) with chairs of different height groups No. 4,5,6) with color marking with lifting and swivel chairs.

2.10.3.5. Furniture for the rational placement and storage of educational equipment should consist of a combined cabinet in accordance with GOST 18666-95.

2.10.4. Requirements for the organization, jobs of teachers and students

2.10.4.1. The teacher's workplace is located on the podium and is equipped with a table equipped with equipment in accordance with the Lists, two cabinets (for a printer and a graph projector), a blackboard, a screen and an electrical switchboard with a control panel. The teacher's table must be supplied with power to connect a PC, printer, graph projector.

2.10.4.2. Dimensions of the teacher's table: cover length - not less than 1300 mm, mm, width - not less than 700 mm.

2.10.4.3. The pedestals should have 1-2 drawers with dimensions of 350x500x100 mm for accessories, magnetic media and banners based on the current day of classes.

2.10.4.5. Students' workplaces equipped with personal computers (PCs) should consist of a single table and a lifting and swivel chair.

Additionally, the computer science room is equipped with double student tables (GOST 11015-93) in accordance with the number of jobs for students when working on a PC or VDT. Student tables are located in the center and are designed for theoretical classes. Tables and chairs should be of different height groups with color indication.

2.10.4.6. The modular dimensions of the working surface of the table for VDT and PC, on the basis of which the design dimensions should be calculated, should be considered: width - 800, 1000, 1200, 1400 mm, depth - 800 and 1000 mm with its unregulated height equal to 725 mm.

2.10.4.7. The student's desk must be connected to the power supply and the LAN cable. The table must be anchored to the floor.

2.10.4.8. The arrangement of workplaces for students in KIVT should provide free access for students and teachers during the lesson to the workplace.

2.10.4.9. To ensure the safety of students and teachers, electrical safety and the creation of constant levels of illumination during work, a perimeter arrangement of desktops with a PC is recommended (row arrangement of student tables with a PC or VDT is not recommended.

2.10.4.10. The following distances must be observed for the perimeter arrangement of workplaces:

a) by the width of the cabinet:

The distance between the wall with window openings and tables should be at least 0.8 m;

The distance between the wall opposite the window openings and the tables with a PC should be about 0.1 m, and in some cases, depending on the video monitors used, the tables can be installed directly against the wall;

b) along the length of the KIVT tables with a PC can be placed without a gap and with a distance between them.

2.10.4.11. When tables with PCs are arranged in rows, each table must have a protective screen on the back of the video monitor. The screen is attached to the table at a distance of 3-5 cm, its area should be sufficient to protect the power wires.

2.10.4.12. The number of jobs for students can be 9, 12, 15, depending on the class size.

2.10.5. Requirements for equipping the office with equipment and
fixtures.

2.10.5.1. The number of student PCs required to equip the ICT room should be at the rate of one computer per student, taking into account the division of the class into two groups.

2.10.5.2. The IWT cabinet should include one machine for the teacher with appropriate peripheral equipment.

2.10.5.3. The IWT cabinet must be equipped with a graphic projector, a video recorder, a TV set (diagonal not less than 61 cm), a slide projector and a screen.

2.10.5.4. The demonstration TV is mounted 1.5 m from the floor on a bracket to the left of the blackboard.

2.10.5.5. The graphic projector should be located on a pedestal next to the teacher's desk.

2.10.5.6. When demonstrating filmstrips and transparencies (with a screen width of 1.2-1.4 m), the distance from the screen to the first tables of students (for theoretical classes) should be at least 2.7 m, and to the last tables no more than 8.6 m.

The height of the lower edge of the screen above the podium is at least 0.8 m.

The optimal zone for watching TV shows and videos is located at a distance of at least 2.7 m from the TV screen to the first double tables of students (during theoretical classes).

2.10.6. Requirements for equipping the classroom with educational equipment and necessary documentation.

2.10.6.1. The composition of educational equipment in the office of the MVT is determined by the "List of computer equipment, educational equipment, basic and applied software for computer science classrooms, classes with VDT and PC in educational institutions of the general secondary education system."

2.10.6.2. The IT cabinet should be equipped with:

Educational software for the course "Fundamentals of Informatics and Computer Engineering", both basic and specialized;

Tasks for the implementation of an individual approach in teaching, organizing independent work and exercises for students on computers;

A set of popular science, reference and methodological literature;

Journal of introductory and periodic safety briefings for students (recommended);

Journal of the use of a set of educational computer equipment at each workplace;

Journal of machine failure and repair;

Holders for demonstrating tables and stands for exhibiting students' work;

An inventory book for accounting for the educational equipment available in the classroom, annual plans for the retrofitting of KIVT approved by the school principal;

pharmacy first aid;

Fire extinguishing equipment.

2.10.6.3. In the IWT office there should be a card file of educational equipment indicating the storage locations.

2.10.7. Requirements for placement and storage of equipment

2.10.7.1. Educational equipment and aids should be placed and stored in a sectional cabinet located in the laboratory and having adjustable shelves and half-shelves, according to the sections of the program.

2.10.7.2. Demonstration aids and DIY equipment should be kept separate.

2.10.7.3. Discs with software should be stored in special small boxes, protected from dust and light, according to classes and sections of the program; the drawers are placed in the cabinet, and the places for storing disks in it are marked with inscriptions.

2.10.7.4. Tables should be stored in boxes under the blackboard or in special compartments according to sections of the program and classes, taking into account the dimensions.

2.10.7.5. Audiovisual aids should be stored on cabinet shelves, filmstrips and transparencies - in stacks with recesses for boxes. Cells and boxes must be labeled.

2.10.7.6. Reference, educational and methodical and popular scientific literature should be stored on the shelves of the cabinet.

2.10.8. Requirements for the interior design of the office of informatics and computer technology

2.10.8.1. The manuals necessary for the study of individual topics, sections of the course, should be exhibited on the wall of the office, opposite the blackboard.

2.10.8.2. For the exposition of books and materials, the cabinet should be equipped with removable stands.

2.10.8.3. On the wall opposite the windows, boards are placed with reference tables permanently located in the classroom, acquainting students with safety regulations, the main computer components and their functions.

2.10.8.4. On one of the walls, along with the stands, a table "Rules for the work of students on a PC and VDT" should be placed.

2.10.8.5. Different fonts can be used in the design of stands: printed and handwritten, Arabic and Gothic. Headings and subheadings should be in the same style.
