Chocolate egg FERRERO Kinder surprise

I accidentally saw an advertisement for a kinder from the animal planet series on the Disney channel: beautiful wild animals and packaging familiar from childhood, but with a picturesque image of a wolf's muzzle. I immediately remembered my figurines from the 90s: the cartoon characters of The Lion King, a Disney hare with a hare, a realistic kangaroo. They were made quite well: rubberized heavy plastic, nice muzzles. There was also plenty of trash in kinders then, a feeling of disappointment discouraged the desire to buy chocolate eggs. Growing up, I remember, from the first money I earned, I bought myself a kinder surprise to treat myself: out of 3 eggs, only a Jerry mouse figurine was a normal toy, and the others were a magnet with a picture of a penguin from Catch a Wave and some other garbage.

And now, 7 years after that, a child woke up in me again: today I bought an egg with a leopard's face for 55 rubles.

Opening the shells, pieces of paper and three parts of a bear figurine fell out from the inside.

On the back you can see the assembly diagram of the figurine, as well as the size, weight of living individuals, habitat and type of food.

The bear itself looks good, but mine has a badly painted face.

The plastic is strong but not rubberized.

In the folds, I think dust will collect.

It seems to me that a non-separable monolithic figure would look better, especially since it is motionless, albeit composite.

However, the assembly lines are in good places.

I don’t even know if I’ll decide to buy another egg from this series (I like most of the animals in the picture), but I really don’t want to be disappointed if some junk comes across (the inscription “and other toys” is embarrassing on the package).

For kids who are fond of naturalistic animal toys, I can recommend this series.

Update from 10/05/15. Bought a few more from this series. Got a deer. Incredibly glamorous lacquered horns and empty pupils, stability is worse than that of a bear (on uneven surfaces it tends to fall sideways). The rest is not bad, but in the photo it looks better than in reality, although I did not resort to Photoshop.

The wild boar is large in comparison with the deer and the bear. This is not good, because children will assume that the average boar is taller and larger than a deer, but this is not so. But if considered separately outside the collection, then no complaints. The eyes are drawn. The look is wild and ferocious.

A fur seal, like a deer, has holes instead of eyes. Consists of 2 parts.

Update from 11/01/15. I continue to buy eggs from the animal planet series, but the toys come across non-serial. Frank trash - a spring.

An acrobat monkey (in my opinion, it looks more like a tiger cub) turns into a hare when turned over - it seems cute, but it looks more like a cartoon mutant. The pickup truck looks good from above, but in profile it is a real ugliness, however, the rear wheels are rubberized and automatically rotate forward, if you first pull back, half a room can quickly pass over smooth floors. The puppy in the bag is covered with pile, you can put it on 4 paws - cute. But I will get rid of these toys: a spring in the trash, a hare and a puppy I will give to my friend's daughter, a pickup truck is great fun for a cat. I want to brag about "another toy" with which I will not part.

Volkswagen looks very beautiful from all sides. In the egg was assembled, did not try to disassemble. Doors don't open

the headlights are drawn (sloppy in places), the windows look like cheap plastic, the wheels on the wheels, if you look closely, also look cheap. But still, the car is cool, the lines of the body, the protrusions of the mirrors, the steering wheel, the seats, the freely rotating wheels, the proportions - such models are rare among inexpensive toys. Now I want to collect all 4 types, especially convertibles, I even want retro!

Update from 11/03/15. Another disappointment: this rubbish should fly beautifully, but in reality it is no better than a plastic cover.

I found a use for it: I cut it into two parts and attached orchid branches to the support. It's a pity the color of the plastic is not green.

Update from 11/08/15. Bought more eggs. I got a worthless lion, whose tablet rotates perfectly. Nice, but I think it's rubbish.

The fox and again the deer were the next. In the second deer, the throat is better painted with white and the eyes are marked with black. The arctic fox also has eyes in the form of black dots and a nose, which was painted in black above the plastic outline :-S

The plastic that parts of the fox are made of has a bluish tint to white, but looks natural. The trouble is with the size - the Arctic fox they turned out to be larger than a bear and taller than a deer.

I also bought one egg from the "Masha and the Bear" series. The cost is 55 rubles. Misha got it. I really liked how it was made: a well-molded muzzle, the eyes are clearly drawn, the color of the abdomen is a pleasant beige-cream.

The only drawback is the gap between the parts at the back is too wide.

But overall a good quality toy. I even like him more than the animal planet bear.

Update from 11/17/15. Bought 2 more eggs from the animal planet series. One had a car from the same series as the pickup truck and a tiger (hooray!).

I really wanted a tiger, so I will devote more attention to it. The figure looks very natural: flexible, with embossed fur near the cheeks, with protruding bones at the back, a thin, but not exhausted skeleton. The grace and grace of a feline is clearly visible in its crouching body position.

The side looks great. The view from above is a bit frustrating due to uneven paint on the back of the neck.

The muzzle is also painted with flaws: the color of the brown nose slightly protrudes upwards beyond the relief of the plastic,

there are not enough stripes around the muzzle, in my opinion. In general, the expression of the muzzle, when viewed from the front, is predatory-stupid.

The collar is dyed white too unevenly.

I would like the color of the plastic to be more saturated in red, otherwise it looks more like a striped lion in color. The sizes relative to the deer, the bear are normal, but the arctic fox and wild boar are taller and larger than the tiger, which is unnatural.

Review update dated 12/19/15. Over the past few days, I bought a few more kinders.

As you can see, mostly plastic junk. Of the ones in this photo, I liked only the blue dolphin and the transparent motorcycle - both are cool. There is no cat with a rotating head in the photo (I gave it to my nephew immediately) and a robot on the display of which you can draw (I took it apart and threw it away).

By the way, the cat is cute, but the eyes really give a resemblance to alien creatures from cartoons and the head is too heavy - it easily outweighs the body and falls.

Perhaps it's time to sum up my hobby. I bought 25 eggs in total. On average, I spent 1,250 rubles (I took into account the average cost of 50 rubles, because I bought it for 55 in Pyaterochka, in Attack for 48, in Magnit for 53 on ordinary days and for 42 on days of discounts for sweets). For this amount, you can buy a real Barbie, a well-made animal figurine or an average-sized car model.

Update from 12/26/15. I could not resist discounts on sweets and bought 6 more eggs (each cost 42 rubles). Of these, 3 had serial figures: a brown bear, a wild boar (I already had them) and a fox.

I wanted a fox, but it turned out that her figurine is identical to the fox figurine. The difference is only in the color of the plastic and traced eyes. The fox has whitened ears and chest.

The rest contained two blue hares and a dog with a large rotating head.

Update from 01/31/16. I was tempted by discounts on sweets in Magnit and bought 2 eggs from the "Masha and the Bear" series (there was no animal planet at all), at a price of 44 rubles. In one there was a partner with a piece of wood (a lying wild cat is not firmly fixed on it, but for some reason there are recesses for paws and torso on the surface of the plastic bark). She looks like a cartoon to me.

In the second egg was Mashenka in a school suit. It is unstable due to its heavy head: it can be placed, but it falls at any slight touch. The triangle and wand look cheap. I really like Mashenka's hair, the bows are well placed. But the bear from the same series is made better.

Update from 02/06/16. Bought 2 more eggs. In one of them was Misha in a cook's costume. It seemed to me that the quality of the plastic is slightly worse than that of the figure of the touching one from the second series.

The other egg contained a tractor with a bucket. Rides everywhere except glossy surfaces, the bucket moves perfectly. I even glued blue stickers, but if the windows were made of transparent plastic, and not black, it would look great in general.

Animal Planet

Description of the series Animal Planet 2015 (Animal Planet)

In 2015, Ferrero broke all savings records with a series of Animal Planet, which is an informal translation of the name Animal Planet- channel on discovery. For completely incomprehensible reasons, toys already familiar to us, which were previously released simply under the license of Ferrero, this year suddenly became involved in the license of this channel. Well, everyone needs advertising, and, apparently, Animal Planet is no exception. Or maybe Ferrero decided to give new life to old toys, using a well-known brand to attract attention. However, let's leave the relationship between the companies and discuss the fact itself, or rather, the result of their cooperation.

The NATOONS realistic-educational rubric, which told about the habitat, taste preferences, sizes, etc. of a variety of animals, has always been popular with both children and collectors. These toys have never been a big rarity in chocolate eggs, but they also disappeared from exchanges almost instantly, settling on the shelves of collectors. It was under this heading that as many as 10 out of 15 toys of the Animal Planet series have already been published. Yes, you read that right: 2/3 of the new main series consists of already familiar slightly recolored toys! However, not all were even repainted. Only toys #1-#5 were new and seem to have won the title right away. the rarest in the series.

Of course, these beautiful animals have always been and will be in demand. And maybe even this series would have caused much more enthusiasm, if not for one interesting fact: during the entire 2014-2015 season. collectors and children found a wide variety of toys from the series of the year in chocolate eggs. Apparently, there were so many leftovers that as many as 7 out of 8 animals from the outdated series, which obsessively came across for a whole year almost on a par with the assembly, ended up in Animal Planet 2015. That is, the Ferrero company not only surreptitiously saved on the sale of new toys for a whole year, replacing them with old leftovers, but also quite openly issued these same leftovers as a novelty for the next season. Quite a shameful move from a collector's point of view.

But what, at least five new toys, nevertheless, appeared. And they are in no way inferior to their predecessors from the year or. For their sake alone, it is worth collecting this new, although it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste, but, nevertheless, a beautiful and high-quality series. Especially if you are a young collector and have not yet managed to collect series in which toys #6-#15 appeared before.

Problem toys:

All toys consist of several parts, any of which can be lost.

Collection "Animals from around the world" series "Tiere aus aller Welt FT001-008" (2013, Europe)

Series " Tier aus aller Welt FT 001 - FT 008» ( KinderNATONS).

Title on www.site: "Animals from all over the world."

Year of release: 2013.

For several years in a row, a series that opens the new season of toys in Kinder Surprise, become figurines of animals. I wish this became a good tradition, because unlike a fairly large percentage of vague prefabricated toys like rag kites or paper airplanes, THESE figures deserve the money that parents pay for buying chocolate eggs and good mood for their children. Take a look for yourself: african animals" and " polar animals" - collections are not inferior to some of the "main" series.

In 2013, another group of 8 animal figurines appeared, similar to those mentioned above - "". Literally and correctly, this name, invented by German collectors, should be translated as “ Animals from all over the world", but in the vastness of the Runet there is often a shortened, albeit incorrect -" australian animals”, which appeared, apparently, thanks to the figures of a kangaroo, a platypus and a koala.

The toys are proportional and interesting, the inserts for them, like the previous two times, are informative. In addition to a schematic designation of the animal's habitat, the instructions contain information about the size of a representative of the fauna relative to a person, about weight and some other features, such as running speed (panther, ostrich), length of the animal (tiger) and its height on its hind legs (panda), number of teeth (crocodile), methods of "transportation" of cubs (kangaroo, koala) and their appearance (platypus lays eggs).

But in addition to useful knowledge on the inserts, gross errors were also found! So, for example, on the insert for a kangaroo, the jump height of the animal is 10 meters. This is not true. The designers confused the height of the jump with its length. A kangaroo can jump to a height twice its height, that is, a maximum of three meters, while there have been many cases when the length of the jump of handsome marsupials exceeded the mark of 10 meters (maximum 13m).

Toy labeled " FT008"looks and is signed as an African ostrich (" Struthio camelus" is its Latin name). The habitat of the bird on the insert is Australia, but African ostriches are not found on the "green continent". Emu, the second largest flightless kossuarid birds after the ostrich, live there, but they look completely different.

But that's not all. But that's not all. The Latin name for the Australian crocodile is misspelled. The insert says " Crocodylus johsoni', when in fact you should write ' Crocodylus joh n Sony", with the letter " n". The name of the koala is also misspelled: “ Phascolartos cinereus" instead of " Phascolar c tos cinereus».

On this minute of zoology on website finished. On this subject, the developers of toys from Kinder Surprise are given “unsuccessful”, and for the idea and wonderful toys of the series “ Tier aus aller Welt FT001-008 Say "Thank you!". There would be more such combined series!

Returning to the toys, let's pay attention to the figurine of a crocodile, which is marked " DC006A". We have already seen this in the series " african animals”, but then the official toy from the series had a light belly and a darker back, and a one-color crocodile was an option. So, in 2013, the letter “ A”, and the unofficial variety turned into a full-fledged figure (with a dark belly and back).
