Developers from ZTE (a major manufacturer of 3G / 4G modems) have added the ability to switch between active settings profiles to the application. Unfortunately, in the official firmware of Beeline devices, they are automatically "locked" to the profile provided by the operator. So the "Connection" section, which contains the profile selector, is unlikely to be useful to users. Much more often you will look at the "Account Management" section. From there, you can activate the starting balance when you connect the modem for the first time, as well as activate the payment card (by operator code). Now, if you have a control program installed for your modem, it must be removed from the PC. Then unzip the downloaded archive with the control program of the selected operator. The archive contains a folder with control program files. You do not need to install the program, just move the folder with it to PROGRAM FILES (X86) on your PC. In conclusion, I want to say that this method was tested repeatedly with the control programs for 3G modems of Russian operators on the Windows 7 x64 and x86 operating systems. No problems were found with this. Even when installed in this way (moving files) to a USB flash drive, with the subsequent launch from it, the programs worked without failures.
