  • dry red wine - 1.5 liters;
  • unboiled water - 200 ml;
  • 2 ripe oranges;
  • granulated sugar - 3 tablespoons;

  • ground ginger - 2 pinches;
  • cloves - 7 buds.

Cooking process.

1. Pour water into an enamel saucepan and put it on a slow fire. Put all the cooked spices in it. Bring to a boil. After that, boil for another 8-9 minutes so that the spices fully transfer their aroma and taste to the water. Then remove and let cool slightly.

2. While the broth is cooling, wash the oranges thoroughly, wipe them dry with a clean cloth or towel, cut into circles that are not too thick.

4. Pour 2 bottles of wine into a suitable volume pan, add broth and oranges to it. Put on a slow fire and bring to a temperature of 70-74 degrees Celsius.

  • red dry wine - 750 ml;
  • freshly squeezed orange juice - 300 ml;
  • yellow zest of half a lemon
  • granulated sugar - 150 grams;
  • black raisins - 40 grams;
  • cardamom - 3 buds.
