I have been meaning to write this article for a long time. For a long time I collected both theory, observations, and practical results from the application of the practice described here.

And in this article I want to talk about what psycho-energy blocks are, what harm they do, and how to deal with them on your own.

I already briefly mentioned in the article "We treat a child's fear" about what fear is, what is the mechanism of its formation and manifestation in the psyche and energy.

Here I will reveal more deeply the relationship between the psyche and energy, and how a mental block and an energy block in their union give rise to a new type of “self-mutilation” - a psycho-energy block.

Theory

The world around us is filled with stress and pressure on the psyche that haunt us from birth. All this "shakes" our psyche - either strengthening it or injuring it. Our psyche has a certain level of stress resistance and protection. Some of the loads on the psyche are amortized, repelled.

Those emotional stresses that the natural defense of the psyche cannot restrain, “break through” it, and inflict the so-called “psychotrauma”. The psyche, however, must still ensure the existence of the personality, and how it can cope with this psychotrauma. Shock “freezing”, going into post-traumatic depression is the “digestion” of the trauma received by the psyche.

And what is not “digested”, then our psyche isolates, “drives” into the subconscious, isolates the traumatic experience from active participation in the work of the psyche and in memory, “envelops” the psychotrauma, puts it to sleep. And so a psychological block is created. A kind of conditioned reflex - having been frightened of a dog once - we are afraid of all dogs in the future, having been refused by a girl - we are afraid to get acquainted with the next, robbed in a dark passage - we are afraid of the dark in principle, we survived ruin - an obsessive fear of need appeared, humiliated at work - began to doubt their competence, and so on and so forth ... And you want to overcome such blocks, and you don’t succeed.

As a result, these psychological blocks become our anchors that keep us at the bottom, taking away strength, keeping us in tension, fear, anxiety, depression, loss of strength, in despondency, in pessimism, in hatred, in fear of communication, in prohibitions and self-restraint, in disbelief in oneself, in complexes, in “I can’t”. These blocks are one of the main, if not the MOST main "brake" on the way to our "happy present".
The overwhelming majority of people live and exist with such blocks. To be honest, they live “somehow”, because EACH of them (of us) can say - “if it weren’t for this, this, this (fear, stress, trauma, obstacles, complex, loss, block), then it would be everything is much better.”

They live patiently. If this psychological block is not touched, then it will not emerge, and it will not hurt again from experiences and memories. And if you "touch" .... Try it yourself. Recall one of the most stressful, traumatic experiences in your life. Relive it. How are you feeling? Badly? Forces are gone - this is a minimum.

And now let's move on to the topic of energy.. What is an energy block? This is the stagnation of energy that is blocked and not used in the normal rhythm of energy metabolism. She is "disabled" from access. In bioenergetics there is a main rule - "where there is thought - there is energy."

To “digest” stress, the nervous system needs to spend energy. To "send" stress and traumatic memories to the subconscious - the nervous system needs to spend energy. To "block" and keep it there - the nervous system needs to spend energy. Have you tried holding a ball under water at sea? You have to press on it, otherwise it will break out and pop up.

Similarly, the psyche must constantly expend energy in order to keep the blocked mental block from accessing the outside, where its appearance will continue to have a painful effect on the state, well-being, and behavior of a person.

This is not very noticeable at first glance. But as soon as you get rid of these blocks, you feel the difference immediately. As after cleansing the body, a person realizes that before he was not so healthy and energetic. Does a person in a state of anxiety, depression have a lot of strength? There is no strength, no strength even to WANT to do something.
So the mental block “absorbs” energy into itself, taking it away from the energy of a person. This is the psycho-energetic block. Have you seen American films showing their old prisons? There, prisoners walk around with heavy iron weights chained to their feet. And psycho-energetic blocks are the same weights that do not allow you to “fly, want and do”.

There will be no healthy mental and energy tone when these blocks “float” inside.
For the first time, in practice, I noticed the manifestation and “discharge” of a psycho-energetic block 5 years ago. Then I worked with a man who, after parting, was cursed by his wife. He sat quietly and calmly in his chair. I'm next to a candle. He yawned. The negative is out. When I finished, I told him to just sit for a couple of minutes to rest and gather his strength. And then he suddenly began to voluntarily twitch his hands, and a chill went from him. I asked what was the matter with him, to which he replied that memories of scandals with her surfaced in his head. And I had to keep cleaning. But it was not the negative of the curse that came out, but the energy of scandals and memories of them.

The second time I analyzed this topic in more detail already in Moscow, when a psychotherapist worked with me, working through childhood psychotraumas. And then, during the “opening” of psychotraumas, I began to experience the same effects when I cleansed myself and others from negativity - yawning, tears, belching, vomiting, chills. And it was precisely the negative that came out - negative, heavy energy. And then I understood the mechanism of psycho-energetic blocks. This is the same negative as the one that comes from outside, which harms a person, which sucks him out from the inside, distorting the work of the psyche, the work of energy.

And the method that I will describe below is designed to “raise”, pull out, withdraw, destroy, break these psycho-energy blocks, align the work of the psyche, restore normal tone, free your energy body from energy-dead tissue, reset get rid of this burden that “presses from within”, get rid of fears, depressions, your “conditioned reflexes” and obsessions.
To do this, you need to find, “wake up” this block, raise it to the surface, and piss it off. And the output of this block and the "pathological" (distorted) energy accompanying it will go through the body.
A greater effect from such a practice will be if a person is accompanied by a specialist who can “pull out” this block (or rather, the energy of this block), which the patient cannot “push out” from himself. But, even working with yourself on your own, you can get a good effect, having patience and moderation in workloads (without overloading yourself).

However, I will immediately say about contraindications to the use of this method of work in such conditions - nervous exhaustion, acute stage of neurosis, schizophrenia and other forms of mental disorders, epilepsy, deep depression, taking antipsychotics and antidepressants, loss of strength, heart failure.

Why? It is possible to exacerbate these states and dive into them even deeper when working with psychotraumas and experiences. It is better to give yourself time to recuperate and then proceed. And serious psychotraumas should be “pulled out” only with a psychotherapist.

You will have to relive and immerse yourself in traumatic memories and situations in order to "defuse" them. You should not turn this work into an extra reason to cry, feel sorry for yourself and “savor” your suffering, all the more flaunting it (“oh, how bad I feel, how bad I feel - look at me, have pity on me!”). I hope you are not a masochist, and do not turn this practice into aimless “picking in sores” and “chewing” your experiences for the tenth or thirtieth time.

At work, the following manifestations are possible:
emotional: sadness, fear, panic, aggression, hatred, anxiety, apathy;
physical: tears, yawning, spasms, convulsions, chills, sweating, nausea, pricks in the heart, stomach upsets, body aches.

Thus, psychological and energy blocks are discharged. The symptoms of "discharging" blocks are proportional to the strength of the block itself. The heavier the block, the harder it is to leave.

But you don't have to be afraid. You yourself determine the dosage of the load, the operating time, the depth of immersion and the limit of your patience. The body will become a "drain valve" for the release of negative blocked, distorted energy.

One more warning. Working out the psycho-energetic blocks that are associated with your environment - children, parents, spouse, relatives, friends, bosses, lovers, can "wake up" and aggravate those emotions and states that you work out in the "block" - resentment, hatred, aggression, hatred old pain, fear. In such cases, restrain yourself and work through this block again and again, until the emotions described above disappear.

Our memory stores many memories. The mechanism of the psyche and memory makes the bad to remember "stronger". More memories are sent to the subconscious and allegedly "forgotten". Not forgotten, but hidden, “drowned” there. And we will have to work out both those situations that we remember and are aware of, and those that are “forgotten-hidden” in the depths of the subconscious.
What is this practice, after all?

Practice

Everything is quite simple.
You have the choice of sitting or lying down. Naturally, no one should interfere with you. It is good to do this practice together with someone you trust, so that he is simply there - to cover, give water, just hold his hand, speak out. And who will understand what you are doing and why you need it. Compassionate mothers with their “God, what are you doing to yourself! Drop it immediately!" and friends-jokers-pranksters are not helpers here. But if such a reliable person is not around, you can handle it yourself.
These are all conditions.

What should be done?
Sit down (lie down), relax, calm down, throw current problems out of your head. Focus on the here and now. The "here and now" is your starting point. Every time you will start from the “here and now”.

And starting from today, slowly and unhurriedly, begin to "rewind" time and memories back. By events, by situations. Slow is the most important word in this process. And observe your state and feelings.

Like a fisherman fishing - hooked or not. And here it is "hooked". What does it mean? Emotions or the body, or both the body and emotions at the same time give a signal that a block is “sitting” in this situation. Irritation, tension, anger, fear, pressure in the body, bursting pain, trembling - if these or similar symptoms accompany memories, then this means that a psycho-energy block has been found and has begun to “swing”.

Now it should be removed. The body will play an important role in this. In psychotherapy there is a direction - "Wilhelm Reich's body-oriented therapy", where through the alternation of tension and relaxation of the body, psychological blocks are released. Get rid of muscle clamps - sharply and strongly straining the muscles of the whole body in turn and relaxing them.

Shake your hands, shake your whole body, take deep and long exhalations that will relax the whole body. And all this time “scroll” the situation in your head. You can give free rein to words and utter everything that you could not express then. RELEASE your emotions, if you need to cry - cry, swear - swear, howl - howl, spit - spit ....

Reply now if you don't have something to answer then. Hit back if you didn't hit then. And mentally imagine that the situation ends in YOUR favor, you become the winner. Scroll through this scenario in your head. You control your fantasy and imagination. Leave in your imagination the victory for yourself in the situation. And so - until you "breathe out", do not calm down.
Remember that the more emotions in a situation - fear, aggression, longing, pain, resentment, the stronger this block will manifest itself emotionally and physically.

Therefore, if the manifestations in the body are superficial, at the level of muscle clamps, blocks, shortness of breath, spasms, convulsions - you can easily “throw them off” from yourself, literally - like dirt from the body.
But if a firmly seated block wakes up, then it will be more difficult and longer to “pull out”.
Most often, these deep psycho-energy blocks are determined in the area of ​​the chakras. And you can “pull out” this energy block from your subtle body in several ways.

When working, a block “surfaced”, which can manifest itself as a prolonged tension in one of the chakras, spasm, tension, burning, pain - acute or aching. If this happened, “get out” of the memory. The energy block is up and activated. It is the energy block that is the basis of the mental block. Without "discharging" the energy block, the psychic block will not go away. Therefore, we are engaged in an energy block. There are several methods, as I said, for you to choose from.

You can attach a raw chicken egg to this place (a method of transferring energy from one living object to another). And with counterclockwise rotational movements roll over this part of the body, imagining that this egg, like a magnet, draws muddy, heavy, dirty energy from the body. How long to continue? Until the condition in this place improves. If the block "woke up" in another place, the same egg can be used further, until the end of work for today. Then break it up and throw it away.

Further - you can "squeeze" this energy block out of yourself by breathing. Slowly, and straining literally with the whole body, squeeze out the tension (pain, discomfort) from this part of the body like a pump. It will be even better if, when exhaling, you will either strain the muscles in this area or press on this place with your palm. And imagine that you exhale black smoke, dirt, and other rubbish from your body.
Next - also work with breathing, but already on inhalation. While inhaling, imagine that you are inhaling a hot flow of light energy, which, like a plasma flow, enters the body during inhalation, flows into the area of ​​the block and dissolves it like lava dissolves everything that fell under its flow. And this place should already be moderately kneaded with your hands in order to literally physically “break” the tension, pain, spasm, cramp inside.

If religion and prayer are close to you, then at the same time you can read a prayer or turn to God in your own words with a request to help, remove pain, tension, fear, resentment (any emotion or experience that bothers you at that moment).

Further - for people who have good visualization abilities.
Ask your subconscious (your soul, God, guardian angel) to show you this block, this bunch of energy. And trust your subconscious, it will choose the right image for you.
Or - visualize this block yourself. Determine its shape, size, structure, color, temperature. And putting your palm to this place, mentally "grab" it, and begin to "pull" it out of the body. Imagination will help. “Tore off” it entirely or in parts from yourself, and it is better to bring your hand to the fire - to the candle, “burning” this torn energy.

For greater effect - combine all these approaches in one procedure. They rolled out an egg for a couple of minutes, breathed for 1-2 minutes, “teared off” the remnants of the clot from themselves. Then - they relaxed the body, breathed deeply - gained strength and energy, stretched, shook themselves, checked the sensations. If all is well - decide for yourself - continue or finish for today.

Decided to continue? Then return to this memory, “twist” it again in your head in the form in which it was originally. If there is still a negative emotional reaction, or reactions in the body, it continues to “discharge” the block. Remember that you can model the course and outcome of a situation in your imagination. UNTIL THE MOMENT, until this situation becomes indifferent, neutral to you.
Your task is to move away from perception: “Oh horror, it was! It's so painful, insulting, etc...”, before the perception: “It was. I realize it. It's gone. It doesn't bother me anymore."

In psychotherapy, this is called "Closing the Unclosed Gestalt." Bring the situation to a logical, closed state, and let it go. Like a book you've read. Like watching a movie.

Working with a mental block goes like this. You have reached the point. Dive into it. When you watch it, emotions that bother you appear. The body reacted. Stopped, left the memory. FIRST, we work out the energy block, remove it from the body. Returned to memory. Scrolled it again. If emotions and feelings are close to neutral - and they satisfy you - this situation is closed, worked out, move on. Together with the energy block, the mental block is also discharged. If negative emotions remain, then we work out a mental block. "Close" mentally this situation. Bring it to the end. Be the director of this memory, this situation. Model the situation however you want.

Offended someone - ask sincerely for forgiveness, free yourself from the burden of guilt, get relief. Do not have time to say the last words to the deceased - say now, get relief. You were hit, but you could not answer, forgive and “crushed” it in yourself - forgive it now, or - hit back, kill, trample, destroy, but GET RELIEF.

You are five years old, you have not been bought a toy, and you are crying, and it is so painful and insulting. It was. Then. And now "turn on the adult" from the "here and now." And make sure it wasn't worth it. You, an adult, do not need this toy anymore. And if you still need it, it's up to you. Take her mentally, play with her, mess around with her in the form of a "five-year-old." Play and LET GO. If it “reaches” logically, the discharge will happen quickly. If it didn’t “reach” logically, you will have to “pull out” the block from yourself. Relief and calmness are a signal and a sign of the discharge of a mental block.

Model your own behavior in the situation, the memory of which you are working out. Become not "here and now", but "there and then" the way you want to be.

You are a defenseless child and your father beats you - stand "I" -big next to "I" -small and protect yourself little. Or "transform" from a child to an adult and beat daddy back. Or, from the height of your current experience, strength, wisdom, forgive the old drunken freak. AND LET GO.

But don't run away from the situation. Alas, you need to fully discharge. But look at your strength - you can “defuse” a difficult situation in several approaches, in a few days. Important words to defuse the situation - let go, forgive.

The deeper in time-age we plunge into memories, the more vaguely these memories are. If you do not remember the situation, do not fantasize "I think it was like that." You can literally “delude” yourself with any superfluous, and vice versa, aggravate what was, with what was not there. Just in this case, give it to the will of the subconscious. Ask him to give you images of this situation (or, as I said above -. And now you will need to “eliminate” those images that the subconscious gave you.
These images can come out as monsters, and freaks, and people, and animals, and shapeless masses, and voices, and memories from nightmares.

And again - we work out the body - an energy block, and then - a mental block. Model, and what will you do with these images, with these “monsters”. They are big - get bigger. There are many of them - become more. They are scary - and you are stronger. Destroy, burn, chase them away. Not enough strength or scared - ask for help from God, from the angels, from your parents. Include their images in the fight against the nightmares of the subconscious. And win. And LET GO again.

The procedure for working with psycho-energy blocks can be compared with the removal of a boil. Pressed - it hurts, we endure. We squeeze out - it hurts, we endure. We clean it - it hurts, we endure. Squeezed out, cleaned out - the pain goes away. They applied an ointment, a bandage - the pain went away.

But this so-called "ointment, bandage" is the filling of the void that remained after the remote psycho-energy block. Like - like giving candy to a child after a bitter mixture.

Praise yourself: “You are great. Everything is fine. I feel easy and calm. It's gone." And they left for a while in pleasant memories, gained positive there. And in fact, give yourself ice cream! Or something nice. This “plants” a positive emotional anchor inside in order to fix the complete discharge of the block.

It is worth doing these practices in doses, but regularly. Determine the frequency yourself. Duration in time for one approach - also determine yourself. And so - situation after situation in depth in time, along the course of one's life to its beginning.

Someone will go easily and quickly. Someone - with a creak, but it will work too. If you can't cope with one difficult memory, take it easier, and come to this later - with new strengths and skills. As with a tree - a thick branch is not sawn off - saw off thinner. Anyway, the thick one will then have to be cut down. The body, emotions and subconscious will tell you when to stop, when to continue, and when it's all over.

It takes energy, but releases more energy than you spent.
Important note. The psyche and subconsciousness can block the block so strongly and deeply and “prohibit” touching it, causing sharp, severe painful states when trying to “break” the block. In this case, you do not need to touch it to your detriment. It's better to consult a specialist.

After working through those situations that were remembered, it is worth moving on to situations that were not remembered, were not fully opened, were not comprehended. This is especially true of the period when a person could experience, feel, but could not think and analyze. That is, to childhood.
And this is already a new stage of work. To do this, use the same methods, but with a different setting. You will "scroll" life not by events, but by periods of time. Best of all - over the years. You will just mentally give the subconscious mind the installation: "Release, release and eliminate all the experiences, blocks and negative emotions that remained in you in such and such a year."

Sat down. You need to start from the here and now. They said to themselves: "2014". They gave a command to the subconscious: "Release, release and eliminate all experiences, blocks and negative emotions that you have in 2014." Thus, I look at work at what time my patients were harmed, or they experienced shock, stressful situations.

Deeply relaxed. We don't think about anything. Immerse yourself in the "inner darkness". We listen to the state and emotions. We are looking for - quietly or "hooked".

Don't be active. Just watch. Here it is the turn of the subconscious, not the mind, to work. Now “it” can emerge in fragments, pieces, muddy streams, shapeless masses. Just mentally burn and throw it all away. And this place - warmth, light and peace. And what you remember - you have to consciously work out. During this period of time, it is important to listen to the body, not the mind, and respond to bodily reactions first.

It may turn out that when working on time intervals, it can become bad against a generally calm background. So the subconscious memory of the negative that could be inflicted on you during this period of time can “wake up”. Then you will have to clean yourself additionally - solder yourself for several days with holy water, read prayers, roll out the whole body (all chakras) with holy water, and then - the field of improving the state of "digging" further inland.

And so - year after year in reverse order.

The most important period is from ten years to birth. Skip these years of life long and smoothly. And try to go "below zero" - below the date of birth. But for months now. At minus 9. In this way, you can unearth and “discharge” intrauterine blocks, fears, stresses, fears and other negative things.
Here ... Long, difficult. In fact, it's easy. Already after several attempts.

And our task is to free ourselves from emotional garbage, energy garbage. So you can get rid of a number of psychosomatic diseases, nervous disorders and disorders, fears, complexes, anxieties, get an influx of new energy and new forces, work out a number of karmic situations, and change your karma. Yes, change your fate!

We earn karma for ourselves by three things - thoughts, emotions, and actions. And with the help of this practice, we removed an important part from the “karma-forming” scheme - EMOTIONS. Bad emotions. And change will come. If you do not fill yourself with new psycho-energy blocks again.

And for prevention, make yourself a habit for 15-20 minutes every week to throw off the blocks accumulated over the week so that they do not “sprout”, gain strength and begin to harm you.

The nature of blocks is as dual as our human nature. To understand it more deeply, imagine the flow of energy in your body as the flow of a river, with its bends and widening channel. Constrictions, blockages, broken dams on it will correspond to injuries, diseases, conflicts that impede the flow of healthy energy that need to be cleared - and this is one side of the blocks.
On the other hand, the river has its own banks, gentle slopes, and sometimes severe rocks, forcing it to flow in a certain direction. Here, the blocks act as massive barriers that direct the flow of energy, contain it, and do not allow it to overflow. They obviously have power! This is another property of blocks - we need these restrictions until a certain time, because they direct our movement through life.

from the point of view of psychology, a block is a steady tension of the body, behind which there is an actual problem of a person;

from the point of view of functional anatomy, a block is a state of tissue characterized by its shortening, increased density and rigidity;

from the point of view of chiropractic, a block is a partial or complete restriction of mobility in a motor segment or joint;

from the point of view of bioenergetics, a block is the encapsulation of a certain part of the energy in a certain part of the body.

Technically, the formation of blocks in the body occurs as follows: every act or thought (causal or mental levels) in a state of stress is accompanied by an emotional reaction, behind which is an ethereal sensation. The latter represents multiple microscopic muscle tensions. Getting into situations typical for his picture of the world, a person receives a typical set of similar muscle tensions. In each such typical situation, a kind of muscle training occurs - so that gradually these tensions become habitual and form chronic muscle spasms.
Thus, each bodily block contains the memory of all relevant splits of the buddhic plane, mistakes in professional and personal activities (causal plane), inaccurate and erroneous thoughts and intellectual impasses (mental plane) and emotional conflicts (astral plane).

There are countless different types of blocks, and each person has their own, unique ones. The most amazing thing is that often we are not even aware of them. Even with the strongest blocks, which manifest themselves in constant muscle tension, people remain completely unaware of their existence. Why? Because many people are just used to this state of things. The only thing that lets you know about the presence of a block is discomfort or illness.

2. What are the blocks?

Like our psyche, bodily blocks have their own history and depth. Three levels can be distinguished. Blocks can be at the level of our consciousness, making it narrow and clumsy. At the level of the unconscious, they act like dams or blockages from old traumas, making it difficult to be open and spontaneous. At a deeper level, they can become the harsh attitudes of previous generations, distorted values, genetic limitations that do not allow us to use our full original potential. Often, patients describe blocks as masks, tourniquets or ropes that entangle the body. They can neither bind our hands, preventing us from expressing true feelings, they can fetter our hips, preventing us from being spontaneous and sexual. During our lives, we collect a whole “collection” of such ropes, protections and masks.

In body-oriented therapy, the object of study is tension, which in its essence is a deviation from the norm and distinguishes between functional and organic tension, and functional tension, in turn, is divided into three types: superficial (situational), protective and psychosomatic.

Surface tension occurs as a result of physical overload - a long stay in an uncomfortable position, hard work, a specific load, etc. This type of tension is the most noticeable, it is usually felt, perfectly aware and know a lot of ways to deal with it. A contrast shower, a glass of mulled wine, physical exercises, hot tea, a good sound sleep, a few minutes of “laughter therapy”, massage, closeness with a loved one - and fatigue is gone. Surface tension is superbly removed by simple relaxation techniques.

Protective voltage, as the name implies, arises as a way for the body to adequately respond to external influences or an unusual situation. This kind of tension can best be traced by the example of an atypical situation in which a person finds himself. So, if a person finds himself in an unfamiliar company and from the threshold falls under the sight of curious and wary eyes, his body instantly seems to be fettered by a shell and movements become rigid, jerky, the person feels awkward. The tension of protection, and with it the bodily stiffness, goes away only after some time, after psychological relaxation. The basis of such a mechanism is the mobilization of the body, its readiness to respond in case of danger. The protective voltage leaves the body in a matter of minutes, however, the chain transmission effect is very common: feeling the protective voltage, a person assumes that something is wrong with him and psychologically strains already from the fact that this is happening to him. Further, such a person begins to fight with his own defense, i.e. with itself, the tension builds up. After some time, the immediate environment begins to react to this constantly overstressed person with unmotivated and little conscious aggression, which, in turn, makes him tense up even more. A person ceases to distinguish external stimuli, he is already protected from everything and just in case. Most likely, such a person will say that the world is hostile and one must always be on the alert. His body takes on the characteristics of being aggressive and defensive.

Psychosomatic tension is the subject of "interest" of the body therapist in the first place. In itself, it has a formative function in relation to the body and is the result of a person’s psychological experience, a consequence of psychotrauma and experiences. It is at this level that the blocks are located. At this level, a person feels the merging of the pain of the body with the pain of the soul.

The desire to be different from who a person is, rejection of oneself, refusal of full-fledged reactions and, accordingly, from contact with one's own body, suppression and lack of differentiation of emotions lead to the fact that a person generally loses the habit of reacting emotionally, or reacts untimely and inadequately. Moreover, a person is still trying to consciously impose a ban on the natural reactions of his own body.

Blocks are directly related to the nature of the action and the nature of the response, i.e. blocks appear where the blocking of the impulse occurred and do not occupy the first vacant place. So, if you wanted to speak out, but did not speak out, you will have a specific tension in the neck, larynx, lower jaw, cheekbones, perilabial area and lips. If you wanted to cry and did not cry, your forehead, cheekbones will tighten, tension will spread to the nasolabial folds, eyes, and compress your chest. If you wanted to abandon the case, but did not refuse, driven by a feeling, your shoulders will ache sadly and your stomach will remind you of yourself.

As a result of receiving the first negative experience of restraint or experience, tension appears, on which a new layer of tension will be superimposed all subsequent times when a person experiences the same thing. Thus, the block is most like a layered pie, where each next layer is associated with a problem similar to the previous one.

3. How does trauma create a block?

The most common cause of blocks is trauma, which can be physical or emotional. The most serious traumas that potentially create a blockage occur during the formation of a person - in childhood, when we are especially trusting and impressionable. Injuries can occur during confrontations and arguments, as a result of verbal or physical threats.

How does trauma create a block? Trauma is a danger signal. We instinctively become numb: we clamp down, we hold our breath. In other words, we do what is contrary to the process of life - we harden, become tougher in order to protect ourselves, and strange as it sounds, but in order to survive, we "dead". Ideally, when the danger has passed, we need to return to the previous soft, alive state, but in real life this is not the case: we remain squeezed.

What is wrong with this, if our life becomes safer with the blocks? Of course, blocks help us survive for a certain period, but once established, blocks begin to pose a threat, both on a physical level and emotionally.

Body: Think of a river with dams and dikes. So the blocks stand in the way of our inner river, our life, health and energy. Our heart, liver and other organs have to work hard so that the flow of blood and lymph can reach certain areas. What is the energy spent on? The area that is behind the block will lack power, while on the other side the pressure will increase. Frustration, pain, and disease can show up on both sides of this dam. Symptoms are our priceless warning lights, they remind us that something is wrong and direct our attention to exactly where there is internal conflict.

Perhaps illness is the body's call for rest, a break, perhaps it is calling you to face what no longer serves you and change it. Perhaps the disease is the last way out of the situation.

Emotions: In life, often when resolving conflict situations, we meet with a strong manifestation of emotions: resentment or anger. Most often they are echoes of our past traumas. Emotions are our reactions to our deepest feelings and needs.

If once upon a time your feelings were not heard, then they can still block the flow of healthy energy in the body. Present circumstances that resemble a traumatic situation can awaken fear or anxiety that has been dormant in your body for years. In this case, you will think that the situation or partner is the cause of your emotions, but it is not. To understand what lies behind them, you need to meet with the "monsters" of the past, sitting deep in our subconscious.

DIAGNOSTICS OF BLOCKS (on the example of another person)

The client is laid on the couch on his back. Inspection is carried out according to the following scheme:

1) his breathing (does the chest, stomach breathe and does the breath enter the pelvis);

2) how elastic the chest is when breathing (how flexible the chest is to pressure);

3) how much a person can consciously breathe from the stomach (the therapist puts his hand on the client's stomach and asks him to breathe);

4) chest and abdomen (by palpation, the degree of soreness or tickling sensation is determined, how much the stomach is released, etc.);

5) thighs (by intense palpation, the degree of soreness or tickling sensation is determined). Of particular interest is the inner thigh. The degree of muscle tension or its "jelly-like" is revealed. Both tense and jelly-like muscles are blocked in terms of the passage of energy;

6) buttocks (same technique);

7) how blocked the pelvis is (mobility of the pelvis back and forth during breathing, the entry of breath into the pelvis).

8) The following exercise is suggested: stand with knees slightly bent, feet shoulder-width apart, body weight concentrated at the base of the toes. It is necessary to set aside the pelvis as far as possible, while slightly bending the legs at the knees, and make a movement to release the intestines. In this case, the muscles of the pelvic floor relax. Then the pelvic floor muscles should be "lifted" - they contract. A person may not feel the difference between contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles, and this indicates the tension of these muscles (the person cannot relax them). The person may also feel that only a conscious effort releases the pelvic floor muscles, which then spontaneously contract. The genesis of pelvic floor muscle tension is associated either with early "cleanliness training" (too early potty training), or with early masturbatory inhibitions, or may refer to masturbatory inhibitions of puberty.

9) the degree of tension in the muscles of the back of the neck and shoulders (it is important to check the tension of the paravertebral muscles of the cervical spine, especially at the junction of the neck with the skull (testing techniques, as in paragraph 4));

10) throat clamps (manifested in a quiet, somewhat high-pitched voice, in the occurrence of a “lump” in the throat, throat spasms during excitement, quite frequent nausea with simultaneous difficulty initiating vomiting);

11) tension of the circular muscles of the mouth (with the usual chronic tension of these muscles, the tension is not realized, on palpation the upper and lower lips are tense, tightly closed, there are specific circular wrinkles around the mouth, the lower lip can protrude forward, revealing a call tendency);

13) tension of the circular muscles of the eyes (the presence of radial wrinkles, blurred vision, "lifeless" eyes, the absence of tears when crying - signs of an eye block);

A SIMPLE TECHNIQUE FOR WORKING WITH BLOCKS IN THE BODY:

1 part:
Take a comfortable body position.
Lie down, close your eyes, relax.
Feel the space that fills your body.
Feel your breath.
Notice the signals of your body, its sensations and reconnect with them.
2 part:
Consciously call up in your imagination that negative image-key that starts the work and forms a block in the bodies. Then, when you see the picture, start lightening it, making it white, erasing the image until it disappears completely. You can also hear sounds, while translating them into the sound of water (the sound of a waterfall) that erases negative images from the body.

Do this technique as often as possible until the negative image appears and disappears easily and does not make you feel uncomfortable.

Two effective techniques for working with body blocks.

The essence of this work is as follows. First, the area of ​​the body responsible for this problem is tracked down, and the most spasmodic muscle in this area is located.
Further, multilevel work is carried out, in which two additional methods are used.
The first of these is to "open the body." The term open the body means that, firstly, the selected area should be as relaxed as possible, and secondly, that it needs to create a feeling in it that the body tissues become permeable or diverge. For many people in this state, there is a sensation and a visual image of the flow of pathogenic energy leaving the body.
The second technique is to "expand the feeling of the boundaries of the body." It consists in creating a feeling as if the boundaries of the physical body are moving away, and the surrounding space, together with the objects that fill it, become part of it.
The first body block transformation technique begins with the steps listed above, to which both new techniques are added:

create a state of awareness (concentration and deconcentration);
create an image of a problem situation;
expand the sense of the boundaries of the body to such an extent that the image of the problem situation is inside this area;
continuing to follow the instructions from the previous paragraphs, uncover the body. After this step, there is a feeling of flows from the problem areas of the body. We call problem areas those areas in which uncomfortable sensations arise when creating a problematic image. These streams are associated with the image; one can be convinced that if the image is strengthened (i.e., made bright, contrasting, colored, clear, voluminous, moving, sounding, etc.), then the flows are also enhanced. Next, the following steps are performed:
Find a muscle block in the area of ​​sensation. Squeeze the muscle block with such force that you get the most pain that you can endure without losing control.
Direct concentration to relax this muscle and the tissues around it - strengthening, expanding, as if drawing in, defocusing the pain.
Continue to hold the image and relax the muscle. Direct concentration simultaneously on the image and on the area of ​​the contracted muscle where there is a response to the image. At the same time, unfocus attention so that the parts of the body that include this muscle and other muscles in which there is a response to the image, as well as the area of ​​the “expanded” body where the image itself is located, are realized.
Continue this process until pain and discomfort turn into sensations of warmth and comfort. Comfort is experienced in peripheral attention - around the contracted muscle and in other, sometimes quite distant areas of the body.
Continuing to perform all the previous steps and keeping the concentration on the image, we get two sensations at the same time in one zone. It is a feeling of warmth and comfort that arises in the process of unlocking, and at the same time a feeling of discomfort created by the image of the problem. These two sensations interact intensely if concentration is directed at them, and this entire area is in the zone of deconcentration.
It is forbidden at this moment to think about the problem. Both peripheral and central attention must be entirely occupied with maintaining contact with the feeling and image of the problem.
This process continues until the transformation begins.
A problem can be considered completed when it is no longer perceived as a problem. A new vision arrives that either contains the solution or renders the problem irrelevant. The bodily block at the same time partially or completely relaxes and becomes painless.

Note: the same bodily block, as a rule, contains the memory of many similarly experienced (but different in content) problems, so the work on the complete transformation of one block includes many sessions of work on the transformation of problems.

The second technique uses yoga asanas. First (simultaneously with the asana) the first four steps of the previous technique are performed. Then the following steps are added:

Staying in the asana, be aware of all areas of the body where there is pain or discomfort.
Relax these zones, direct concentration to these zones; increase the feeling of discomfort by relaxing the body.
Open the body in these areas, continuing to relax the muscles. In each of these zones there is a feeling and an image of the flow.
Create an image of a problem situation. Determine what emotion is involved.
Push the sense of the boundaries of the body so that the image of the problem is inside. Recognize additional areas of tension caused by the image, and uncover them.
Stabilize the state by continuing to open and relax the body.
Remain in the asana until the state is fully integrated.
Go to the next asana and repeat all the steps, working with the same image, or take the image of the next task.

A series of exercises that allow, firstly, to become aware of muscle tension and how it limits breathing, and, secondly, to reduce tension.

Exercise 1. Strengthening rooting and vibration.

Starting position - feet shoulder-width apart, feet slightly turned inward so as to feel the gluteal muscles. Bend forward and touch the floor with your fingers, while lowering your head as low as possible, breathing through your mouth, free and deep. When bending over, the weight of the body should be concentrated at the base of the toes.
This exercise is performed for a minimum of 25 breaths and is gradually increased to 60. After a while, the legs begin to tremble, which means a wave of excitation passes through them. If there is no trembling, then the legs are too tense. In this case, trembling can be provoked by slowly bending and straightening the legs. The movements should be small: their goal is to relax the knees.

Exercise 2. "Releasing" the abdomen.

Starting position - standing, feet shoulder-width apart. It's easy to bend your knees. Without lifting your heels from the floor, transfer your body weight to them. After that, “release” the stomach as much as possible. Breathing is free, through the mouth. The purpose of the exercise is to feel tension in the lower body.

Exercise 3. "Bow" (Fig. 4.6, b).

Starting position - feet shoulder width apart. Put your fists on the sacrum and bend back as much as possible, like a drawn bow. This exercise is also aimed at "liberating" the abdominal muscles. If there are chronically tense muscles, then the person, firstly, is not able to perform the exercise correctly (Fig. 4.7, a-d), and secondly, he feels pain that prevents the exercise from being performed.

One of the most important conditions for bioenergetic work is the absence of conscious forcing of breathing. Therefore, if the breath is superficial, then its conscious stimulation is artificial. Therefore, some techniques are used that spontaneously deepen the breath.

Exercise 4. A person lies down on a cushion (for example, from a blanket), which lies on a 0.5 m high stool

Mouth breathing. In this position, the back muscles are well stretched, which at the same time relax, “letting go” of the chest. Breathing spontaneously deepens. Possible back pain. If it is small (and the patient does not have spinal pathologies), the exercise should be continued, and the pain will go away.

This exercise pumps suppressed emotions so energetically and weakens muscle blocks that the phenomenon of unconscious expression often occurs - crying, vomiting occur. This situation means that bioenergetic work has outstripped analytical work. In this case, it is necessary to accelerate the analytical work, since the patient must understand what is happening to him.

Exercise 5 releases the throat clamps and stimulates the spontaneous deepening of breathing.

The same exercise encourages crying (and possibly screaming). In a sitting position, you should relax (as far as possible), and then exhale stop (one groan per exhalation, which is done for as long as possible). Then you need to try to make a groan and inhale. After three complete cycles, the groan should be replaced with the sound "Uuuu". When the exit reaches the abdomen, crying usually begins without the client feeling any sadness. Crying is the main means of correcting breathing and releasing tension, especially in children.

Now we will describe a series of exercises for removing blocks from the pelvic muscles.

Exercise 6. "Rotation of the hips."

Starting position - standing, feet shoulder-width apart. The weight of the body is concentrated on the toes, the stomach is released. The hands are on the hips. In this position, the person rotates the hips from left to right. This movement should capture the pelvis and minimally the upper body and legs. Breathing is free, through the mouth. It is necessary to do 12 movements in one direction, then the same in the other. When performing the exercise, you should pay attention to whether breathing is held back, whether the pelvic floor is kept relaxed and the anus open, whether the knees are bent.

It cannot be said that if a person does this exercise easily, then he is free from genital tension and sexual problems. But it can be argued that if a person is not able to easily perform this exercise, then he has sexual problems. It is very important that a person is rooted when doing this exercise, otherwise the pelvic movements lack emotional coloring.

Exercise 7. Movement of the pelvis.

This exercise helps to become aware of tension in the pelvis and lower back. Starting position - lying on your back on the floor, legs bent at the knees so that the feet are on the floor. On inhalation - emphasis on the buttocks on the floor and release of the abdomen, on exhalation - the pelvis rises slightly, the feet press on the floor (rooting). The exercise is repeated for 15-20 breaths. Breathing is free, through the mouth. It is important that in this exercise the breathing is abdominal and "goes into the pelvis", the respiratory movements and the movements of the pelvis must be coordinated, and the buttocks should be relaxed. If the feet lose the feeling of contact with the floor, this means that the pelvis is not free in its movements.

When there is tension in the lower body, the person tends to push the pelvis up instead of letting it swing freely at the hip joints. In this case, the pelvis is carried upward by tense abdominal muscles and tense buttocks. Such movement of the pelvis blocks its spontaneous movements and reduces the sexual experience.

Now here are some cathartic exercises that provide the practice of expressing feelings in controlled conditions. The purpose of this control is not to suppress and limit emotions, but to express them effectively and economically under the control of consciousness.

In exercise 8 people lie down on the couch.

Legs are relaxed. Hands should hold on to the edge of the couch. You need to raise your leg and kick with your foot on the couch with an emphasis on the heel (that is, not just beat, but kick). At first, this is done at a slow pace and with little force, then the pace and force of the blows increase. At the end, the blows must be very strong and very fast. During the exercise, a person should remember the injustices and insults experienced. This exercise allows you to express anger, and in addition, it helps to release the pelvis.

Exercise 9 consists in the fact that the patient hits the couch with his fists (if it is a man) or with a tennis racket (if it is a woman), accompanying his actions with the words “shut up!”, “I will kill!”, “no!”, “why ?!” etc. This exercise discharges anger, but the goal of therapy is not to discharge anger in itself, but to achieve facies, so the movements should be smooth: before each blow, the patient should stretch out with his whole body and move his shoulders as far as possible, as if drawing a bow , and the blow must be delivered by not contracting the muscles, but by releasing the hands from the “charged” position, the blow must be relaxed and free. If the exercise is performed correctly, then a wave of excitation flows from the feet to the palms, giving grace to the movements. The purpose of this exercise is not the punches themselves, but the stretching of the muscles, which allows the tension to shine from the shoulders and upper back.

In bioenergetic therapy, there are also so-called "warming up" exercises.

Exercise 10

In the main bioenergetic pose (legs shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent), free shaking of the body is performed by quickly bending and straightening the knees. This creates a dog-like breath. The exercise is carried out within one minute.

Exercise 11

The patient hops on both legs, lifting the feet slightly off the ground. The exercise is performed until fatigue appears.

In addition, there are specific techniques for removing blocks of the mouth (screaming, imitation of vomiting, crying, etc.), eyes (circular rotation of the eyes, shifting gaze into the distance - to the coccyx of the nose), neck (rotation of the neck in different directions). All exercises are performed on free breathing through the mouth. Exercises have been developed for all parts of the body in standing, sitting and lying positions.

Performing bioenergetic exercises allows patients to feel their body in a new way and realize that they have no contact with many of its parts, feel tension that blocks both bodily movements and the expression of feelings.

This training consists of several sessions lasting two hours, and each session consists of two stages: preparatory and own bioenergetic. The purpose of the preparatory phase is to create high-quality partner communication. The bioenergetic stage is associated with the development of bodily blocks.

The training includes the following exercises:

1) the feeling of another. After establishing verbal contact, the partners lie down with a "jack" and put their hands on each other's bellies in the solar plexus area. Partners should feel each other's heartbeat, synchronize breathing;

2) talking with the eyes. This exercise is done in silence and without words. Partners sit opposite each other, hold hands and look into each other's eyes. Then they close their eyes and plunge into themselves, and after a while they “return” to each other again. This is done several times. The exercise allows you to immerse yourself in your own feelings and in the feelings of a partner;

3) silent conversation using hands. Partners join hands and, with the help of one hand, seek to communicate their feelings to each other. This is followed by a verbal discussion of the exercise;

4) "I - you." One partner grabs the head of the other and, looking into his eyes, says: “You, you, you!” Then they change. Such an exercise helps to establish contact;

5) feeling the energy of another. Sitting on their heels, the partners raise their hands and bring their palms closer to the palms of the other, trying to feel his warmth. After that, they begin the "hand dance", with one partner leading and the other accompanying (the leader is determined spontaneously). Movements must be slow. During the "dance" partners get up and continue standing. This is followed by a discussion of the exercise;

6) greeting without words. The partner who chose the passive role in the previous exercise lies on his back and bends his knees so that his feet are on the floor. The active partner sits on his heels at the head of the passive partner (the knees of the active partner touch the crown of the passive partner), after which he brings his hands as close as possible to the ears of the passive partner, but does not touch them. Then the active partner touches the passive partner's head and, trying to breathe in his rhythm, examines his stomach, chest and tries to determine which muscles are tense;

7) development of breathing. Starting position - as in the previous exercise. The active partner, without touching, brings their palm to each tense area of ​​the passive partner's body, which helps the passive partner to relax these areas. Most often, the upper (clavicles) and lower (solar plexus) parts of the chest are tense. The active partner puts his fingers on these places and presses on them during the exhalation of the passive partner. Then one hand of the active partner is placed over the chest and the other over the belly of the passive partner. The passive partner, on inhalation, first raises the chest (thoracic breathing) and then the abdomen (abdominal breathing) and thus takes a full breath. If the passive partner holds air at the end of exhalation, then the active partner should place both hands on the collarbone area and press on his chest at the end of exhalation. This involves the upper chest in breathing;

8) massage the back of the neck, shoulders and face. Massage relaxes the muscles of the face, helps to remove the usual "mask";

9) movement of the pelvis. The passive partner lies on the floor with their knees bent and feet planted. The active partner sits on the heels between the legs of the passive partner, grabs his hips and helps to lift the pelvis as you exhale. This movement is performed within 5 minutes. It is important to coordinate the movement of the pelvis and breathing;

10) the direction of energy to the floor. Starting position - as in the previous exercise. During the exhalation of the passive partner, the active partner presses on his knees. The purpose of the exercise is to increase the level of awareness of the feet as a support in the passive partner;

11) lifts the pelvis up. In the top position, the partner can feel the vibration. During inhalation, the lying partner freely lowers the hips and returns to the starting position;

12) on all fours. The passive partner gets on all fours, and the active partner, located behind, clasps his pelvis and, when the passive partner inhales, takes his pelvis back, while exhaling - forward, thereby helping the partner to integrate breathing and movement;

13) joint relaxation. Partners lie on their backs, relaxing to the music.

These exercises should be accompanied by the removal of muscle blocks through massage, deepening of breathing and constant strengthening of rooting. During the training, trembling, tingling and numbness of the limbs, dizziness, crying, vomiting, anger, etc. may occur, which indicates the progress of therapy.

Blocks in the chakras

We all know that tension in the body creates blocks. Blocks strain and spasm our muscles of the spine and parts of the body, destabilize the work of the chakras, which slows down the passage of energy to a specific chakra, in the area where the block is located. As a result, myalgia and osteochondrosis often develop in these areas. The internal organs do not receive clean energy, as a result, there is a clogging of subtle bodies, then a clogging of the physical body and internal organs. This is how illnesses, problems in life and failures appear, as well as changes in character. Blocks can stay in the human body for a long time and create problems for many years, or even decades. Blocks are negative emotions and experiences. When there are many of them and they do not find a way out, they form a block. If there are many emotions, then there can be many blocks.

MAIN CAUSES OF CHAKRA BLOCK

The chakras of different people are different, and even in one person they can be developed differently relative to each other. But there is one general rule for everyone: without the energy flows of the Earth and Space, our bodies simply could not exist and develop. Our emotional states can lead to a blockade in the chakras, which leads to disruption of energy circulation and, as a result, to troubles, poor health, and social degradation.

Muladhara|Muladhara

The first chakra is red; coccyx - Connection with the Earth, is responsible for the life force of a person.
Blockage occurs when a person feels FEAR. This state blocks the first chakra. To improve performance and remove blockages, do not put your fears aside, but put them in front of your eyes. Face your fears. Take them apart "on the shelves."

Swadhistana|Svadhistana
The second chakra is orange; just below the navel, is responsible for creative realization and satisfaction of needs.
Blocking occurs when a person feels GUILT. This is a destructive state. Everyone who experiences it feels like in a sticky cocoon of hopelessness. Removing the blockage occurs in the same way as in working with the first chakra. Don't walk away from it. Figure out what you see as your fault. Look at the situation from the other side.

Manipura|Manipura
The third chakra is yellow; the navel is the energy center of our body, responsible for the strength of our intention.
Blocking occurs if a person feels SHAME, DISAPPOINTMENT. Unfortunately, we are taught this even in schools. Trying to constantly shame the child, telling him: "Aren't you ashamed?" This blocks not only the third, but also the second chakra. Unblocking a chakra is no different from unblocking the first and second chakras.

Anahata|Anahata
The fourth chakra - green, the heart, is involved in all processes of human life.
A blockage occurs if a person feels GRIEF. This is no less destructive emotional state of a person. When this chakra closes, a person experiences an unpleasant, painful condition in the region of the heart. The blockage is more difficult to remove than in other chakras, because. the state of apathy accompanied by all this often does not give a person the opportunity to take a sober look at the problem. It takes a lot of willpower to try to analyze the situation in a state of grief, to see the reason and look at everything from the other side.

Vishuddha | Vishuddha
The fifth chakra is blue; throat, opens the work of metabolism, communication.
Blocking occurs if a person chooses FALSE, FALSE TO HIMSELF. This is probably the most difficult thing - do not lie! Especially if we communicate with people who constantly lie. They also see deceit in others, even if they are not being deceived. Unfortunately, lies are contagious. If you understand this state and look closely at how it is born, you will see that it is like a virus that is transmitted from one to another. It's hard to be immune to it, it's hard, but it's possible. Do not answer the same deceiver, do not try to deceive yourself with something. Be private to yourself.

Ajna|Ajna
The sixth chakra is blue, the middle of the forehead, the third eye, adjusts the body to contact with the subconscious, spiritual will.
Blockage occurs if a person feels SEPARATED, LIVES IN ILLUSIONS. No need to take on more than you "can carry". "Star disease" always leads to a fall. You become blind and deaf to everything. Really accept what you have. Not what the neighbor has. Don't try to be taller than your neighbor. Dreams come true if they are real.

Sahasrara|Sahasrara
The seventh chakra is purple, above the head is a connection with cosmic energy.
Blocking occurs if a person has strong EARTHLY ATTACHMENTS. Everything is meant here. Home, work, car, people. You have to learn to let go of everything. The hardest thing is letting go of the person we love. But by accepting that love is not material, it is also possible to do this. Do not take your earthly attachments for dogma. Don't label "MY" everywhere. Release everything.

TRANSFORMATIONAL TECHNIQUE FOR WORKING WITH BLOCKS IN THE BODY:

1. Definition of feeling.
What do I feel at this moment?
Where in my body is this feeling or state?
Determine the shape, color, volume of this feeling;
Next, separate yourself from this feeling, for example, exhale it on the table in front of you.
Then you need to determine the positive intention of your feeling;
Tell him:
"You are dear to me, I carry you in me, you are a part of me."
"What good are you doing for me?"
Thank him for any answer!
Next you ask:
“Are you mine… (fear, sadness, pain, etc.)?”
He can answer in different ways:
- will become a shifter, will turn into a different feeling;
- will say anything
- will say that he is not yours;
The latter is quite common. In ourselves, we carry feelings that we have adopted from parents, relatives, environment, and consider them our own. Then you need to look for the owner of the feeling. This can be done like this: create an appropriate image by simply asking the owner of the feeling to come. And it does not matter at all whether you see the image of the owner of the feeling or not - he is already energetically present there as soon as you have realized the intention to create the image. And then return this feeling to its owner with the words: “this is your feeling, for a long time I carried it in myself in order to remember you, to love you. I return your feeling to you and give you a good place in my heart!”;
If this is your feeling, then you can, as his master, do whatever he wants for him.
2. Satisfying the desires of your senses.
Look at your feeling and say:
“I am grateful for everything you do for me. I am your mistress and I can do anything for you that you only wish right now!”
