The last words of the pilots before the fall. A transcript of the Boeing's conversations with Rostov air traffic controllers before the crash appeared. Who flew on the tragic flight

At the disposal of RBC was a recording of the conversations of the An-148 pilots of the Saratov Airlines airline a few seconds before the crash. The decoding of the voice recorder confirmed the version of icing of the speed sensors.

Recorder decoding

RBC received a recording of the conversations of the An-148 pilots of Saratov Airlines a few seconds before the crash. The plane crashed in the suburbs on February 11, with 71 people on board. The authenticity of the transcript was confirmed by a source in the Federal Air Transport Agency, as well as a source in the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC). The representative of Rosaviatsia declined to comment. The MAC also said that they do not comment on the progress of the investigation.

Aircraft Commander: Up! W-o-o.
Second pilot: Now.
FAC: And you get in...
VP: Actually some bullshit!
FAC: No, well, as I understand it, you wanted it ... And you, on the contrary, down.
VP: Okay, okay, then you'll talk. I mean everything else. Yes, we control everything!
FAC: Everything, everything is fine.
VP: Everything, the speed returned to normal.
AUTO INFORMER:
VP: Op-op-op… 390!
FAC: Where down? Where are you down? Why down?! Where?!
AUTO INFORMER: Speed compare, speed compare.
VP: Yes, because what is good f ... t, 200 speed, b ... b!
FAC: Height! Height! Height!
AUTO INFORMER:
FAC: Up!
AUTO INFORMER: Terrain ahead! Terrain ahead! PULL UP! Terrain ahead!
FAC: Everything, p ... c!

special situation

In February, the IAC Commission deciphered the data of one of the "black boxes" of the crashed An-148, RBC previously reported. The committee noted that the testimony of the flight recorder suggests that icing of the total pressure receivers (PPD) led to the crash.

According to the portal 78.ru, the co-pilot by mistake did not turn on the heating of the sensors, as a result of a malfunction, the speed sensors showed different values. According to the publication, incorrect data led to a panic, and the pilot took the plane down instead of trying to gain altitude.

An-148 commander Valery Gubanov and co-pilot Sergei Gambaryan turned on the autopilot at an altitude of 130–150 m, the IAC previously reported. At an altitude of 550 m, they removed the flaps, 2 minutes 30 seconds after takeoff, a “special situation” began to develop in the plane. On-board systems recorded discrepancies in the speed readings from two air parameters modules - the main and the backup. When the plane was at an altitude of 2 thousand meters, the discrepancies in the data were about 30 km / h. The crew put the aircraft into manual control mode. The aircraft was put into a hard descent at an angle of 30–35 degrees. At the moment of impact with the ground, the pitch angle was about 30 degrees, and 4-5 seconds before the impact with the ground, the aircraft began to develop a right roll, which reached 25 degrees, according to the first conclusions of the IAC commission.

Terrain ahead

An error in the readings of the speed sensors led to the fact that the commander of the aircraft and the co-pilot of the crashed An-148 aircraft performed the opposite actions, Honored Pilot of Russia Petr Marchenko told RBC. “The ship quickly moved from a stable speed to a critical one,” the pilot noted. According to him, there are three speed sensors in the An-148: the main one is the commander's one, the spare one is on the left and the co-pilot's. In case of icing, "they give false readings."

Marchenko noted that the heating of the sensors is turned on manually, and if this does not happen, then the voice informant indicates an error. At the same time, the pilots "quickly taxied out" to the runway and, as RBC's interlocutor suggested, they could have missed this message from the informant.

Informant phrase Terrain ahead! PULL UP!, which also sounds in the recording of the pilots' conversations, means that the plane is approaching the ground at high speed and it needs to be "taken into a set", which the pilots did not have time to do, Marchenko added. The decoding of the voice recorder confirms the version of icing of the total pressure receivers and the subsequent distortion of the aircraft speed readings, the expert in the field of civil aviation concluded.

"Domodedovo. Good afternoon. Pick up the train, ”the dispatcher says on the first recording. At the end of the negotiations, the captain of the liner receives the latest data and says goodbye. “I am climbing flight level 130 134 0. Goodbye!” says the pilot. These were his last words, they write "Dni.ru".

In the future, controllers contact the crew of Flight 703 and do not receive a response.

“Saratov-703, Moscow is calling and calling you,” said one of the airport employees.

The moment of the plane crash was also caught on surveillance cameras.

Recall that the An-148 passenger plane of Saratov Airlines, which was flying from Moscow to Orsk on February 11, disappeared from the radar screens immediately after takeoff from Domodedovo Airport. According to preliminary data, he took off at 14:24 Moscow time (07:24 New York time), and two minutes later he fell off the radar.

Who flew on the tragic flight

More than 60 passengers were residents of the Orenburg region, four crew members were residents of the Saratov region. The technicians who examined the crashed An-148 aircraft of Saratov Airlines were on board at the time of the crash, RIA Novosti was told in the Saratov transport prosecutor's office. Among the dead were three children. The eldest, according to preliminary data, was 17 years old, the second - 13, the youngest - 5, said a representative of the government of the Orenburg region.

The publications appeared on the website of the 78 TV channel and on the Mash telegram channel, while RBC claims that the Federal Air Transport Agency and the IAC confirmed the authenticity of the data

A transcript of the conversation of the pilots of the An-148 crashed in the Moscow region has been published. The negotiations were published on the website of the 78 TV channel, as well as in the telegram channel Mash.

Back in February, the media reported that the pilots were angrily arguing among themselves before hitting the ground. The decoding of the voice recorder data confirms this. The fact that this is the original text, in an interview with RBC, was told by sources in the Federal Air Transport Agency and in the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC).

Here is a fragment of the conversation between the aircraft commander (PIC) and the co-pilot (VP):

FAC: Up! Here.

VP: Now, now.

FAC: Are you down..

VP: In general, some kind of garbage!

FAC: No, well, as I understand it, you wanted it... And you, on the contrary, down.

VP: We'll talk later. Yes, we control everything!

FAC: Everything, everything is fine.

VP: Everything, the speed has returned to normal.

VP: Op-op-op! 390!

FAC: Down to somewhere?! Where are you down? Why down?! Where?!

ALARMS: Speed compare, speed compare.

VP: Yes, because what is good ***, 200 speed, ***!

FAC: Height! Height! Height!

FAC: Up!

ALARM: Terrain ahead! Pull up! Terrain ahead!

FAC: Everything, ***.

What can be understood from this transcript? Yury Sytnik, member of the presidential commission for the development of general aviation, honored pilot of Russia, former flight director of Vnukovo Airlines, comments:

Yuri Sytnik member of the presidential commission for the development of general aviation, honored pilot of Russia, former flight director of Vnukovo Airlines“You can see from this record: the co-pilot was the dominant pilot. His name is Sergey Gambaryan. He is quite an old man, he has 812 flight hours on this type [vessel]. And why did it happen? Because the commander had just entered, he flew for the first month as the commander of the ship. He has only 58 flying hours on his own. It is clear what it is. For a young commander who does not yet have experience in piloting an aircraft from the left seat and has little commanding skills, they put a co-pilot who knows the aircraft very well, can be a leader in the crew in order to help him adapt to a new position. There is such an unspoken rule, it also existed in the Soviet Union, and in many other companies in the world: an experienced co-pilot is assigned to a young commander. But here I cannot say that he was experienced. By the actions they did in the cockpit, I can say that there was confusion, they lost the spatial position of the aircraft, they did not control it using electrical devices. The fact that they had no piloting experience says that they just broke away and retracted the landing gear, the flaps had not yet been completely retracted, and they had already turned on the autopilot and continued to further control the aircraft up to an altitude of 2000 [meters] on autopilot. Then, when the alarm started [demanding] to check the speed reading, they realized that there was a discrepancy between the left and right backup devices in terms of speed, and turned off the autopilot. It was the right move. But they could not keep the plane in level flight or with a small set. I didn’t have enough experience, so a tragedy happened.”

As the 78 TV channel notes, in July last year, the commission of the Federal Air Transport Agency conducted an unscheduled inspection of Saratov Airlines. As a result, the agency came to the following conclusion: the operator is not able to safely carry out commercial air transportation.

Thus, according to these data, 22 employees, including pilots, aircraft commanders and flight engineers, had expired flight certificates. Other violations were also found: in particular, the change of the pilot cannot last more than 12 hours, but for airline employees they reached 22 hours.

However, Saratov Airlines has already refuted information about allegedly expired certificates from the flight crew. The company also reported that they do not yet have an official extract from the negotiations in the An-148 cockpit.

There are indeed questions about the actions of the crew members of the crashed liner. Former aircraft commander, flight safety specialist Alexander Romanov comments:

Alexander Romanovformer aircraft commander, flight safety specialist“I cannot now judge the state of the crew in which they were. It will be necessary to understand whether they had a good rest, in what condition they are. The tension must be very serious. If they were tired, then in this case they could miss very important information. According to the information that I heard, in fact, they fell out of counter-control, that is, they could not control everything in the complex. All the instruments - they saw some kind of speed, and they paid attention to it so dominantly, but in fact it was necessary to consider all this, as it should be, because these procedures are memorized from the pilots - for climb [altitude], movement. In this case, it will be possible to determine with great certainty what is happening with the aircraft. If they were just trying to descend thoughtlessly, then that's probably what I'm talking about. People did not understand what was happening, and just tried to perform some chaotic actions. That is, there was no analysis on other instruments. I don’t want to draw conclusions, especially to stigmatize those who have already passed away, but the idea is this: there was unprofessionalism, unpreparedness, and people simply could not perform elementary cadet procedures, as I call them.

An-148 of Saratov Airlines, flying from Moscow to Orsk, crashed in the Moscow region in February. As a result of the crash, 71 people died: 65 passengers and six crew members.

Petersburg TV channel "78" published a recording from the "black box" of the An-148 aircraft of Saratov Airlines, which crashed in February 2018. On the recording made a minute before the crash, the conversations of the aircraft commander (FAC) Valery Gubanov and the co-pilot (VP) are heard.

The pilots argued over discrepancies in the readings of instruments that read the speed of the aircraft.

He demanded that Sergei Gambaryan take the plane up, the co-pilot replied: “Now, now,” to which Gubanov pointed out to him that the plane was going down. “In general, some kind of garbage!”, The co-pilot was surprised.

“No, well, as I understand it, you wanted it ... And you, on the contrary, down,” answered the aircraft commander.

Further, the co-pilot said "we control everything" and added that the speed had returned to normal. At this point, the alarm system in the cockpit twice demanded to check the speed on the sensors. The co-pilot remarked that "oop-op-op, three hundred and ninety [kilometers per hour]" and steered the plane down, convinced that the speed was 200 km/h. The aircraft commander began to ask why the co-pilot sent the plane down: “Where down, then ?! Where are you down? Why down?! Where?!"

This dialog is accompanied by warnings to check the speed. Gambaryan was convinced that the instruments were deceiving him, and the speed of the aircraft was extremely low. The commander began to demand to gain altitude, and at that moment the signaling already in English began to indicate that the aircraft was going straight into the ground: “Terrain ahead! Pull up! Terrain ahead! (The surface of the earth is straight ahead, raise your nose - "Gazeta.Ru").

The last words of the aircraft commander Valery Gubanov were: "That's it, *** [end]."

It is reported that the co-pilot forgot to turn on the heating of the speed sensors - because of this discrepancy, he sent the plane down, not up, wanting to gain "missing speed".

The Saratov Airlines plane, which took off from Moscow to the city of Orsk in the Orenburg region, crashed on the afternoon of February 11 in the Moscow region. According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, communication with the crew of the An-148 disappeared a few minutes after takeoff from the airport.

The pitch of the An-148 reached 30 degrees, and at that moment the air parameters module of the aircraft commander showed zero aircraft speed. The backup indicator showed very low 200 km / h for this kind of situation. Collision with the ground became inevitable, at the time of the crash, the speed of the aircraft reached 800 km / h. There were 65 passengers and six crew members on board. None of the 71 people survived.

More than 5,000 fuselage fragments were found at the crash site as a result of a week-long search operation.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said that the explosion occurred after a collision with the ground, and at the time of the fall, the aircraft "was intact." After the crash of the An-148 and the death of 71 people on board, he opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport, which negligently entailed the death of two or more persons.

The government of the Orenburg region has begun paying a one-time financial assistance in the amount of 1 million rubles from the regional reserve fund to the families of those killed in the plane crash. In addition, on behalf of the Governor of the Saratov Region, the families of four crew members who died in the crash of the An-148 will be paid 1 million rubles each as material assistance.

On February 16, experts (IAC) deciphered the data of the voice flight recorder of the crashed An-148. The information obtained during the decoding of the first, parametric "black box" was confirmed: the differing aircraft speed indicators were caused by icing of the total pressure receivers measuring the aircraft speed. Contrary to the instructions of the control card, the pilots did not turn on the heating of the sensors on the fuselage of the aircraft.

An-148 crashed in the Moscow region on February 11. As it became clear, before the crash, the aircraft commander (PIC) and the co-pilot (VP) swore and tried to bring the liner out of the dive.

ON THIS TOPIC

FAC: Up! W-o-o.

VP: Now, now.

FAC: And you look...

VP: In general, some kind of garbage!

FAC: No, well, I understand that you wanted it (does not finish). On the other hand, you are down.

VP: Okay, okay, then you will talk. I mean everything else. Yes, we control everything!

FAC: Everything, everything is fine.

VP: Everything, the speed has returned to normal.

Iced sensors gave incorrect readings - the liner continued to fall at that time.

VP: Op-op-op… 390!

According to experts, it was at this moment that the co-pilot made a critical mistake.

FAC: Down to somewhere?! Where are you down? Why down?! Where?!

AUTOINFORMER: Compare speed, compare speed.

VP: Yes, because ... that good *** (obscene, useless to say. - Approx. ed.), 200 speed *** (obscene)!

FAC: Height! Height! Height!

FAC: Up!

AUTOINFORMER: Terrain ahead! Terrain ahead! PULL UP! Terrain ahead!

FAC: Everything, *** (obscene, end. - Approx. ed.).

End of record.

An-148 was flying from Moscow to Orsk on 11 February. The plane crashed in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region. All on board were killed - 65 passengers and six crew members. About 5,000 pieces of the liner were found at the crash site.

The aircraft belonged to Saratov Airlines. According to the latest checks, out of 82 employees - pilots, aircraft commanders, flight engineers - 22 did not have the right to approach aircraft. Their flight licenses were overdue by several years. In particular, eight aircraft commanders have not renewed their licenses since 2014. In addition, a pilot's shift cannot last more than 12 hours, but the airline's employees worked for 22 hours, the 78 TV channel reports.
