The story of John Titor and other cases of time travel.

1.· In 1912, while a train was moving from London to Glasgow, a man appeared out of nowhere in his hands with a long whip and a bitten piece of bread.

In the first minutes he was in shock; the train passengers could not calm him down. Having come to his senses, the man said: “I am Pimp Drake, a coachman from Chetnam. Where I am? Where am I?".

Drake claimed to be from the 18th century. A few minutes later he disappeared back. Experts from the National Museum confidently asserted that the objects that remained after the arrival of an alien from the past date back to the end of the 18th century.

As a result, it turned out that such a village really existed, and moreover, that the coachman Pimp Drake, born in the middle of the 18th century, worked there.

2.· From the NYPD archives: In November 1956, an unknown man was hit and killed on Broadway. The driver and witnesses claimed that he appeared out of nowhere.

In his pocket they found an identification card and business cards on which it was written where he lived, that he worked as a traveling salesman, and so on.

The police found such a person in the archives and interviewed relatives and people who lived nearby. An old woman was found who claimed that her father disappeared about 60 years ago in unknown circumstances: he went for a walk along Broadway and did not return.

A photograph taken in 1884 of her father completely confirmed that this was the man who was hit by the car.

3. Several years ago, a certain Andrew Karl-sin was arrested in New York on charges of fraud.

Having invested less than a thousand dollars in shares, after 2 weeks he earned 350 million bucks on the stock exchange.

It is noteworthy that the trading operations he carried out initially did not promise winning at all. State authorities accused Karlsin of obtaining information that was profitable for himself through illegal means, since they found no other reasons for such an astonishing result.

Although all experts agree that even with complete information about the companies where he invested money, it is impossible to earn so much and in such a period
However, during interrogation, Karlsin unexpectedly stated that he allegedly appeared from 2256 and, having information about all banking transactions over the past years, decided to enrich himself.

He categorically refused to show his time machine, but made a tempting offer for the authorities - to report several upcoming important events that will happen soon in the world, including the whereabouts of Bin Laden and the invention of a cure for AIDS...

According to unverified reports, someone posted a million dollar bail for him to get out of prison, after which Karlsin disappeared, apparently forever...

4. A strange incident occurred in a small California town in the summer of 1936. A frightened old woman, unknown to anyone, appeared on his street, dressed in an old-fashioned way.

She literally shied away from passers-by offering her help. Her unusual outfit and strange behavior attracted curious people: after all, everyone in this town knew each other, and the appearance of such a colorful figure did not go unnoticed.

When the old woman saw people gathering around her, she looked around in despair and confusion and suddenly disappeared in front of dozens of eyewitnesses.

5. Time plays nasty tricks not only on individuals; it can also play tricks on very impressive objects.

American parapsychologists claim that the Pentagon has classified a striking incident that occurred with one of the submarines.

The submarine was in the waters of the notorious Bermuda Triangle when it suddenly disappeared, literally moments later a signal from it was received from... the Indian Ocean.

However, this incident with the submarine was not limited to just moving it in space over a huge distance; quite a significant time travel also occurred: the crew of the submarine literally aged 20 years in tens of seconds.

6. Even more terrible incidents sometimes happen to airplanes.

In 1997, W magazine W. News spoke about a mysterious DC-4 plane that landed in Caracas (Venezuela) in 1992.

This plane was seen by airport employees, although it did not give any mark on the radar. Soon we managed to contact the pilot. In a surprised and even frightened voice, the pilot announced that he was operating charter flight 914 from New York to Miami with 54 passengers on board and was scheduled to land at 9:55 a.m. on June 2, 1955, at the end he asked: “Where are we?”

Stunned by the pilot's message, the air traffic controllers told him that he was over the airport in Caracas and gave him permission to land.

The pilot did not answer, but during landing everyone heard his surprised exclamation: "Jimmy! What the hell is this!” The American pilot was clearly surprised by the jet plane taking off at that time...

The mysterious plane landed safely, its pilot was breathing heavily, and finally he said: "Something is wrong here". When informed that he had landed on May 21, 1992, the pilot exclaimed: "Oh my God!"

They tried to calm him down and said that a ground team was already heading towards him. However, seeing airport employees next to the plane, the pilot shouted: “Don't come any closer! We're flying out of here!"

The ground crew saw the astonished faces of the passengers through the windows, and the DC-4 pilot cracked open his cockpit window and waved a magazine at them, demanding that they stay away from the plane.

He started the engines, the plane took off and disappeared. Did he manage to get there in due time? Unfortunately, the further fate of the crew and passengers of the plane is unknown, since the magazine did not report any historical investigation into this case.

As evidence of this unusual incident, a recording of conversations with the DC-4 and a calendar for 1955, which fell out of the magazine that the pilot was waving, remained at the Caracas airport...

7. A resident of Sevastopol, retired naval sailor Ivan Pavlovich Zalygin has been studying the problem of time travel for the last fifteen years.

The captain of the second rank became interested in this phenomenon after a very curious and mysterious incident that happened to him in the late 80s of the last century in the Pacific Ocean, while serving as deputy commander of a diesel submarine.

During one of the training trips in the La Perouse Strait area, the boat was caught in a severe thunderstorm. The submarine commander decided to take a surface position.

As soon as the ship surfaced, the sailor on watch reported that he saw an unidentified craft right ahead.

You will soon find out that a Soviet submarine stumbled upon a rescue boat located in international waters, in which the submariners found a half-dead frostbitten man in... the uniform of a Japanese naval sailor from the Second World War.

When examining the personal belongings of the rescued man, an award parabellum was found, as well as documents issued on September 14, 1940.

After the report to the base command, the boat was ordered to go to the port of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, where counterintelligence was already waiting for the Japanese naval sailor.

GRU officers signed a non-disclosure agreement to not disclose this fact for the next ten years.

8. In 1966, three brothers walked early New Year's morning along one of the streets of Glasgow. Suddenly, 19-year-old Alex disappeared in front of his older brothers. All attempts to find him were unsuccessful. Alex disappeared without a trace and was never seen again.

9. Photo in the Bralorne Pioneer Museum virtual museum with the rather boring title “Reopening of the South Fork Bridge after flood in Nov. 1940. 1941 (?)” became a minor sensation.

The public claims that it shows a time traveler. The reason for this was some features of his clothes and a portable camera in his hands: he is wearing sunglasses, which were not worn in the 40s, a T-shirt with an advertising logo, a sweater in the fashion of the 21st century, a hairstyle that was not done in those days and portable camera.

10. John Titor - the time traveler who predicted war

John Titor is a man from the future who has appeared on the Internet on forums, blogs and various websites since 2000. John claimed that he was a time traveler and arrived here from 2036.

He was originally sent in 1975 to collect information about the IBM-5100 computer, as his grandfather worked on the creation of this computer and programmed on it, but he stopped in 2000 for personal reasons. On forums he talked about future events. Some of them have already happened: the war in Iraq, the conflict in the US presidential elections of 2004 and 2008. He also talked about the third world war.

This is the bleak future of our planet: a second civil war will split America into 5 factions with the new capital in Omaha. In 2017, the Third World War will break out, resulting in losses of three billion people.

Then, to top it all off, there will be a computer crash that will destroy the world as we know it. That is, it will be so unless a brave time traveler crosses the space-time continuum to change the course of history.

This was at the end of 2000. The poster on various forums took on the online aliases “TimeTravel_0” and “John Titor,” and claimed to be a soldier sent from the year 2036, the year a computer virus destroyed the world. His mission was to return to 1975 to find and capture the IBM 5100 computer, which had everything he needed to fight the virus (and he went to 2000 to meet his 3-year-old self, ignoring the paradox of the very fabric of time from the stories about time travel).

Over the next four months, Titor answered all the questions that the other participants had, describing future events in the spirit of poetic phrases, and always pointing out that there are other realities and our reality may not be his own.

In between grim calls to learn first aid and not eat beef - in his reality, mad cow disease was a serious threat - Titor, using extremely difficult algorithms, revealed some technical aspects about how time travel works and provided grainy photographs of his time machine.

On March 24, 2001, Titor gave his last piece of advice (“Take a gas can with you when you abandon your car on the side of the road”), logged out forever, and headed back. Since then he has not appeared again.

Titor's story is from a time when we were all so innocent, a time less than 15 years ago, just before everything started to change. And the legend of Titor persists partly because no one has ever claimed to be its creator.

Since the mystery has not been solved, the legend continues. "The John Titor story is popular because some stories just get popular," says writer and producer Brian Denning, who specializes in the Titor story.

Among all the stories about ghosts, demonic voices, hoaxes or rumors floating around the Internet, something is becoming popular. Why shouldn't the story about Titor become so popular? Although there is (tiny, almost scientifically impossible) another possibility.

“One of the keys to unlocking Titor,” Temporal Recon wrote in an email, “is accepting the possibility that time travel may be true.”

The great thing about time travel is that history cannot be disproved. If events do not happen as the time traveler said, it is because he changed the course of history.

And yet...if this man John Titor wanted to promote himself, then why did he disappear forever?! Whether the special services took him away or whether he went back is a mystery.

One of the leading physicists in Great Britain, Professor at King's College in London, Martin McCall, said that human teleportation (movement in space and time) is possible.
According to him, it has been proven that a person can manipulate space and time so that his actions are invisible to others. In this case, it will seem to an outside observer that the teleported person is “jumping” from place to place.
This effect can be achieved by speeding up and slowing down light rays. In this case, it is theoretically possible to achieve a temporary cliff, which will be “filled” with actions. Teleportation has been used many times in science fiction.

WHAT IT IS?

TELEPORTATION (from the Greek “tele” - far and the English “portage” - transfer, drag) - instantaneous (or very fast) movement of material bodies in space (possibly in time). The term was introduced by Charles FORT in 1930 to denote the inexplicable invisible movements of objects in space (as opposed to telekinesis - also inexplicable, but visible movement of bodies), while he meant that not only inanimate objects can become objects of teleportation - which in fact, it is not always observed.

Conventionally, teleportation can be divided into instantaneous (movement at a speed close to infinity) and spasmodic (movement in which the difference in the time of disappearance and the time of subsequent appearance of the object at the desired distant point is not zero). Movements in which such a difference in time is equal to a negative value (movements to the Past) or movements only in Time (disappearances and appearances in the same place in space) cannot be considered “pure” teleportation, although they may be caused by possibly similar reasons. Thus, teleportation speed is a rather controversial concept, and it does not always have to be instantaneous.

Currently, in addition to the division by speed, the concept of teleportation should be distinguished into several more types: channel, retracting and retracting hardware, field.

Channel teleportation occurs with a body moving from a pre-installed “transmitter” to a “receiver” located at some distance from it (for example, between two fantastic “booths at instant communication stations” or between a black hole and its hypothetical exit - “exhaust” into hyperspace ). A very weak analogue of channel teleportation is the process of transmitting information via phototelegraph or fax, where absolutely any images and texts are transmitted between two devices (almost at the speed of light), including those that have nothing to do with these devices, the main thing is that the texts are the right ones format (i.e. - compatible with devices). The main problem of channel teleportation is the transfer of the transported body into a form convenient for transmission to the required distance, and its subsequent restoration in the “receiver”. In 1993, for technical reasons, it was not possible to test the possibility of teleporting small objects between Moscow and Rostov-on-Don (between the MAI and RPI institutes); currently, the MAI is preparing the first experiments on teleportation between two identical installations that bend Space-Time.

Hardware retractive teleportation occurs with a body (device), which for its own movement requires a “receiver” or “beacon” installed at the desired point. An analogue here is a pneumatic mail - any object of any shape and design (but not exceeding certain dimensions and weight) can move to a receiving device, in this case, to a suction vacuum pump.
Hardware pull teleportation - similar to the previous type, with only one difference - the body (device) needs a push to move, setting the direction or otherwise helping the “transmitter” at the starting point. An analogy is a launch rocket complex, without which classical space rockets cannot take off, but after taking off from which they can fly (move) in many directions.

Field teleportation involves a change in its nature and (or) the state of the surrounding space produced by a body (a device or even a subject) that provides the required movement. An analogue is the astral flights of the souls of psychics and magicians. Having left the body of the soul, if you believe numerous stories, they can move almost unlimitedly (the same as in a dream) and at will to any point on the planet and, possibly, outer space. One can also imagine a super-powerful teleportation starship, capable of bending the Space-Time field around itself and “falling” into another dimension. But how to navigate hyperspace and exit at the desired point in space? In this case, it is quite difficult to imagine the process of “pointing” to the required point in space, although for this you can use any of the above methods or another method. For example, as a “guiding beacon” you can use some pre-known property of the environment at the desired point (density of the medium, air pressure, dimension of space, speed-density of physical Time and other physical constants), or focus on any signals emanating from the desired point (radio and television, gravitational and other waves, telepathic and other signals).

BUDDHA'S Tricks

A recent sensation shocked the world: during experiments conducted at CERN (European Center for Nuclear Research), exceeding the speed of light was recorded. Neutrinos - subatomic elementary particles with mass - have accelerated to superluminal speeds. It turns out that 300 thousand kilometers per second is not the limit for material bodies. The results of the experiment will still be tested for another five years.

And if no errors are found, then this tiny particle will destroy the foundation of all modern physics, along with the holy of holies of modern science - Einstein's theory of relativity.

An incredible discovery opens the gates for all science fiction projects: from interstellar travel to teleportation - the technology of instantaneous movement in space. The latter is the most intriguing task not only for scientists. The idea of objects and people disappearing in one place and appearing in another through thick walls has existed for thousands of years.

There were legends that Buddha disappeared from India and a short time later appeared in Sri Lanka. Examples of supernatural transportation can be found in the Bible, for example in the Acts of the Apostles 8:39-40: “When they came out of the water, the Holy Spirit descended on the eunuch, and Philip was taken away by the Angel of the Lord, and the eunuch no longer saw him, but continued on his way , rejoicing. And Philip ended up in Azoth...” Information was received that saints also performed “tricks” of teleportation. Maybe our ancestors had secret but lost knowledge?

The desire for disembodied travel is so exciting that since the beginning of the twentieth century, not a single science fiction writer has missed the opportunity in his books to transfer his heroes from one end of the Universe to the other in the blink of an eye. And in the 1990s, scientists took on this seemingly impossible dream.

TURNING INTO A FLY

The first real teleportation in human history occurred in 1997. In a small dark room at the University of Innsbruck (Austria), on a laboratory bench with cables and electron-optical converters, scientists destroyed several tiny particles of light in one place and absolutely accurately restored them in another place at a distance of about one meter. This event was compared in significance to the first steps on the surface of the Moon by astronauts.

Now in many laboratories around the world such teleportation is carried out every day. Physicists do not split animals and people into atoms. And they are not sent to the other end of the laboratory. And they instantly transfer a quantum - the smallest amount of any physical quantity, such as light or sound.

By 2011, scientists had already succeeded more than once in transferring subatomic particles and transferring the quantum properties of atoms from place to place. In some cases, they were located tens of kilometers from each other. And, as experts assure, this is not the limit - the distance over which objects can be teleported can be infinite.

Instant transport of molecules, viruses, bacteria, animals and, finally, humans is coming. Previously, scientists thought that it would not be possible to reach the last stage before a hundred years. If it works out at all. After all, it was believed that the transfer process itself could not occur faster than the speed of light, and therefore incredible technical difficulties would have to be overcome.

For example, in one place you can disassemble trillions of trillions of atoms that are contained in the body of a person weighing about 70 kg, and assemble them in another in a fraction of a second. And even get the exact original. And not some disgusting hybrid of a person and an insect, as happened in the movie “The Fly”, where the hero made a mistake when teleporting. Today, due to the shaken foundations of classical physics, humanity’s dream can come true much faster.

By the way, teleportation can have an unexpected effect. According to physicist Asher Perez from the Technical Institute in Haifa, when a quantum is transferred, it becomes “incorporeal” and then “reincarnates.” And when he was asked whether it was possible to teleport not only the body, but also the soul, he mysteriously answered: “Only the soul.”

REALITY

Last spring, Japanese physicists teleported matter. Physicists from the University of Tokyo in Japan report the first successful experiment in the teleportation of matter. Noriyuki Lee and his colleagues were able to instantly transfer a beam of light from one point in the laboratory to another, disassembling it into elementary particles - photons.

From the original beam located at point A, the researchers left one photon, which carried information about the entire beam.

This photon was, as physicists say, “quantum entangled” with another photon located exactly at point B. That is, these two photons instantly influenced each other, despite the distance separating them. Thanks to this, based on the second photon, the original beam of light was instantly recreated in a new location.
The possibility of quantum entanglement of elementary particles, which lies at the basis of this experiment, was first substantiated by Albert Einstein in 1935. The founder of the theory of relativity considered this theoretical conclusion of his to be absurd and confirming the imperfection of the so-called “Copenhagen model” of Niels Bohr. However, in subsequent decades, physicists proved that quantum entanglement really exists, and at the beginning of the 21st century, several commercial companies created secure communication channel technologies based on this paradoxical property of elementary particles. Note that, among other unusual things, this phenomenon implies the presence of many parallel Universes.

There is also an analogy here with Schrödinger's cat, a thought experiment carried out by another German physicist, Erwin Schrödinger, in 1935. In it, a cat, locked in a sealed box, literally “is between life and death” - his condition depends on the integrity of the ampoule with poisonous gas locked with him. At what point the ampoule will break is not known in advance - it depends on the decay of the radioactive atomic nucleus, which is probabilistic. While the box is closed, the cat, from the point of view of quantum physics, is alive and dead at the same time. Having opened the box, the observer enters a state of “quantum entanglement” with the animal, finding himself in one of the parallel worlds in which it is alive or dead.

“You won’t be able to teleport a cat this way,” jokes physicist Philippe Grangier from the French Optical Institute (France’s Institut d’Optique), commenting on the revolutionary experiment of his Japanese colleagues. According to him, if living beings - even primitive bacteria - will ever be able to be teleported, it will not be very, very soon.

OTHER EXPERTS' COMMENTS

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physics, Moscow State University. Lomonosov Professor Viktor ZADKOV:

Today it is too early to talk about teleportation in the understanding of science fiction writers - the instantaneous movement of material objects (for example, people) in space. And we can already talk about “quantum teleportation”. It is understood as the transfer in space not of material objects, but of the unknown quantum state of one object to another, located at a certain distance from the first. In this case, the initial quantum state of the teleported object is irreversibly destroyed.

To implement quantum teleportation schemes, you also need an ordinary classical communication channel: a telephone or the Internet, for example. Thus, during quantum teleportation, neither energy nor matter is transferred over a distance, but only information. Therefore, people and other material objects cannot teleport using quantum teleportation.

All the latest experiments, which are being conducted in many laboratories in the USA, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan, are just the next significant step in the direction of the development of quantum physics. In Russia, no one is directly involved in quantum teleportation.

A breakthrough in the field of quantum teleportation experiments, it seems to me, can be achieved when they learn to teleport quantum information over distances of thousands of kilometers and beyond, although the fact that this is possible in principle is still clear.

Leading researcher at the Mathematical Institute named after. V. A. Steklova RAS Professor Alexander KHOLEVO:

The essence of experiments on quantum teleportation, which is discussed in scientific works, is as follows. There is a transmitter (let’s call it “Alice”) and a receiver (let’s call it “Bob”) that are remote from each other, which must be prepared in a special, linked, quantum state, and between them there is a communication channel for transmitting messages. “Alice” in her laboratory makes some special measurement on particle C, the state of which must be transferred to “Bob”. He has a “blank” prepared, that is, a similar particle in some fixed initial state. "Alice" sends the results of her measurement to "Bob". Depending on the message received, “Bob” performs some specific manipulation on his “blank”, as a result of which it goes into the state in which particle C was previously. In this case, the state of particle C in Alice’s laboratory is destroyed.

Thus, “Bob”, who is removed from “Alice”, receives an exact copy of particle C based on his “blank”, and “Alice” is left with only its ruins.

Thus, during quantum teleportation, no material object is sent from “Alice” to “Bob”, but only messages about the measurement results are transmitted. It also follows that teleportation of a quantum state is not instantaneous, since the speed of information transmission through a communication channel is limited at least by the speed of light.

True, recent sensational reports from CERN call such hitherto unshakable assertions into question. And most importantly, from what has been said it is clear that although in principle one can talk about quantum teleportation of the states of more complex systems - molecules or humans - the complexity of implementing such a scheme increases unimaginably. And would this person want to turn into something else on Earth in order to be reborn (probably with errors) on another material basis somewhere in the constellation Canes Venatici?

Nevertheless, it should be recognized that physical experiments on quantum teleportation of elementary particles and ions are extremely important and promising. If it is possible to find a technologically acceptable solution to this problem, then this will mark the beginning of a new era in information technology, comparable, and perhaps even surpassing in its significance and consequences, the invention of the transistor.

Based on materials from Internet sites

And here are some more interesting (obscurant) materials, and not only on the topic of teleportation.

H.G. Wells's novel "The Time Machine", as is now becoming clear, introduced into the minds of many people the idea of the reality of the project of creating a device capable of transporting people both to the past and to the future. And although Wells himself writes about visiting the future, it is the past that attracts the attention of researchers and science fiction writers. The grandmother's paradox haunts those who strive for the consistency of the existence of entities. If someone visits the past, kills his grandmother before she has children, then how could this someone not only make such a trip, but even exist at all? Doesn't this mean that having changed the past, we return to the present and find ourselves in a completely new world! Such problems are written very vividly in A. Azimov’s novel “The End of Eternity.” Until 1949, science treated the problem of creating a time machine more than calmly, since no one knew the principle of its operation, and, therefore, there was no subject for discussion.

In 1949, thanks to the mathematician Kurt Gödel, the mechanism on the basis of which the time machine operates was discovered.

Rnrnrn rnrnrn rnrnrn

What kind of mechanism is this? The fact is that a material particle is described in the theory of relativity by a trajectory called a world line. The world line consists of events. An event is a point, a world point, in space-time. Space-time itself is something other than the set, the diversity of all events in the Universe. At each world point in space-time there is a given light cone, consisting of two halves: the cone of the past and the cone of the future. The world line of a material particle must always be inside the light cone. This is a time machine. The time machine is natural, natural, if we find somewhere a gravitational field that generates the desired inclination of the cones, i.e. the desired curvature of space-time. Man has not yet had to encounter such fields in his practical activities. But that doesn't mean they don't exist. Gödel's discovery was precisely that he proposed a model of the Universe where there was room for a time machine, and this model followed from Einstein's equations.

The principle of operation of the time machine, discovered by Gödel, conflicted with the classical principle of causality, which states that the cause must always precede the effect in time. This forced many eminent people, starting with Einstein, to reject the space-time models with a natural, that is, “innate”, self-emerging time machine that appeared within the framework of the general theory of relativity. Einstein, although he highly appreciated Gödel's work, considered in the last sentence about the proposed model that "it would be interesting to find out whether such solutions should not be excluded from consideration on the basis of physical considerations." For most physicists, these physical considerations became precisely the principle of causality.

The philosopher J. Withrow [Ui, pp. 62-63] gives a very strong argument from Gödel himself against the possibility of traveling into one’s own past. If such a journey had taken place, then either we would have committed actions in our past that we should have remembered thanks to the properties of memory in advance, i.e. until the moment of transition to the past, and, consequently, our freedom of action in the past is strictly limited, or we completely forget about our visits to our past. Both are perceived as absurd. But despite this, Gödel believed that the main obstacle to traveling into the past was not the logical, but the practical difficulties that stand in the way of the implementation of such projects. In Gödel's world, this requires that the time machine reach a speed equal to c/V2, where c is the speed of light. Moreover, the calculation of the fuel supply leads to the fact that its mass is comparable to the mass of the Earth [P].

In 1968, academician A.D. Aleksandrov proposed to evaluate the physical conditions under which the Gödel time machine would operate in space-time with Euclidean topology. In the works the following formula was obtained. The time measured by some clock and spent traveling into the past,

where r is the density of matter surrounding the time machine, Del is a value depending on the potential of the gravitational field surrounding the time machine, s is the Euclidean area of the region within which the time machine is located, v is the average speed of the time machine moving in space. The traveler's own time to the past so is related to time tau by the relation

Consequently, the proper time required to “return to the past” can be arbitrarily small, but at the same time the speed of movement of an object rushing to its past must approach the speed of light.

Let us assume that for the spatial length l of the time loop corresponding to the time machine and the “area” s the “pro-Euclidean” relation is satisfied

Then from (1) it follows that for r = 10^(-31)g/cm^3 in the case when tau =1 year, we have l = [distance from the Sun to the center of the Galaxy] = 8000 parsecs; if l= 1000 km, then tau= 6 10^(-23) sec! If we take tau= 1 year and l= 1000 km, then r= 6x10^(28) g/cm^3 !! If we abandon condition (2), then with tau = 1 year, l = 1000 km and r = 10^(-31) g/cm^3 we obtain s = 10^9 3.14(-1)l^2. That is, the deviations from Euclidean geometry in the space where time loops are realized are enormous. This means that the time machine is in the area of giant gravitational fields that destroy the human body.

Rnrnrn rnrnrn rnrnrn

So, a natural time machine requires either its acceleration to near-light speeds, or it begins to work in areas where the human body cannot survive. As we can see, Gödel was right when he spoke about the practical difficulties in implementing the time machine project.

Kip Thorne's Time Machine

In 1988, physicists stopped being “afraid” of practical difficulties. By the will of Tip Thorne, they were divided into two categories: difficulties that should not be talked about, and difficulties that should be forgotten.

The first included the problem of changing the topology, i.e. "forms" of physical space. It was assumed that this could somehow be done, or rather, it was assumed that somehow a three-dimensional handle was glued into the space, and a three-dimensional wormhole was formed in it. The space became doubly connected, “perforated,” while remaining a connected “piece.” As shown in the work, this requires a gigantic concentration of energy in small volumes, comparable to the energy densities in the nucleus of an atom. And as Thorne himself explained, we will encounter “exotic” matter hitherto unknown to us. But this is a difficulty that is not worth talking about yet.

What is the other difficulty that, as mentioned above, must be forgotten? We are talking about the need to launch a time machine to accelerate one end B of the wormhole to near light speed, slow down, accelerate again in the opposite direction, slow down again, dive into the hole, jump out at the other end A and, finally, rush as quickly as possible in outer space to end B. This will lead, according to many physicists, to the appearance of a time loop. However, instead of involving end B in motion at near-light speed, which, as we remember, was the main practical difficulty for Gödel, it is possible, in accordance with the equivalence principle, to place it in a strong gravitational field. The effect of slowing down the speed of one's own clock, as must occur in accordance with the theory of relativity, will be the same (this is the essence of the equivalence principle). But in essence, we reduce the difficulty of the second category to the difficulty of the first category.

Fig.3. Space with a 3D wormhole

What is the mechanism of Thorne's time machine based on? Based on two assumptions. The first is associated with the small (internal), negligible in calculations, length of the wormhole, i.e. three-dimensional handle, and the proximity of ends A and B before and after the movement of end B. The second is that the internal geometry of the wormhole remains unchanged during the launch of the time machine. Therefore, the clock located at end A, when viewed through the wormhole, remains synchronized with the clock located and moving (or caught in a strong gravitational field, if the equivalence principle is applied) at end B. In such a case, flying with end B, diving into the wormhole, exiting through A and flying up to B in external space, we get a time loop, i.e. The time machine will complete its work. The slower pace of the clock at end B means, according to opinion, the lower age of end B.

Since moving from B to A through a short wormhole we are dealing with synchronously running clocks, then approaching the end of A we have practically the same clock mark as at the end of B, which means much earlier, corresponding to the past of the end of A, than the clock shows all the time remaining at end A while all the actions just described were taking place.

The proposed mechanism for the operation of the time machine raises a number of objections that cast doubt on the implementation of this Thorne project.

First of all, it is difficult to accept that the slowed down and therefore lagging clock of the moving end B can be correlated with the early time stamp of the end A. This clock cannot be synchronized with the early time stamp of the end A through a wormhole, since the ends of A and B turn out to be in accordance with the principles of equivalence under different physical conditions. End A is in its own gravitational field, which can be neglected in calculations, just like the own gravitational field of end B. But end B is also in the strongest fictitious gravitational field (or is in an accelerated reference frame), which determines the slowdown of the external clock of end B . This is the proper time of the moving end B. It is confused with the internal time of the wormhole [Kon, Kon1].

From the above it is clear that the objection is not to the use of 3-dimensional wormholes as time machines, but to the fact that due to the simple mechanical movement of one end of the wormhole they are trying to achieve the appearance of a time loop. A time loop is a property of curved spacetime. You can change its topology and get a wormhole. But this also means a corresponding change in the inclination of the light cones. The light cones must be tilted so that upon entering the hole one can exit past the other end, i.e. at the exit from the hole. This is an activity aimed at changing the arrow of the flow of time in the Universe. It is very clearly visible how in a hole time should flow in the opposite direction (see Fig. 4). The arrow of time in the hole (the arrow at the dotted line) is directed downward, while the flow of time in the Universe is directed upward. The single direction of the flow of time in the area where the time machine should be launched can be destroyed (and should be, since time loops appear), but this happens at the birth of a wormhole, and not due to kinematic procedures with a ready-made wormhole.

Obviously, there are such solutions to Einstein’s equations with a complex topology (in this case, with a 3-dimensional wormhole - ), and it seems that it is possible to construct such a space-time by making an “insertion” of the wormhole, but is it possible to actually change the direction arrows of time and hope that you can jump out through a wormhole in the past? Either our space-time was originally structured this way, which we, however, have not observed on Earth, or such models are practically impossible to implement! And this practical difficulty is fundamentally different from those mentioned earlier. This is the problem of changing the arrow of time.

I think this is one of the prohibitions of nature.

Let's imagine that a piece containing some object is torn off from the three-dimensional space in which we live. Then it will dissolve, disappear right before our eyes, because the light from it will no longer reach us. Merging again with space, it materializes and emerges from nothing.

Rnrnrn rnrnrn rnrnrn

Tearing off a piece of space is the formation of a four-dimensional wormhole in space-time, and not three-dimensional, as discussed in

It depicts a flight into one's own past through a 4-dimensional wormhole.

There are two questions that need to be answered:

1) Is it possible to tear off a piece of space?
2) If possible, then how can you then “stick” it to the right place in the past so that a time loop is formed? After all, the torn piece of space itself lives in time, moving in the direction of the Arrow or the Stream of Time, indicated by our Universe initially, from the moment of its inception? Previously, we have already expressed doubt about the ability of a person to change the direction of the Arrow of time.
However, both questions can be answered positively.

Fig.5. Time machine in the form of a 4-dimensional wormhole

Space, which is a three-dimensional surface in spacetime, is characterized by curvature. Even two. One of them is internal, determined without the “look from the outside” of the fourth dimension. This is the scalar curvature R(x), where x is a point in spacetime. The other is the external curvature K(x) - the curvature of space in four-dimensional space-time. The separation of the ball D from space occurs due to a sharp change in the average curvature R in the region D. The separation condition has the form

where delta(R) is the curvature jump, s is the characteristic area of the two-dimensional section of region D. It is assumed that the external curvature K does not change.

Space can change its geometry over time, for example, expand, and, therefore, change its curvature. From the point of view of general relativity, the geometry of space is determined by the distribution of matter. The relationship between the curvature of space and the distribution of matter is described by Einstein's equations. From them, in particular, it follows that

where G is the gravitational constant, c is the speed of light, epsilon(x) is the density of energy distributed in the space of matter.

Then from (3), (4) we obtain the condition for the separation of the ball D from space

Consequently, a sharp increase in the delta(epsilon) value of the energy density in ball D is the reason for its separation from space.

If a ball with a volume of 1 km^3 comes off, then the power plant is capable of creating an energy density of 10^(33) erg/cm^3. This is very, very much! For example, a thermonuclear bomb is characterized by a much lower energy density - 10^(22) erg/cm^3. We can only hope that either in the future we will be able to create such energy concentrations, or we will be able to refine this estimate by reducing it, for example, by taking into account the external curvature of the space K(x).

But what about the need to destroy the direction of the Arrow of time? The way out of this difficulty is seen in the fact that it is necessary to use 5-dimensional theories of space-time, since in this case the answer to the following question is possible: is it not possible to go through a 4-dimensional wormhole into the 5th dimension along the natural Arrow of time, given by the generalized Do 5-dimensional light cones simply “bump into” the past? Can. To do this, 4-dimensional space-time must be coiled up like a spring in 5-dimensional space-time, endlessly winding on itself. Mathematicians call such a 4-dimensional space-time a spring layer.

Fig.6. Spacetime coiled into a spring in 5-dimensional spacetime

In other words, in a 4-dimensional spring space-time there are events that belong to the “Present”, arbitrarily close from the point of view of 5-dimensional space, from which in the 5-dimensional world lie events from an arbitrarily distant Future (or Past). Movement along the fifth coordinate in the direction specified by some vector gamma^A leads to an endless “piercing” of physical 4-dimensional space-time at points in the future or past. The past is literally nearby; you don’t have to look for it for a long time in the depths of the 5-dimensional world. The metric degree of proximity of the Past is characterized by the vector gamma^A and it is associated with scalar and electromagnetic fields, as follows from the 5-dimensional theory of electrogravity.

Interestingly, there is a natural barrier to entering the "nearest" Past, as 5D light cones cannot tilt quickly.

Calculations show that to start a time machine it needs to be given an electrical charge. Moreover, in the 5-dimensional theory it is quite acceptable that in this case the time machine, like a charged test body, moves along the so-called geodesic. This means that the 5-dimensional equations of (temporal) geodesics determine the laws of movement of the time machine in 5-dimensional space-time. In this case, the initial mass of the time machine m and the initial charge e cannot be arbitrary: the condition e/2msqrt(G) >1 must be satisfied. This constraint, for example, is not satisfied by an electron.

Everything seems to be going well. But in order for this project to be realized, it is necessary to twist the 4-dimensional space-time into a spring. What if it is not? There is an interesting mathematical theory of foliations of the 5-dimensional world, according to which this world of five dimensions consists of an infinite number of layers, one of which is our physical 4-dimensional space-time, and it is quite possible to artificially twist a layer into a spring. Consequently, purely physical experiments carried out on certain projects can influence the location of 4-dimensional space-time as a layer in the surrounding 5-dimensional manifold, causing it to endlessly wind on itself, forming a spring.

But why does our space-time turn out to be this twisted layer among many other equal ones? In order to answer this question, it seems, philosophical considerations will be required rather than physical ones. After all, it is somehow necessary to explain why one layer is enough to describe space-time, while multidimensional models necessarily provide a continuum of “extra” layers.

Another problem. Gödel was right a thousand times when he spoke about the difficulties in realizing travel into the past. A time machine is not just a dream. This is an endless path of knowledge of Time. We are only at the beginning.

The topic of time travel excites minds. Admit it, have you also fantasized about this topic? Where would you like to visit, past or future? There are suspicions that such travel is available to some, in any case, we know stories that are difficult to explain otherwise.

Several years ago, a certain Andrew Karlsin was arrested in New York on charges of fraud.

Although all experts agree that even with complete information about the companies where he invested money, it is impossible to earn so much and in such a period. However, during interrogation, Karlsin unexpectedly stated that he allegedly appeared from 2256 and, having information about all banking transactions over the past years, decided to enrich himself.

He categorically refused to show his time machine, but made a tempting offer for the authorities - to inform several upcoming important events that will happen soon in the world... including the whereabouts of Bin Laden and the invention of a cure for AIDS... According to unverified information, someone posted bail for him a million dollars to get him out of prison, after which Karlsin disappeared, apparently forever...

2. Old lady

3. Submarine

However, this incident with the submarine was not limited to just moving it in space over a huge distance; there was also quite a significant time travel: the crew of the submarine literally aged 20 years in tens of seconds

4. Airplane from the past

And sometimes worse things happen to airplanes.

The pilot did not answer, but during landing everyone heard his surprised exclamation: “Jimmy! What the hell is this!” The American pilot was clearly surprised by the jet plane taking off at that time...

The mysterious plane landed safely, its pilot was breathing heavily, and finally he said, “Something is wrong here.” When informed that he had landed on May 21, 1992, the pilot exclaimed, “Oh God!” They tried to calm him down and said that a ground team was already heading towards him. However, seeing airport employees next to the plane, the pilot shouted: “Don’t come closer! We're flying out of here!"

The ground crew saw the astonished faces of the passengers through the windows, and the DC-4 pilot cracked open the window in his cockpit and waved a magazine at them, demanding that they not approach the plane.

He started the engines, the plane took off and disappeared. Did he manage to get there in due time? Unfortunately, the further fate of the crew and passengers of the plane is unknown, since the magazine did not report any historical investigation into this case. As evidence of this unusual incident, a recording of conversations with DC-4 and a calendar for 1955, which fell out of the magazine that the pilot was waving, remained at the Caracas airport...

5. Japanese military

As soon as the ship surfaced, the sailor on watch reported that he saw an unidentified aircraft straight ahead.

6. Story six

In 1966, three brothers were walking early on New Year's morning along a Glasgow street. Suddenly, 19-year-old Alex disappeared in front of his older brothers. All attempts to find him were unsuccessful. Alex disappeared without a trace and was never seen again.

7. Story seven

8. Time Traveler

In 2015, the Third World War will break out, resulting in losses of three billion people.

Today, everything posted online is viewed with a healthy dose of skepticism.

“One of the keys to unlocking Titor,” Temporal Recon wrote in an email, “is accepting the possibility that time travel may be true.” The great thing about time travel is that history cannot be disproved. If events do not happen as the time traveler said, it is because he changed the course of history.

And yet...if this man John Titor wanted to promote himself, then why did he disappear forever?! Whether the special services took him away or whether he went back is a mystery. If all the previous described cases can somehow be suspected of unreliability, exaggeration or delusion, then the facts mentioned below cannot in any way be classified as such. We are talking about the so-called chronal artifacts - things, objects clearly made by man, found during archaeological excavations and in geological layers dating back to a time where neither man nor the things themselves should have existed.

9. Ninth story

In the 80s of the 19th century, while drilling a well in one of the US states, a metal object, clearly of artificial origin, was discovered. The age of the find was about 400 thousand years. It was a coin of an unknown alloy and with hieroglyphs on both sides that could not be deciphered. It is known that modern man appeared on our planet about one hundred thousand years ago, and on the American continent even later.

10. Tenth story

Around the same time, an elegant ceramic sculpture of a woman was found at great depths in Idaho. Its age was about two million years.

11. Incident on the train

Five years ago, Mexican newspapers described a mysterious story that happened on a train traveling from Mexico City to Acapulco. In the compartment where there were a young surgeon and a woman with a child, a disheveled, deathly frightened man, dressed in a long camisole, suddenly appeared. On his head was a powdered wig. In one hand he held a quill pen, in the other a large leather wallet.

“I am Minister Jorge de Balenciaga,” he shouted, trembling with fear. - Where I am? The surgeon ran after the conductor. Returning to the compartment, he saw that the man who called himself the minister had disappeared. The conductor decided that they wanted to play a joke on him and was indignant for a long time that he was being taken away from his work, until material evidence was found on the floor - a pen and a wallet.

The surgeon picked up both objects and showed them to historians, who determined that they belonged to the 18th century. In the archives we managed to find documents with a curious note from the then bishop, from which it followed that Minister de Balenciaga, already an elderly man, allegedly falling into madness, told everyone how one day, returning home late at night, he saw an iron one right in front of him. long, like a snake, “the devil’s carriage,” bursting with fire and smoke.

Then, according to the minister, he inexplicably found himself inside a monstrous vehicle, where strangely dressed people were sitting, whom he mistook for the minions of Satan. Seriously frightened, de Balenciaga read a prayer to the Lord, calling on Him for help. Suddenly he found himself again on one of the streets of Mexico City. Despite the fact that the devil was repeatedly cast out of him, he did not return to sanity until his death.

12. Road accident in Tokyo

An equally mysterious incident occurred in 1988 on one of the streets of Tokyo, where a car hit an unknown man who died on the spot. The driver and witnesses claimed that the victim “appeared on the road suddenly, as if he had fallen from the sky.” The police noticed that the deceased was wearing a suit of clearly antique cut. They were even more surprised by the passport issued... exactly 100 years ago. In the man's pocket, they also found business cards indicating his profession - artist of the Tokyo Imperial Theater. It turned out that the street in question has not existed for more than 70 years.

The police interviewed all residents of Tokyo with the same surname. After days of searching, they found an old woman who reported that her father had disappeared under mysterious circumstances. He went to a friend's house to play a game of GO and did not return. The woman showed the police a photograph in which a young man, remarkably similar to the man who was hit by the car, was holding a little girl in his arms. There was a date on the photo. May 1902.

13. See Paris and...

Last week, Pierre Dupre, a resident of Rouen, received a call from his sick aunt living in Paris and asked him to urgently come to her. The nephew did not force himself to ask twice and, getting into the car, rushed to her. He absolutely did not recognize the road, besides, for some reason the lights were not on, and the asphalt suddenly changed to gravel. He was also surprised by the fact that he did not meet a single car along the way. Pierre decided that he was lost, and, seeing a two-story building, stopped to ask how he could get to Paris. An elderly man with a candle in his hand opened the door for him. Staring at Pierre, he asked what he needed. Pierre explained. Two women (apparently the man’s wife and daughter) ran out of the house and, calling him a hillbilly, replied that he was in Paris itself.

Only then Pierre noticed that his interlocutors were dressed in medieval clothes. They, in turn, looked at his leather jacket and jeans with amazement. Suddenly the clatter of hooves was heard. Catholics,” the man shouted. We need to save ourselves, and turning to Pierre, he expressed the hope that he was a Huguenot. Pierre realized with horror that he had fallen into a time loop, which he had previously only known about by hearsay.

He was always interested in the past, but the last thing he wanted was to go back to the era of the famous religious wars. Without hesitation, he pushed his casual acquaintances into the car and pressed the gas. Pierre brought the Huguenot family to his home in Rouen. Numb with fear, they did not react to anything. After spending the night with Pierre, they left in the morning without even waking him up, and disappeared from his life forever.

14. Old lady

Last year, 48-year-old Giovanna Cavolini, together with her daughter Loretta, walking along the street of her native Palermo, noticed an old woman walking, having difficulty moving her legs. The women wanted to help her cross the road. However, for some reason she was frightened and, as best she could, quickened her pace. The mother and daughter were struck not only by her clothes - a long dress, made in the fashion of the 19th century, and a large black hat - but also by her snow-white face with skin tight to the skull, on which huge blue eyes stood out.

Crooked fingers adorned with ancient gold rings, delicate facial features and an arrogant look spoke of her high origins. The old woman limped towards the alley, then looked around helplessly - apparently not knowing where to go. Seeing that a crowd of townspeople were watching her, she stopped in confusion and immediately disappeared.

15. Future of the Earth

There are many known cases of our contemporaries penetrating into the future. In April 1992, Italian Bruno Leone went for a walk with his wife and disappeared into thin air right before her eyes. When she reported the incident to the police, she was advised to see a psychiatrist. However, two days later Bruno returned home safely. True, he looked confused. According to him, he found himself in the 25th century. Outlandish people in identical clothes looked at him like an exotic animal. When they heard that he arrived from Italy, they rolled their eyes in surprise, claiming that a country with that name had disappeared from the face of the earth in the 21st century.

What surprised him was that, walking around the city of the future, he did not see a single building of the 20th century and not a single tree. The “descendants” kindly took Bruno, who was hungry, to a cafe where only one dish was served - a colorless, cloudy jelly that resembled a melted jellyfish. It tasted disgusting, but it instantly satisfied my hunger. Having warned him about the coming cataclysms, the hospitable hosts opened a geographical map to show places where he could be saved, but as soon as they pointed a finger at Mongolia, Bruno suddenly found himself at home.

16. 2245

Last summer, 17-year-old Frenchwoman Florence Dunoy was returning from a disco at 3 am. There were only 50 meters left to the house when she turned the corner and found herself on a completely unfamiliar street, on which identical houses of a bizarre cone shape rose in even rows. There were no passers-by at such a late hour, and she felt scared. Finally noticing the two guys, Florence rushed to them in the hope of salvation. After carefully examining her fashionable, chic toilet, they asked which museum she stole her junk from.

They themselves were dressed in gray, rubber-like sweaters and tight-fitting pants. Her questions puzzled the young people, since this was the first time they had heard the name of the street where the stranger lived. And when the girl asked where she could get a taxi, they almost fell over laughing. “You apparently came from afar,” said one of the guys. Would you like to come with us? Florence was incredibly tired, and she really wanted to go to the toilet, so she accepted the invitation. There was no furniture in the room where they brought her, except for a soft mattress that covered the entire floor.

Light was shining through from under the lamp built into the ceiling. Next to it, also on the ceiling, a green flashing light illuminated a clock - a calendar showing September 23, 2245... The guys, having heard from which century Florais came to them, handed her a clock that had appeared from somewhere. glass with bluish liquid. An unfamiliar acrid smell hit the girl’s nostrils, but after drinking one sip, she lost consciousness...

When she came to, the boys were not around. Looking at the clock and calendar, she found out that she had slept for three days, her lower abdomen hurt. Rising from the floor, she wandered towards the doors, which swung open by themselves. Obeying a thought that suddenly dawned on her, she walked along the road that led her to that wonderful neighborhood, turned the “fatal” corner and... found herself on the very street along which she was returning from the disco.

Soon, Florence lost her period and was craving salty foods, which she was extremely surprised by, since she had not had sexual intercourse with anyone for six months. Then she remembered how much her lower abdomen hurt after she woke up in a 23rd century apartment, and realized that the guys who had sheltered her had knocked her unconscious and then raped her. The doctor who examined Florence confirmed the pregnancy. To her parents, tired of proving anything, she began to say that she had sinned with an alien. A month and a half later, Florence had an abortion...

17. Gluttonous old lady

People of the future are also not immune to falling into the “time corridor” and sometimes visit their distant ancestors. In January, an elderly, completely bald woman, her face disfigured by deep scars and ulcers, and dressed in a translucent plastic suit, walked into a summer café in Cape Town. The gluttonous old lady ate a dozen cups of ice cream, drank two liter bottles of Coca-Cola and devoured a hefty bunch of grapes. Having refreshed herself, she got ready to leave without showing the slightest desire to pay.

When the waiter caught her at the exit of the cafe, she stared at him as if he were crazy, and... Scolding with the last words, she promised to complain to the International Committee, the old woman, called by phone to the police, explained that all survivors of the nuclear disaster that broke out 30 years ago enjoy the right to free food in all cafes and restaurants in the world. Sweet Tooth presented a phosphorescent card with her holographic photograph. On it was the year of her birth - 2198. To find out the circumstances of the appearance of a guest from the future, the police invited the old woman to go with them. However, heading to the car, the granny disappeared into thin air.

18. Clock through time

One of the archaeological finds confirming time travel took place in China. In 2008, archaeologists working on a burial site in Guangxi Province hoped to discover the remains of a Chinese Ming Dynasty emperor. whose reign was at the turn of the 15th century. Sealed 400 years ago, the tomb is being opened for the first time. With utmost care, scientists remove the fossilized layers of soil and get to the tombstone. And then their first find awaits them. As soon as they begin to remove dust from the stove, a strange object breaks off from it, looking like a ring.

But having cleared away the traces of time, rust and fossils, archaeologists freeze. In front of them are real Swiss watches! The back cover contains Swiss engraving. It is quite clear that in the 15th century there were no Swiss watches, and there was no technology for making wristwatches. A strange artifact, and there is no other way to call it, is sent to Beijing for study. Where the authenticity of the origin of the watch is established. And according to the serial number and date of manufacture, a hundred years ago.

The results of the study are somewhat shocking to the researchers. How could a watch end up in a tomb that was sealed four hundred years before it appeared! This find baffles researchers. It is impossible to explain this from the point of view of our usual science. At first it was assumed that the watch was placed in the tomb along with other jewelry. But the reign of the Ming Dynasty fell on the 14th-16th centuries. Whereas watchmakers began to create wristwatches only towards the end of the 17th century.

According to scientists, only one version can explain the appearance of the clock in the tomb, several centuries before its manufacture. The watch has traveled back in time! But then, we must admit the fact that someone owns the technology of time travel.

Who among us, while reading the works of science fiction writers, has not dreamed of traveling back in time? The vehicles used in these movements in space and time were both biological objects (hippogriffs) and technical devices (time machines).

Perhaps this dream would have remained a wonderful fairy tale if Einstein had not created a theory confirming the possibility of an object moving in time. He compiled the gravitational field equations that describe the property of the rotating Universe. It is in such a Universe that an object involved in a rotational process moves along a closed trajectory in space and time.

Einstein could not resist the opportunity to test his theoretical conclusions in practice.

Such an experiment was the 1943 experiment to study the problem of hiding American warships from enemy radars (“Philadelphia Experiment”). The tests used electromagnetic radiation that surrounded the Eldridge ship. As a result, before the eyes of observers, the ship disappeared, leaving only an outline on the water surface, and appeared for a very short time a hundred miles from the site of the experiment in Norfolk harbor, and then became visible at the previous place where the experiment was carried out. The experimenters explained this fact by the fact that they were able, by creating a powerful force field, to teleport an object (ship) over a considerable distance. This research confirmed Einstein's findings in his Unified Field Theory, which was first published in 1925. In his scientific work on the Unified Field theory, Albert Einstein described the interaction of the forces of electricity, gravity and nuclear energy. But, it seems, the brilliant scientist understood the significance of his discovery and withdrew his works on this topic as unfinished, fearing that humanity was not ready to benefit from the fruits of this discovery.

There were also scientists in Russia who were designing a time machine. One of them is N.A. Kozyrev, who began calculations while still in the Gulag, and then continued experiments in the Pulkovo laboratory. The results of these tests were included in the world's golden fund of fundamental physics.

Kozyrev’s work was very successfully continued by the Belarusian scientist A.I. Veinik, but subsequently, like Einstein, he destroyed the results of his experiments.

And the mathematician and physicist Kinderovich, conducting research in the sarcophagus of the Chernobyl reactor, proved that in the center of nuclear fuel a substance is created that is a flow of time-space, which affects the speed of time. Kinderovich proposed using this stream as a signal carrier to transmit information over vast distances comparable to the size of the Galaxy.

But this is not all research in this area. Thus, at the Moscow Aviation Institute, a group of experimenters led by Felix Siegel, while studying the phenomenon of braking, acceleration and flight trajectory of UFOs, found that these properties of flying objects are associated with the presence of curvature of space-time around them. Based on the results obtained in 1988, researchers together with engineers from the plant named after M.V. Khrunichev, NPO Energia and NPO Salyut built the first model of a time machine. It consisted of three spheres (folded like a nesting doll), in which an electromagnetic field was induced. As a result, the subjects claimed that they saw a “starry sky”, “colored highlights”, experienced “out of body”, “freezing”, and that they looked at pictures of the future world in a foggy haze.

Time travel, as we noted above, can be done not only with the use of technical means. In Russia there are quite a lot of anomalous zones in which the presence of a high level of energy field is noted. It is not safe for humans to visit these places. Because researchers of these energy zones claim that these areas most often have a negative impact on a person’s energy structure. A person may show aggressiveness, hallucinations occur, and increased excitability appears, which can lead to rash actions. It is assumed that such zones may be spatial “traps” of another world or temporary transitions. Perhaps A. Einstein theoretically calculated the parameters of these time tunnels and experimentally tested some of his conclusions. But since, according to his contemporaries, the brilliant scientist destroyed most of his records, humanity still has a long way to go in finding opportunities to travel through time.

By the way, recorded chronomirages and facts of temporary movements of people in time occurred most often in places of large faults in the earth, where powerful emissions of energy occur, the nature of which has not yet been studied.

Currently, scientists are finding many chronal artifacts, the appearance of which can only be explained by the fact that humanity in the future will learn to travel in time: these are Swiss watches in the opened burial of Chinese emperors, and metal objects in rock that is more than 400 thousand years old. and many other amazing finds. Perhaps over time, an alternative explanation will be found for these facts, but I really want to believe in the possibility of someday communicating with a traveler from the future.
