This standard applies to bolts with a round head and an oval neck, accuracy class C, used for fastening with two-headed plates joints of railway rails of types P38, P43, P50, P65 and P75, as well as bolts with a reduced height of an oval neck for insulating joints of these types of rails .

The requirements of this standard are mandatory.

When supplying bolts for export as separate products, the requirements of this standard and GOST 16018 should be taken into account.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2 Technical requirements

2.1 Bolts for rail joints must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and GOST 1759.0.

2.2 Bolts must be made of strength class 8.8 according to GOST 1759.4 * from steel grade 35 and strength class 10.9 according to GOST 1759.4 * from steel grade 40X or other grades that provide bolts of strength classes 8.8 and 10.9.

2.3 Thread - according to GOST 24705.

2.4 Tolerance field 8 g- according to GOST 16093, tolerance field 8h is allowed.

2.5 It is allowed to round the edges of the head with a radius of up to 1.5 mm, not leading the diameter of the head beyond the limit deviations, a burr or flash up to 1.5 mm in size, located along the perimeter of the bolt head perpendicular to its axis.

2.8 The weight of the bolts is given in the appendix.

2.9 Bolts must be equipped with nuts in accordance with GOST 11532.

M22 bolts are allowed to be equipped with nuts in accordance with GOST 16018.

It is allowed to pack bolts together with nuts of the same standard size in a container.

2.10 The head of each bolt must be marked with the trademark or symbol of the manufacturer.

On bolts of strength class 10.9, the letter "P" is additionally applied.

The dimensions of the marking marks are set by the manufacturer.

2.11 Marking marks should be clearly visible to the naked eye, regardless of the quality of the surface treatment.

2.12 Packing of bolts and marking of containers - in accordance with GOST 18160.

3. ACCEPTANCE

3 Acceptance

3.1 Acceptance rules - according to GOST 17769 * for products of accuracy class C.

3.2 Testing the mechanical properties of bolts should be carried out at the request of the consumer in accordance with GOST 1759.4.

3.3 Testing for temporary tensile strength by the method of destructive testing should be carried out - 5 bolts, and by the non-destructive method - 8 bolts from the presented lot.

5. TRANSPORTATION

5 Transportation

Transportation of bolts together with nuts should be carried out by any means of transport, except for railway platforms.

It is allowed to transport bolts without packaging in a container.

5 Technical requirements

5.1 Main characteristics, material requirements

5.1.1 Permissible bolt surface defects - according to GOST 1759.2 *.

5.1.2 It is allowed to round the edges of the head with a radius of up to 1.5 mm, not leading the diameter of the head beyond the limit deviations, a burr or flash up to 1.5 mm in size, located along the perimeter of the bolt head perpendicular to its axis.

5.1.3 Bolts are made of strength class 8.8 according to GOST 1759.4 from steel grade 35, strength class 10.9 - according to GOST 1759.4 from steel grade 40X or other grades that provide bolts of strength classes 8.8 and 10.9.

5.1.4 Thread - according to GOST 24705. Tolerance field 8g according to GOST 16093. In agreement with the owner of the railway transport infrastructure, a tolerance field is allowed 8h.

5.1.5 Tolerance of deviations in the shape and location of surfaces - according to GOST 1759.1.

5.1.6 The theoretical mass of bolts is given in Appendix A.

5.2 Marking

5.2.1 The head of each bolt shall be stamped with a marking containing the trademark or designation of the manufacturer.

On bolts of strength class 10.9, an additional letter is applied "P".

The height of the marking signs is not less than 8 mm, the thickness is not less than 1 mm, the concavity is not less than 0.5 mm.

5.2.2 The applied markings must be clearly distinguishable without the use of magnifying devices, regardless of the quality of the surface treatment.

5.3 Packaging

Packing of bolts and marking of a container - in accordance with GOST 18160.

6 Acceptance rules

6.1.1 To control the compliance of bolts with the requirements of this standard, tests are carried out:

- acceptance;

- typical.

6.1.2 Acceptance of bolts is carried out by the technical control service of the manufacturer. Acceptance is carried out according to the results of acceptance tests.

Acceptance tests are carried out in accordance with GOST 15.309. Bolts accepted by the manufacturer's technical control service are presented for acceptance control to the customer's representative upon request.

The results of acceptance of bolts are stored at the manufacturing plant for at least three years from the date of their manufacture.

6.2 Acceptance tests

6.2.1 Acceptance tests of bolts are carried out in batches. The batch must consist of bolts manufactured according to the same technological process, of the same design, from the metal of the same heat and presented for acceptance according to one document.

By agreement between the owner of the railway transport infrastructure and the manufacturer, it is allowed to complete a batch of bolts of the same size, manufactured according to the same technological process, without regard to belonging to the same heat.

Acceptance rules and lot size according to GOST 17769 FROM. The test for temporary tensile strength (5.1.3) is subjected to 5 bolts by the destructive method, and 8 bolts from the presented batch by the non-destructive method.

6.2.2 Shipped lots of bolts must be accompanied by a quality certificate, which indicates:

- name or trademark of the manufacturer and its address;

- the size of the bolts;

- steel grade, strength class;

- type of temporary anti-corrosion protection and protection period;

- batch number;

- the number of bolts in each batch and the total number of bolts in pieces;

- acceptance results.

It is allowed to enter additional information into the quality passport that does not contradict the requirements of this standard.

The quality certificate must be signed by representatives of the technical control service.

6.2.3 The indicators and the procedure for conducting acceptance tests are given in Table 3.

6.3 Type tests

6.3.1 Type tests are carried out in case of a change in the technological process for the manufacture of bolts, as well as in case of a change in the materials used.

6.3.2 The procedure for conducting type tests and evaluation of the results in accordance with GOST 15.309 (Appendix A).

7 Control methods

7.1 Checking the dimensions (see 4.1), the appearance of the bolts (see 5.1.2), the shape and location of the surfaces (see 5.1.5) is carried out without the use of magnifying devices using a ShTs-II type caliper according to GOST 166 and clause 6.2 (ISO 898-1:1999) "Bolts, screws and studs - Mechanical properties and test methods".

7.5 The control of applied markings (see 5.2.1, 5.2.2) is carried out visually, without the use of magnifying devices.

7.6 For the purposes of mandatory confirmation of conformity, a batch that has passed acceptance tests is completed by the blind selection method in accordance with GOST 18321 (subsection 3.4) with a sample, size in accordance with GOST 17769 * for products of accuracy class FROM.

The number of bolts for testing for tensile strength (see 5.1.3) by the destructive method - 2 bolts, and by the non-destructive method - 4 bolts from the submitted lot.

8 Transport and storage

8.1 Transportation of bolts without packaging in containers on railway platforms is not allowed.

8.2 During storage, the bolts are subjected to conservation in accordance with GOST 9.014 for a period that provides protection against corrosion for at least 1 year.

8.3 Storage conditions for bolts - 6 according to GOST 15150.

9 Manufacturer's warranties

Warranty period of operation is not less than 100 million tons of gross missed cargo, but not more than three years from the date of laying on the road.

This standard applies to bolts with a round head and an oval neck, accuracy class C, used for fastening with two-headed plates joints of railway rails of types P38, P43, P50, P65 and P75, as well as bolts with a reduced height of an oval neck for insulating joints of these types of rails .
The requirements of this standard are mandatory.
When supplying bolts for export as separate products, the requirements of this standard and GOST 16018 should be taken into account.

1.1 The design and dimensions of the bolts must correspond to those indicated in the figure and in table 1.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2 Technical requirements

2.1 Bolts for rail joints must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and GOST 1759.0.

2.2 Bolts must be made of strength class 8.8 according to GOST 1759.4* from steel grade 35 and strength class 10.9 according to GOST 1759.4* from steel grade 40X or other grades that provide bolts of strength classes 8.8 and 10.9.

2.3 Thread - according to GOST 24705.

2.4 Tolerance field 8 g- according to GOST 16093, tolerance field 8h is allowed.

2.5 It is allowed to round the edges of the head with a radius of up to 1.5 mm, not leading the diameter of the head beyond the limit deviations, a burr or flash up to 1.5 mm in size, located along the perimeter of the bolt head perpendicular to its axis.

2.6 Tolerance of deviations in the shape and location of surfaces - according to GOST 1759.1 *.

2.7 Permissible bolt surface defects - according to GOST 1759.2*.

2.8 The weight of the bolts is given in the appendix.

2.9 Bolts must be completed with nuts in accordance with GOST 11532.
M22 bolts are allowed to be equipped with nuts in accordance with GOST 16018.
It is allowed to pack bolts together with nuts of the same standard size in a container.

2.10 The head of each bolt must be marked with the trademark or symbol of the manufacturer.
On bolts of strength class 10.9, the letter "P" is additionally applied.
The dimensions of the marking marks are set by the manufacturer.

2.11 Marking marks should be clearly visible to the naked eye, regardless of the quality of the surface treatment.

2.12 Packing of bolts and marking of containers - according to GOST 18160.

3. ACCEPTANCE

3 Acceptance

3.1 Acceptance rules - according to GOST 17769 * for products of accuracy class C.

3.2 Testing the mechanical properties of bolts should be carried out at the request of the consumer in accordance with GOST 1759.4.

3.3 Testing for temporary tensile strength by the method of destructive testing should be carried out - 5 bolts, and by the non-destructive method - 8 bolts from the presented lot.

4. CONTROL METHODS

4 Control methods

4.1 The appearance of the bolts should be checked without the use of magnifying devices.

4.2 Size control methods - according to GOST 1759.1.

4.3 Control of surface defects - according to GOST 1759.2.

4.4 Control of tensile strength - in accordance with GOST 1497 and clause 6.2 of GOST 1759.4.

4.5 Determination of impact strength - according to GOST 9454 and clause 6.6 of GOST 1759.4.

4.6 The bolt is considered to have passed the tensile test () if the destruction occurs along the rod or thread, but not at the junction of the head with the rod at the loads specified in table 2.

5. TRANSPORTATION

5 Transportation

Transportation of bolts together with nuts should be carried out by any means of transport, except for railway platforms.
It is allowed to transport bolts without packaging in a container.
