Rest in the Urals in places of energy power. The most mysterious and mystical places of the Chelyabinsk region. Shikhan rock massif and Arakul lake

The Chelyabinsk region is called by many the most anomalous place in Russia, as it is full of mystical places, mysterious buildings, monuments with secrets and other things that will make the skin of an ordinary person goosebumps. Especially in the mining region of the Chelyabinsk region, there are many mysterious places. Since ancient times, people have encountered the unknown here. Literally everything in the area is fanned with mysticism: the foothills, slopes and peaks of the mountains keep secrets that are incomprehensible to human perception.

Arkaim

The leader of the list of the most mystical places in the Chelyabinsk region is, of course, Arkaim. It is located in the south of the region at the foot of the Ural Mountains. This is the most mysterious archaeological monument not only in our region, but throughout Russia. It differs from the rest in that four thousand years ago, the "owners" of the city burned it down and left it, but still it is well preserved. From a bird's eye view, Arkaim looks like two almost regular circles - these are the main ring streets. In the middle of the city is a square for performing rituals. The entire layout of the streets with four exits from the city is built like a regular swastika, which during the Paleolithic was a sacred symbol of good luck and light. Arkaim has long attracted Russian and foreign tourists on excursions. Ordinary people claim that at the moment they were in the fortress, their consciousness changed, their breathing slowed down, and an otherworldly whisper is heard in their ears. There are cases when ordinary people on excursions could not cope with the force that fell upon them and lost consciousness. Some even temporarily lost their minds and left in an unknown direction. Later, they explain this by the orders they heard in their heads and could not resist them. For people with psychic powers, the ancient fortress is a truly energetically rich place. But skeptics explain the energy phenomena only by the location of Arkaim - in ancient times there was an active paleovolcano here.

Lake Shaitanka

It is located at the western border of the Chelyabinsk region, just south of the city of Asha, on the outskirts of the village of Uk. According to the Encyclopedia of the Ashinsky District, the depth of the lake is 200 meters. It is possible that the lake has not one bottom, but several. Local residents claim that Shaitanka is bottomless, which, of course, is unlikely. If you look at it from the air, then in shape it is an almost even circle of a very tiny diameter. All because the reservoir is of karst origin. Even more interesting is that, according to some reports, down there, Shaitanka is connected to a giant underground water system. There is a legend that once there was a settlement on the shore of the lake, and the swamp that overflowed one day swallowed it up. According to local residents, robbers used to operate here. They robbed and killed ruthlessly. And all the evidence (carriages, corpses) was drowned in this lake. Now, the supposedly restless ghosts of innocent victims are sometimes those who find themselves at night on the shore of a reservoir. And also the residents of Ashin claim that they saw flying unidentified objects several times.

Ignatievskaya cave

The cave is located in the Katav-Ivanovsky district, near the village of Serpievka. It is one of the most visited caves in Russia, because cave paintings were found in it, which are more than 14 thousand years old. Therefore, it is called the oldest art gallery of primitive man in the country. The underground halls and galleries of the cave, located in hard-to-reach places and far from daylight, most likely had a sacred meaning and served as a venue for ritual actions. Ignatius Cave got its name from the cell-attendant Ignatius, who lived in the cave and, according to legend, was buried in it. The table on which Ignatius healed has survived to this day. It is split in half, and one of its parts is cold and the other is warm. They say that touching the warm part and prayer can heal any ailment. According to legend, the spirit of St. Ignatius comes out to the edge of the cave at night and looks at the moon. Tourists at night hear strange voices and footsteps coming from nowhere. Batteries run out quickly in the cave itself and near it, flashlights burn out, camera flashes refuse to work, people feel someone's invisible presence. And in one of the halls it is very difficult to get high-quality photographs - a “white transparent veil” appears on them.

Ilmensky Reserve

The reserve is located in the eastern foothills of the Southern Urals on the Ilmensky Range, northeast of the city of Miass. In the spring, the so-called "bottomless holes" appear in the reserve - dips where melt water flows. Their diameter is about 15 centimeters, but the depth is so great that it cannot be determined. It is believed that such holes form UFOs, mining rare earth elements. However, in the geological department of the Ilmensky Reserve itself, information about the phenomenon of bottomless holes was categorically denied. In addition, phenological anomalies were noted here in 2004: broom, viburnum, raspberry, and cinnamon rose hips bloomed in autumn.

Taganay National Park

In the Taganay National Park, located on the mountain ranges near Zlatoust, a full bouquet of anomalies is observed - UFO flights and landings, contacts with extraterrestrial intelligence, chronomirages, ghosts, and a change in the course of time. People there often feel inexplicable fear and anxiety. They also talk about sound mirages, “walking” fog, frequent ball lightning, rapidly changing weather, and even about a Bigfoot and a certain Kialim grandmother.

Lake Itkul and Shaitan stone

Lake Itkul is located in the northwestern part of the Kasli district, local residents consider it "unclean". Translated from Bashkir, Itkul means “meat lake”, since “it” (“meat”), and “kul” (“lake”). Scientists believe that this name was given to the lake because of the abundance of various fish in it. Although there is a version that, on the orders of the Demidovs, several carts of pork were thrown there in order to drive away the Muslims who lived near the reservoir and protested against industrial work. But it is not for this fact that Lake Itkul is infamous, but for the fact that in the middle of its water surface the so-called Shaitan Stone rises menacingly. There is a version that in ancient times, sacrifices were made on this stone for the sake of the harvest and good weather. Nowadays, many people drown in this place. And those who remain alive say that some invisible cord passes through them, as a result of which the body is shackled and it is very difficult to get ashore later.

Lake Turgoyak and Vera Island

A small island on Lake Turgoyak near Miass keeps an incredible number of secrets. Local residents say that at the beginning of the last century, the hermit Vera lived on the island in a stone dugout, and even earlier, an associate of Pugachev was hiding here, and for a long time the island was called Pinaevsky in honor of him. The oldest monument of history on the island is the Neanderthal site, which is about 60 thousand years old. But the main finds were megaliths - prehistoric structures made of large stone blocks, connected without the use of cement or lime mortar. The most interesting is the megalith, which looks like a man-made cave. This is a stone structure measuring 6 by 19 meters. It is as if cut into the rock and covered with massive slabs. Moreover, the weight of the largest plate is 17 tons. It was not easy for our distant ancestors to move it. It is more correct to call the megalith a dolmen - a burial box covered with a stone slab. It was in this dolmen that Vera allegedly lived. It consists of three chambers and a corridor, its dimensions are quite impressive, and inside you can stand up to your full height. On the megaliths of the island, the directions associated with the points of sunrise and sunset on the days of the equinoxes and solstices are fixed. Next to the megaliths is a stone mountain on which an iron cross is mounted. This mountain is not man-made, it is a remnant, but even today it attracts exalted visitors to the island. People climb the mountain, pray, tie bright rags there, leave food and money. Archaeologists believe that many thousands of years ago, the island of Vera was a sacred, holy place, a kind of religious center. At all times there were many religious buildings here, people came here for secret knowledge, worshiped the created sanctuaries. There are opinions that there are some bioenergetic strong points within the island. Therefore, people come here to feel inspiration, get rid of negative energy, recharge with positive emotions.

Stone Mahadi-Tash

The miraculous stone Mahadi-Tash is located in the Kunashaksky district near the village of Ust-Bagaryak at the junction of three regions - Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk and Kurgan (on a hillock, on the left bank of the Sinara River, a little higher than the village). According to the local population, this is a sacred stone; earlier it was surrounded by a small fence. Believers took care of this place: they cleaned the stone, removed the garbage. The fence has been gone for a long time, and there are not so many true believers left, but anyway, in dry weather, you can see women praying near the stone asking for rain. Mahadi-Tash does not create other miracles, but it helps with rain. A dent is also noticeable on it - the trace of St. Mahadi. They say about Mahadi that he was from the Mishar Tatars, who moved to this area from the Caucasus or the Volga. Whether it was a real person or not, it is now almost impossible to establish. There is also a legend that he descended from heaven to a stone near the river and performed the rite of ablution.

Cave Averkin Yama

Averkieva Pit Cave, or as it is called Averkina Cave in the common people, is one of the most mysterious and mysterious places in the Southern Urals. It is located near the Old Pier on the rocky bank of the Ai River. The entrance to the cave is a 20-meter gap, inside which there are two grottoes, as well as an underground lake with drinking water. The cave is named after the schismatic kerzhak Averky, who appeared on the banks of Ai more than 100 years ago. He lived in this cave for several years and then suddenly disappeared. There are other legends that Averky was a runaway convict hiding from the authorities. One way or another, according to legend, he was helped by local residents who brought food. Some even considered him a saint. Some called him the Ural Rasputin. According to another ingrained opinion, the remnants of the Pugachev army were hiding here until their death. The gold stolen by Yemelyan Pugachev was also hidden here. They even say that ancient coins were found in Averkieva Pit. Scientists discovered a cave near Satka in 1924. Then the expedition found a dilapidated stone staircase, a wooden door, a machine of unknown purpose, a bed and human bones. A little later, the remains of an ancient pipeline were found in the cave. One mystical story is connected with the cave. The locals know that she has two exits. According to beliefs, in Soviet times, two young men found one of the exits hidden by a stone and opened it. One of what he saw went crazy, the second was dumb.

Surroundings of Satka and Lake Zyuratkul

All sorts of legends and tales from time immemorial have been circulating about the vicinity of Satka. Here is the only alpine clean lake Zyuratkul on the western slope of the Ural Mountains. It is in these parts that the mysterious events associated with the appearance of UFOs and Bigfoot take place. People often disappear in these parts, and some of them wander in one place for several hours, or even days. In February 2001, a UFO in the form of a "luminous pulsating sphere" was even filmed on videotape.

Damn swamp near Miass

Damn swamp is a small lake overgrown with grass and shrubs, where various anomalies occur. Although the lake is small, it is impossible to approach it. Whoever tries, everyone is overcome by some inexplicable fear. Residents of nearby villages tell visiting ufologists that they often see subtle balls in the sky hovering over this swamp. Only a few days pass after such “reconnaissance”, and at night a mysterious glow appears here. And at least once every six months, the sky above the reservoir seems to be illuminated by a huge powerful searchlight. On such nights, the village dogs hide in their kennels with their tails between their legs. Livestock, on the contrary, rush about in barns and try to break free. Such mystical nights affect not only animals, but also modern electronic equipment.

Sugomak cave

Sugomak cave is the only cave in the Urals, formed in marble rock. This natural monument is located near the city of Kyshtym. The length of the cave is 123 meters. It is the main local attraction and is a cavity consisting of three grottoes, which are connected by narrow passages. The third grotto is partially filled with water. There, speleologists allegedly found small crustaceans unknown to science. And representatives of Kosmopoisk, with the help of an echo sounder, found at least three strange objects here under a layer of silt. The echo sounder showed that disc-shaped hollow structures of unclear origin lie in the lake at a depth of up to eight meters. Even under water there are flooded passages leading, in all likelihood, to new sections of the cave. According to one of the legends about the cave, there was an exit in the ceiling of the second grotto, which is now littered, according to another - there are exits in the southern part of Kasli and in the courtyard of the old Kyshtym hospital, according to the third - there are underwater routes to the Kasli lakes, and secret tunnels lead to the Kyshtym Demidov's house. They also say that Emelyan Pugachev was hiding in a cave, and the Old Believers lived before him, so the second grotto is called “Old Believer”. The most daring assumption was made by Fedor Konyaev in the book “The Urals and the Bible” (1927), moving the biblical scenes to the Southern Urals, proving that Noah moored on his ark to Mount Arakul, and not to Ararat, after which “Noah’s family went to live on Mount Sugomak and lived here in a cave.” The world-famous story of the Kyshtym Aleshenka is also connected with the Sugomak cave, supposedly he was born there, and then he went out to people. The mountain itself, in which the Sugomak cave is located, is considered a “place of power”. Local psychics come here to “recharge their energy”.

Kyshtym dwarf Aleshenka

The small town of Kyshtym is located 80 kilometers from Chelyabinsk. In 1996, an unusual story took place here, which has been worrying for many years not only Russian and foreign ufologists, but also lovers of the supernatural. Despite many understatements, this incredible story is distinguished from thousands of others by the presence of photo and video evidence of its veracity.

It all started in the summer of 1996, when a local pensioner picked up a strange humanoid creature not far from her house - only 25 centimeters tall. The stranger lived with her for two weeks, during which, the neighbors saw him, they confirm that Alyoshenka was alive, ate sweets and whistled. Eyewitnesses described him as follows: no genitals were found on his body. Alyoshenka didn’t even have a navel, his body was gray-green, “like the screen of a turned off TV.” His head, reminiscent of a pointed ancient Russian helmet, was, as it were, made up of four petals. There was a small wrinkle in the middle of the face, hardly separating two huge eyes with catlike vertical pupils. By the way, these eyes did not close for centuries, but seemed to tumble into the inside of the head. In place of the ears, the creature had tiny holes. The mouth was a slit-like slit with two small teeth and a clearly atrophied lower jaw. But the arms and legs were much more mobile than humans, thanks to the special structure of the joints, long fingers ended in claws.

When the condition of the pensioner worsened, she was taken to the hospital, and Alyoshenka stayed at home. Left in an empty house without the minimal care that his grandmother gave him, the "baby" died. But the house, although sealed, became a godsend for the unemployed partner of the daughter-in-law, who traded in the theft and resale of scrap metal. He climbed into the house and found a tiny corpse there, already dotted with some kind of larvae. He really liked the “curiosity”, and the man washed it, removed all the insides, “dried it in the sun” and put it in the refrigerator. Alyoshenka was discovered by the police during a search. After it was established that the creature does not belong to the human race, the criminal case on his murder was closed.

The Kyshtym dwarf Alyoshenka himself was taken home by the investigator and placed in a freezer. However, the investigator could not stop without knowing exactly what kind of creature it was and where it came from on Earth. For a more accurate answer to his questions, an expensive DNA examination was needed. Unfortunately, at that time it was not possible to conduct this study. But the investigator's wife began to resent the fact that there was a corpse in her refrigerator, and the man had to give the body to unknown persons who introduced themselves as researchers of paranormal beings. The further fate of the alien is shrouded in darkness. It was not possible to find those people, and one can only guess where the Kyshtym dwarf Alyosha is now. The mystery of its origin is still of interest to millions of people. Unknown sources report that a DNA examination was nevertheless carried out. According to the results of this study, it became known that Aleshenka, the Kyshtym dwarf, was actually a mutated human embryo.

As it turned out, only female chromosomes are present in its DNA. And this means that Alyoshenka is not a boy at all, but a girl. The fact that this creature is significantly different from humans, scientists attributed to radiation, which is increased in the area where it was found. The cause of radiation contamination was the Chelyabinsk accident, which happened in 1957. Therefore, experts do not deny the possibility of a gene mutation that the Kyshtym dwarf could have suffered. According to ufologists from Kosmopoisk, Kyshtym is one of the most popular cities in the world among aliens. Every year, locals see dozens of unexplained phenomena and UFOs. Creatures like Aleshenka were also found in South America. The last time a “relative” of the “Kyshtym alien” was discovered in Chile in 2003.

Devil's Gate (Dragon Wings, Stone Gate)

They are located on the northwestern spur of Mount Teploya (height 615 m). The rocks are elongated stone ridge on the top of the mountain. But the attention of tourists is attracted by a stone remnant with an arch. The path will lead you to it. The height of the rocks, composed of granite-gneisses, reaches about 10 meters. The mountain is surrounded mainly by birch forest - a consequence of frequent cuttings. The main "chip" is an oval-shaped through hole, formed as a result of the weathering of rocks. The rock in this place turned out to be less stable, so it gradually collapsed under the influence of wind and water. The height of the arch is almost the height of a person. You can enter it from the south side. To the north, the rock breaks vertically. Once the Stone Gate was considered a sacred place where wishes come true. From time immemorial, hunters have come here to beg for good luck, to make their weapons more accurate and deadly. Nowadays, people go here to look, to be surprised by the rock, as well as the magnificent views that open from the mountain to the surroundings. Admirers of esoteric teachings claim that the rock is still a kind of energy point - a “place of power”. Also, equipment fails here, batteries run out, people get lost and other mystical phenomena occur.

Mountain and Lake Sugomak

Not far from Kyshtym there is a low mountain with a bald rocky peak. The height of Mount Sugomak is close to 600 meters above sea level. An interesting fact is that the mountain has not one, but three peaks. There is a saying among the locals: "The first hillock, the second hillock, the third - the mountain." Many consider Mount Sugomak miraculous, the so-called "place of power", which heals, fills with health and energy. There are many variations of the legend about a strong and courageous batyr named Sugomak and a beautiful girl Egoza. But the main plot line boils down to the fact that the relatives of the lovers are against their union, they belong to two warring families.

Despite all the prohibitions and obstacles, Sugomak and Egoza began to live together far from their tribes. But this decision only increased the hostility of their relatives to each other. Then the young man and the girl turned to the gods for help. They pleaded for peace and harmony. The wish came true, but at what cost: the gods turned the lovers into two mountains (Sugomak and Egoza), standing side by side. And the tears that they shed from unhappy love formed the most beautiful lake Sugomak. They say that Bashkirs still believe in the magical power of the lake and try to come here with their newborns to dip them in the waters of the lake. Perhaps they dream of their sons becoming as strong as Sugomak, and their daughters as beautiful as Egoza. The legend says that the poet and batyr Salavat Yulaev appeared among the Bashkirs precisely because his mother bathed him as a newborn in Lake Sugomak

Arakul Shikhans

Arakul Shikhany, often referred to simply as Shikhany, is a granite rock massif of the Middle Urals, the southernmost and highest (more than 40 meters). Shikhany got its name from the dialectism "shikhan", widespread in the Southern Urals, and the name of the Bashkir tribal group "uvan" - "high cone-shaped mountain". The length of the stone ridge, composed of granites, is more than two kilometers. The height of the sheer cliffs reaches 60 meters, and the width of the crest is up to 40-50 meters. They are composed of huge granite slabs and boulders, hewn for centuries by the elements, which gives them an aged and majestic look. Shihan resembles in appearance the Chinese wall or an impregnable fortress. Archaeologists have found several sites of ancient man (of the Bronze Age and the Early Iron Age) near the rocks, in total - 13 archaeological sites. The age of the finds varies from the Eneolithic to the second half of the 19th century. Of particular interest are man-made depressions located at the top of the ridge. The diameter of such bowls reaches two meters, and the depth reaches a meter.

According to one version, our distant ancestors performed sacrificial rites and made ritual bonfires in these stone bowls. In addition, this place is rich in legends about a certain Babka Shikhanka, who lives in the Arakul Shikhany. Rumor has it that an evil spirit, taking the form of a weak old woman, roams the mountains and brings trouble to tourists. Meeting her does not bode well. Rumor has it that those who saw Babka Shikhanka only have time to tell about their meeting, and then they certainly die. Of course, under the most mysterious circumstances.

Mount Iremel

Mount Iremel is located on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, but on the border with the Chelyabinsk region, from which it is easier to get to the mountain. Iremel is the second highest peak in the Southern Urals. The Bashkirs have long considered the mountain sacred. For ordinary people, it was closed to the public. Iremel has its own mysterious history. The name of the mountain came to us from time immemorial, as it was called by the Turks who inhabited these lands (ancestors of modern Bashkirs). Translated from the ancient Turkic, the word "Iremel" means "a place that gives strength to a person", and the name of the village of Tyulyuk, located at the foot of the mountain (founded two centuries ago), is translated as "desire". It is because of the proximity of Tyulyuk to Iremel that the legend originates that allegedly any desires come true on the top of the mountain, it is enough just to bring a gift to the spirits of the mountain. In ancient times, human souls were brought to spirits. According to legend, the priests of the ancient peoples performed bloody sacrifices on the top of the mountain in order to appease the gods and beg them for a rich harvest. Nowadays, the mountain is of great interest not only among tourists, but also among esotericists. Sports tourists, nomadic esoterics and just curious people have recently flooded the mountain. Someone jokingly, someone in all seriousness, tell their stories about Iremel. Some believe that this is a "portal", "energy center" and come here to "charge". The most common joke of the mountain is the disappearance, and then the sudden appearance of things of tourists or the inability to leave home. It is believed that spirits lead people, forcing them to stray "in three pines." Ufologists, who are also quite numerous, claim that there is an underground UFO base somewhere here and claim that they regularly see “flying saucers”. Sorcerers and psychics come here to collect magical plants. For example, only here grows listed in the Red Book - "Rhodiola pink Iremelskaya" (Rhodiola Iremelica). This plant, which is also called the "golden root", is part of many alchemical recipes for immortality. Some put Iremel on a par with such iconic peaks as Kailash in Tibet and Belukha in Altai. Psychics claim that there is a very strong energy here. They refer Iremel to places of power.

Ridge Moskal (Vedmina Gora)

The Moskal Ridge is located on the territory of the Zyuratkul National Park, in the southwest of the lake of the same name, in the Satka district. To the west of the ridge is the valley of the Malaya Satka River, and behind it is the Bolshaya Suka ridge (accent on the last syllable). In the north, the Zyuratkul ridge is, as it were, a continuation. The meaning of the word "moskal", "maskal" is derived not from the popular name of Russians among some fraternal peoples, but from the Bashkir "meskey" - "witch". Hence its second name - Witch Mountain. Among the mountain ranges of the ridge, geologists discovered a unique paleovolcano, and in its mouth - a real underground pantry. There are more than 70 minerals in the Moskal "box". And this is in an area of just one square kilometer. Admirers of esoteric teachings compare the Moskal ridge with Tibet, and Mount Big Kalagaza with the sacred Mount Kailash. Imperceptible to the uninitiated, flows of energy, according to them, are downright pouring in these places. The peace and quiet of the surrounding areas contributes to spiritual relaxation, meditation and self-contemplation.

Nurgush mountain range

The Nurgush Ridge is one of the most beautiful places in the Southern Urals, which means a radiant (bright, magnificent) bird. This place is one of the most visited by tourists. The main peak of the Bolshoy Nurgush ridge (1406 meters) is the highest point of the Chelyabinsk region. According to tourists and hunters, as well as employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, UFOs can be observed periodically in the sky above the mountain, and in the surrounding forests you can meet Bigfoot, whom Vitaly Cherentsov, a local historian from Satka, told about meetings with in the pages of his book. It was in the vicinity of Nurgush that the cryptozoologist from Chelyabinsk, Nikolai Avdeev, was lucky enough to take a picture of Bigfoot, but like all materials on this topic, the picture turned out to be blurry and poorly informative. A mysterious and tragic story happened in 2001. When climbing to the top, a 10-year-old boy, Rostislav, disappeared. He climbed with the group from Zyuratkul, where they had a tourist camp, but got tired in the middle of the way and asked to go back to the camp. Nobody saw him again. The boy was searched for a whole year by many search groups, they searched very carefully, they combed everything, but alas, he disappeared without a trace. According to the parents, where they just did not turn, including to clairvoyants. Nobody thinks the boy is dead. If he had died, the dogs would certainly have picked up the trail and found the place. In a word, a mystery.

St. Simeonovsky (Novo-Tikhvinsky) Monastery

The mysterious, anomalous church, popularly referred to as the Church of Freedom (Kasli district), is a place where devices fail, the compass does not work, in the dungeons of which there is a secret that six nuns were not given out and were shot, whose souls still hover in the vicinity of the church. It is here, according to assurances, that the revival of human civilization will take place. Geophysicists with their instruments, coupled with dowsers with their frames, walked around the contours of the cathedral and received signals about the presence of underground galleries. Detailed studies were carried out on the site in front of the apse. It turned out that two underground passages come out from under the altar hall of the temple at an angle to each other. Their general direction is deep into the once densely built-up monastic territory. This direction is consistent with the location of some dry wells, as if they, these wells, are either ventilation devices or exits from the dungeons.

The miraculous grave of Blessed Evdokia Makhankova (Saint Dunyasha)

The grave of Evdokia Makhankova, better known to the people as Saint Dunyasha (Dunyushka), turned the small village of Chudinovo in the Oktyabrsky district into a place of pilgrimage. People come here not only from the Chelyabinsk region, but also from other regions. Evdokia Makhankova has not been canonized to date, documents are being collected to classify her as a saint. But many already consider her a saint for her righteous lifestyle and for the fact that she will grant miraculous healing after her death. Many come to Dunyasha just for help, someone just wants to bow to the grave of the local righteous woman. Information is passed from mouth to mouth that it is quite easy to find this place in the cemetery: they go there so often that the path to the grave is always well trodden and cleaned. And being close to the healing grave, many feel more at ease; someone notes that the problems that used to put pressure on the heart are starting to go away. Most often, families come to the martyr asking their child to recover, as well as women who cannot become pregnant. There is no need to bring photographs to Dunyasha's grave - they say that Dunyasha herself will understand who needs help and in what way. At the same time, Dunyasha is picky and will not help someone who is “unpleasant” to her. They notice that strange things often happen during a visit to Dunyushka's grave. For example, suddenly the sun begins to shine brightly during the rain.

Kiselevskaya cave

This cave is a natural monument of regional significance. It is located four kilometers from the city of Asha. The cave begins with a small narrow opening and an oblique downward passage leading to the grotto of wintering bats. It is followed by a whole chain of large grottoes, interconnected by short passages: Musical, Manege, Temperature Anomaly, Organ Hall, Empty, Pearl, Banquet Hall. Each has its own morphology and its own characteristics. The largest is the Banquet Hall. Its length is 100 m, its width is from 10 to 40 m, and the ceiling height is from 2 to 10 m. Ice stalactites of various heights and snow crystals form in the cave in winter. But not only this natural phenomenon can attract tourists Kiselevskaya cave. According to scientists, different lighting effects occur in the cave for inexplicable reasons. In addition, there are eyewitnesses who testify that time warp often occurs in the cave.

Archaeological complex Arkaim causes different assessments. Some consider it just a monument of the Bronze Age, others are sure that this is evidence of the power of an ancient civilization.

chance find

Arkaim, located in the Chelyabinsk region, is considered one of the most significant archaeological sites in Russia, largely because for scientists it is still a big mystery. Despite the fact that Arkaim is called a city, in appearance it is completely inconspicuous. Archaeologists could not see it: only schoolchildren drew the attention of scientists to unusual reliefs.

In 1987, for the needs of the local irrigation system, it was necessary to build a reservoir. According to the rules, before such a plan of work, it was required to explore the area for archaeological finds. Having started excavations at the site of the discovered elevations, the scientists realized that they had come across something very remarkable.

Despite the indisputable archaeological value of the find, the authorities were going to flood the construction zone of the irrigation system. Only thanks to the intervention of the Director of the Hermitage, Boris Piotrovsky, was it possible to defend this unique historical object. In 1991, the territory around the settlement was declared a protected area, joining the complex to the Ilmen mineralogical reserve as a branch.

The Arkaim settlement is located on a cape at the confluence of the Bolshaya Karaganka and Utyaganka rivers, its diameter is about 170 meters. The object got its name from the height dominating the area, which is located 4 km south of the archaeological site. It is assumed that the toponym "Arkaim" has a Turkic etymology and is translated as "ridge", "back", "base".

"Land of Cities"

Large-scale excavations in Arkaim began in 1991. A group of archaeologists led by Gennady Zdanovich unearthed about half (about 8,000 m²) of the area of the settlement. The study of the monument was carried out using natural-scientific methods - paleosoil, geological-mineralogical, geological-morphological, as well as using radiocarbon dating.

The part of the object that remained in the ground was investigated using archeomagnetic methods. Here, for the first time in the Trans-Urals, the method of reconstruction was applied and drawings of a possible type of settlement were made. As a result, scientists managed to completely restore the layout of the settlement.

The monument turned out to be rich in all kinds of archaeological finds. Human remains (burials of babies in the walls of dwellings) and domestic animals, harness and handicraft tools, molds for casting metal products and fragments of chariots were found here. In addition, water supply and storm sewers were identified.

In addition to the settlement itself, several dozens of unfortified ancient settlements were discovered nearby, which gave archaeologists a reason to call the entire complex the "Land of Cities". After examining the skulls, scientists found that the inhabitants of the settlement belonged to the Caucasoid race. Radiocarbon analysis has shown that the age of the structures can range from 3600 to 3900 years.

walled city

The uniqueness of Arkaim is not so much in its antiquity as in the concept. Archaeologists claim that the city was built according to a premeditated plan, with a complex and multifunctional architecture.

Arkaim was a wooden fortress consisting of two "apartment" houses. The thickness of its walls reached five meters, the height - more than eight meters. The city had complex fortifications and engineering structures. There were foundry workshops where bronze was produced. However, the history of the origin of the city remains a mystery.

According to one of the most common versions, the city was the spiritual center of the peoples living here, priests lived and performed rituals here, their fellow tribesmen gathered here for sacred festivities. In the center of the settlement there was a square, which served as an open-air temple.

According to archaeologists, Arkaim also served as a military garrison: during the raids of nomads, the entire population of the district flocked under its protection. In addition to the cult center and the garrison, the city had territories occupied by industrial premises. How long Arkaim existed is unknown. Its walls, according to scientists, did not know the traces of the assault. However, it was found that there was a major fire in the city, as a result of which Arkaim completely burned out.

Tourists going to Arkaim are usually disappointed. When you are close to the complex, you will not really see anything. The outlines of the ancient settlement appear only from a bird's eye view.

"Place of Power"

Arkaim is of interest not only to scientists, but also to followers of alternative history and esoteric teachings. The first step towards the non-scientific development of Arkaim was taken back in 1991, when astrologer Tamara Globa visited the excavation site.

Supporters of esoteric teachings recognize Arkaim as a “place of power”, adherents of alternative history call it the “ancestral home of the Slavs” and even the “cradle of civilization”. Someone says that there was an ancient observatory here, someone is looking for sacred knowledge left by the ancient Aryans here.

Particularly greedy for mysticism come here in search of anomalous phenomena, and sometimes their overheated imagination is really able to see a miracle. Perhaps the most daring hypothesis declares Arkaim the birthplace of Zarathustra.

However, adherents of traditional science note that the level of development of the "Arkaim civilization", described in the publications of esotericists, usually appears to be significantly overestimated compared to the real state of affairs.

Nevertheless, the appearance of Arkaim forced historians to reconsider their ideas about the Bronze Age in Russia. It is quite obvious that Siberia 3 thousand years ago was by no means the backyard of world civilization: a high level of metallurgy assigned this region a prominent place in the cultural space from the Mediterranean to Altai.

In order to meet with aliens, tourists do not have to save money for a flight into space. As it turned out, supernatural phenomena, ghosts, UFOs and other miracles in the Chelyabinsk region are not so rare. The list of "anomalous zones" of the Ural region was created by employees of the Middle Urals Research Group "Ekaterinburg-Kosmopoisk". The collection of wonders of the Urals includes more than 50 points on the maps of the Tyumen, Kurgan, Perm, Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions, as well as the Republic of Bashkiria. In their work, the participants of Kosmopoisk collected and summarized the stories of local residents, local legends, as well as operational reports of law enforcement officers.

Many anomalous zones have been discovered in the Chelyabinsk region. The most frequently mentioned of them is Arkaim. Recall that this is an ancient settlement located in the south of the region in a foothill valley near the eastern slopes of the Ural Mountains.
In legends, this place is called the main spiritual center of ancient Siberia and the Urals. Following the scientists, psychics, prophets, members of various religious sects, and just people eager for healing and enlightenment reached Arkaim. All of them unanimously declare the unusualness and strength of the local energy. In Arkaim, in fact, various energy phenomena are not uncommon. By the way, they have not only a fantastic, but also a completely scientific geophysical explanation: Arkaim stands on the site of a once active paleovolcano.

now it is already recognized: here is the ancestral home of the ancient Aryans, which scientists have been looking for for so long in a vast territory from the Danube steppes to the Irtysh region; here happened on the verge of the III - II millennium BC. Long ago "calculated" by linguists, the division of the Aryans into two branches - Indo-Iranian and Iranian ... And some of the scientists so restrained in their assumptions are even ready to declare these places the birthplace of Zarathushtra, the creator of the sacred hymns of the Avesta, as legendary as Buddha or Mahomet. Wow sounds: Zarathushtra - Urals, our fellow countryman?!

But even if you hold back your imagination and slow down your emotions, then even then the South Ural find of archaeologists borders on a miracle. After all, this is one of those discoveries that force scientists to re-examine for decades - if not centuries - the built-up system of views on a vast and philosophically important area of research. The appearance of Arkaim forced historians to change their ideas about the Bronze Age on the territory of the Ural-Kazakhstan steppes. Now it turned out that they were not the backyards of the world entering the era of civilization: the high level of development of metallurgy provided this region with a very prominent place in the cultural space stretching from the Mediterranean to present-day Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Mysterious places and anomalous zones of the Chelyabinsk region

TAMERLAN TOWER
Another South Ural anomaly is the Tower of Tamerlane or the Kesene Mausoleum. This is one of the oldest fortress-type structures located in the Urals, which is located in the steppe near the village of Varna, southeast of Chelyabinsk. It is assumed that the redbrick tower of extraordinary strength was built no later than the 14th century. Historians are still arguing about the purpose of the majestic tower-mausoleum, who cannot come to a consensus.

Mount Kruglitsa
The highest point of all (1178 m above sea level).
It is located 19 km northeast of Zlatoust.
Distance from Chelyabinsk - 140 km, from Yekaterinburg - 260 km.

Ilmeny - Turgoyak - Taganay - Urenga. Chrysostom. Coordinates: 55.316667° N sh. 59.833333° E d.
The mountain got its name for its characteristic rounded shape. The top of the Kruglitsa is called the Bashkir hat for its resemblance to the Turkic headdress. Also, Kruglitsa is also called Kruglyaya Sopka, Krugliy Taganay and even Mandarin Hat for the characteristic bump on the very top.
Mount Kruglitsa was described by Nicholas Roerich as a point of contact with the Cosmic Mind, like Mount Belukha in Altai, and Mount Elbrus in the Caucasus. At the top of the mountain, in his opinion, is the focal point of the Temple of Light.
Kruglitsa is much lower than its two sisters in height, the conditions for staying here are much more comfortable. Having climbed in, you need to sit comfortably and by all means take in the cosmic energy for a couple of hours. Long enough.
From Kruglitsa you can admire Zlatoust, the Otkliknaya ridge, Mount Itsyl,. You can see from there in good weather and Lake Turgoyak with the city of Miass.

A giant geoglyph was found near the lake.

Lake Zyuratkul

The origin of the toponym is from the Bashkir Yurak-Kul. Yurak or yöräk means heart.

Russian scientist-encyclopedist Peter Pallas wrote: “In the corner between them there is a mediocre mountain Satka-Tau, which seems to be a separated part of a large and spacious mountain Yurak-Tau lying up the Bolshaya Satka to the south ...

Yurak-Tau means heart-mountain, and it seems that it got its name because of the towering blunt top, which is completely bare and stony. On this mountain lies the memorable lake Yurak-Kul, into which many streams flow and from which Bolshaya Satka flows. Over time, Yurak-Kul was transformed into Zyurak-Kul, and then Zyuratkul. There is also another version of the origin of the name of the reservoir. Not far from it is an old cemetery, so it is called Zyuratkul - Lake near the cemetery (Bashk. Zyurat - cemetery, Bashk. Kul - lake.

In the State Water Register of the Russian Federation, Lake Zyuratkul is called Lake Zyurat-Kul, on state topographic maps -

GEOGLYPH ON ZYURATKUL LAKE

A huge geoglyph in the form of an elk or a deer has been discovered in Russia, which may be thousands of years older than the famous Nazca lines in Peru. The construction of stones is located in the area of Lake Zyuratkul in the Satka district of the Chelyabinsk region (Southern Urals). In the photographs, one can distinguish an elongated muzzle, four legs and two horns. Satellite imagery from 2007 on Google Earth also hints at a tail, but it's not as clear on newer images.

SULEIA
Residents of the village of Suleya in the Satka district often encounter a "snowman" in the forest. There is also a swamp not far from Sulei, which is notorious: hairy creatures are also seen there. Catching sight of them is considered a bad omen...

CAVES
The ancient underground city-ensemble Sikiyaz-Tamak on the banks of the Ai River contains 43 karst cavities of various sizes and shapes: caves, rocky sheds and bridges, buried and semi-buried caves. Traces of human presence of all historical epochs were found here. No similar finds have been found in Russia.

SINTASHTA
The ancient ruins of the semi-legendary city of Sintashta and the burial mounds of the ancient Aryans were discovered in the 70s of the last century. Sintashta was repeatedly mentioned in ancient legends, and now some researchers consider it a mystical and spiritual place.

SUGOMAK CAVE
The Sugomak cave is located on the eastern slope of Mount Sugomak, five kilometers from Kyshtym. The echo sounder showed that disc-shaped hollow structures of unclear origin lie in the lake at a depth of up to 8 meters. Even under water there are flooded passages leading, in all likelihood, to new sections of the cave. In the Urals, the Sugomak cave is the only cavity carved into marble by water. The mountain itself, in which the Sugomak cave is located, is considered a “place of power”. Local psychics come here to “recharge their energy”.

Spring of St. Aulia
It is located near Chebarkul near Aushkul Lake and the village of Starobairamgulovo. Beats from under the mountain Aushkul.
Distance from Chebarkul - 60 km, from Chelyabinsk - 140 km, from Ufa - 250 km.
- Turgoyak - Taganay - Urenga. Chebarkul. Coordinates: 54°43"12"N 59°42"19"E
The source is located about 200 meters above the ground and you can reach it along the gentle slope of Mount Aushtau (Aush-Tash). Further, a steep road leads to the top of the mountain, the height of which is 646 meters. There are pavilions for prayers, which are constantly full of Muslims, and three graves lined with stones.
On one of the graves there is a granite slab with an inscription in ancient Arabic: "This is a preacher of faith - Sheikh Muhammet Mignan Alusa - 1258 during the time of Berke Khan - the state of Berke Khan." The plate was brought from Bishkek in 1905 and installed instead of the previously existing one. Nearby are the graves of saints Aulia and Divana. This is how the classical Islamic triad was formed: Sheikh - teacher, Auliya - saint, Divana - blessed. The mountain and its shrines are known to Muslims all over the world. In Bashkir, the source is called Auliya shishmakhe (Әүliә shishmәһе), which means “Source of the Holy” in translation.

Every year, in the spring...
The Aulia spring flows only once a year, in the spring when the snow melts. It starts in May and lasts only about three weeks. The spring water is very soft. Many people notice the healing properties of the spring water: it normalizes metabolism, increases physical and mental performance, strengthens the immune system and slows down the aging process. Do not count all the diseases from which the water of St. Aulia helps people - psoriasis, kidney stones and gallbladder, allergies, heart disease ...
For many years, thousands of people come to the spring in spring to stock up on healing water. Every year, thousands of pilgrims from all over Russia and even from other states come to Mount Aushtau (Aush-Tash). Sometimes the healing spring beats for a whole month. The water in the source can also be found at other times of the year, but it is believed that it does not have the healing power that May.

LAKE SHAITANKA
The lake with the ominous name Shaitanka is located near Asha. It is remarkable, as usual, for its furious legends. So, according to one of them, the reservoir is considered bottomless (officially they say about a depth of 200 meters), according to another, a certain “monster” lives in its depths, and the third ascribes frequent UFO sightings to the lake. In fact, it is difficult to say whether the place is "anomalous", or if it's just myths.

For example, sometimes underground waters begin to rise sharply and splash out, as it were, over the edge of Shaitanka, flooding the area with peat mass, emitting an unbearable stench. At the same time, the water in the lake seems to boil. All these phenomena were previously associated with the machinations of evil spirits, and therefore they gave the lake the appropriate name. And now the locals, who are already quite savvy in matters of esotericism and extrasensory perception, say that there is bad energy there.

Mount Yurma
The extreme northern point of the Southern Urals. The mountain belongs to
Distance from Karabash - 8 km, from Chelyabinsk - 90 km, from Miass - 55 km, from Ekatenrinburg - 180 km.
Lake District. Karabash. Coordinates: 55°30′36″N 60°0′27″E
Mount Yurma is located north of the Bolshoi Taganay ridge. At the same time, Yurma is the southernmost and highest peak of the Yurma Range of the same name. The height of Yurma is 1009 meters above sea level.
It is customary to draw the northern border of the Southern Urals along it.

From the Bashkir most often the word "Yurma" is translated as "Do not go." It is in such an imperative mood. According to one version, this name is connected with the fact that in the old days the places around Yurma were very difficult to walk. Swamps and dense forest. Therefore, it was not easy to get close to Yurma.
According to another version, Yurma was a sacred and forbidden mountain. Therefore, not everyone was allowed to climb it. In this case, Yurma is no different from Iremel, who was also forbidden for a long time.
There is also a version that derives the name Yurma from the Bashkir "yurma" - "dense forest", as well as from the name of the Bashkir tribe Yurmaty. A ridge with this name exists between the Belaya and Nugush rivers.
The Yurma mountain and ridge are very popular with tourists. Climbing it is made, of course, not as often as Taganay, but still the folk trail to Yurma does not overgrow.
At the top of the plateau, overgrown with a low, "park" forest. Near Yurma there are numerous rocky remains that attract tourists even more than the mountain itself. For example, two rocks, called the Devil's Gate, located on the slope of Yurma, are widely known and popular.

Miass anomalous zone
The zone is located in the region of the Ural ridge near the city of the same name. Getting into this zone, tourists feel an attack of inexplicable horror.
Distance from Chelyabinsk - 115 km, from Yekaterinburg - 220 km, from Ufa - 282 km.
- Turgoyak - Taganay - Urenga. Miass. Coordinates: 55°5′54″N 60°6′10″E
Since the beginning of the XIX century. in the vicinity of Miass, mining, gold and marble are being mined.
Numerous tourists, travelers, local residents and researchers of the Urals have repeatedly reported attacks of inexplicable horror that attacked them in a certain place. Geologists associate anomalous manifestations with karst failures, experts in anomalous zones attribute the inexplicable proximity of the V.P. Makeev State Rocket Center.
In this center, the “Kozyrev mirrors”, which later became famous, were opened - a kind of apparatus for traveling to other worlds.
Engineers built a unique "cosmodrome" in Miass to test this apparatus, which is a set of spiral mirror planes. Many researchers believe that this device has a great future. However, not a single experiment was completed. During the experiments, the subjects experienced strange psychophysical sensations, felt transported to other worlds and times, after which they had a feeling of some kind of danger and the experiment was always interrupted.
Anomaly specialists believe that the emergence of an anomalous zone in the Miass region was a side effect of the invention of a unique apparatus.

Grave of Evdokia Makhankova (Saint Dunyasha)
The miraculous grave of Blessed Evdokia Makhankova.
Located in the village of Chudinovo, Oktyabrsky district.
Distance to Chelyabinsk - 70 km, from Oktyabrsky - 30 km, from Yekaterinburg - 280 km, from Orsk - 480 km.

Information is passed from mouth to mouth about how Dunyasha helped in healing illnesses, having children, finding a family, financial and housing issues.
The grave of Evdokia is located in the old village cemetery of the village of Chudinovo. A mini-chapel was erected around it. The chapel appeared here through the efforts of enthusiasts who repeatedly came here and knew that the grave was in no way protected from snow, wind, rain, and the scorching sun. It was decided to build a chapel in the form of a large greenhouse. It is warm, light and dry. In addition, the area around the grave was ennobled - a path to the grave was laid out, a garden was laid out.

The mysterious, anomalous church, popularly referred to simply as the Church of Freedom, is a place where devices fail, the compass does not work, in the dungeons of which there is a secret that six nuns were not given out and were shot, whose souls still hover in the vicinity of the church.

Moving stone in Mezhozersk
An unusual stone is located in the Verkhneuralsk region, near the village of Mezhozerny.
There is an interesting stone in the Verkhneuralsk region - it turns. One of the tourists accidentally drew attention to this: “Somehow I was sitting on it, and when I got there after about a year, I noticed that the stone had risen. Came another six months later - the stone has changed its position even more. Stood even more upright. The stone is elliptical in shape, of decent size, it cannot be turned by hand ... "
There are no legends or legends about the stone and this place either. At present, the stone, once lying flat on the ground, has stood up almost vertically. Although, according to the law of gravity, on the contrary, it should rather lean towards the ground. If Vladimir Shibeko, who wrote to us a few years ago, could sit quietly on this cobblestone, now it is almost impossible to do so.

Mount Leshachya
It is located in the Karagai forest approximately in the middle of the steppe zone of the plains beyond the Urals of the Chelyabinsk region, along the sixtieth meridian, where the Ural-Tobolsk watershed passes.
Distance from Verkhneuralsk - 44 km, from Chelyabinsk - 160 km, from Magnitogorsk - 90 km.
Here, in many places, large granite-gneiss massifs are exposed, up to 350 m high, and sometimes up to 450 m above sea level and often covered with pine forests, and in depressions with birch pegs.
Almost in the very center of the forest is Mount Leshachya, the height above sea level is 514 m.
The mountain is notable for the fact that it is literally covered with various kinds of legends and myths. According to popular legends, witches held their sabbats on the top of the mountain, witches came from everywhere and celebrated their rituals on the appointed day.
For example, before the revolution, on the eve of the holidays of Kolyada and Ivan Kupala, guards were specially posted around the mountain to prevent women who were going to perform pagan rites here.
Interest was also aroused by the stories of tourists that navigation equipment on the top of the mountain was failing.

Kiselevskaya, cave, geological and geomorphological natural monument of regional significance (since 1985).

Horizontal grotto-type karst cavity of complex shape.

It is laid down in an array of light gray Paleozoic limestones of the Upper Devonian - Lower Carboniferous.

It is located on the right bank of the Sim River, 4 km northeast of the Ashi railway station.

The entrance to the cave is located at the bottom of a 7.5x9 m deep corrosion sinkhole formed on the eastern slope of the Kiselevsky ravine at a height of about 70 m from the bed of the stream flowing here. The narrow, irregular inlet, 0.6x1.5 m in size, is oriented to the west; right behind it opens the 1st grotto of the cave (Wintering Bats). The length of the grotto is 35 m, the width is up to 10 m, the maximum height is 20 m. In the cold season, numerous ice stalactites and stalagmites (up to 50-70 cm high) form in the grotto, the walls are covered with snow crystals.

The cave is marked by various anomalous phenomena. According to the stories of speleologists, they saw different lighting effects in the cave, supposedly there are distortions in the perception of time.

Rock Stone Gate
Rock of a bizarre shape near Kyshtym.
It is located in the south of a small ridge, at the western tip of Mount Teplaya.
Distance from Chelyabinsk - 95 km, from Kyshtym - 20 km, from Karabash - 15 km.
Lake District. Kyshtym. Coordinates: N 55° 38.922" E 60° 17.021"

This miracle of nature is composed of granite-gneisses, which, in the process of weathering, formed a window in the rock monolith. By the appearance and structure of gneisses, it can be assumed that the Gates have existed in this form for more than one millennium.
The stone gates are also called the Dragon-stone, the Wings of the Dragon, the Perforated Stone - all this is one and the same rocky outcrop on Mount Warm. The origin of all these names is explained by the shape of the rock and human fantasy. The name Stone Gate is considered the most ancient, and all the others are relatively modern.
Once the Stone Gate was considered a sacred place where wishes come true. From time immemorial, hunters have come here to beg for good luck, to make their weapons more accurate and deadly. Now people go here to look, to be surprised by the rock, as well as the magnificent views that open from the mountain to the surroundings. Fans of esoteric teachings claim that the rock is still a kind of energy point - a "place of power."

Although territorially located in Bashkiria, but in terms of its significance, it is one of the most famous natural monuments of the entire Urals. You can go to Iremel from the side of the Chelyabinsk region. Since ancient times, peoples and tribes have singled out Iremel among other peaks and treated it with special respect. However, everything is in order, first I will give brief geographical information: the Iremel mountain range is located in the northeast of the Uchalinsky district. A small section of the border with the Chelyabinsk region runs tangentially to the northern and western edge of the base of the mountain. Iremel is located in the zone of the highest elevations and is included in the Ural-Tau axial ridge. There are Big and Small Iremel, which rise on a common foundation of an array oriented in relation to the cardinal points from northeast to southwest with a total length of approximately 13 km. Mount Big Iremel has a height of 1582 meters (Peak "Boar") and is the second highest point in the Southern Urals (second only to Yaman-Tau - 1640 m.). The slopes and peaks of Iremel rise above the boundaries of the forest belt and represent the subalpine and alpine belt. (height 1449 m) are separated by a characteristic saddle about a kilometer wide.

In the ancient Bashkir folk epic, you can read about how Mount Iremel arose. In it, the main character Ural-Batyr fights with the padishah Azraki and his army: divas (ie evil spirits) and dragons. Having destroyed everyone, Ural-Batyr piled their fallen bodies into heaps, which later became the Ural Mountains. Iremel turned out to be the biggest pile. During the confrontation, the hero died from poisoning, and his children had to pick up swords. According to legend, they cut Iremel, and the rivers flowed out of it: Belaya and Ural.
Legends are legends, but the Russian settlers who began to populate the Chelyabinsk region treated the mountain with no less respect than the locals. And as some clergymen note, before the revolution, no one was surprised that in a dry year people gathered and went in procession to ask for rain on Iremel.
There are plenty of wonderful stories and rumors today. Sports tourists, nomadic esoterics and just curious people have recently flooded the mountain. Someone jokingly, someone in all seriousness, tell their stories about Iremel. Some believe that this is a "portal", "energy center" and come here to "charge". Others believe that in ancient times Iremel was used for human sacrifices by the servants of dark cults and they are looking for ancient temples here. Ufologists, who are also quite numerous, claim that there is an underground UFO base somewhere here and claim that they regularly see “flying saucers”. Sorcerers and psychics come to Iremel to collect magical plants. For example, only here grows listed in the Red Book - "Rhodiola pink Iremelskaya" (Rhodiola Iremelica). This plant, which is also called the "golden root", is part of many alchemical recipes for immortality.
It is highly discouraged to stay at the top overnight…

Humanoid Alyoshenka (Kyshtym)
A strange humanoid creature was found in 1996 in a village near Kyshtym. The local lunatic was the first to discover the humanoid. “Walking” around the cemetery at night, she saw a lonely baby next to the graveyard and decided to take him home.
Lake District. Kyshtym. Coordinates: 55°42′20″N 60°32′51″E
The old woman named him "Alyoshenka" and began to take care of the humanoid creature, as if he were an adopted son.

After the death of a humanoid creature, pathologist Stanislav Samoshkin made a sensational conclusion - the creature has nothing to do with the human species: “The head is assembled like a water lily, helmet-shaped and composed of only four bone plates. And the human skull consists of six plates, no matter how mutant or freak it may be. The bones are not cartilaginous, but quite normal, tubular. Which is simply impossible for a human baby.”
Adherents of the UFO theory unanimously recognized "Alyoshenka" as an alien from another planet. Their theory is also confirmed by the fact that the body of the humanoid disappeared without a trace, and the people involved in this case died tragically one after another.

Mount Sugomak
Attraction near the city of Kyshtym. The mountain has two peaks. The height of the highest point of Mount Sugomak is 590 meters. There are no trees on the mountain, so the view is good from here.
Distance from Chelyabinsk - 150 km, from Yekaterinburg - 150 km.
Lake District. Kyshtym. Coordinates: N 55°43"16" E 60°26"41"

Not far from Kyshtym there is a low mountain with a bald rocky peak. It's called Sugomak.
The height of Mount Sugomak is close to 600 meters above sea level. On the one hand, even those who have never climbed mountains can master the climb, on the other hand, at least some physical preparation is necessary if you want to get to the cherished peak, and not turn around 180 degrees halfway to the cherished goal. The fact is that only at the beginning of the path to the top is a well-trodden, even path. Then the initial ease and accessibility of the ascent is replaced by a sharp slope.
An interesting fact is that Mount Sugomak has not one, but three peaks. There is a saying among the locals: "The first hillock, the second hillock, the third - the mountain." Each summit has its own trails. Walking along these paths, we find ourselves in the kingdom of the relic mountain forest-steppe - a real botanical monument.
From each hillock opens a wonderful panorama. As in the palm of your hand, Kyshtym and Lake Sugomak lie.
Many consider Mount Sugomak miraculous, the so-called "place of power", which heals, fills with health and energy.
The wish came true, but at what cost! The gods turned the lovers into two mountains (Sugomak and Egoza), standing side by side.
And the tears that they shed from unhappy love formed the most beautiful lake Sugomak.
They say that Bashkirs still believe in the magical power of the lake and try to come here with their babies to dip them in the waters of the lake. Perhaps they dream of their sons becoming as strong as Sugomak, and their daughters as beautiful as Egoza.

Devil's Tooth Rock
Large stone outcrop. Not far from Kyshtym, on a small hill, on the left side of the old Egusta-Ushaty road, there is a rocky ridge that crowns.
Distance from Chelyabinsk - 100 km, from Kyshtym - 25 km, from Yekaterinburg - 135 km.
Lake District. Kyshtym. Coordinates: N 55° 39.037" E 60° 11.699"

The devil's tooth is a vertical 25-meter rock. The entire stone ridge is also called the Devil's Settlement. These names are given to the rocks for their bizarre shape. Many of them are legendary.
The height of the sheer cliffs reaches 20 meters, and the total length of the stone ridge is about 100 meters.
This place is quite far removed from big cities, so it is rarely visited, only Kyshtym tourists and climbers occasionally conduct their training and competitions here.
There is a legend that in ancient times sacrificial rites were performed here, but no excavations were carried out near the rocks. They say that the clock, compass and other devices in this place refuse to work or show incorrectly.

I wonder why the editorial staff of the TV-3 channel has not yet moved to the South Urals in full force and opened a head office here? Somewhere not far from Arkaim, to make reports, grabbing topics from the thick air, full of secrets and mysticism. The idea, by the way, is not without meaning, because to match the format of the TV channel, the Chelyabinsk region keeps a whole host of mysteries, secrets and anomalous zones. I propose to talk about the latter in more detail. Read about how the secret developments of Soviet scientists caused the emergence of the Kasli Anomaly, what kind of shamans with antennas are depicted on Stone Tents, and why Lake Shaitanka is considered unclean, read in the new rating of Good News.

In last place is Mount Big Iremel.
Let's start with the fact that Iremel has its own mysterious history. Take at least the name. It has been known since time immemorial, when the Turks (ancestors of modern Bashkirs) who inhabited these lands called the mountain: "a place that gives a person strength", that is: "Iremel" in their language. By the way, the name of the nearby village Tyulyuk is translated as "desire".

The presence of these two toponyms already leads to certain thoughts. For example, there is a legend that if you climb a mountain and make a wish, it will certainly come true. Rumor has it that in the old days the priests of pagan cults performed human sacrifices on the top of Iremel. Perhaps that is why the place enjoys a gloomy fame. There are various rumors associated with it. From frequent sightings of UFOs to the mysterious people "White-eyed Chud", whose representatives allegedly live in those parts.

The ninth place is occupied by Lake Itkul.
But it is not this fact that Lake Itkul is infamous for. And the fact that in the middle of its water surface, the so-called “Shaitan Stone” rises menacingly. There is a version that in the days of hoary antiquity, human sacrifices were made on this stone for the sake of the harvest and good weather. It is noteworthy that after centuries, people's lives continue to end near this stone. A lot of swimmers drowned, and those who survived describe an unpleasant feeling, as if some kind of energy cord passes through them.

On the eighth place "Stone tents" in the Kasli district.
Any child from the village of Allaki, Kasli district, with the intonation of an experienced guide, will tell you that it was here that the Finno-Ugric settlement was once located. It was they who, about 7,000 years ago, painted strange little men with antennas on their heads on the "tents" with red ocher. But it would be fine little men, because, most likely, the "antennas" were elements of the traditional shaman's headdress. But not far from the "stone tents" archaeologists found a bird-shaped idol, a spear and a jug with blood stains. This suggests the harsh rituals that the ancient Finno-Ugric peoples performed next to their "stone tents". Among the inhabitants of the surrounding villages, these places are notorious, but young daredevils often do not mind "working" as guides.

The seventh place is occupied by the Arakul shikhans
. The place is notable if only for the fact that there are mysterious dolmens (a kind of "boxes" made of heavy boulders). Members of the Kosmopoisk-Ural movement write about these objects like this: “The Ural dolmens differ from the well-known Caucasian dolmens in the way they were erected and in size. In addition, scientists are still arguing about the purpose of the dolmens, as well as their exact age, today there is no specific answer about who built these “boxes” and why.” And besides the dolmens, the legends about a certain Babka Shikhanka, who lives in the Arakul Shikhany, set the teeth on edge.

In sixth place is the Nurgush mountain range.
According to tourists and hunters, as well as employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, UFOs can be observed periodically in the sky above the mountain, and in the surrounding forests you can meet Bigfoot, whom Satka local historian V.P. Cherentsov told about meetings with in the pages of his book. It was in the vicinity of Nurgush that the cryptozoologist from Chelyabinsk, Nikolai Avdeev, was lucky enough to take a picture of Bigfoot, but like all materials on this topic, the picture turned out to be blurry and poorly informative.

Fifth place is occupied by the Ignatievskaya cave.
The famous cave is located near the village of Serpievka, in the Katav-Ivanovsky district. Having a corridor character and almost half a kilometer long, it consists of four sections - the Entrance Grotto, the Main Corridor, the Great and the Far Hall. It was named after the old cell-attendant Ignatius, who lived and died in the cave. According to legend, the spirit of the elder Ignatius comes out of the cave at night and looks at the moon. There is an opinion among tourists that at night in the cave you can hear someone's steps and unintelligible voices. And besides, next to any of the departments of such a stone corridor, people’s batteries run out every now and then, flashlights burn out, camera flashes refuse to work, and those who enter feel someone’s invisible presence. Many say that it is very difficult to get high-quality photographs in one of the halls - a “white transparent veil” appears on them.

In fourth place is the Kasli Anomaly.
It all started with the fact that in the pictures taken from the satellite, members of the Ural branch of the Kosmopoisk movement discovered strange circles. Immediately there were several versions about their origin. One of them was that the circles are similar to those of Arkaim and represent the remains of an ancient settlement. The second version can be conditionally called - "ufological", well, you understand, inexplicable crop circles, mysterious drawings, as if made by the hand of a giant. The third version was called military. It was she who, as it turned out later, was closest to the truth. It turned out that once this place was a radio testing ground for testing and adjusting the secret products of the Radiy plant. The plant specialized in the production of defense radio equipment, even the names of previously closed samples became known from open sources, which were tested at the test site, with a concentric movement system. Experiments with secret equipment are supposed to have left strange markings on the ground.

The third occupies the lake "Shaitanka".

In second place is the Taganay National Park.
There are various legends and myths about this park. Someone says that in some places the usual flow of time disappears, others claim that they personally met with the "Kialim grandmother". For example, once in the winter on Far Taganay, even the director of the weather station saw her near the lower well. Seeing the director, the "grandmother" rushed headlong deep into the taiga. She was barefoot and lightly dressed, although the bitter cold was fierce. And besides this mysterious pensioner, UFOs, “snow people” and other extraordinary phenomena are regularly seen on Taganay. However, no one has been able to record the “miracles” for certain.

In the first place, you guessed it, Arkaim.
If you listen to home-grown mediums, then the ancient settlement of the Bronze Age is one continuous anomalous zone! Entire armies of psychics annually lay siege to Arakim in search of "strength". And what they just do not see. Mysterious lights, according to the notorious magicians and "healers", no longer surprise anyone, being, as it were, part of the landscape. In fact, most of these miraculous phenomena are the fruit of the imagination of those people who come to Arkaim to "charge" with energy. On the other hand, some cases of strange electromagnetic oscillations have been recorded by special devices. Perhaps this fact is somehow connected with the numerous stories of “contactees” and “eyewitnesses of the unknown”.

There are many places in the Chelyabinsk region that are full of all kinds of legends. And some are even credited with supernatural abilities, calling them "places of Power" or, on the contrary, "abodes of Evil." Be that as it may, these objects with devilry are at our side. And to make sure who is right - adherents of various kinds of "drums" or cynical skeptics - you should at least once visit these places yourself.

Arkaim - the ancestral home of mankind?

This is "our everything". Our Stonehenge and the pyramids of Giza in one bottle. Perhaps, almost the only object in the region that can compete with them in terms of antiquity. According to archaeologists, the remains of the ancient settlement date back to the III-II millennium BC.

For skeptics, this is a bare steppe with long hills, here called "mountains". Between them is a cultural monument. There are only three objects related directly to the ancient settlement. These are circles left from the walls and buildings of the fortified city, two necropolises and the remains of ancient pens. No cyclopean structures, giant walls and other visible indicators of the power of the ancients. Everything else - the Scythian-Sarmatian mound Temir, the Cossack estate, reminiscent of yurts dwellings of the Stone Age - is a reconstruction of our days.

But, despite the visual scarcity, Arkaim has become a real mecca for adherents of all kinds of pseudo-scientific and esoteric teachings. It is called "the ancestral home of the Aryans", "the cradle of human civilization" and even "the birthplace of Zarathustra". Hundreds of people come to Arkaim every year to meet and see off the sun on one of the hills surrounding the settlement - Mount Blagodatnaya and Shamanka. It is believed that if you make three specific wishes on the Blagodatnaya, then they will certainly come true, and the Shaman gives health and energizes. Here you can "atone for the sins" of a kind.

Particularly impressionable individuals even hear otherworldly voices and lose their minds, and for some, the notorious “third eye” opens.

Skeptics consider Arkaim just a transit city for nomads, interesting only for archaeologists and historians. But still they admit that at dawn they feel "something like that."

Location: 8 kilometers north of the village of Amursky, Bredinsky district and 2 km from the village of Aleksandrovsky, Kizilsky district. Distance from Chelyabinsk - from 380 to 420 km, depending on the choice of route.

Ignatievskaya cave

As soon as they do not call a cave, modest in terms of speleological characteristics - only 540 meters of passages - located in the Katav-Ivanovsky district. And "an art gallery of the Stone Age", and "the gate between life and death", and "the abode of the Virgin".

Yamazy-Tash (another name for the object) is part of Serpievsky Castle - a complex of about 30 caves located in the vicinity of the Sim River. First of all, it is known for rock paintings, which were originally attributed to the Paleolithic, but later studies dated them to the 4th-6th millennium BC.

Be that as it may, several groups of ancient images were found in two underground halls, including bears, mammoths, horses, and even incomprehensible drawings in which ufologists tend to see an airplane, a rocket and other UFOs.

Another attraction that attracts pilgrims like a magnet is a bizarre stalagmite that vaguely resembles a human figure. Believers saw in it the image of the Mother of God and arranged an impromptu chapel with crosses, candles and other church utensils.

According to legend, in the 19th century, a certain old man Ignatius lived here, after whom the cave was named. There is a version that this Ignatius is none other than Emperor Alexander I, who did not die in Taganrog in 1825, but labored in the field of wandering in order to atone for the sin of parricide.

Adepts of the supernatural talk about unusually fast batteries in the cave, dying light bulbs, non-working flashlights. And they also talk about the feeling of someone else's presence and the sounds of steps coming from nowhere and weak sighs. Those who are especially knowledgeable claim that on the full moon you can see the elder Ignatius in person, going out to stare at the moon.

For skeptics, the Ignatievskaya Cave is a dark, rather dirty and uncomfortable place (the temperature in the halls usually does not exceed +5 degrees), in addition, it is practically not equipped for excursions. And the barely distinguishable rock paintings are interesting only to narrow specialists.

Location: Katav-Ivanovsky district, the right bank of the Sim River, 8 kilometers from the village of Serpievka. The distance from Chelyabinsk is about 290 km.

Taganay - "support of the moon"

The Taganay National Park is a well-cultivated area that welcomes thousands of tourists every year. This is an area of 56,000 hectares surrounding the Bolshoy Taganay Range, which includes four highest points - the Two-headed Sopka, Kruglitsa, Otkliknoy Ridge and Mount Dalniy Taganay. In addition, the national park includes several more mountain ranges - Yurma, Itsyl, Dolgiy Cape, Nazminsky, Small and Middle Taganay. There are both trails approved and recommended by the directorate, as well as many untrodden trails and paths. Most of the “anomalous phenomena” that tourists like to talk about take place on them.

For example, people who are keen on ufology believe that Taganay is a transit point for UFOs. Here they hang for a long time, and then either swiftly rush away, or majestically barrage over the astonished audience. True, eyewitnesses of saucer flights cannot provide a single photo in the age of digital technology. But this, according to them, is due to the influence of aliens on gadgets.

And they also talk about the course of time changing on the Taganay paths, sound mirages, a mysterious "living" fog and a creature that some consider the local yeti, others - the mysterious Kialim grandmother. On Taganay, a traveler can easily be overwhelmed by supernatural horror or such anxiety that he will be forced to run wherever his eyes look.

Skeptics do not see anything mysterious on Taganay, but only feel the ringing silence and admire the surrounding beauty. In this they are both similar.

Location: 8-10 kilometers from the city of Zlatoust and 140-150 kilometers from Chelyabinsk.

"Devil's Hole" on the Ai River

The least "hyped" of all the mysterious objects of the Chelyabinsk region.

For the first time, a 14-year-old schoolboy, who rafted down the Ayu River in 1988, spoke about this place for the first time. According to him, having climbed a lonely rocky ledge, he walked from a dozen meters to the top of a wooded mountain in search of brushwood for a fire and saw a plain stretching to the horizon, sown with either rye or wheat. In addition, there was not the slightest breath of wind here, while on the cliff it blew with might and main. In addition, in the picture he saw there was a cloudless sunset sky, and where the schoolboy came from, rain clouds hung. And, finally, as soon as the young tourist broke away from the obsession, he heard the sound of a spoon on a bowl - a call for food. The schoolboy went downstairs, and was horrified to find out that they were signaling for dinner, and he climbed the rock immediately after breakfast. Thus, while he contemplated the landscape in the spirit of the artist Shishkin, they disappeared somewhere for about 10 hours.

Years later, the story became the property of various kinds of esotericists, and they unanimously declared that the teenager looked into a parallel world. Several expeditions in search of a window "to the next world" did not lead to anything, but in 2006 one of the tourists again spoke about the "devil's hole". The story was repeated: again a dead calm and Shishkin's rye.

Where is it located: the border of the Kiginsky district of Bashkortostan and the Satkinsky district of the Chelyabinsk region, somewhere near a lonely rock-outlier on the right bank of the bend of the Ai River between the villages of Kulmetovo and Alekseevka.

Lake Itkul and Shaitan-stone

The very name of the lake is already alarming. Itkul in translation from the Bashkir - "meat lake". According to one version, the Demidov breeders, in order to drive away the Muslim Bashkirs who interfered with industrial development, threw several carts with pork into the lake. Since then, the glory of a “bad” place has been attached to the reservoir.

But not so much because of the “defilement” of the lake, but because of the Shaitan stone that sticks out of the water about 30 meters from the shore. In ancient times, human sacrifices were allegedly made on it, and this place is so entangled with negative energy that it began to attract drowned people. And other lovers of mysticism, on the contrary, claim that at the top of the Shaitan-stone they feel an extraordinary surge of energy. However, how they do it is unclear. Climbing the rock is possible only with the help of climbing equipment.

Location: Kasli district, southern tip of Lake Itkul. 7-8 kilometers along the coastline from the village of Klyuchi.

Sugomak cave - the abode of Noah

Where did Noah land after the flood according to the Bible? Well, of course, on Mount Ararat, the majority will answer. But the writer-local historian of the early twentieth century, Fyodor Konyaev, in the book "The Recent History of the Flood" claims that Noah's Ark moored not to Ararat, but to Mount Arakul. And the forefather and his family lived in the Sugomak cave not far from the future city of Kyshtym.

This is the only one of the caves of the region, located in the thickness of the marble. Its length is 123 meters. The cave consists of three grottoes, the last of which is half-flooded, which gives reason to talk about the presence of unknown passages hidden under the water column, which lead straight to the dungeons of the Demidov mansion in Kyshtym. And the members of the Kosmopoisk expedition found some disc-shaped objects in the depths of the cave. Are they flying saucers? And, of course, it was from the Sugomak cave that the most famous character of Kyshtym, the dwarf Aleshenka, was born.

In general, the cave is nothing special - no rock paintings, no spectacular stalactites with stalagmites. However, it is here that local psychics go to recharge their cosmic energy. Another "place of power".

Location: 4-5 kilometers from the western outskirts of the city of Kyshtym along the highway running along Lake Sugomak.

Dragon Wings or Devil's Gate

A bizarrely shaped rock ledge located in a forest on the northwestern spur of Mount Teplaya in the Kyshtym urban district. This is a stone arch located on a ledge with a total height of 10 meters. And the hole - in human growth. If you have a vivid imagination, you can really see something mythological in the outlines of the rock. And esotericists, of course, endow the “Dragon Wings” with all the accompanying surroundings - a stream of either “light”, or, on the contrary, “dark” energy that passes through the gates. But, despite the indefinite polarity, any wishes made in the hole seem to be fulfilled without fail.

Quite a "Tolkien" look, evoking memories of elves, gnomes and other hobbits. In short, the Eye of Sauron.

Location: 17 kilometers from Kyshtym near the village of Slyudorudnik. The distance from Chelyabinsk is about 95 km.

Arakul Shikhans - fellow of the Chinese Wall

This is the name of a granite rocky ridge, stretching from north to south for 2 kilometers. It has an average height of 30-40 meters. It seems to be crawling along the slope of the mountains, which resembles the Great Wall of China. Archaeologists found at their foot several sites of ancient people, and at the top - bowl-shaped recesses of man-made origin. Their purpose is unknown. Probably, these are places for signal fires, bred in later times during the development of the Urals, or used for the same purpose by fugitive robbers.

However, esotericists are sure that the recesses are ancient altars, with the help of which shamans communicated with spirits. However, the view from their peaks is truly mesmerizing. From here, 11 lakes and marvelous landscapes of the Southern Urals are visible at once. “The whole world in the palm of your hand, you are happy and dumb ...”

Location: near the town of Verkhniy Ufaley and 6 km east of Silach station.

Chashkovsky stone settlement - the dream of the lonely

The Chashkovsky stone settlement is a heap of stone remnants protruding from the ground by 10-15 meters. According to local legend, gnomes once lived here, and when people came here, the natives either went underground or turned into stone. It is reliably known that it was here that they found deposits of copper ore, which laid the foundation for the construction of the Miass plant, and with it the entire city.

Stone ledges have their own names, for example, "Golukha", "Dog", "Dragon". But the stone "Snake" or "Frog" is the most popular among tourists. According to the stories told by the guides, if a lonely person kisses him, he will soon find a soul mate. Believe it or not, but it has been established for certain that the recently divorced and absolutely critical Chelyabinsk resident followed the advice of the guide for fun, and in two weeks he met the lady of the heart, with whom he had been with for more than five years. It turns out that there is something in this after all? True, shortly before this, for the same purpose, a man threw a coin into the mouth of a bronze boar in Milan. So what ultimately played a role?

Location: 27-30 kilometers south of Miass, not far from the village of Chernovskoye.

Iremel - mountain of ghosts

Translated from Turkic, "iremel" - "a place that gives strength." And located at the foot of the mountain, the village of Tyulyuk means “desire”. With all that it implies. It is not difficult to guess that any tuluk is performed on the top of Iremel. True, not just like that, but for a gift that must be brought to local spirits.

In ancient times, human sacrifices were allegedly made for this. Now they forgot about bribes to incorporeal beings, so all hell is going on on Iremel. Either tourists get lost, even with a map and a GPS navigator, or they disappear, and then things suddenly reappear. Ufologists know that there is a UFO base inside the mountain, and the saucers fly at regular intervals.

Of course, psychics go here to "recharge", because there is a "portal" on Iremel. And they put it on a par with Mount Kailash in Tibet and Belukha in Altai. And, finally, the most advanced ones claim that they saw the gene pool of humanity in the depths of the mountain - people in a state of "samadhi" or "samadhi", who come into the light of day in the form of ghosts. And other mystics consider them "white-eyed monster" - a mythical people who have gone underground.

Location: geographically Iremel is located in Bashkiria, but the nearest settlement - the village of Tyulyuk - is located in the southeastern part of the Katav-Ivanovsky district of the Chelyabinsk region, 45-60 kilometers from the regional center.
