How is the registration for the exam for graduates of past years

How much does it cost to pass the exam for graduates of previous years

The unified state exam is held for all categories of participants, including graduates of previous years, regardless of how many subjects you decide to take. Therefore, the procedure for receiving documents does not imply the presentation of receipts or payment for registration services.

At the same time, in most regions, graduates of previous years can take part in "trial", training exams, which take place in conditions as close as possible to reality, are assessed according to the USE standards and allow participants to gain additional training experience. So who is he, this mysterious USE expert, and how is he different from ordinary teachers? Where do the mysterious super-intelligent people who are entrusted to decide the fate of graduates come from? I. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes the general rules for issuing a certificate of the results of the unified state exam and uniform requirements for the design, organization of accounting, storage and issuance of certificate forms of the results of the unified state exam (hereinafter - the USE).

2. The organization of the production and delivery of forms for certificates of USE results (hereinafter referred to as certificate forms) to the executive authority of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education is provided by the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (hereinafter referred to as Rosobrnadzor).

The production and delivery of certificate forms to the executive authority of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education is carried out by an organization authorized by Rosobrnadzor that provides organizational and technological support for the organization and conduct of the Unified State Examination at the federal level (hereinafter referred to as the authorized organization).

5. Persons appointed by the head of the authorized executive body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in charge of education, on the proposal of the state examination commission of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, responsible for receiving, storing, recording and issuing certificate forms, accept certificate forms in terms of quantity and quality, check the absence defects and draw up an acceptance report, which indicates the place and time of acceptance, the number and printing numbers of certificate forms, the absence or presence of defects in them.

6. The executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, which manages education, informs Rosobrnadzor about the lack of certificate forms or the presence of defects in them on the day the certificate forms are received and the acceptance certificate is drawn up.

7. Forms of the certificate must be stored in specially designated and equipped rooms, safes or metal cabinets with reliable internal or padlocks, which ensure the safety of material assets and exclude access to them by unauthorized persons.

Premises, safes, cabinets where certificate forms are stored must be locked and sealed.

III. Issuance of a certificate

8. The issuance of a certificate of USE results is carried out on the basis of a decision by the state examination commission of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation (federal examination commission) on the approval of the USE results in general education subjects.

9. Forms of the certificate are filled in using technical means by the organization, which is entrusted with the functions of the regional information processing center (hereinafter referred to as the RCOI) by the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, which manages in the field of education.

The executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education sends the numbers and dates of adoption of the protocols of the state examination commission of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation (federal examination commission) on the approval of the USE results to the authorized organization.

The authorized organization sends data to the RCOI for automated filling in of certificate forms, as well as for the formation of a record of the issuance of a certificate of the results of the Unified State Examination (Appendix No. 2 to this Procedure).

10. The text on the inside of the certificate form is printed in black in Russian.

11. The surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the USE participant are entered in the certificate form in accordance with the data indicated in the identity document of the USE participant, in the nominative case.

12. The name of each general education subject is written on a separate line with a capital (capital) letter. The numbering of general education subjects is not performed.

13. It is allowed to fill in the following fields of the certificate form in a non-printed (handwritten) way: the date and number of the decision of the federal examination commission (the state examination commission of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation), the name and location of the educational institution (the executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education, the authority local self-government that manages education), which issued a certificate of the results of the USE; surname, name, patronymic (if any), position of the head of the educational institution (executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation exercising management in the field of education, local government body exercising management in the field of education), which issued a certificate of the results of the Unified State Examination; date of issue.

In this case, the specified fields are filled in by hand with black ink.

14. Forms of the certificate are filled out neatly, without corrections, blots and line gaps.

15. The executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, which manages in the field of education, in accordance with the organizational and territorial scheme for conducting the USE in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, issues or ensures that the completed certificate forms are sent:

USE participants who have mastered the main general education programs of secondary (complete) general education in the current year - to educational institutions in which they mastered these educational programs;

other USE participants - to local governments that manage education, if the organizational-territorial scheme for conducting the USE in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation determines that certificates of USE results are issued by these bodies.

16. The certificate of the results of the USE is signed by the head of the educational institution (the executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education, the local government that manages the education) that issued the certificate of the results of the USE, and is certified by a seal.

It is not allowed to certify the certificate of the USE results with a facsimile signature.

17. Incorrectly executed certificate forms containing errors made during filling out are considered damaged and must be replaced within five working days from the date of receipt of an application from the USE participant to replace the certificate of USE results.

If the conflict commission of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation satisfies the appeal of the USE participant about disagreement with the points given, such USE participant is instead issued a new certificate of the USE results.

18. Spoiled and invalidated forms of the certificate are stored in the authorized executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation, which manages in the field of education, until September 1 of the year following the year of issue, and after the expiration of the storage period, they are destroyed in the prescribed manner.

IV. Issuance of a certificate

about the results of the exam

19. A certificate of the USE results is issued to the USE participant upon presentation of an identity document, or to the parents (legal representatives) of a minor USE participant on the basis of documents proving their identity, or to a person authorized by the USE participant, on the basis of an identity document, and executed in the prescribed manner.

The issuance of a certificate of the results of the USE is carried out under the personal signature of the person receiving the certificate of the results of the USE, in the record of issuing a certificate of the results of the USE.

When issuing a certificate of USE results, the typographical and serial numbers of the certificate of USE results are entered into the record of issuing a certificate of USE results, and the date of its issue is indicated. In the records of the issuance of a certificate of the results of the exam, there should not be blots and corrections.

20. Accounting records for the issuance of a certificate of the results of the Unified State Examination, acceptance certificates, statements of receipts and expenditures of certificate forms are stored in educational institutions and the RCOI.

V. Issuance of a duplicate certificate

about the results of the exam

21. An educational institution (an executive authority of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education, a local self-government body that manages education) issues a duplicate certificate of the results of the USE, if the validity of the certificate of the results of the USE has not expired, in case of loss of the certificate of USE results or damage (damage).

Issuance of a duplicate certificate of the USE results is carried out within seven days from the date of submission of a written application by the USE participant to the educational institution (the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation that manages education, the local government that manages education), which issued him a certificate of USE results:

in case of loss of a certificate of USE results - outlining the circumstances of the loss of a certificate of USE results and providing documents confirming the fact of loss (certificate from the internal affairs bodies, fire department, etc.);

in case of damage to the certificate of USE results - outlining the circumstances and nature of the damage that precludes the possibility of further use, with the damaged (spoiled) certificate of USE results, which is destroyed in the prescribed manner.

22. The executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education, within two days from the date of filing a written application, requests data from the authorized organization for automated filling in of certificate forms. RTSOI fills in the certificate forms in accordance with the established procedure.

23. When issuing a duplicate certificate of the results of the Unified State Exam, a corresponding entry is made in the record of issuing a certificate of the results of the Unified State Examination of the current year, indicating the number and date of issue of the original. The applicant signs for the receipt of a duplicate certificate of the results of the Unified State Examination.

A note on the issuance of a duplicate certificate of USE results indicating the typographical and serial number of the certificate of USE results, the date of issue is also made in the record of issuing a certificate of USE results, where the issuance of the original certificate of USE results was previously registered.

24. Each entry on the issuance of a duplicate certificate of the results of the Unified State Examination is signed by the head of the educational institution (the executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education, the local government that manages education) or the person replacing him, and is sealed by the educational institution (an executive authority of a subject of the Russian Federation that manages education, a local self-government body that manages education).

25. On the front side of the certificate of the results of the exam in the upper right corner, a handwritten entry is made or a "Duplicate" stamp is put.

26. When changing the status or name, reorganizing or liquidating an educational institution (an executive body of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation exercising management in the field of education, a local government body exercising management in the field of education), issuance of a duplicate certificate of USE results or exchange of a previously issued certificate of results The USE is carried out by the executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that manages education, or the local government that manages education.

27. A duplicate of the certificate of the results of the Unified State Examination is issued on forms valid during the period of issuance of the duplicate, regardless of the year of passing the Unified State Examination.

The USE is held in 14 general education subjects: Russian, mathematics (basic and profile), physics, chemistry, history, social science, computer science and information and communication technologies (ICT), biology, geography, foreign languages ​​(English, German, French and Spanish). ), literature.

1. How long do I need to take the exam to get a certificate of secondary education?

To obtain a certificate for a graduate of grade 11, it is enough to pass the Unified State Examination in Russian language and mathematics (basic level).

• table of solubility of salts, acids and bases in water;
