The full life of "dancing bbw" Whitney Thor. The star of the show "My Full Life" Whitney Waytor about the scandalous Russian advertising and the diagnosis of advice from Whitney to those who are at home depressed and do not like their body

Infinitely charming, captivatingly funny, impressively graceful, weighs 180 kg! Those who have already seen Whitney Thor will easily recognize her in this description, and the rest should get to know the girl who gave hope and inspiration to those who suffer from excess weight, and who succeeded in show business in spite of all obstacles ..

If Whitney Thor had been told ten years ago that she would become the discovery of show business and successfully lead the social movement against discrimination against obese people, most likely, the girl would consider this another mockery. And she got a lot of them: in high school, the budding dancer began to gain weight and turned from the pride of the school into an outcast. “I felt like a participant in a social experiment - one of those where a thin person is put on a“ thick ”suit and sent to walk around the city in it,” Thor recalls.

It turned out that the American suffers from a hormonal disease, one of the complications of which is obesity, which does not respond to either diet or exercise. In an attempt to escape from people who remember her thin and cannot forgive that now she is not like that, Whitney lived on the road for several years; Worked in Korea and Ireland.

All this time, she did not give up trying to lose weight, but each time a hormonal failure returned the pounds shed with such difficulty back, and even with a “supplement”.

In yet another attempt to deal with her changed life and settle into her new body, Whitney began blogging about why overweight people shouldn't dwell on their lack and use it as an excuse for failure and inaction.

To reinforce the motivating posts with deeds, the girl resumed dancing. Together with her longtime partner Todd Beasley, she recorded several videos for the channel, which she gave a direct, without any coquetry name - "The fat girl is dancing." And one morning I woke up famous - one of the videos became viral literally overnight. Internet users were shocked by how gracefully the girl of impressive dimensions moves to the sounds of Jason Derulo's hit!

Many become "stars for an hour", but Whitney Thor managed to take the chance literally to the fullest - probably because she not only wanted popularity, but was eager to remind the world that fat people are not a different sort, and efforts and success are more important than appearance kind.

website: Whitney, what role did the work on the My Complete Life program play in your life, and what kind of reaction do you expect from the audience on the show?

Whitney Thor: The program is a look at my life from the inside. I'm known as the dancing bbw from the Internet, but I don't just dance, a lot of things happen to me. I think fat women especially suffer from problems in the romantic sphere, and so, I am no exception. I have a friend who I really like, and we meet with him, then we part, and this goes on and on ...

And also, for example, I'm 31 years old, and recently I had to move back to live with my parents, and it turned out to be difficult in many ways.

“I have a wonderful mom and dad, but they often pressured me to lose weight because they thought it would solve all my problems and make me happy. If I answered that I didn’t consider losing weight the most important thing in my life, they really didn’t like it. ”

I complained to my dad about being mistreated, and his reaction was the usual: "You know you can't change society, but you can change yourself." But now that I've done a lot and achieved something, dad came to me and said - Whitney, I think that you can actually change the world. It was one of the most significant moments in my life.

For the first time I tell a huge audience about such personal things, and in general for the program I had to do a lot for the first time. For the first time in 10 years I returned to teaching dance, for the first time in 20 years I went to the beach. On the one hand, I was very happy to step outside my comfort zone, but at the same time, now I weigh more than I have ever weighed before. And I have new problems and new experiences. I hope all this will evoke response emotions from the audience.

site: Once you were a slender girl with a toned figure of a dancer, and then the disease made you rapidly gain weight. How did you experience it?

U.T. A: It was the hardest thing I ever experienced. But when I was thin, they still laughed at me because I had an eating disorder (when Whitney was not yet aware of the diagnosis, she tried to deal with excess weight on her own, which led her to bulimia. - Note. website). And it shows how cruel people in our society are, and how hard we are on women when it comes to their bodies.

“I was getting fat so fast that I just didn’t have time to understand what was wrong with me. I remember how I constantly touched door jambs, furniture, I had terrible bruises and abrasions on my body, because it increased in volume so quickly that I was not aware of my place in space.

Now I think it's a great metaphor for the fact that I didn't understand my place in society. It seemed to me that with every pound I gained, I depreciated, I lost all love for myself. So the hardest part was figuring out how to overcome it and understand that I have something more to offer the world than just appearance.

website: At some point, you decided that since you can’t lose weight, you should stop worrying about it and accept yourself for who you are. How is your relationship with your body now, and how does the disease continue to affect it?

U.T.: I am very positive and loving about my body. I can even confess that now I love my body more than ever. I am not afraid of the sight of my nakedness, I consider myself beautiful, I have learned to take better care of myself. At one time, I went through all the circles of losing weight - and I worked out in the gym for hours, and sat on diets, but there was no sense, so now I just eat what I want - including fried, fatty and sweet. Unable to lose my weight, I became friends with him.

Polycystic ovary syndrome made me constantly take a bunch of drugs, mostly hormonal. This is a pre-diabetic drug to help regulate insulin levels, a hair growth drug, and I take birth control to prevent cancer, but my menstrual cycle has not returned to normal, which is very sad.

“There are moments associated with the syndrome that I am not even able to analyze and understand, because they are not connected with the rational, but with the hormonal reaction of my body. I was recently reading a book that talked about the connection between PCOS and depression, and a semi-lethargy-like state where you constantly feel tired and sleepy, and this is what I experience.

Although I am very happy with what is happening in my life, my mood can change a lot, I get very tired, and for one minute of the day I do not feel truly rested. But I love that I'm back to a lot of classes and dancing, it gives me joy and protection.

website: You once said that people can't stand it if they see a fat happy woman.

U.T.: People are used to believing that fat people are unfortunate mumbles that can cause either pity or contempt, so the image of a happy full person causes negativity. It doesn’t fit in people’s heads, like him, so fat, he has the audacity to laugh - he needs to cry! Yes, it annoys a lot of people.

website: ... and among these people is your channel colleague Kathy Hopkins. Have you seen Katie's show? Have you met her?

U.T.: Of course, I am familiar with Katie's story (Hopkins purposely gained weight and then dropped it to prove that the only causes of obesity are gluttony and laziness. - note .. Of course, with more weight it is harder to move, travel, communicate with friends, and so further, therefore, most often fat people choose a sedentary lifestyle, delighting themselves with extremely harmful fatty foods. But, knowing myself, I can say that obese people can be mobile and eat not only fast food.

“Peculiarities of appearance and lifestyle is a matter of choice of a person, and putting a stigma on anyone who does not fit into generally accepted standards is too much.”

It is possible that if Katie and I met, I could convince her, but I don’t see the point in doing this in absentia. Everything that happened to me is not a secret, and anyone who is interested in my point of view can find out my story and draw their own conclusions.

website: Or meet those who are supported by your No Body Shame movement ("Don't be ashamed of your body").

U.T.: Yes, I came up with the “Don't be ashamed of your body” campaign myself, or rather, it originated from my blog. I started keeping an online diary to share my feelings about being overweight. In addition, I hosted a program at a radio station in my hometown, and it was on the air that I first spoke out loud about my fullness. This helped me to analyze my feelings about it, and as a result I understood myself very well and understood how I relate to reality in many important things.

First the blog became popular, then the Fat Girl Dancing channel video became an Internet hit, and everyone started asking me to talk about myself, about my views on my body, about my fullness, as if it was already part of some kind of movement. And I had a choice: to start a full-fledged campaign or not to start; and I decided that I would try. Now "Don't be ashamed of your body" is a public action designed to help various men and women live without feeling shame. Because I know from experience that shame is destructive, it paralyzed me, and I lost ten years of my life because of shame, and I don’t want anyone else to underestimate themselves the way I did for many years.

website: Let's return to the legendary video - a year ago it collected 7 million views and turned you into a star of virtual space, changing your life. When you watch this post today, what do you think of it?

U.T.: I love this video, it's amazing! Although I was a little sad when it became so popular. We mounted it very quickly, without any perfectionism. I was a little surprised when the video began to collect a huge number of views, and at first I thought “oh my god, if I knew, I would have done better”, but on the other hand, it’s even more fun.

“Everything happens when we least expect it, and I know that I got better when I stopped feeling like a victim, when I decided to take control of my life in my own hands.”

And this dance video is the best representation of this approach, so I'm glad that so many people have watched it. When I was younger, I dreamed of being a famous dancer or something, and I don't think that would have happened if I had been skinny. And it seems to me very funny the way that life has chosen to fulfill my dream.

website: What can you call the main obstacles to this dream?

U.T.: I had so many physical, psychological and emotional obstacles! But the biggest difficulty was trying to find his place among people. I felt worthless for so long, and I really felt sorry for all the people in my life, including my parents, my boyfriends, my friends, for having me. Therefore, I had to seriously rewire my brain to understand that I am a worthy person, that I deserve a lot, that I have the same right to be healthy and happy as any other person on this planet.

It took me a long time to really believe this. But, on the other hand, purely practical problems have not gone away.

“I have already said that I have never weighed as much as I do now, and if you watch the My Complete Life program, you will see how I face some difficulties in everyday life that you never thought about - for example if I need to buckle my seatbelt or fit in a chair or shave my legs all over before a date."

These are moments that cause a strong sense of unease, but what I say about them inspires me. Being open and honest is what I think the show is up to.

website: You embody an inspiring example of a positive attitude towards yourself, so vivid that you are even sometimes accused of promoting obesity. Whitney, tell me - do you want to lose weight or closed this question for yourself forever?

U.T.: Do you think I'd rather live and dance at my current weight if I had a choice? Of course, I would like to lose weight, but in my current situation I do not succeed. A slender body is more flexible, beautiful, enduring, and with my kilograms I get tired much faster than if I were thin. Well, ridicule, of course - without them I would have lived much better, because sometimes they look at me so much that I feel like a hippopotamus who went out for a walk.

website: Can you say that your overweight and related events have taught you something?

U.T.: Yes, this whole story changed me a lot. If I hadn't gained weight, I probably wouldn't have become a feminist, and I'm a crazy feminist now. If I had not gained weight, I would not have learned as much as I know now about myself and other people.

“If I hadn’t gained weight, I would have relied on my appearance as something that gives me value. But when my appearance lost its value to the world around me, I had to look deeper into myself.

It also allowed me to empathize with others in a way that I had never been able to before. Because I was a relatively wealthy and relatively attractive white girl, I was not in any minority. But when you become part of this or that socially excluded group, you learn to put yourself in the place of other people. This is useful.

170-pound dancer Whitney Thor: "Men love fat women, but are afraid to say so"

170-pound dancer Whitney Thor became famous overnight, in 2014 by posting a series of dance videos on YouTube. Now the "dancing fat woman" not only leads the social movement No Body Shame, which opposes discrimination against obese people, but also for a season in a row is the main character of the reality show "My Big Fat Fabulous Life" on TLC. About how she manages to enjoy every day, despite the stereotypes, Whitney spoke in an exclusive interview with HELLO.RU.

Whitney, when did you start gaining weight?

When I was 18 years old and started college, I suddenly got really big and very fast. I didn’t know why it happened, I was very shy of myself and didn’t go to the doctor. My life has changed dramatically, and in one year I gained 100 pounds (about 45 kilograms - Ed.). When you're fat, you start to feel like an outcast, and that's when I stopped exercising and taking care of myself, I was very depressed. A few years later, in 2005, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I realized: this was the reason that I initially gained weight. By the time I realized this, I had already gained 200 pounds (about 90 kilograms - Ed.).

Whitney Thor - stages of growing up

In what way have you tried to lose weight?

I tried to lose weight all my life, even when I was thin. It just so happened that women are on a diet almost all the time, and, in my opinion, this is bad. But after I gained a lot of weight, I once managed to lose weight significantly. I lost 100 pounds in six months in 2011. And then I scored them, which is also common. Unfortunately, I thought too much about the number on the scale, and just tried to lose weight. So I took a not-so-healthy approach. I ate little, worked out 15 hours a week. This is not very good for health. Now I try to eat something rich in nutrients, mostly homemade. It's kind of a rule: don't eat too often at cafes and try to cook on your own. I'm not a very good cook, so cooking is always a challenge for me.

And the attitude of people to your new weight has become a test?

When I gained weight, many people began to treat me as if I had become a different person. Of course, I have always been a Whitney, I have always remained a person - with the same brains and the same heart, but when my body changed, people became very cruel to me. They thought that I was either very lazy, or very stupid, or a girl who had never had a boyfriend. And I myself began to believe their words, and believed for a long time. And how can you not believe it when at school I was the queen of the prom, and only a year later I became fat ... Summing up, I want to say: it took me years to become more confident in myself, to understand that I am me, whatever my body looks like. I am still smart, cheerful and happy, and the shape of my body does not affect these qualities in any way.

How did your loved ones react to the fact that you became a girl in the body?

My family and friends did not talk about it, but now it seems to me that this topic should have been discussed. It is a pity that no one encouraged me to go to the doctor and face this problem face to face. It took almost ten years before I was able to speak frankly about my weight. I definitely didn't lose my friends. All my friends loved me, whether I was fat or skinny. I am very lucky in this sense.

Do your non-standard forms prevent you from building relationships with men?

I have a boyfriend, his name is Lenny. Our relationship is the first time my weight doesn't matter. This is the first time I feel like I'm really loved for who I am, for my personality as a whole, not only for the body but also for the mind. In the third season of the show, you will see how my relationship with Lenny will develop, we will have to overcome some problems ... I think fat women do have special difficulties in relationships, but these are not at all the difficulties that everyone thinks about.

It seems to everyone that men are not attracted to full girls. But no matter what size I was, men were always interested in me. The biggest problem is that many men who like fat women are usually embarrassed about it because it's kind of taboo. I meet men who think I'm attractive, who really like me, but who probably won't date me because they're afraid of what other people think of them. And it is sometimes very annoying.

As for me personally, I would never date a man who is so weak in spirit that he is embarrassed to introduce me to his parents. But I want fat women to understand that there are many men who will love them and who will find them attractive. I know this because I myself encounter them every day.

Don't you think that many people find it difficult to believe that obese people can be absolutely happy in their weight?

I think it is - most people do not believe that it is possible to be fat and happy at the same time. After all, we are taught from childhood that thinness is equivalent to happiness. This is clearly the case in the United States. I happened to travel, and I think this is a very common point of view. But I categorically disagree with this point of view and am convinced that it is important to find happiness within yourself, without making it dependent on how you look.

Whitney Thor and her boyfriend Lenny

Have you ever been accused of promoting obesity?

This happens often and looks pretty stupid. I once spoke to an audience of 700 people and asked them, "How many of you watched the program?" Everyone raised their hands. "Which of you wanted to gain weight to be like or like me." And of course, not a single hand was raised. I don't think people look at me and think, "I want to be like her, I want to gain weight to be like her." And what I am absolutely sure of is that hating your body will never bring you more than loving it. There is nothing wrong with losing weight or living a healthy lifestyle. But my main idea, the main idea of my No Body Shame campaign is to love yourself first and everything else will come. You know, when I wanted to lose weight, I hated myself. And it was for this reason that I did not like to dance and take care of myself. And now I appreciate myself, and everything else has become much easier.

How much time do you spend in dance class now? What are your hobbies besides dancing?

I teach dancing once a week - these are the Big Girl Dance Class that you can see in the program. In addition to dancing, I love to read, I love to write. I just wrote a book and it was a lot of work. I went back to the gym, started doing yoga - it's hard, but I love challenges. I still ride my bike and I still like to go out - to communicate with people, go to concerts. This inspires me.

Who are the people who inspire you?

In everyday life, my father and mother are my source of inspiration - they are my main characters, they are so sympathetic and absolutely amazing. In addition, I love the singer Adele very much. She is an important example for all overweight women. A great singer, so talented and so self-confident. She does not cheat on herself simply because she is famous, and does not "bought" all these star stereotypes. I really respect fat women who get famous and stay fat. I think it's cool.

It's a common thing even for world-famous stars, famous actors - they don't like to see themselves on the screen. Do you watch your reality shows?

I watch my own show so I know what other people see. But it's hard to watch... I normally perceive myself on the screen, but it's a bit strange to watch finished episodes after editing. For the third season, for example, we shot probably a thousand hours of material, and the show will only be nine hours. I would say that the third season was the hardest to watch, because I have a real life, and this TV show is just a small part of it. But of course I watch it and laugh.

What programs, besides your own, do you like to watch?

I'm pretty weird in that sense - I rarely watch TV. I like detective stories, so I watch Investigation Discovery. I also love Animal Planet because I love animals.

Whitney, you became famous thanks to YouTube. Are you familiar with the work of other people who became famous thanks to a random video on the Internet? For example, the "dancing millionaire" Gianluca Vacca is now especially popular.

I don't know Gianluca, but I will find him on the Internet when we finish our conversation. The cool thing about the internet is that every day there is someone new, something new. I really enjoy going to YouTube and looking at talented dancers and even more talented athletes. We control the Internet ourselves, so we can find amazing people all over the world. The only thing to do is to set the search. This is good.

Watch the new season of My Full Life on Thursdays at 10:00 pm on TLC.

You often hear that every girl dreams of a slim figure. But what if we say that there are those people who love their big body and chubby cheeks? Meet the charming, sweet, funny and attention-grabbing Whitney, who weighs 180 kg, but people like her. If you don’t know her yet, then you should fix it, as this person will teach you to love life and yourself. In addition, there are rumors that the host of the My Full Life program, hosted by Whitney Thor, is pregnant.

Whitney Thor became famous for her weight. Once she was slim, but when she gained weight, her life changed. But the girl has a natural charm and a huge positive charge, which attracts people to her. “Dancing Fatty,” as Whitney is called, is a real inspiration for those who cannot love their appearance and motivation for those who are afraid to start living life to the fullest.

Life before and after

Whitney is an ordinary American girl - "cheerful and plump". Let's be honest, this is how many people imagine American residents. And if you do not know Whitney Thor, and therefore thought that there is nothing surprising in its fullness, then you are mistaken.

She did not always weigh more than 100 kg, but was a rather slender girl. In her interviews, Whitney Thor said that at the age of 18, when she entered college, her weight began to increase dramatically from 58 kg. The pointer on the scale has moved 120 kg.

The girl was not ready for such changes, and therefore she began to feel out of place, stopped taking care of herself and went into depression. She was later diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. It was this disease that caused such a large weight gain. By this time, the number of kilograms has only increased.

"Full Life" Whitney Thor

"Dancing fat woman" is now known to many. The popularity came to her due to the fact that she made a video with dance lessons that she posted on YouTube, and she was noticed here. The video titled "A Fat Girl Dancing" went viral, gaining 8 million views. This video is still on the Whitney channel.

Along the way, the girl kept a blog in which she wrote that overweight people should not be afraid of their weight and live on.

Later, Whitney Thor became the star of the TLC channel and the main face of the show My Big Fat Fabulous Life. The program tells about the simple life of Thor, about her problems, trying to lose weight, dancing and personal life.

The reality show is quite popular, because 4 seasons have already been released. Here the girl tried to reveal herself from the other side, because many knew her as a fat woman who loves to dance. She also has her own Instagram page, where Thor shares her photos from life. Now everyone knows the dancing plump Whitney Thor.

The reaction of family and friends

Whitney is often asked how she was treated by people who knew her before she gained weight. Parents, according to Thor, often told their daughter to lose weight. They thought that thin Whitney would immediately become happy, and she would not have problems. But in this way, Thor admits, mom and dad only put pressure on her. After all, she herself tried to lose weight, went on diets, but due to illness, weight loss is very slow.

Whitney often faced the fact that people are not accustomed to seeing a happy full person and this makes them negative. People around perceive fat people as lazy and neglected people. The TLC star faced this too. But she dances and goes in for sports!

But she was supported by her parents, who believed in their daughter and said that she really could influence society and change their idea of fat people.

Therefore, Whitney, realizing that she would not change her weight, learned to love her body. She returned to her dance classes and began to go to the beach, ignoring the sidelong glances.

Another achievement was the founding of the campaign "Don't be ashamed of your body" (No Body Shame). This movement helps overweight people fight the shyness and shame that prevent them from living a normal life.

Personal life

Another problem that obese people face is the lack of a personal life. After all, many often say that due to excess weight, such a person will not find a soul mate. Whitney has a boyfriend. In addition, in one of the programs there was news that the TV presenter might be expecting a baby.

However, it soon became clear that the rumor was false. Whitney's illness affected the test, which was positive, but after visiting the doctor, she was convinced that she was not expecting a child. So Thor has not given birth and does not plan to in the near future. She believes that at 33 she is not yet ready to become a mother.

The girl says that many men love full ones. She says that she is attracted to the male half, but there are those who cannot admit how much they really like chubby women. Therefore, Whitney will never pay attention to a person who will be embarrassed to introduce her to his family and friends.

Motivation from BBW Whitney

The girl struggled with herself for 10 years and learned to love her body. In her life there are numerous diets and dance classes. She is very slowly and gradually reducing her weight.

Thor says that extra pounds make it difficult to live a normal life. Ordinary things become more difficult to do. It is harder to travel, dance, communicate with people and look in the mirror.

Whitney was able to talk about being overweight on her blog and on the radio where she worked. Now she serves as an inspiration for those who are shy about their body. The Internet star uploads her photos even in a bathing suit, because she considers herself attractive.

Finding strength in herself, Whitney admits that she has never loved herself the way she does now. Just look at her: cheerful and energetic. Is it possible to turn the tongue to call her ugly? Of course not. And this is the result of the great work of Whitney Thor.

Someone says that the girl promotes overweight. This is not true at all. Whitney tries to support people and help them cope with this problem, which many are afraid to talk about.

Whitney Thor is a real example of how to treat yourself and your body. Each time she proves that you need to love yourself and not pay attention to other people's negative opinions. Start working on yourself and don't spend your life sitting on the couch, live your full, in every sense, life.

Plus size model at The Ashley Graham Project on July 26, 2017

In times of orthorexia rampant among the stars, it's nice to know that not everyone is obsessed with the desire to lose weight - many celebrities have long ceased to worry about being overweight and live happily, forgetting that there are things in the world of size 40. Day after day, they prove that their body, whatever it may be, needs to be loved and cared for, and do not worry about what others will say about them.

Ashley Graham

Ashley Graham is one of the few plus-size models who managed to achieve recognition not only from social activists, but also from haute-couture. Over the past few years, this 91 kilogram girl has steadily reached the ranks of supermodels, appearing on the covers of major glossy publications and in the lookbooks of several American brands. At one time, even the photographer Patrick Demarchelier was amazed at Ashley's forms and beauty, in front of whose lens the model was naked without hesitation.

The girl sincerely loves her body and, I must say, makes good money on it, but even she was not always able to protect herself from the harsh standards of the beauty industry. Photos of the model, whose main advantage, it would seem, are just those extra pounds, are often subjected to ruthless retouching, which, of course, causes storms of indignation among her fans. Meanwhile, the very fact that such a girl has access to a closed club of thin people already speaks volumes. Ashley continues to act a lot, and last year she even released her own swimwear line.

Tess Holliday

All over the world, girls who dream of becoming a model are losing weight to the state of a washboard, and it would seem that Tess, who wears a size 60 dress, had no chance of success in the modeling business. From her youth, she dreamed of posing in front of the camera in stunning outfits, but she began to do this only when she found a “stunning” figure - the exact weight of this model is unknown, but it clearly goes off scale for 150 kg. Possessing excellent taste in clothes, Holliday began posting her fashion photos on social networks, and as a result, the combination of her large size and beauty, who also holds herself confidently in front of the camera, aroused interest from television. In 2011, she was invited to a popular reality show in America, and in 2015, the girl made a lucrative deal with a major modeling agency. Moreover, the voluminous beauty even made it to the pages of Vogue, which remains a pipe dream for many “standard” models.

Adele

The British performer has been included in the lists of the richest and most influential artists in the UK and the world more than once, her compositions top the music charts around the globe, and this year the girl won five (out of five) Grammy nominations - and all this is solely thanks to her velvet contralto and soulful songs. No plastic surgeries, diets and other bullying of her body - Adele always remains herself and continues to prove that real success is proportional only to talent, and not to lost kilograms.

“It seems to me that I remind people of themselves,” the girl admitted in an interview, “Not because everyone has the same size. And because I'm not perfect. And the media, it seems to me, is trying to present famous people as ideal, unattainable and inviolable. Adele herself is predisposed to be overweight by nature, however, despite this, only a blind person would argue that the singer is bad-looking. Correct facial features, healthy golden hair, high growth and magnificent forms - all this brings the girl's appearance closer to the standards of old Hollywood, so that on the red carpet she looks no worse than thin beauties.

Melissa McCarthy

Melissa McCarthy receives the People's Choice Awards, January 17, 2017

Today, this Hollywood actress is at the top of producing lists for the main comedy roles, and it is no coincidence that the girl who started in New York stand-up clubs is now considered one of the most influential celebrities in the world (according to the American Forbes). Her acting talent, coupled with the appearance of an American provincial, created a unique role for her, in which Melissa, it seems, no one will outshine. This actress is known to the Russian audience for such sensational comedies as "Cops in Skirts" and "Bachelorette Party in Vegas", but, I must say, Melisa's activities are not limited solely to acting. The girl has already proved herself as a screenwriter and producer, as well as a fashion designer for women of any size. The actress herself is not at all shy about her figure, but still works on herself and controls her diet to maintain health.

Katya Zharkova

Katya Zharkova came to a modeling agency at the age of 14, and immediately fell into the plus-size category - just because she, a teenager, had big breasts. Now, however, a large body has become her hallmark. With her work, the girl promotes natural beauty and the “my body is my temple” approach: she does not sit on strict diets, and even more so does not resort to the help of plastic surgeons, but still monitors her diet and regularly exercises. Katya’s physical preparation is really impressive: in 2015, the girl participated in the Dancing with the Stars project, where, along with thin dancers, she performed complex steps and “took” the fastest rhythms.
