However, on his seventh birthday, everything changed!

On the day of his seventh birthday arrived, something completely unforeseen happened to him. It was a disaster, a very shocking question that caused a huge stir throughout the Fang Clan, though the news was quickly hushed up.

Fang Clan bloodline heritage, Daoist Magic, which was completely ignored by heaven. This manifests itself differently in different clan members, depending on their ancestry. According to the legends, at the top of the Fang Clan, the Nirvanic Rebirth of Taoist Magic was none other than Nirvana Fruit!

The rebirth in nirvana was, of course, Paradise-defying. However...for this to happen twice to a small child on his seventh birthday, there was no luck. It was grief!

Seventh Year of Tribulation!

If this happened a third time, then a fourth, then what awaited Meng Hao would be certain death. He had to leave the four fruits of Nirvana, and then disappear into nothingness.

His life will be such that... he has not reached the age of eight.

A strange atmosphere fell from the Fang clan. Many people are watching, waiting for Meng Hao, for the fullness of rebirth in Nirvana, and then let the second fruit Nirvana bloom. However, it does not look strange, apparently, and no one spoke.

There will be a great tribulation after the rapture of the saints, and this will be a time of terrible suffering on earth. The Great Tribulation is described as "a time of distress for Jacob" (Jer. 30:7), "a great tribulation such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, nor will it be" (Matt. 24:21), "the day of the Lord" (Joel. 1 :15), "a day of darkness and gloom, a cloudy and foggy day" (Joel.2:1,2), "a day of desolation and destruction" (Zof.1:14,15), "a hard time" (Dan.12: one). The purpose of the Great Tribulation is to make Israel suffer so that the Jews will cry out to the Messiah (the Lord Jesus Christ whom they currently deny) to come to them again. It is also for the condemnation of all unbelievers - men and women of all times (Zech. 12:10,11; 13:1-9; 14:12,13).

The Bible says that the tribulation period will come after the rapture of the Church (1 Thess. 4:13-18; Rev. 4:1) and will last seven years. It will end with the second coming of Jesus Christ, when the Lord descends to the Mount of Olives (Zech. 14:4; Matt. 25:31; Rev. 19:11,12; 2 Thess. 1:7-10; Jude. 14:15; Acts. 1:11) and will remain on earth (in Jerusalem) for a thousand-year reign, called the millennium - “millennium” (Rev. 20:4,5). This means that the Great Tribulation will begin after the rapture of the Church and will precede the millennial reign, or the 70th of Daniel's 70 weeks (Dan. 9:26,27; Rev. 4:1-19,21; Matt. 24:15 -31; 1 Thess. 2:3-8). There will be a great tribulation after the rapture of the Church, because God does not want His children to remain for this period of judgment and destruction. He saved Noah the preacher of righteousness and his family before the flood hit the world (Gen. 6:8-10; 7:1-13,16-24; 8:15-22). He saved Lot and his family, who were languishing in the uncleanness of Sodom from the fire (Gen. 19:10-29). Therefore, God will take His children from the earth before the great tribulation comes. The Bible says that in times of great tribulation, there will be troubles on earth, condemnation, famine, bloody wars, explosions, epidemics, incurable diseases that will take the lives of many people, horror, torment, earthquakes, there will be burning meteorites falling from heaven to earth and scorching her, the polluted seas, the death of cattle and the defeat of vegetation, millions of deaths in catastrophes, people will wish death - "... The same as if someone ran away from a lion - and a bear would meet him, or if he came home and leaned on his hand against the wall, and the snake would bite him" (Amos 5:19). Beasts and people will be in sorrow, even strong people will moan - "Neither their silver nor their gold can save them in the day of the wrath of the Lord..." (Zeph.1:18). All sorts of calamities and difficulties will cover entire cities and nations with the roar of the seas and mighty waves, confusion and collapse, for God will shake the powers of heaven (Am.5:18,19; Is.2:19; 24:1-3,6,19; Mark 13:24; Joel 1:15; Luke 21:25,26; Matt. 24:11-26; Rev. 19:1-21). The Great Tribulation will begin after the rapture of the Church (1 Thess. 4:13-18; Rev. 14:1), then the Antichrist will appear (2 Thess. 1:7,8). He will conquer nations, some by force, others themselves will want to be under his rule (Dan.7:8,24,25; Rev.17:8-14). The false prophet will make the Antichrist popular and force people to worship the image of the Antichrist. Without the mark 666 - the number of the beast - nothing can be sold and bought. When all this happens, the saints will already be in heaven (Rev. 2:17,25-28; 3:12). The devil will come to earth, and his power will increase, there will be a great apostasy and an increase in false religions (2 Thess.2:3-12; Rev.12:10-12; 13:2,12-18). Everything will happen according to the planned judgment of God and in a strictly defined sequence by God, these judgments of God will produce supernatural phenomena - demonic creatures will appear that were previously unknown to people. These phenomena will occur when Christ opens the seven seals of the scroll, and then, when 7 trumpets are blown, each of which will be a harbinger of even greater grief, 144,000 Jews will be sealed and raptured along with countless grieving saints from all continents (Rev. 7: 1- 17). Saints in sorrow will be martyred (Rev. 6:9-11; 14:13; 20:4-6). And after the marriage of the Lamb (Rev. 19:1-9), the saints will already be ready to return to earth with Christ (Jude 14:15; Rev. 19:11).

The scale of all these events is very large. Events will cover Israel, the Middle East and the whole earth. The acting power will be: a) the Antichrist, called "the beast, the king of the north, the Syrian, the king of Assyria, the king of Babylon, the extortionist, the man of sin, the little horn, the prince who will come, the king of cruel expression and understanding, dark speech, spoiling everything, the king impudent and skillful in deceit, a son of perdition and a lawless one." He will be personally sent by Satan (2 Thess. 2:1-10; Dan. 7:8,11,24; 8:9,23; 9:26,27, 11:36-45; Rev. 13:1-18; 14:9-11; Is. 10:20-27; 30:18-33; Mic. 5:3-15; Is. 14:4; 16:4); b) false prophet (Rev. 13:1-19; 14:9-11; 15:2-4; 10:2-12; 19:20; Dan. 9:27; 11:35,45; 12:7; Matt. 24:15); c) God's righteous mighty judgments (Joel 1:15; 2:12; Am. 5:18; Rev. 19:1-21); d) the devil (Rev. 12:7-17; 20:1,2; 2 Thess. 2:9).

At that time of troubles and horrors spreading on earth, the saints will do the following: a) receive rewards: crowns, mansions, new names, white stones, and so on at the Judgment Seat of Christ (1 Cor. 3:11-15; Luke 14:14; 1 Cor. 9:24-27; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Romans 14:10,12; Matt. 16:27; John 14:1,2; 1 Thess. 2:19; James 1:12; 2 Tim. 4 :8; Rev. 2:17,25-28; 3:12,21; 22:12-16). For believers, the time of judgment means only the evaluation of their deeds, for which they may receive or lose a reward. All raptured believers will be forever saved; b) rejoice at the marriage feast of the Lamb in heaven (Rev. 19:6-9); c) worship God together with the angels (Rev. 7:9-17; 14:1-5; 4:5,7); d) prepare for the second coming with Christ on white horses (Jude 14:15; Rev. 19:11-14; Matt. 25:31).

The Great Tribulation will end when Jerusalem is sacked and destroyed by the Antichrist, 2/3 of Jerusalem will be captured by the end of the seven year period, the sons of Israel will repent in great sorrow and tearfully cry out to the Messiah, Jesus Christ, to return to earth and establish a thousand-year reign over the nations ( Mic. 1:3,4; Zech. 12:4-14; 13:11; 14:1-8; Zeph. 3:8; Joel. 3:13-16). All Israel will be saved (Rom. 11:25-27; Heb. 8:8-12; 10:17; Zech. 12:10-13:1; Is. 66:7,8). Jesus will then descend, destroy the antichrist, the false prophet, throw them into the lake of fire, and destroy the enemy armies at the Battle of Armageddon (Megido Valley). Then the angel will bind the devil and throw him into the abyss for 1000 years (Rev.19:20; Ezek.38;39; Rev.20:1-3; Zech.14; Rev.20; 19:11-21; Is.34 ; Jude 14:15). Then Jesus Christ will erect a temple in Jerusalem, where He will rule the whole world for a thousand years.

THE RAPTURE OF THE SAINTS

The Word of God teaches that the rapture of the saints is the rapture from the earth of all living saints and all those who have died in the Lord. The rapture will take place before the great tribulation, and it can be at any time. “In the twinkling of an eye,” without warning, a trumpet will sound, and “…the dead in Christ shall rise first; then we, the survivors, will be caught up together with Him in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be together with the Lord” - John 14:1-3; Luke 21:34-36; 1 Corinthians 15:51-58; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 5:4-9; 2 Thess. 2:5-7; Phil. 3:11,20,21; 1 John 3:1-3.

The rapture of the saints is the greatest event of all times and peoples, which is expected by the Church. At that time, all true believers in Christ will be caught up to meet the Lord in heaven (1 Thess. 4:16,17). Christ, at the end of His first advent, was also taken up into heaven to prepare a place for us. God's parting promise to the disciples is the return of Jesus in the same manner as the ascension to take His bride forever (Acts 1:9-11; John 14:1-3).

The rapture of the saints is not the same as the second coming of Christ. During the rapture of the saints, Christ will appear in the air on a cloud. The inhabitants of the earth will not see him. His mission then will be to come, resurrect and rapture all the dead saints, and also rapture the living true believers. Both those and others will put on the clothes of immortality and will be with God. This will happen "in the twinkling of an eye" before the "terrible day of the Lord" comes - the "great tribulation", when the wrath of God is poured out of the cup of His indignation (1 Corinthians 15:52). Until the end of the "great tribulation" there will be no second coming. The time of the rapture is unknown even to the angels (Mat. 24:36; 2 Thess. 2:1-5). The rapture will be announced by the voice of the archangel and the sound of trumpets announcing the end of the age of the Church (1 Thess. 4:13-17).

The rapture was a mystery unknown to the saints and prophets of the Old Testament. God describes this great event twice in Scripture to show us its truth. First, this event was shown by the example of Enoch and Elijah, two living saints who did not die, but, being transfigured in one moment, were caught up into heaven (Gen.5:24; 2Kings.2:11,12). Secondly, it was illustrated in the figure of Christ in the New Testament. He died, was buried, and rose again. While speaking with His disciples on the Mount of Olives, He was lifted up from the earth and a cloud carried Him out of their sight (Acts 1:9-11).

The rapture, which was a mystery to the prophets of the Old Testament, marks the end of the church age, also referred to as the time of the Gentiles (Luke 21:24). This truth was hidden from the saints of the Old Testament. But God knows everything that will happen. By His mercy He interrupted His plan for Israel by the beginning of the Church age. Christ - the Messiah - came to His people (Israel), but the Jews rejected Him (John 1:11), and God turned to the Gentiles to take a people for Himself from their midst. The rapture will close a special time of grace for the Gentiles. Does this mean that God has left His people, Israel, forever? No. God will resume His plan for Israel immediately after the rapture of the saints, thus beginning the seventieth week (week) of Daniel's prophecy (Dan. 9:24-27).

At any time from now on, the trumpet may sound, and the One who is to come will come without delay. It is obvious that Christ will return again. Jesus assured the Church that He would indeed come (John 14:1-3). The angels proclaimed it, the apostles and saints at all times preached about it. Every sign of His coming is daily fulfilled.

Christ, answering the question that the disciples asked Him: "... what is the sign of Your coming and the end of the age?" (Matt.24:3) - fully described (in detail) what will happen on earth immediately before His coming (Matt.24:5-12,30-39). He talked about what is expected of the following:

 There will be many false Christs (antichrists) who will deceive the unsuspecting believers.

 Wars and rumors of war.

 International wars.

 Hunger (global economic crisis).

 Earthquakes in different places.

 Persecution of the followers of Christ and cases of martyrdom.

 Many false prophets will appear.

 There will be an increase in apostasy.

 There will be more people who seek carnal pleasures and fun than those who seek the Lord.

Holy Scripture also predicts a state characterized by denials that will be widespread within the visible church shortly before the coming of Christ: 1) Denial of God (2 Tim. :3, Denial of the true living faith (Jude 1 Denial of sound doctrine (2 Tim. 4: 1- Denial of Christian life (2 Tim. 3: 1- Denial of authority (Jude 8; 2 Pet. 2: 9, 10)) in a visible way.

In order to willingly take part in the rapture, you need to be reborn, lead a holy life, walk daily in the light, do the works of God, be awake daily, always pray and keep your Christian experiences to the end (until the rapture or the moment of physical death) - John 3: 3; 4:35-38; 9:1-4; Heb. 12:14; 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17.

All the signs preceding the second coming of Christ have already been fulfilled, telling us that it is very close, and the time of the rapture is even closer. Church members living in sin cannot be raptured even though they have been saved and baptized in water before. Careless and compromised ministers will miss the rapture (their ministry and position in the church will not be counted). Such people, along with apostates and sinners outside the Church, will be left for the period of the "great tribulation."

How should believers be, knowing that all this will happen very soon, and that the rapture is inevitable, and it will happen suddenly? Those who have sinned must hasten to repent. The saints of God must watch and pray that that day will not find them unprepared (Matt. 24:42-44).

The saint began his path of church service in 1902 as a missionary in Alaska. In 1905 he took monastic vows with the name of St. Seraphim of Sarov. Since 1910, he served in various dioceses and monasteries in Russia, but most of all he was associated with the Yaroslavl diocese. In 1920 he became bishop (later archbishop) of Uglich, vicar of the Yaroslavl diocese. For some time (December 29, 1926 - April 12, 1927) he headed the Church as Deputy Patriarchal Locum Tenens. After the publication in 1927 of the well-known "Declaration" of Metropolitan Sergius (Stragorodsky) on the relationship between the Church and the Soviet state, he separated from him along with a group of hierarchs headed by Metropolitan Yaroslavl Saint Agafangel. Saint Seraphim was repeatedly arrested by the godless authorities, and from 1928 his uninterrupted journey to Golgotha ​​began, ending in a martyr's death (execution)*. The beginning of this way of the cross is indicated by the published diary. The last date is December 31st. A month later, Vladyka was again arrested. Perhaps he foresaw it. The saint obviously attached a certain meaning to his brief notes of this year, as indicated by the words inscribed at the beginning of the text: "for storage." Loyal people fulfilled the will of their beloved lord. The diary was kept with the greatest precautions, but the owners died, and it has come down to our days and became known as if by chance, which is seen as an obvious Providence of God. It seems to us that the diary is valuable, first of all, for previously unknown specific information about the ascetic's path of confession, about grave events in the life of the Church, and the author's judgments about famous church leaders of that time. The thoughts of the saint expressed in the notes are very significant. In everyday records, the image of the holy archpastor looms, meek and surprisingly humble, but adamant in standing for the faith in spite of any torment.

The diary of Archbishop Seraphim (Samoilovich) for 1928 is a small (13 x 8 cm) self-made notebook sewn with threads in landscape format, with a volume of 38 sheets. The entire notebook is densely filled with neat entries made in various inks; the handwriting is, with few exceptions, legible, sometimes greatly altered, but undoubtedly belongs to the same person. On the first page of the diary it is written: "For storage. A year of sorrow and sorrow." The date "1928" is repeated twice. There are many abbreviations in the text, including many names.

The text is published in accordance with the generally accepted rules for the publication of historical documents, according to the new spelling, but with the preservation of some features of the author's spelling. In particular, the holy martyr Seraphim often put a dash instead of a dot or a comma, in some cases these signs are preserved. Abbreviations, other than commonly used ones, are opened in square brackets. Words underlined by the author are in bold.

On Monday, July 17, on the three-year anniversary of the Malaysian Airlines Boeing crash over Donetsk, King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and Queen Maxima unveiled a monument in memory of the victims of the tragedy of flight MH17 near Amsterdam's Schiphol airport. Independent investigators, who have managed to find out almost all the circumstances of the tragedy over the years, are publishing a request for help in identifying persons who may be involved in the disaster on Monday.

In the Dutch city of Waifhäusen, near the Amsterdam airport Schiphol, on Monday, a ceremony was held to open a monument in memory of the dead passengers and crew members of the Malaysian Airlines Boeing, which was shot down near Donetsk exactly three years ago.​

For most of the ceremony, relatives read out the names of the dead passengers and their ages. Many of the tears could not speak. King William-Alexander of the Netherlands and Queen Maxima sat among the relatives of the passengers throughout the ceremony, and at the very end, together with 17 children from the city of Waifhäusen, they laid sunflowers at the sculptural composition in the center of the monument.

The monument is a forest of 298 young trees bearing the names of the dead, which their relatives planted in March of this year, one tree for each passenger and crew member. Some families poured the ashes of the dead into pits where trees were planted. “So we can walk in the woods and always feel that they are with us,” explained the Van Heiningen family, who lost three relatives.

The author of the landscape project, architect Robert de Koning, built the forest in the form of a commemorative ribbon, doubled. As de Koning explained on Dutch television, in this forest of memory there is no hierarchy between trees, all passengers are equal - adults, children, people of any skin color. In total, 11 varieties of trees were planted (10 varieties for passengers and the eleventh variety - linden - for 15 dead crew members), which bloom at different times. Thus, the forest will change all the time, it will always have the feeling that life goes on. In memory of families flying together and couples in love, trees of the same variety were planted.

In the center of the "ribbon" of the new forest is a sculptural composition by Ronald Westerhäius, which consists of a steel wall 16 meters long and 4 meters high. There is a round hole in the center of the wall. In front of the wall, as under a dark eyebrow, there is a lens, or an "eye" facing the sky, collecting the reflections of all the trees. On the "iris" of the eye - stainless steel engraved with the names of the dead. The eye also looks like a shiny flying saucer, ready to rise into the sky at any second.

Sculptor Ronald Westerhyas calls the monument his life's work and the most difficult task. Relatives of the dead passengers chose Westerhäjus' project from 50 projects by various authors, despite the fact that, in his own words, it was difficult for him to explain his idea, it was so abstract.

"The steel that the wall is made of symbolizes sorrow for me," Westerhäjus said in an interview with the radio program Kunststof on Dutch Radio 1. rusts. I hope that grief is also perishable. " In another interview on Dutch television, Westerhäjus added that although it will take many decades, someday the steel wall will completely rot.

"Now it is still a monument primarily for the relatives of the victims, but it will not always be only their monument. I hope that in fifty and a hundred years people will come here. People will remember this terrorist attack, this catastrophe - how would we they didn't name it," Westerhäjus said.

The latest milestone in the investigation of the crash of flight MH17 and on the way to punish those responsible for it was to try the suspects in the Netherlands under Dutch law. This was agreed in early July by the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Malaysia and Ukraine. During the recent G20 summit in Hamburg, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte personally discussed with Vladimir Putin the decision of the International Investigation Team to hold a trial of those accused of the attack on flight MH17 in the Netherlands. For the sake of this, the organizers of the summit not only invited Rutte to it (the Netherlands is not part of the G20), but also seated him, tall, right in front of the Russian president at a symphony concert included in the summit program. As soon as the last chords of Beethoven's ninth symphony rang out, Rutte turned around and spoke to Putin. According to Rutte, relations between the Netherlands and Turkey are now so bad that a private conversation between the two prime ministers is "uncomfortable" and can only spoil them even more. When asked by a reporter what is the likelihood that the military from the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade in Kursk (it was to this brigade that the Buk that shot down the Boeing was assigned) will appear before the Dutch court, Knoops replied: “The probability of this is negligible, because that, given that they have Russian citizenship, Russia will not extradite them at this stage, since it is prohibited by the Russian constitution. This means that we can get a process in the absence of the accused. A separate question is how desirable such a process is in such a high-profile case, because "It's also about the fairness of the process. We can say that the suspects were given the opportunity to be present in court, but since they did not appear, we will start without them, but the Dutch judge may refuse to conduct such a process at all."

What is the great tribulation? How do we know that the great tribulation will last seven years?

In Holy Scripture, the great tribulation is called by the following names:

1) the day of the Lord (Isaiah 2:12; 13:6, 9; Joel 1:15; 2:1, 11, 31; 3:14; 1 Thessalonians 5:2);
2) sorrow (Deuteronomy 4:30);
3) the great tribulation - refers to the most intense second half of the 7-year period (Matthew 24:21);
4) the time of trouble and the day of trouble (Daniel 12:1; Zephaniah 1:15);
5) a time of distress for Jacob (Jeremiah 30:7).

Understanding the prophecy recorded in Daniel 9:24-27 is essential to understanding the purpose and time of the Great Tribulation. This passage speaks of 70 weeks (in other translations - "weeks"), which were determined for the people of Daniel, that is, for the Jews, the Israelite nation. This time period was allotted by God, “so that the crime was covered, sins were sealed and iniquities were blotted out, and eternal righteousness was brought, and the vision and the prophet were sealed, and the Holy of Holies was anointed.” God claims that all these things will be fulfilled within 70 seven weeks. It is also necessary to understand that it is not a week in our understanding (7 days) - the Hebrew word "heptad", translated here as a week, literally means "seven", therefore, 70 weeks is 70 times 7. So, the time period , mentioned by God, is actually equal to 70 times 7 years, or 490 years. In verses 25-26 the prophet was told that Christ would be put to death in "7 weeks and 62 weeks" (69 weeks) from the command to rebuild Jerusalem. In other words, 483 years after the command, the Messiah will be killed. Indeed, biblical historians confirm that 483 years elapsed from the time the decree was issued to restore Jerusalem to the crucifixion of Jesus. Most Christian scholars, regardless of their views on eschatology (things/events of the future), support the above understanding of Daniel's 70 weeks.

With 483 years that have elapsed from the decision to rebuild Jerusalem until the crucifixion of the Messiah, 1 week (7 years) remains for the fulfillment of the prediction recorded in Daniel 9:24: “that transgression be covered, sins be sealed and iniquities blotted out, and eternal righteousness be brought and the vision and the prophet were sealed, and the Holy of Holies was anointed.” This final 7 year period is known as the Great Tribulation, the time when God will end judgment on Israel for their sins.

In Daniel 9:27, a few touches are given to the description of the 7-year period of the Tribulation: “And one week will establish the covenant for many, and in the middle of the week the sacrifice and offering will cease, and on the wing of the sanctuary there will be an abomination of desolation, and the final predestined death will overtake the desolator.” The same is mentioned by Jesus in Matthew 24:15, and the one who is also called a “desolator” in Daniel 9:27 is called a beast in Revelation 13. The quoted text says that the beast will make a covenant for 1 week (7 years), but in half of this week (3.5 years of the Tribulation), he will break the contract, stopping the sacrifices and offerings. Revelation 13 explains that the beast will place his mark in the temple and demand that the world worship him. Revelation 13:5 says it will last 42 months, i.e. 3.5 years. Since the referenced text in Daniel says that this will happen in the middle of the week, and Revelation says that the beast will operate for 42 months, it is easy to see that the total length of time is 84 months, or 7 years. Also note the text in Daniel 7:25, where “time, times and half a time” (time = 1 year, times = 2 years, half a time = 0.5 years; total = 3.5 years) also speaks of the great tribulation - the second half of the seven-year period when the "devastator" (beast) will come into force.
