  • 600 g sea fish fillet;

Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until very strong peaks with a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes. This is the most important moment of making cupcakes! Beat the egg whites for at least 10 minutes until very stiff peaks form (a spoon should be in the beaten whites)
Combine the yolks with all the other ingredients.

Fold the whites into the yolk mixture, carefully so as not to fall off. There is a LOT of dough!

Let's prepare a lot of cupcake tins. We put 23 pieces of dough in them (it rises well in the oven).

Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes, keeping an eye on them so they don’t burn. When the cupcakes have risen well and browned on top, they are ready.

The second stage involves supplementing the recommended menu of the previous stage with other products. The third phase is necessary to stabilize the weight that was adjusted during the first two stages of the diet. But the fourth stage is most often chosen for normal nutrition for life.

The Dukan diet is suitable for absolutely everyone and gives a real chance to cope with excess weight, even for those people who cannot imagine their life without sweets. Delicious and healthy food can be easily prepared at home using certain ingredients. For guidance, you should take Dukan baking recipes, of which there are already quite a few today.

If you really want to drink a cup of tea with something sweet, but don’t want to spend a lot of time on cooking, Dukan baking in the microwave will come to the rescue. The following recipe is perfect for all stages of the diet, including the aggression stage. To prepare the base you should use:

  • skimmed milk powder – 20 g;
  • cocoa – 10 g;
  • oat bran – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • wheat bran – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • baking powder - ½ teaspoon;
  • zest – 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar substitute – 2 g;
  • skim milk - 4 tbsp. spoons.

All of the listed components must be thoroughly mixed, and the resulting mass must be poured into special silicone molds, filling them in such a way that 1/3 of the part remains free. The molds must be placed in a microwave oven and baked for about an hour and a half at a power of 700 W.

Without some popular and beloved dishes, it is almost impossible to imagine Dukan's recipes. Baking at any stage of the diet can be represented by the most ordinary pancakes, which for many constitute a complete breakfast.

  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • 1% kefir – 200 ml;
  • water – 50 ml;
  • corn starch - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • chopped oat bran – 8 tbsp. spoon;
  • sweetener or special syrup - 5 tbsp. spoon;
  • vegetable oil – ½ teaspoon;
  • soda – 1 pinch.

All components should be thoroughly mixed. For these purposes, it is recommended to use a mixer and place the container with the mixture in a warm place for half an hour. Pancakes should be cooked in a frying pan. In this case, you can use oil, or you can do without it.

Most Dukan baking recipes involve the use of bran, but it is possible to prepare an equally delicious cake without this component. In this case, the baked goods are prepared from:

  • corn starch - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • kefir – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • skimmed milk powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • sugar substitute – 2 g;
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoons.

Beat the whites separately from the yolks, adding a little salt. All ingredients should be thoroughly mixed and poured into the mold. As a rule, baking a biscuit will take no more than half an hour.

The biscuit layer should be prepared from low-fat cottage cheese, which in a volume of 200 g must be mixed with unsweetened low-fat yogurt.

Is it possible to imagine homemade baking without buns? The Dukan diet allows the consumption of such homemade sweets. In this case, Dukan baked goods are prepared from:

  • skim milk – 200 ml;
  • gluten – 60 g;
  • oat bran – 50 g;
  • psyllium – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • eggs – 1 piece;
  • sweetener – 2 measuring spoons;
  • salt – ½ teaspoon;
  • fresh yeast – 15 g.

The dough preparation process is quite simple. At the first stage, you need to warm up the milk a little and dissolve the specified amount of yeast in it. After this, the resulting mixture must be thoroughly mixed with the remaining ingredients, and the container should be placed in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After the specified time, the dough should be thoroughly mixed using a mixer for this purpose. After these manipulations, the dough should rest for another 30 minutes, after which it should be formed into several medium-sized balls. These buns are baked for a quarter of an hour at an oven temperature of 170 degrees.

We prepared for Palm Sunday in advance; there was no time to prepare on Sunday, because... In the morning we went to church service... we prepared everything on Saturday. one of the dishes was a pie that reminded me a lot of pizza, only closed. Place the dough in a mold and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes... (until golden brown). dough-filling-dough. You can basically see it in the photo.

Beat the whites with salt until thick foam, beat the yolks with baking powder separately. We combine the two masses and add aromatics. Place on a silicone mat and place in a preheated oven at 180° for 7-10 minutes.

Fry the mushrooms with onions, add the mixture and stir until thickened. Place the prepared mushrooms in the sauce on the crust and roll it up. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Then you can cut into pieces and place on a plate.

Mix in a container 2 tbsp oat bran, 2 tbsp. wheat bran, salt to taste and a couple of sakhzam tablets (crush) and 0.5 tsp. soda
Separately, beat 2 eggs and 3-4 tbsp. kefir 0%.
Mix everything, transfer to a microwave-safe container and bake for 5-7 minutes.

For 10 crumpets:
Dough: 2 tbsp. heaped l.KK, 3 tbsp. with a slide COM, 5 whites +1 yolk, 3 tbsp. milk, sakhzam to taste (you can add lemon zest if desired).
Filling: 1 heaping tbsp COM, 1.5 tsp. cocoa, sakhzam, aromatic “Condensed milk”, milk.
Beat the whites until stiff, add the yolk and beat too. Add dry ingredients, mix gently, add milk. Place in silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
For the filling, mix everything, add milk little by little, stirring until it is as thick as curd cream. We find a fold in the side of the crumpet and make a hole with a knife. Use a pastry syringe to fill the center with filling.

Dough: 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. free cocoa, 1 tbsp. L. KK, 3 tbsp. COM, 1 tbsp. gluten, 1 tbsp. Mix vegetable oil, sugar, milk, baking powder until thick and liquid sour cream. In a silicone mold at 180 C. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160 C and bake until the stick is dry. When ready, without removing from the mold, pierce very thickly with a toothpick in many places and
fill with filling.
Filling: half a glass of milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. free cocoa, sahzam, aromatic cocoa beans 3 drops. If you like very moist muffins, you can use a glass of milk.
Decoration: not all of the filling is gone, some remains. added half a tsp to it. xanthan gum and beat with a mixer.

Dough: 200 gr. dehydrated cottage cheese

100 gr. soft cottage cheese

4 tbsp. spoons oo

2 tablespoons po

2 tablespoons KK (can be replaced with soy isolate)

2 tbsp gluten

1 sachet “FitParad” (or other sahzam)

1 tsp soda

half a teaspoon of salt

Mix the dry ingredients, add eggs and cottage cheese, beat everything with a mixer into a homogeneous mass. Place in muffin tins and bake until done at 180 degrees. (I take about 40 minutes) so that the crust is crispy and the crumb is porous. These buns do not go stale for 2 days.

1 glass of milk (250ml)
soft liquid cottage cheese 0% 230g
sweetener equivalent to 4 tsp. sugar (I have 4 scoops of fitparad)
juice of half a lemon
zest of half a lemon
10g gelatin
1 tsp dezh. cocoa with a huge slide
1/2 sachet of vanillin (1.5g sachet)
Dissolve 5 g of gelatin in half a glass of milk over low heat (if gelatin is not instant, then soak it according to the instructions)
remove from heat, add liquid curd 115g (I have a jar of Savushkin product), wash the lemon, grate the zest from half the lemon and squeeze out the juice, add to the milk-curd mixture
add sweetener (equivalent to 2 teaspoons of sugar), add half the amount of vanilla, beat everything and put it in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes. During this time, the mass should NOT harden, but only become a little thicker. As soon as the mass thickens a little, take it out of the refrigerator and beat with a mixer until the mass is saturated with bubbles (about 5 minutes)
Pour into half a glass and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until solidified.
We make chocolate soufflé in the same way, but instead of lemon juice and zest we add cocoa

Another simple recipe to make oatmeal buns very tasty and appetizing. And it won’t take much time to prepare them.

  • oat bran – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • wheat bran – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • milk powder 0% - 4 tablespoons;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • half tsp salt;
  • yeast (12 g);
  • half st. l. liquid low-fat yogurt;
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. thick low-fat yogurt;
  • 1-2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. warm water.

Let's start preparing our recipe:

  1. First you need to thoroughly mix the yeast with warm water, add yogurt and mix everything with a mixer or blender.
  2. Now you need to mix all the remaining ingredients, then add the yogurt mixture.
  3. After you mix everything well again, the dough should be quite thick. It must be covered and placed in a warm and dark place, so the dough will rise more quickly, will be light and fluffy, thanks to which your product will turn out to be rich and light.
  4. Check back after an hour to see if the dough has risen, you can bake buns from it. Place the pan with the buns in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

With these buns you can experiment, for example, making burgers or hamburgers, a delicious sandwich, or, if you want, you can add a sweet filling while cooking.

Oatmeal buns with salmon filling


This recipe will help you prepare delicious oatmeal buns with salmon filling. You will get unique hamburgers that can be eaten during any period of dieting:

Prepare:

  • salmon fillet – 150 gr.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • onion, garlic, salt, pepper, basil.

To make everything even tastier, you will need to prepare the gravy:

  • cheese – 2 tbsp. l. (low fat);
  • milk – 3 tbsp. (low fat);
  • salt pepper.
  1. In order to prepare the gravy - sauce, you just have to mix all the ingredients. And for the salmon filling: clean the salmon fillet and mix all the ingredients in a mixer (or blender), then fry this mass a little in a frying pan.
  2. You can prepare oatmeal buns according to any recipe presented above, you just need to reduce the sweetener.
  3. Spread the sauce on them and the salmon mixture on top. The resulting burgers are simply delicious and healthy. You will eat them for your own pleasure, without regretting the time you spend on preparing them. Bon appetit.

Preparation

At the beginning of preparing our Dukan buns Let's heat the kefir a little.

This can also be done in the microwave by turning it on for 20-30 seconds at maximum power.

Pour yeast and sugar into kefir. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp. l. rye bran, mix and set aside.
While the dough is rising, we fry the onion without oil until golden brown. Cool it a little and chop it. This can be done using a blender, or passed through a meat grinder.

in this recipe I use red onion - I prefer the taste, but you can use regular onion.
Add all the dry ingredients and onions to the dough. Salt to taste.

I use soy isolate in the recipe. You will need a larger amount of whey or egg, because... it does not give such thickness as soy isolate!
Mix well - you will get crumbs.
Add eggs and olive oil to the dough
Knead the dough with your hands. The dough turns out quite soft and not liquid.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and put it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to proof. During this time, due to the isolate and gluten, the dough will thicken and rise a little.
When the dough has risen, prepare a baking sheet - line it with parchment, silicone or Teflon mat.

If the finished dough is not thick enough, add a little isolate. The dough should be fluffy, airy and loose.

Divide the dough into equal parts, depending on the desired size of our Dukan buns. With wet hands we form buns and place them on a baking sheet - I got 6 buns, the size of my palm.

The distance between the buns should be at least 3 cm on each side (as they will increase during baking)
Brush each bun with yolk (optional) to give the buns a golden color.
If you are not on Attack, you can sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, flax seeds or chia seeds if desired.
We bake our Dukan buns at 200 C 35-40 minutes - depending on the size of the buns (T temperature indicated for stoves without convection)
Baking Tips:

-It is better to bake buns in the top-bottom mode, at a medium level. This way they will bake evenly.

-If your buns start to burn, reduce the temperature to 180 and place the baking sheet on the lower level.

-If your buns are not baked at all, increase the temperature to 220 C and be sure to check the thermometer on your stove - it probably shows the incorrect temperature

Pancakes according to Dukan

Without some popular and beloved dishes, it is almost impossible to imagine Dukan's recipes. Baking at any stage of the diet can be represented by the most ordinary pancakes, which for many constitute a complete breakfast.

  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • 1% kefir – 200 ml;
  • water – 50 ml;
  • corn starch - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • chopped oat bran – 8 tbsp. spoon;
  • sweetener or special syrup - 5 tbsp. spoon;
  • vegetable oil – ½ teaspoon;
  • soda – 1 pinch.

All components should be thoroughly mixed. For these purposes, it is recommended to use a mixer and place the container with the mixture in a warm place for half an hour. Pancakes should be cooked in a frying pan. In this case, you can use oil, or you can do without it.

Baking according to Dukan without bran

Most Dukan baking recipes involve the use of bran, but it is possible to prepare an equally delicious cake without this component. In this case, the baked goods are prepared from:

  • corn starch - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • kefir – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • skimmed milk powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • sugar substitute – 2 g;
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoons.

After the specified time, the dough should be thoroughly mixed using a mixer for this purpose. After these manipulations, the dough should rest for another 30 minutes, after which it should be formed into several medium-sized balls. These buns are baked for a quarter of an hour at an oven temperature of 170 degrees.

  • 90 ml milk;
  • 50 g cocoa.

Cooking method:

  1. Combine all bulk ingredients for the dough and mix thoroughly.
  2. Beat the eggs, pour into the dry mixture and add all the other ingredients.
  3. Pour into molds or onto a baking sheet, bake until done, cool slightly. Break the cake into small pieces, place in a blender bowl and grind.
  4. Heat, without boiling, the milk for the glaze. Dissolve sugar substitute and cocoa powder in it. Add the yolks and starch mashed until white.
  5. Combine frosting and crumbs. Using your hands, carefully combine into a homogeneous mass. Wait a few minutes and use hands moistened with water to form small balls.

  4. Bake thin pancakes by scooping a little batter with a ladle and spreading it over the entire surface of a non-stick frying pan.
  5. If the frying pan is ordinary, then it is better not to add oil to the dough, but spread it in a thin layer over the surface with a pastry brush or a piece of onion before each pancake.
  6. Low-fat cottage cheese with berries or fruit sauce containing a sweetener are perfect fillings for this delicacy.

Butter pancakes “Lakomka”

For those who are watching their adored figure, but don’t mind indulging in something sweet, there is an excellent option for pancakes. Rich, sweet, but so healthy pancake circles can be eaten with your favorite fillings or served with hot herbal tea. An excellent solution is freshly squeezed fruit juice.

Ingredients:

  • 255 ml skim milk;
  • 70 g milk powder;
  • 3 eggs;

Preparation:

  1. Combine all dry bulk ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Grind the eggs with milk, then carefully add them little by little into the bulk mixture.
  3. Leave, covered with a clean cloth, for half an hour on the table.
  4. Bake pancake circles, greasing the pan with a small amount of oil before each (you can use olive oil).
  5. The filling is simple - grind low-fat cottage cheese with sugar substitute tablets diluted in warm milk or a small amount of water.
  6. If you are planning pancakes with filling, then it is better to roll them hot or warm.

Gingerbread "Appetizing"

Preparing these dietary gingerbread cookies will take about an hour, but the result is worth it. Aromatic herbal tea with this addition is perfect for pleasant gatherings with girlfriends.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml natural thick yogurt;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 30 g spices for gingerbread;
  • 35 g cocoa;
  • 15 g baking powder;
  • 35 g starch;
  • 45 g milk powder;
  • 55 g wheat bran;
  • 65 g oat bran;
  • 50 g liquid sweetener;

  • 260 ml milk (skimmed);
  • 2 lemons (you will need their zest);
  • 120 ml lemon juice;
  • 130 g soy flour;
  • 110 g yogurt (low fat);
  • 20 sugar substitute tablets;
  • 4 chicken eggs.

Cooking method:

  1. Stir yogurt and sugar substitute in a separate container and leave until the tablets have completely melted.
  2. Use a grater to make a fine powder from the lemon zest.
