Moscow State University of Civil Engineering has the opportunity to provide students with places in student dormitories. Today student dormitories of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering is a large complex consisting of multi-storey, comfortable ten buildings, united in three campuses located in the city of Mytishchi, the North-Eastern, Central and Southern administrative districts of Moscow.

Dormitory rooms are designed to accommodate two or three people. Kitchens are equipped with all necessary equipment and are located on the floor. For temporary accommodation of parents and relatives who came to visit, there are special "guest rooms" in which there is a refrigerator, TV, electric kettle.

Student dormitories have a developed area of ​​​​improvement, washing machines, left-luggage offices, several shops, buffets, cafeterias. In order to create modern learning conditions on campuses, an Internet connection program is being implemented.

A budget place in any educational institution involves free education and scholarships from the state for good academic performance. Therefore, if you are not included in one of the privileged categories, but want to get on the budget, then you can only rely on your fundamental knowledge, using them when passing the exam.

Who is eligible for a presidential scholarship in Russia

USE passing score

The unified state exam is held centrally in all schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, that is, secondary educational institutions. The form of conducting is the same as the GIA (State Final Attestation) in the ninth grade. Such an exam is conducted to control the knowledge of schoolchildren who have completed their studies. Its results will be introductory for the university. After the exam, a certificate is issued based on the results, which indicates the points earned in all disciplines (11 subjects studied at school).

In 2018, there were some changes in the rules for passing the exam. To enter a university on a budget, it is necessary to pass exams for a passing (minimum) score - the threshold for passing the USE.

Changed scores in three subjects:

1. Mathematics - 24 (2017) - 27 (2018).
2. Social Studies - 39 (2017) - 42 (2018).
3. Foreign languages ​​- 20 (2017) - 22 (2018).

For other subjects, the passing score has not changed. Why do you need to increase such a score? The Ministry of Education and Science thus tries to raise the level of preparation of applicants. From the same incoming graduates pass the profile exam in mathematics. Clarification: the university itself can determine its own passing score for admission, but not lower than that established by Rosobrnadzor.

Budget places and passing scores for MGSU

There are only 10 MGSU budget places allocated by the state for student education. As mentioned above, the university offers 200 study programs for applicants to choose from.

1. Undergraduate. For four years of study, the student receives a full-fledged basic education in the chosen specialty (in the diploma it will be written “Bachelor”).
2. Specialty. The training lasts five to six years, after such studies one can engage in scientific work or continue to study at graduate school.

In order to enter the budget, you must pass an entrance professional exam. But the results of the exam are also counted. For example, in mathematics, only the results of the USE are taken into account at the profile level.

In 2018, MGSU for school graduates determined the following minimum threshold (in points):

• mathematics - 30-35 (depending on the chosen program);
• Russian language - 45;
• professional entrance test - 35;
• creative entrance test - 35;
• physics - 36-40 (depending on specialization);
• social science - 45.

It should be remembered that the results of each entrance examination conducted by MGSU independently are evaluated on a 100-point scale.

Masters scholarship this year: size

Those who scored fewer points according to the results of the Unified State Examination than stated by MGSU, unfortunately, will not be able to enter the university this year.

Applicants may benefit from:

• winners of all-Russian and school Olympiads;
• members of the national teams of the Russian Federation.

Such graduates must have USE results of at least 65 points in a general education discipline corresponding to the profile of the Olympiad.
