This pizza can be cooked directly on the fire, in a frying pan, covered with a lid, but I cooked it in the oven. on a large sheet.
My daughter decided to film the whole thing and the result was a master class on making pizza in a matter of minutes!

4 tbsp. sour cream, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 9 tbsp. flour

First, let's prepare the filling.

Just today I had a piece of sausage left over from the holidays, which I decided to use for pizza. I often make hodgepodge from leftover sausage, but this time I decided to make lazy pizza, which my whole family simply adores. My family eats the first courses every other time, but the delicious pizza doesn’t even need to be persuaded, since it’s swept off the table while it’s still hot.
So, I cut the sausage into cubes and the pickled cucumbers into half rings. If you have fried mushrooms, olives or even boiled eggs, feel free to use them for the filling.




For the sauce, I mix ketchup and mayonnaise so that I can spread the loaf pieces in one motion. If you just pour mayonnaise and ketchup on it, there may be empty spaces left, or you may overdo it with the sauce. And by mixing both ketchup and mayonnaise at once, you can control the amount of sauce.




I spread an even amount of sauce on each piece of loaf.




I distribute the filling: sausage and cucumbers.

  • 300 g sausage;
  • 140 g ketchup;
  • 250 g tomatoes;

Step-by-step recipe for classic lazy pizza

Place the loaf on a baking sheet. Lubricate each piece with ketchup. Cut the sausage into thin slices and cover. If it is wide in diameter, then divide the pieces into several parts and fill the surface of the loaf slices.

  • a glass of kefir;
  • egg;
  • 7 tablespoons flour;
  • spoon of butter;
  • 0.1 kg sausage;
  • tomato;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 2 spoons of ketchup;
  • greenery.

Step by step recipe

Making the batter. Pour salt into kefir, break one egg and add flour. Mix everything together or beat a little with a whisk. Grease the frying pan and set it to heat up over low heat.

Prepare other ingredients. Grate the cheese and divide in half. Cut the tomato into thin slices. The sausage can be chopped arbitrarily or made into thin circles. We just chop the greens, the pizza turns out great without it too.

Stir the dough again and pour it into the frying pan, immediately reduce the heat. Sprinkle with half the cheese and apply ketchup. It is convenient to squeeze drops out of the pack. Or we do it with a spoon. We work quickly.

Scatter slices of sausage on top or simply sprinkle with pieces, followed by herbs, tomatoes and the remaining grated cheese.

Place a tight lid on the frying pan. All that remains is to prepare the pizza. We don't open the first seven minutes. Then you can check. If the cheese has melted, you can turn up the heat and brown the bottom of the base.

This amount of food is designed for a frying pan with a diameter of about 25 cm. If it is smaller, the dough will be thick and will take longer to bake. In this case, it is recommended to divide all the ingredients in half. If the pizza is already ready and is damp inside, you can put it in the microwave for two minutes.

Option 5: Lazy pizza in pita bread

This pizza is made from thin Armenian lavash and can become a real must-have for housewives. The end result is an incredibly satisfying, juicy and convenient dish. You can even take it with you on the road. The recipe is for the oven, but you can also cook it in the microwave or in a frying pan.

Ingredients

  • 2 pita breads;
  • 300 g sausage;
  • a spoonful of mustard;
  • 3 spoons of ketchup;
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • bell pepper;

How to cook
