Its CEO has already received eight years in prison for fraud, and the company itself has been officially declared bankrupt by a court decision. All accounts are empty, the money of equity holders disappeared in an unknown direction. There is no one to finish building the object, and the period of validity of the issued building permit has long expired.

“We have more than a hundred applications to the Ramenskaya administration with a request to recognize the object as problematic. All of them are being refused. Accordingly, we are now turning to the courts,” says Mikhail Kukhtar, a deceived real estate investor in the Berezovaya Roshcha residential complex.

"The problem with the settlement can be resolved after a decision is made to complete the construction of this facility. To date, there is no solution. This is due to the fact that in order to complete the construction, a new investor must be attracted. There is no investor yet, so the deadlines are not determined,” says Nikolai Vorobyov, First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Ramensky Municipal District.

That is, equity holders do not even know how much longer they will have to wait. Soon, replenishment is expected in the Usikov family, but living with a baby in a tent will not work.

“Now there is no money for a rented apartment. Here, we are now living in a tent, because everything has already been used up. Now we are spending money on a second child, we are buying everything we need. And here you are,” says Tatyana Usikova.
