2. Educational organizations of the Russian Federation may take part in the Open All-Russian Public Review of Educational Organizations.
3. An open public All-Russian review of educational organizations is held by the Department for the Promotion and Implementation of Innovative Educational Technologies, the Department for Policy in the Field of Mass Events, the Information Center for Methodological Support of the Agency for Modern Education and Science Obrnauka.RF.
4. The open public All-Russian review of educational organizations is held in the Internet format: educational organizations form exhibition content through specialized Internet interfaces.
5. The open public All-Russian review of educational organizations is held in one stage: from January 23 to February 28, 2018 at the All-Russian level. Applications for participation are accepted from November 15, 2017. to February 15, 2018
6. No more than one application for participation can be submitted from one educational organization. The cost of the registration fee for participation for educational organizations is 7 thousand rubles (services for providing support and support for the exposure of information posted by an educational organization on the website: http://expo.obr-nauka.ru).
7. To sum up the results of the event “Open All-Russian Public Review of Educational Organizations”, the Organizer creates and approves by its order the organizing committee and the jury of the review with the involvement of experts from external organizations. The jury cannot include persons working on a permanent basis or part-time in organizations participating in the review.
8. According to the results of the Open Public All-Russian Review of Educational Organizations, all participants are divided into 3 categories: Laureates, Active Participants, Participants of the Review.
9. The results of the event "Open Public All-Russian Review of Educational Organizations" are summed up and published no later than 20 days from the end of the exhibition display of the review (no later than March 20, 2018). The results of the competition are published on the official website of the exhibition.

The assessment of educational institutions was carried out in four main areas:
I direction - the completeness of the presented exhibition content of the educational organization (the completeness of the disclosure of the history of the educational organization,
the availability of information about the leaders of the educational organization in past years and the present, information about the graduates of the educational organization who have achieved certain success in their professional activities, the presentation of teaching staff with certain achievements, the presentation of young teachers and their mentors, the main indicators and results of the work of the educational organization in general, a story about original methods, innovative approaches, novelties that an educational organization uses in its work, coverage of events held by an educational organization during extracurricular / extracurricular time, acquaintance with events aimed at developing interaction with parents).
II direction - the main indicators and results of the activities of the educational organization (the number of winners of research competitions and projects, the results of the creative activity of students, teaching staff - advanced training courses, teaching staff - qualification category, teaching staff - teaching experience, teaching staff - applied technologies, teaching staff - participation in innovative or experimental activities, teaching staff - participation in professional competitions, parental satisfaction with the quality of educational results, indicators of the Federal State Educational Standards: preservation and support of the child's individuality, participation of an educational organization in innovative and experimental work at the federal, regional, municipal levels, participation in scientific conferences at the federal, regional, municipal levels, connection to the Internet, interaction of an educational organization with the parent community, resource providing education in an educational organization, the subject-aesthetic environment of an educational organization, the formation of the value of a healthy and safe lifestyle among students, the formation of anti-terrorist security of an educational organization)
III direction - aesthetics, colorfulness, originality of the presentation of exhibition content by an educational organization;
IV direction - the demand for exhibition content by other participants of the review and non-authenticated visitors to the exhibition.
8214 educational organizations took part in the event "Open All-Russian Public Review-Competition of Educational Organizations", 678 educational organizations became Laureates-Winners. In accordance with the regulations on the review-competition, all Laureates-Winners have an equal status within the framework of the results of the review.
In accordance with the regulations on the review-competition, all Laureates-Winners will be solemnly awarded in two stages.
Stage I - regional, organized and carried out in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation with the invitation of the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the period from August 25 to October 7, 2017. (Prizes and diplomas are provided by the organizer of the review. The date and time of the solemn awarding is agreed with each region separately);
Stage II - all-Russian, organized and held in Moscow with the awarding of the winners of the review with medals and valuable gifts in the period from October 7 to October 12, 2017.
III Open competition of projects and educational and research works "EXPLORER"
The All-Russian Minor Academy of Sciences “Intellect of the Future”, the Center for Development and Health “Logika”, the Miass Branch of ChelGU held the III Regional Open Competition of projects and educational and research works “EXPLORER”. The competition was attended by students of educational institutions (of various types and types), pupils of the senior and preparatory groups of kindergartens. Works prepared by students of various educational institutions aged 5 to 12 were allowed to participate in the competition. Representatives from the cities of Miass, Zlatoust, Chebarkul, Ozerny, Ozersk, Snezhinsk, Satka, Trekhgorny took part.
Completed works in the following areas were accepted for the correspondence competition for preschoolers:
- individual work;
- duet;
- team work;
– family work (works on family traditions, genealogy, family leisure, etc. presented by children and parents/grandparents or children of different ages of the same family)
The competition was held in two stages:
– First stage: correspondence competition of design and research works. It was held by the Organizing Committee from February 15 to April 5, 2017.
– The second stage (full-time): the final of the competition of design and research works – April 15 (for preschoolers) 2017 at the Miass Branch of ChelGU.
Expert evaluation of projects is carried out according to the following criteria:
The relevance of the project, the reality of the proposed solutions, the practical focus on the development of the child.
Volume and completeness of developments, independence, completeness.
The level of creativity, the originality of the disclosure of the topic, the approaches offered by the educator solutions.
Argumentation of the proposed solutions, approaches.
Children of the group preparatory to school MBDOU "DS No. 17 "Smile" Stepan Desyatkov, Arina Khusnutdinova, Daria Kharina presented their competition project "How to arrange parking" in the "Teamwork" nomination.
For the originality of the disclosure of the topic, the creative approach of the proposed solutions - the jury members noted our contestants Diplomas of the I degree and memorable gifts.
Project coordinator Tatyana Alexandrovna Serebryakova awarded with a Diploma for the preparation of finalists of the III regional open competition of projects and educational and research works "Prospector" for the initiative, creativity and contribution to the development of research activities of preschoolers.
