Moreover, even if after all the research and finding out the reasons for your gray hair, you still don’t hear a clear answer from the doctors, you can still stop the process of graying your hair!

There is no guarantee that everything will work out, but it is worth fighting for it in any case!

Causes of gray hair

Most often you can hear that the most common cause of gray hair is age.

Especially if you are over 30-35-40, then to say that this is a problem, you should be somehow ashamed ... - Don't you understand? AGE!

But somehow I don’t want to put up with such a “rosy” prospect of withering anyway ... And for some reason such a “blurred” answer as “age” does not reassure ...

There are thousands of people who do not even have a single gray hair at 50! Surely among your friends or relatives there are such lucky ones. Oh, how you want to be among them too, right?

But whatever one may say, and after 40 years, few people do not have gray hair. Ok, age does play a role.

Or maybe, after all, there were some mistakes in the way of life?

Especially, given the lifestyle that the majority leads: unhealthy food, lack of sufficient physical activity, the wrong daily routine, in principle, smoking, alcohol.

Add here chronic stress, ecology, the presence of diseases - and it becomes clear that NOT to turn gray at all - there are simply NO options ...

But what about the people who smoke, drink, eat sausage all their lives, and do not turn gray even after 40? There are some!

Yes, I have. And let them be few, but they are.

This means that there are actually quite a few reasons for the appearance of gray hair, and what exactly “worked” in your particular case is not very well known ... But you still need to know the reasons.

  • Clean water - at least 1.5-2 liters per day, depending on your weight. The formula is 30 ml of water for every kilogram of weight.
  • For example, if you weigh 50 kg, then your norm is 30 * 50 \u003d 1.5 liters per day.
